I’ll start this by saying when I initially called to schedule an appointment I did not have a good experience with the receptionist. She made some pretty inappropriate assumptions about the care of my dog. After I spoke with her supervisor (yea, I was that guy who asked for the supervisor), I decided to proceed with my appointment. These four stars belong to the crew and Veterinarian we had our appointment with. I was presented with several options for treatment and I was allowed to express my concerns and ask many questions on how to go forward with caring for my dogs. I really appreciated the attention to our needs.

My spouse and I have been taking our pets here since we got them 2 years ago. Although expensive, they've only ever been helpful and kind, prioritising our dogs' wellbeing. Unfortunately, we had to put one of our babies down, but they let us do it pretty late in the evening so we could have the day with him. Since then, we've received phone calls and cards, checking in on us and seeing how our other dog is going. When we had to go back for our other dog, their doctor, Doctor Nagamine checked in with me again. They've made a donation in Pappy's name to their Pet Kokua Fund. I'm sorry that not everyone has had a good experience here, and it's never easy saying goodbye to their loved ones. But the staff love what they do and are always excited to see our dogs.

The Nurses and the Doctor understood my situation about prices for my dog. They offered alternate solutions that were just as effective for my dog to get healed. That showed me they care about the animal and the owner and not just getting paid. I will always go to Wahiawa Pet Hospital first before any other vet on the Aina.

Had a big scare when my dog suddenly couldn't walk. Drive into Waipahu pet hospital without an appointment. They helped bring my dog in from the car and saw him right away. The vet was amazing. He checked on my dog and saw his eyes twitched to the right which caused his balance to be off. He quickly determined it was a really bad ear infection causing the issues. They got us the antibiotics he needed and gave him a shot for the nausea. The team helped bring my dog back to the car and we were in our way. About $50 and 20 minutes was all it took. 3 days later my baby is back to himself again. Thank you so much for everything. The team here is amazing!

We are so happy that we made the move for our furry baby, 5 month old Makana to Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital. Her previous vet experience was traumatic but Dr. Chelsey Martin made us feel like we were part of their family on our first visit. Dr. Martin got right on the ground with Makana and let her warm up to her so not to stress her out. She took the time to answer all our questions and took our concerns into consideration for Makana's care. Makana had come around by the end of our visit. We're so looking forward to our long term relationship with Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital and Dr. Martin.

Waikele pet hospital has seen both my Great Danes. When our oldest passed, they were gentle and kind. They sent us a heartfelt card that was much needed in that time. They have been there for all emergencies and provide excellent pet care and reassurance to scared dog parents. I recommend them for all emergency pet services!

Every time I bring my puppy here or call, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always take the time to give her the care she needs and answer any questions I have. Check-in is easy. I just call when I arrive, they call when they're ready and meet me at the front door.

Wahiawa Pet Hospital is the Best on caring of your animal. The Doctor & Staff did a good job on taking care of my dog Corona. They was Professional and gave me the best advice how to get rid of the ticks etc. They was Super Friendly and makes me want to send all my Dogs to them and I will Highly Recommend them to my My Family & Friends. Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital has a real gem in Dr. Strapple. I love how kind she is and how she takes time to LISTEN. She never makes me feel rushed, and is always loving and kind to my cat, Baby, who freaks out with every check up. I like how real Dr. Strapple is and how easy it is to talk with her and discuss things. Thank you Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital for having such a caring vet on your staff.

My 10-year-old lab Annie Marie was suddenly not eating or being able to drink water and had this strange drool coming from her mouth and I called Waipahu Waikele pet Hospital and they gave us an appointment for 8 PM the same day. Dr. Ornellas-Walsh was our vet and she was amazing she found it and he had a bone lodged on her back molar which was causing her obvious discomfort and inability to eat or drink normally she popped it off and Annie immediately accepted a couple of treats 💞 I was able to have a heartworm test done while we were there and get her her continued meds and bring her home happy and comfortable! We are grateful!

I've been taking my rabbits here to see Dr. Thornburg for a few years now. She is an awesome and knowledgeable veterinarian when it comes to rabbits. She has neutered 3 of my boy rabbits so far and they have all been very successful. I also appreciate her calling to give updates on the surgery and then later in the week to see how they were doing. For regular Checkups She is thorough and very gentle and answers any questions. She is the only vet I trust with my buns. The staff here are all very friendly and the facility is very clean. My visits are always streamlined and efficient.

