I appreciate that the staff was extremely kind to me and that they are offering affordable vet care. Several people were mad because they told us to be there at 8:30 but didn't open the door until 8:45. There were about 10 people all wanting to be checked in at the same time. They had clipboards with our pets name on it and we were checked in after it was completed. Most low cost clinics operate this way, but explain it when you make an appointment so you know to get in and fill out your paperwork fast if you are in a hurry. The building was worn but was mostly clean except here was a spiderweb hanging from the ceiling right above the check in. The area where the pets went looked clean. The people were sweet with my pup when checking her in and out. However, she was soaking wet with cold urine when I picked her up.

I took my cat here for the first time. The clinic was busy, but staff did their best to take care of all clients quickly. I spent $98 for an exam, rabies vaccine and two urine tests. The vet was upfront about costs prior to any testing so that I could ensure affordability. I followed the vets recommendations and so far so good. Although the exterior of the building may look off putting to some, the inside was clean and organized. I will return for future care for my kitty.

My first time ever owning kittens that needed to be fixed. Brought my boy Jasper here and soon my girl and it was a good experience. Wait time was long picking him up and I did not know that but shauna told me they were understaffed. Wasn’t a big deal and I understood. Shout out to shauna running that whole front lobby by herself working over time hours. Appreciate you. Bring your animals here but be nice to working staff. They’re humans too ❤️

Great place to bring your pet! It was my (our?) first visit for vaccinations since I heard that Parvo is on the rise in Indianapolis and the staff. Was. AWESOME!! I had to wait about 10-15 mins for the Vet but he was just finishing up a surgery so hey, I had to wait. You'll have that. My dog can be a lil rambunctious but the staff handled it with grace and didn't act anything less than professional. The Vet was great with my dog and took time to soothe her, his assistant was also pleasant and talked to my dog to calm her... The prices are reasonable, it is a walk in establishment so no appointments are taken, and please remember to muzzle your pet if they're rowdy... They will appreciate you!! Great place!!!👍👍👍

Each of my experiences with the Pet Vaccination Clinic have been pleasant. This morning, after being very careful to keep a recent surprise bouquet of flowers well out of my cats reach, I discovered a few lily petals that had fallen overnight and had landed on the floor. I have two 6 month old kittens and though they were both acting fierce, devious and full of energy as usual, I found a small pool of vomit that was speckled with the remnants of their recent "kill" and it prompted a panicked call to the vet. The Pet Vaccination Clinic did a bit of research and called me back within 2 minutes of first reaching out. They believed it was best to come in for some fluids to help flush any remaining toxins from their little systems. For everyone's safety, they're offering curbside service only but the technician was very comforting when she explained that she would be taking the girls in alone. When she returned them to my car she provided a very thorough review of what was done and answered all of my questions. We agreed to touch base later in the day and again tomorrow morning, to ensure that the kittens remain in good health. If you're a pet parent seeking the best care for your family member, I would absolutely recommend this clinic, as their passion for animals shows clearly in everything they do. They're operating during the pandemic in an efficient and well organized manner. And the staff is incredibly kind, even when dealing with a scared pet parent who has made a rookie mistake.

Love the prices and how they are both a regular vet and also focus on vaccinations specifically causing a vet visit to go smoothly and rapidly. I didn't like however, because of how fast they go in vaccinations day, they don't ask any other questions and push u in through and out the door after getting paid. Also they aren't in the same page, the front techs and the room techs because I was unable to get what one wanted because the other said wam, bam, thank ma'am and Whis next? I needed to ask some important questions and felt they didn't care about anything but seeing big visitation numbers and payments rendered. No real sincerety not compassion for my animals let alone the pet owner. However I will continue to utilize them and g hopefully can build report.

Really disappointed, I was told I needed to text for an appointment, I texted on Wednesday, they replied Friday morning to ask if I had been there before to which I replied immediately with a response that yes, I have been there before. I got no reply back for an appointment at all. It is now Monday (understand it is a holiday) but still no appointment. It shouldn't be so difficult to get an appt for a pet. I am considering going elsewhere because they do not have good communication and I feel as if my pet may not be under the best care in this place. This bothers me because I have experienced very good care there before and my family members have had good experiences as well. I just wish they had better means of communication

This is an amazing pet clinic! All walk-ins are welcome. They have great shot packages to meet your pets needs, rather u need all shots or just a few. The prices are cheap and very affordable. Friendly front office staff and Dr. Dave is amazing! Our Mastiff got her shots and tested for heartworms for under $100. We were also able to purchase preventatives on a monthly basis which is easier on my budget!

