I LOVE Dr. Nester & the rest of her crew! Hands down the best vet there is. I have a Dalmatian that gets overwhelmed at the vet (horrible experiences at previous places) and Dr. Nester goes above and beyond to calm Daisy down. I love her calm & compassionate approach. If you want to take your pets to a vet that truly CARES and LOVES what they do, bring them here!!! Dr. Schmidt has a different approach which is fine for the rest of my dogs & I trust his judgement entirely! Thank y’all for always going above & beyond. 🤎🤎🤎 UPDATE: Dr. Nester is no longer at this practice which is unfortunate (I don’t think Dr. Schmidt is either) but the new doctor, Dr. Sullivan is great and very friendly. Gives lots of alternatives and is honest which I like! Wait times are short, clean facility, & honest prices. Still the same girls in the front/techs who are all wonderful and patient! I will continue to bring my pets here.

I was very nervous to take my kitten to get checked out, especially with all the horror stories people have with vet visits, but the staff were amazing from start to end! very smooth and quick visit, kitten got a wellness exam, his first vaccine, nail trimming, and flea/ worm prevention treatment all for around $70! (save $10 by bringing your carrier, i made the mistake of not getting him one yet!) In all, amazing service and staff! I will definitely continue to bring my Juno back!

Staff is wonderful. Saw a new to us doctor. Even though we were there for routine treatment, after giving my pet time to check HIM out, he checked my baby head to toe; had a very calm demeanor and never made me feel rushed although this place is ALWAYS busy. Cons: because they are so busy, parking is an issue. BUT if you are not comfortable coming in, staff will come out to you and bring your pet in or call you when s room is ready for you to go directly to. Also, don't expect same day appointments unless it is an emergency

I took my dog to 2 diff vets before Richey and only Richey has been able to figure it out how to control her allergies at first shot. It’s been over 2 years since Richey has been my designated vet for my dog and I can’t recall the name of the first 2 doctors that used to be there but both were awesome, these past few appointments my dog has been taken care of by Dr Sullivan and he’s just as awesome. I would 100 percent recommend Richey animal since all the staff, techs and Dr Sullivan are all amazing and know what they’re doing and they will explain you every single thing that’s going to happen and what to do if it does not happen. Prices are pretty affordable too which makes it even better.

Today was my first visit here with my Frenchie, he had been limping on his back leg and in pain all night. My friend highly recommended this place after I had been unhappy with my last vet. I called first thing in the morning and even though they had a full house they worked us in and took great care of us. The front staff was friendly and Dahlid the tech that roomed us was great. Dr. Sullivan was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my dog and got us on our way. Very happy with the way the visit went!

I recently had my first visit with Dr. Sullivan, he was great. He was straightforward, no gimmicks, and treated my pup with the upmost respect, while being gentle and kind. As well as his staff, the ladies were very friendly, especially Alizza! She was the tech, that helped us throughout our visit. She ensured my dog’s safety. Loved the service and care they gave my kitten, he was feeling better that evening and the fever finally broke the next day, thanks to God and to Dr. Angela Nester, the Vet at this clinic. The staff was very welcoming and nice, I was a work in. The Vet assistant that came to my car to fill me in on the meds was very nice and professional. I stayed in my car the whole time. The staff was awesome. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk in on a Saturday without an appointment with a dog that has never been there before. I was dog sitting and woke up Saturday morning and the dogs eye was extremely red and she didn’t want to open it. Even without an appointment as a walk in, we were in and out within an hour. Dr. Sullivan was amazing. Put some drops in her eye and sent us home with drops and eye is already better.

I took Bailey in today 4 months after Heart Worm treatment. They said they wanted to wait a year to retest because id she tested positive again today they would still wait longer to retest. Examined my dog for free and I had her toenails clipped. Great experience.

I love Richey animal clinic they are so caring and loving towards are pets. I took my daughter's dog there he was on the verge of dying and they gave him blood and nurtured him back now he's a very healthy Pitbull. The other day I had to take my mom's dog there a husky and they came out to the car ask some questions and took him inside treated him for his hotspot gave us his medications and now he is doing great. I highly recommend Richey animal clinic, their prices are affordable.

Taking my pets to Dr. Nestor feels like a good ol' fashioned hug from mom. There is an overwhelming sense everything is going to get better now. I swear she sprinkles fairy dust on all the pets and they walkout feeling better. I don't understand why there aren't cameras filming the miracles she performs daily for all her patients (confirmed by Sampson) . Additionally, if your pet was one of the few that was returning home for terminal conditions, knowing the person performing the euthanasia service CARES DEEPLY for her patients is carrying out the final visit is comforting. She talks to the patient, caresses them with tender hands etc... Dr. Nestor and Dr. Schmidt are simply amazing. Amazing, amazing amazing. I wish every pet got the rewarding opportunity to come see her and staff. Thx Team Richey

I really liked this clinic. They were able to work me in right away! I stayed in my car the whole time, I spoke to the Dr on the phone, the Vet tech came out to get a history and take my kitten then came back to give me the Dr.s plan of treatment and get my consent. Then he came back out with my kitten and to give me instruction on the meds. They took my payment over the phone. The treatment worked well and my kitten's fever finally broke the next day, thanks to God! I was very pleased with Dr. ANGELA.