Dr. Jarin Ikenaga is an amazing vetenarian and I trust him with my cat wholeheartedly. My cat generally does not like human touch unless she specifically seeks it out herself. She will tolerate it unwanted human touch, but with Dr. Ikenaga, she completely trusted him and even let him pet her belly! The staff are very kind over the phone and in-person. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. I can confidently recommend Dr. Ikenaga and this pet hospital.

I brought my dog to WWPH's ER when my primary vet was completely booked for appointments and walk-ins. Unfortunately my sweet girl didn't make it but the service that we received was outstanding. This was one of the hardest moments of my life. They helped me say goodbye and have been so thoughtful and caring. My daughter's 13 year old Husky/Malamute had a seizure a week ago that left her vision impaired, unable to walk, and in an incontinence state. We received superior service from the person who came out to the car upon our arrival to Dr Peacott, his technician. another female doctor, and assistants. Unfortunately, my daughter had to make the hardest decision to put Hapa down after caring for her at home giving her 24/7 care. They went over and beyond our expectations. I recommend this hospital for your furbabies.

I took a foster kitty in for an exam as I was going to put her up for adoption. Though I have been a regular client of Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital, I have never had Dr. Isa treat any of our pets. Was I totally surprised at her efficiency! She thought of things like trimming her nails and that I should keep our kitty separate from our dog since kitty was getting treatment for worms. Dr. Isa followed up with the test result and then later even called to check up on our kitty. Thank you Dr. Isa and the great staff at WWPH!

Due to Covid- 19 I know things can be a little difficult manage. You often wonder how will they handle YOUR situation and YOUR needs? Everyone’s situation and needs are different. Here at Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital they took VERY good care and helped me very closely. I would not be able to say this today if it weren’t for Dr. Graas and the staff at Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital !! Last time I brought our other dog to the vet, I didn’t come back home with her😭 She was a lil old lady and it wasn’t anyone’s fault. She just had a health problem that was really risky to handle. My dog is a mixed breed (poi dog) 10 years old and I have taken her to 2 other vets, I’m not sure if its because she’s not a pure breed but when we visit the vet I felt rushed and the staff didn’t seem very friendly to her. I love bringing my pup here. Not only is it located closer to me than other vets, but the care they show my dog is amazing. They are compassionate and patient. I always trust them with Philys' health. She hates having her nails clipped but they always took their time to make sure they were all trimmed. Even with covid and us not being allowed in for awhile, Philys came out looking happy and not as anxious as you'd think getting a shot without her human with her. I can't recommend this place enough!

I've been taking my three cats to Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital for years and we've always had very good experiences. The vets and staff are super friendly and the well being of my pets are always their top priority. This year has been a tough year for my family as we lost two of the three cats - the 18 year old had to be put to sleep. The staff was very sympathetic and treated my baby girl with the utmost compassion. My 17 year old just had dental work by Dr. Marika Constantaras, who is a dental specialist - she did a wonderful job and hopefully this will keep him healthy and allow him to live a more comfortable life.

Its never fun taking your beloved pet to an emergency clinic. Waikele Waipahu has always been able to accommodate our emergency pet needs and shows compassion and care every time. We recently had a case where we needed to modify the treatment plan to fit both the comfort of the Doctor as well as the needs of our pet. We are so fortunate that the doctor could work with us to create a plan we both were comfortable with while most importantly attending to the needs of our dog. We are grateful for this resource and the staff, doctors, and technicians at Waikele Waipahu. We have never considered going anywhere else for our pets emergency needs.

Top Notch! My dogs, both Chihuahuas were both had excellent care before, during and after insemination, including pregnancy and delivery. They take my calls and return my calls. No sound of impatient tone, as when I am worried I can be a pest. They have been very patient with me and my moody male dog. They send reminder text and do not forget to call me if they need something. During normal business hours I am not passed over to another vet which makes me feel secure. The vet, Dr Hisanaga came in on his day off to do the insemination and stayed until I came, to deliver the pup. He is normally gone by then. I came in around 8:30p, she delivered around 10p, he talked to me about the delivery and after care until 11p. This showed me he truly care. It's a very long drive from my home ( 45 min to an hour +) and I am torn between my loyalty to my normal vet and changing over to him. :{

We are relatively new to the island and didnt have a set vet yet. Our female cat needed to have an emergency spay. From the beginning, the staff was very professional and understanding of how we felt. Danni was someone who we spoke with a lot, and she was very respectful, professional, and compassionate. She answered all my questions and did everything she could to help. Dr. Graas was the doctor that performed the surgery and he was amazing. He answered all my questions, he made sure he updated me often, and you could tell her well being was his top priority. We will continue to come here for our pets health care. Highly recommend!