The people here are wonderful as far as I can tell (the ones that helped us) way more affordable than our old vet, yet seems a much higher quality. Took my gfs 5 year old Chihuahua for a walk in and it took only 20 minutes and they pinpointed the problem straight away, was very gentle with him, and sent him on his way new meds in hand. (He's feeling great now!) I'll be looking forward to more visits here and hope they keep up the great work.

Great place, great veterinarian and the vet techs and staff all care about your family pet. My cat swallowed a penny and that caused a plethora of issues. My girl was really sick and they gladly took every phone call to help with questions about her health, progress throughout the whole deal. If I called with concern they would make sure to squeeze her in. They would say bring her in if you are worried. They are extremely busy at times, so that meant a lot too say come in no problem on the drop of a dime. They gave me everything I needed to nurse her back to health. It was a long couple of weeks of being scared I would lose my pet. When I got to the point I was so worried about her recovery after surgery, because she wouldn't eat they had me bring her in. They could have just told me to use the syringe as directed with her, but they knew I was at my wits end with worry and as busy as they were they didn't just tell me what to do at home. They took the time to help with something they didn't have too. They wanted my baby girl to live as much as I did. My little Sasha was still very down but she came home with some life in her. I knew she was going to be okay. I highly recommend Pet Vaccination Clinic. Your babies will love you for it believe me. Thanks guys. I took the recovery suit off today after getting staples out and she instantly was running around being herself.

This clinic was the only place that would see my cat back at the end of January when nobody else would. Thankfully they have walk-ins and found out my cat had FIV. He was dying and only 10months old. I was able to say goodbye thanks to them. They were compassionate and I’m forever grateful that they have walk ins daily.

I had an appointment on 1/3/2022 scheduled for 2:30pm and arrived at 2:30pm. I called multiple times to let them know I was outside my car (was given instructions to wait in my car) and they still had me waiting. Went inside to let them know I was still outside waiting. Waited till 4pm. I called multiple times till I was seen around 4pm. Why schedule me at 2:30pm if you can’t get me in? I don’t understand that. Just very poor communication and lack of professionalism. Update: Owner called and apologize for the wait and staff gave me a free calendar. Staff was very kind overall. My dog baby is doing a lot better! Thank you!

My daughter took her dog to be seen today, after taking her to several other vets. ALL the other vets were rude and only in it for the money. That is not the case here! They truly care about your fur baby and do everything in their power to take good care of her as if it was their own dog. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your fur babies needs.

It's hard when your first visit to a clinic is the day you have to say goodbye to one of your special fur babies but everyone here handled the situation very well. Our normal clinic has only been doing vaccination visits since the beginning of pandemic and most other clinics had a 2+ week wait before they could get us in. When our oldest cat was having difficulty breathing we checked a neighborhood Facebook group for recommendations and we saw a few recommendations for Pet Vaccination Clinic even though they are on the other side of town. When I called in and sent a text for an appointment they were able to get us in the next morning. I brought our cat in to see how serious her condition was. Unfortunately, x-rays confirmed that she was in a very bad condition and we needed to euthanize her. The whole staff was compassionate and professional. They gave my wife time to pick up our two daughters to be there to say goodbye. We are thankful for all they did. We will probably bring our other cats there for checkups.

This is the BEST veterinarian office hands down. My sister's dog has been sick, she has visited several other vets who were unwilling to help. My sister called them explained what was going on and they said come right now no worries! They looked at her dog and had her diagnosed within an hour. They are the best people to go too, 100000% recommend everyone to take their furry babies to them. my dog has been sick and I took her to medvet first they were rude and took hours just to tell me the same things as them only were in it for the money. I took her to pet vaccine clinic and they got her in fast and started running the test on her and actually worried and found out what was wrong with her in an hour!!!! They saved my dog life!!!!! I love this place! Been taking all my dogs here for years. Reasonable prices. They don't pressure you and the veterinarian is very knowledgeable. I thought I had huskies and found out they were malamutes! Surprise! One of my dogs looked like , to me , that he had ringworm. He didn't. He had hot spots and an allergy which was cleared up by changing his food and antibiotics and prednisone. My vet explained why it wasn't ringworm and what I needed to do with very helpful suggestions. The staff are very loving and helpful. I also got a fast appointment, the next day. They go above and beyond and going to the vet is not a dreaded experience I used to have in days in the past. Love, love, love these guys!