Not as clean as I would like, but the service was amazing!!! The techs were very gentle and my very anxious dogs did very well. They also, saw all 3 of them at once and I was able to go in with them. Of course masks were worn, my dogs do not do well without their Mom, so this was very nice! The doctor was so gentle and sweet and I appreciate them. The prices are actually affordable, as well.

The girls there are very friendly and professional, Mrs. Nester is such an amazing person, very caring with the animals. We took our 8 week old blue heeler in today. The visit was just next to perfect. Scheduling was Great, lobby wait was short/great, in office visit - personally was very helpful and great with our puppy, they gave training tips and care tips, the Dr and testing was breezy, and they clearly explained everything they were doing. (Next to perfect because the room was not very sanitary); the price was on point and very affordable, the check out and rescheduling was painless and easy. This was our first visit here and we will be coming back here for all future appointments.

Dr. Nester and all of her staff are GREAT!! My 4 month puppy began vomiting so I called them to try to get an appointment, and they let me bring her in right away! She had parvo! They began treating her right away! If they hadn't been able to get her in as fast as they did she may not have made it through the night! They saved my puppy and I am very thankful! Their prices are very reasonable and they were even able to give me some donated medications to help her recovery as well! On day three of taking her back for her treatments by puppy was jumping and licking all over Dr. Nester, which told me that she must be taking great care of her! I came here to edit my review, when I left it I was very upset because I was sure we were gonna lose her and I was frustrated because I felt the vet didn’t do much. Two hours wait time to be seen for what I thought was a life threatening situation is still way too long. When you’re not a professional and your tiny puppy is laying in your hands, very faint and lifeless (she wouldn’t open her eyes, her tongue was sticking out and her breathing was barely noticeable) it’s a scary situation and my feelings towards being made to wait such a long time are valid. I don’t know what emergency clinic you spoke to but by the end of it all the vet who actually saw her, and tested her told us her kidney and or liver may not process certain human foods. She was much worse after we got home, although at one point she seemed to be getting better. Just before we rushed her to emergency her eyes began to roll back. We were sure she was dying. She had eaten about two hours before we got there but was not eating in between, she couldn’t even wake up. She didn’t die, thankfully. She did survive which is why I decided to come back and edit my review because everyone seemed nice. At a moment of panic “nice” wasn’t cutting it, I was angry at what seemed like a lack of consideration but I now realize that you are the professionals and you didn’t see a life threating situation.

They are the most expensive pet hospital I've ever seen before we my dog Baby and I went in the exam room they asked me how was I going to pay for the visit and I said that I was going to pay cash for it but they told me that they were going to be doing several test on my dog because I told them that she had allergies and she was also due for her rabies shot we were told I could apply for a credit card to help pay for the visit so I applied for the card and was turned down for it. Long story short I was told before they did anything about the allergies that it was going to cost me 673.00 not including the medication they were going to give me for a ungodly amount. I told them I was on SSI and could not afford it they said let me go back in the office and see if we can get the treatment Baby needed for a little cheaper and they did and now they come out and tell me that they have lowered their rates for me and it would only cost me a little less and then they say how much can you afford to pay I had a 150.and I asked my brother in law if he would be able to help me out with it if I didn't have enough he said he would give me150. but I would have to pay him back so I tell them that I have 300.they are pleased to say that is just about what they needed after the adjustments on the bill. They charged me 296.99. That is ridiculous if you ask me,well what can I say that was not a good review rating but I am back today to tell you that I am still taking Baby to RICHEY ANIMAL CLINIC AND EVEN THOUGH I DON'T LIKE THE PRICES I HAVE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE THE BEST OF VET CARE OF THEM ALL I WOULDN'T TAKE BABY TO ANY OTHER. I took my fur baby here for the first time this past weekend for his annual. I got there about 20 mins before my appt and they went ahead and saw him. I was in and out in about 30 mins. I have two kittens, one which had been throwing up for about 24 hours, and both needed boosters but between bills needing to get paid and needing to be at work asap I was desperate. I was told about RAC and showed up at 7:40 am, hoping to get in as early possible but had no hope of getting out within 1-2 hours but Dr. Schmidt was amazing and opened early and even took them in a room before his 8am appt showed up. On Friday, my 13 y/o Lab, Aggie, was suffering from medical ailments and needed to take her for treatment. Office staff said come by Saturday when Clinic opens, and we'll see if we can get her in. Got there approx 810, probably didn't wait but 20 minutes and she was in back with Dr, Sullivan. Can't thank you enough for the quick response for her health needs.