I appreciate their professionalism and obvious care for the animals that they see . Most recently, our dog started showing signs of an eye infection so we called for an appointment and got in the next day. Covid19 precautions meant that staff took our dog inside for examination while I waited in the car. I was informed and consulted every step of the way with them phoning me for approval for a couple of further tests, including the cost. I didn’t have to leave the car, everyone was masked, the dog was well cared for and the eye ointment the doctor prescribed did the trick. We received a follow up phone call a few days later to see how he was doing. As the owners of two beloved pets it is reassuring to have Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital nearby.

We needed a routine non emergency appointment and was able to get one the same day. The facility was clean and modern. There was ample parking. There was adequate staff to handle a large volume of customers. Every employee we had contact with was very professional and friendly and genuinely committed to taking care of us and our dog. This is a very good pet hospital. Staff is friendly and professional. The facility is modern, large and well maintained. Parking is a bit of a challenge. It is handicapped accessible. I have been going there since we moved here 4 years ago. Sometimes they are very busy and you end up waiting quite a while. This morning my appointments were for 9:30 and 10:00. I arrived right at 9:30 and sat in the waiting room for quite awhile. Then a vet tech put us in an examining room, I sat in there with both dogs after she did a preliminary questionnaire until after 10:10 when the vet finally came in. She thanked me for as she put it, "Hanging out." I paid the bill at 10:28 as it says on the printout of my visit itemization.

Have been going to Waipahu Waikele Pet for 15+ years. Dr Hisanaga and the entire staff are wonderful. We had a couple of emergencies where other doctors took care of our dogs. The other doctors were super too. We live in Hawaii Kai and the drive is a little long by Hawaii standards but we know our pets will get expert and compassionate care at Waipahu Waikele.

When our Lab and family pet Charley passed June 2019, it broke our hearts- The Waipahu Waikele Pet hospital staff were caring, compassionate and so professional- even going as far as to have all the staff sign the follow up sympathy condolence card with his ashes- it was unexpected and MUCH appreciated. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and truly care about my pet. They can be pretty pricey, but I think that can be said about all vets and doctors. But for the most part, they don’t make me come in every time I need something unless they truly think there is a need. My favorite part about this vet is their hours. They are open late for appointments so I can go after work or the weekends. I also love that they are staffed and open 24 hours for emergencies.

I have never had an experience like this. They are kindest people you will ever deal with. We moved our dog to quarantine there for the rest of his stay and he hated to come home. He loved them all so much! They taught him to not be afraid of baths too! I don't think I would've made the last 30 days of quarantine, if I knew he wasn't someplace where they loved him as much as we do!

My dog had blood in her stool and urine. My regular vet could not take her and recommended VERC (Veterinarian Emergency Referral Center), but Makai Pet Hospital took me in within a few hours and I was able to have her checked and get some meds within a few hours. Fortunately there was no blood in the urine, but remnants of the blood in the stool. I would have been worried to death if my dog was not seen almost immediately. All the doctors and vet techs I've met are very friendly and took good care of my dog. Can't ask for more than that! Mahalo to Makai Pet Hospital and Dr. Asato.

My dog had cut his foot really bad and needed stitches right away. The vet and the staff here were kind, helpful and treated the situation with urgency. The vet made me feel confident in his abilities and that my dog was in good hands. They did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. I have been going to this clinic since the early 70’s with Dr Hubbard and Dr Higa. When they moved to this new clinic and changed names (leeward to Waikele) I was afraid the climate would change, but NOT! I do not go very often but when I call, I am given the earliest possible appointment, I am greeted as I walk in the door (often by name), and my dogs are treated like actual patients. When I am prescribed anything, especially heat worm or flea medications, the vet always looks for coupons and discounts. They try to keep the costs down as best they can. This clinic was recommended to me by one of my co-workers when we got our little puppy 11 month ago, I can not say anything negative about them, everyone here from the Veterinarians to the staffs are great. The clinic is clean and so are the rooms. They are always available, and what I like the most is that when you leave a phone message for the Veterinarian they return your call. I would be sad when it's time for us to go back to the mainland and leave this clinic, I hope to be able to find a place like this. I have been to both the waipio/Waikele and Wahiawa pet Hospitals. They are very professional, Reliable and Responsive to your pets needs. I had my Maltese/poodle for 14yrs+. Unfortunately she had a illness that was not able to be helped by medication. Dr Crabtree and her team were on a full schedule, but knew the circumstances . They opened their door to providing my girl Lois her needs. I also took my Pom/chi mix Kiyome to them to do a full review of her health,, since we lost Lois to her illness. If your looking for a great Hospital to go too. Look no further then waikele or Wahiawa pet hospitals.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I've been to 2 other vets on island and this is by far the most affordable and friendly. I adopted a furbaby that had no fur and smelled like rotting flesh. The staff greeted me with a smile, never judged my dog and did everything they could to make her comfortable. Dr. Achiu is absolutely amazing! She gave me pricing for every test and medication along the way so there were no surprises when leaving. The hospital even called me a few days later to check on my furbaby to see how she was doing. When I came in to get prescription refills, Dr. Achiu herself came out to talk to me and to see how my furbaby was doing. Finding a pet hospital that treats your pet as if it is their own is irreplaceable!