This place has absolutely won me over. They always answer the phone and are extremely friendly at all times. I brought my mini female aussie in to their office to be spayed after trying for WEEKS to get ahold of our previous vet office. Pet Vaccination Clinic answered the phone right away and had me setup with an appointment 3 days later! I ended up coming in on Monday because I mixed up my appointment day (it was supposed to be Tuesday) and they went ahead and got her in that day anyway. Freaking awesome! You can tell they all care about the animal's that walk through their doors. The pricing was just as good as their attitudes 😁 We will be coming here from now on.

Quick service and very good prices. I've gotten conflicting information from employees about if you can make an appointment. On the phone they said it's first come first served, then as we were leaving our first visit they asked if we wanted to make a follow up appointment for 3 weeks later. After our second visit I asked for another appointment in 3 weeks but they said it's first come first served. Aside from that little confusion they do a wonderful job!

I've taken multiple pets here and the staff are always kind, knowledgeable and accommodating to the pet's needs. Even during a pandemic they are continuing to give exceptional service. I only waited an hour to get a full checkup on my dog, including shots, tests, microchip and preventative medicine. Some clinics estimated weeks out just for an appointment. What a great service.

I was so surprised with how wonderful this clinic is! I walked in, was seen immediately, and walked right out. The staff was super friendly and the vet actually cared about my dogs. She checked their lungs and overall health, gave me some tips (basically told me their weight was perfect for their size and not to let them gain or lose anymore weight), and played with them a bit. My dogs were incredibly comfortable here which made getting their vaccinations a breeze! Seeing my dogs happy makes me happy! I will definitely be a regular customer.

We have been clients for years with many pets. Had a problem or two but our most recent visits have been awesome. Staff is very attentive both to the pet and the owner. other techs elsewhere scared my puppy and then acted like he was the problem. He developed stranger anxiety from it. Awesome people. I've got a pitbull and people have a tendency to be worried about them. I've only had one doctor there that was scared to see him. Like he was legit scared you could see it in his face. But besides that one time I have had nothing but amazing luck with this place. The prices are very cheap. He's having his teeth cleaned today and if he wouldn't have been so old (he's 8 ha) it would've been like $150ish. But since his age he has to have blood work. It's still not to bad though $250 for a teeth cleaning. I definitely recommend this place to as many people as I can!

I have brought 5 cats and 2 dogs for vaccines and surgeries over the years and every single time has been an amazing experience(: Each time, I have EASILY made an appointment online (Facebook) or over the phone AND get in within that week!!! Every single person employed at this clinic is beyond helpful, personal, caring and loving towards your pet. I have never felt safer leaving my fur baby with a stranger for the day like I do here. Not only is the staff AMAZING, but the services provided are the BEST prices around Indianapolis and you don’t have to worry about a butchered surgery, they are extremely proficient and sanitary! They offer everything you need in a Veterinary Clinic in a timely manner. They try their best to treat your animal as their own, are always educating their customers on pet health and they help out tons of local rescues!! I have takrn two of my dogs here, but I moved out if state. I had a mom dog who needed emergency surgery. The state of Illinois was not able to help her. I called them they told me have her there the next morning. Shauna hersepf was amazing, polite & sweet. She helped me in many ways. Conforted me as I was crying worried about my Avery girl. Ty Shauna ty to the Dr. Who helped save her life. I tell people about you guys anyways, but I will continue to! Reasonable prices, but professional and grat care! 😘

Was very happy with how they handled my daughters sick cat. They only have curb side service right now and the day we went it was pouring down rain and the poor lady that had to come out to our car several times was completely drenched but she was very nice and helpful I just hope she didn't get sick with all that running back and forth they was quick and efficient

They said sure we can do it, it's common, no problem. Cost me over 700 dollars for the ear operation. Now, the blood bubble is gone, but the ear crinkled up like a potato chip. And they told me there's nothing they could do about that. That's NOT what they told me at first. Now my beautiful dog has one long ear that stands proud, and the other all sad looking and shriveled. I paid them cash up front too.