My Gizmo has been treated by Waikele Pet Hospital since 2004. We’ve been pleased with their service. Dr. Thornburg was kind and did a thorough exam of Gizmo. Gizmo didn’t cry when she gave him his shots. Gizmo has also been boarded there and when I receive him upon return he is happy and in good health. We will continue to go to WPH.

The staff at Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital are consistently providing the compassion and caring attitude towards our pet. Our cat, Marbles, recently had a tooth extracted about a week ago. Dr. Nashiro that performed the procedure was very professional and provided information as to what was being performed. Went here to have our sick cat checked out. We were seen the same day (with an appointment) and had a great experience. This is a brand new facility that is very well maintained and professional. The staff is VERY courteous and accommodating. The vet was very nice and patient with us, she saw our cat on Saturday, treated him and called us the next day (Sunday) just to see how he was doing. We will continue to take our cat and begin taking our two dogs. They are open late, until 8:00 but have told us they are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week if needed.

My experience with Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital (WWPH) started approximately 6 years ago when my doberman Ozzy started bleeding from his gums. I could tell It was not just due to dental plaque. I rushed him to the VCA clinic by Ala Moana. To my surprise and concern they immediately took Ozzy from me and had me fill out forms. Then I waited and finally was called into an exam room but no Ozzy. Much more concerned now. Finally the vet came in and gave me his analysis. I was too upset at this point to accept anything he said and asked for my dog back, paid for the visit and some meds and left still upset. On the road now I called WWPH out of the blue and to my pleasant surprise they told me to come right in so I just continued driving direct to them. It has been an awesome experience with them ever since. The staff is very professional. The facility is totally and supremely equipped and immaculate. Although I live in Hawaii Kai, they provide me with the confidence in their abilities and I only make the drive twice per year that I really don't mind. There is always that personal touch with each staff. Even during COVID, the staff always has that "valued & caring" tone of voice. "I am an Aunty type, so I can hear over the phone that spirit of patience, respect, & mindfulness. They are genuine -professionals with great attitudes, they have this, "Don't worry you & your love one(pet) is going to be cared for here". The doctors will go out of their way to make sure you are well informed about what procedures will take place & the cost if you want to know. Our family absolutely loves this place! The staff is efficient, courteous and friendly. The Dr's are Positively wonderful and Very caring. Their doctors always gives you options and makes sure you understand everything before you leave. NO pressure. This clinic is clean and DOES NOT have any odor that practically knocks you over when you walk through the door like some other clinics/pet hospitals. And though they may be more pricier than otherclinics/hospitals when it comes down to it and it involves your pet/baby... Now don't get me wrong my husband and I are NOT made of $$$ so it . does matter to us. And thats where your options come in. And it is your choice.

Great facility, great staff and Dr Watanabe is so friendly and he is the best with our dogs! He laid on the floor the other day with our pug who had hurt his leg and was so gentle with him the entire time. During a yearly check-up, our Boston Terrier was licking Dr Watanabe's face SO much when he was listening to his heart but he just let him do it while keeping a big smile on his face! Good to see our dogs are very confortable around him. He is also very honest and doesnt try to charge us for things that are not needed (saved us $400 the other day when another vet recommended x-rays that were not necessary). We love that they are a 24/7 hospital and that they have our dogs information in case of an emergency. So happy to have found the perfect vet hospital!! Thank you!