Took my dog in for vaccinations today. The staff is very friendly, but so unorganized. I was there for almost 50 minutes and the shots took about 3 minutes of that time. I waites for 10 minutes just to get the paperwork, and another 10 after I finished filling it out. They called her name, we went into the room, bloop bloop, her shots were done. Then I had to wait for almost 30 minutes just to pay. They only had one person manning the desk at first, and when another person did come out, she helped the person in front of me, only to figure out the computer wasn't working right, to which the first person said they already knew that. I feel like something could have been done to make it a little less chaotic and a lot more streamlined. They did apologise for it taking so long, and they were very polite and sweet with my dog.

This is a great place for walk-in vaccinations especially considering they have evening hours. I'd say I prefer it over the weekend clinics at Tractor Supply. We've had a dental done there for one of our dogs and they did a good job also. The general staff there is always cheery and helpful. We did have one visit where a female vet gave me a rather hostile lecture because I didn't agree with the over-vaccination policies we are forced to use but other than that, I'd say this is a great place to visit. (Just hoping that vet isn't around the next time we go in... ugh!)

My Fiance and I treat our pets as if they were our Children. Including being very protective of them and being very selective of who they see for medical treatment. The time for our Dog and 3 Cats to have their Rabies Vac crept up on us fast. When I called their regular vet they said it was gonna cost us almost $400.00 for all 4 and it would be 3-4 weeks before we could get them in. Then someone suggested this place. Said it was a walk-in no appt needed. I was very skeptical about it but had no choice... Our first round of 2 visits yesterday (Friday 06/02/17) was with our Husky on one of 3 cats. When we got there it was very comical because this huge German Shepherd was hitting on our Husky and to make it worse our Husky just batted her pretty blues at him... I was VERY impressed with the staff and the Vet. The vet not only interacted with our pets very well but she also interacted with our kids to and they were quick. Round 2 was just as good if not better. I guess what impressed me the most about the Vet was the fact that there was a cpl there with a poor sick little puppy. You could tell she didnt feel good and her little belly was bloated. The cpl said that they found her this way that someone just dropped her off (This upset me to no end I will add). The Vet saw this and before they were even checked in she told them to bring the puppy into a room immediately and asked everyone to please be patient that she had an emergency... Everyone agreed.. When I talked to the puppy's new parents I asked the guy what if the pup had to have surgery. With out missing a beat he said I have it covered and smiled. I smiled back and shook his hand... Our visit with this facility was worth every penny we paid and their prices are beyond reasonable... I definitely will refer this place to everyone who needs a good Vet.. My dog Maggie had bladder stone surgery here on August 18th. At this point I had only been here for check ups and shots. Well 1 bout of kennel cough. The surgery was more or less an emergency situation. They got me right in. The price was reasonable. The vet and staff were great. Then on 22nd when I got home from work I noticed Maggie's incision has come open. The clinic stayed open late for me to bring Maggie back in. Erica and the vet were the best. Well on the 23rd I had to go back again. Once again they stayed open late to take care of my dog. I can not tell you how unusual is this. Pet Vaccination Clinic has made me a client for life. WOW, I couldn't tell you have grateful I am to have found this place. Especially having two young dogs, the cost can creep up fast and here they care for you and your pets! I plan to keep return here for all my pet's needs!!! UPDATE: I haven't seen much mention of people getting their dogs fixed/neutered/spayed on here. I recently learned that my almost 2 year old male had a bilaterally cryptorchid, which means that neither testicle had descended. The first thing I learned was this was going to cost me more due to the Vet having to do two incisions and actually remove his testicles from inside him. I was very nervous about dropping him off but everyone made me feel more at ease. As the day went on, I got a call (it was early afternoon ) letting me know that he was out of surgery and in recovery. I also had the vet microchip him while he was out. Anyway, I picked him up, they went over all the things I needed to know and we were on our way. So far this place has been great!