I am very happy with this great hospital—very caring staff and doctors. The staff and doctors will take the time to call you and hear your concerns. I travel all the way from Kalihi Valley just to have my dog taken good care of by this hospital. The boarding facilities are clean and spacious and they have a good stock of food and snacks. Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital is the best. My dog Bailey Kea started limping a few days ago. I called them the next morning and they set an appointment that same day. Dr. Thornburg and the front girls were great. I was seen within 5 minutes after arriving, xrays were taken along with a regular checkup, and vacinations that were due. The doctor called me the next day to say that it was just a sprain rather than a torn ACL. Thank God for that. Every time I go there with my pets they make you feel right at home. We had returned home after being away for 12 years and my dog is 12yrs old. This was her first time traveling (ever). She's having to do a quarantine of 2 months and we were told that we needed to register her with a vet. We originally picked this vet because it was closer to home for us but I am so much more than glad we did. The quarantine had called me to advice me that my dog had blood in her urine (she's spayed) and that I should contact my registered vet to see if they would be able to do a urinalysis test to find out if it was something severe. After contacting Waipahu waikele pet hospital, they had then taken care of everything. From calling the quarantine to make sure they had transported my dog to their facility, to checking her before her scheduled appointment and allowing her to stay in boarding with them for the night just to get a break from the quarantine kennels and allowing me to spend time with her. They were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! Besides the fact of seeing how they had treated us with such care, I had witnessed the dedication and severe action they had executed towards a more serious matter with a poor dog who's owner rushed to this establishment because he was clearly in need of serious help. A gentleman nurse had bolted through the door like a bat out of hell, just to assist in opening the operating room door while 2 young ladies rushed the poor baby on a stretcher who was seizing. They had all acted very professional and treated the situation as serious as it was. I felt like I just watched someone being brought into a human ER with a gunshot wound holding onto their life and the EMTS, Nurses and Dr.'s made that the priority patient (As they should) ... They were awesome. I am so happy my dog now has them as her Vet. Thank you so much WWPH!

From the front end staff who greets us with smile and warmth, loves on my dog Pono, to Dr. Morikami and Marisa who delivers excellent service and compassion each visit we are there. When we see other doctors in the event that Dr. Morikami is unavailable, their service is impeccable as well. I fully trust all the doctors and would recommend everyone I know to them. We have been going to this hospital ever since the 1970s when they were located in their old Waipahu location. Dr Higa was the first vet we worked with and has since retired. I love this hospital! The staff and vetanarians are so compassionate and caring. Whenever I call, I get a friendly voice on the other line. Our lab retriever Emily passed away two years ago and the staff was so supportive during this hard time. I am forever grateful! Our terrier Cubbie is 14 years old and still goes to this hospital!

Great people that seem to care a great deal for the pets they take care of. One negative is boarding. They do not charge for 24 hours but days which routinely cost one additional day charges for each boarding we do. Example. Drop off pet in the afternoon on Friday and pick up in the late morning of Sunday. They charge for Friday, Saturday and Sunday when the pet is only there for two days. This policy is costly to customers, however convenient it may be for the bookkeeping on their side. Other than that, great place to have your pets cared for.

Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital Management Team, It would be appreciated if some sort of discount be offered to senior and military customers for their pet supplies. I purchase 24 lbs Metabolic+Mobility Canine dog food at $90.85 a bag every month and to receive a 10% discount would be a huge help financially. My husband and I are retired military local family and while we want to feed our pet, Anuhea a good diet food for her is becoming difficult financially. We will either have to resolve to finding another source to purchase her food or even change her diet even though we have always enjoyed doing business with your company. On May 22, 2009 at 5:22 pm we walked into Waipahu Leeward Veterinarian Clinic with Pikake Mochi for her first exam with Dr. Mellissa Yuen. Her kind, gentle, and compassionate attitude towards us made us feel very comfortable. The relationship that ensued was exceptional and unique. She was not only our Vet, but she became part of our family. A year later we adopted Pikake’s mom, Pomu Latte, which made our family complete. We continued to see Dr. Yuen regularly and on occasions, Dr. Achiu. It was from that moment that we knew that this was the clinic for us. The location was convenient for us as we lived in Waipahu. Friends with pets who were clients would recommend this establishment . The friendliness and consideration we received from the management in the front was outstanding. Jen, Cindy V, Cindy L, Isabel, Melanie, Lynn, Latisha, and Leilani were just a few of the more than helpful and caring people there. The advice given and services rendered allowed us to be assured that our canine companions were well taken care of, which in turn calmed our hearts anytime we had to go to the Vet. It has been over 6 years with many changes since our first day there. The once homey and quaint office has a new location, new name, increased in physical size, and an expanded number of employees. We now see Dr. Dawn Morikami and Marissa frequently and on occasions Dr. Nagamine, Dr. Nashiro, Dr. Nagasako, and Dr. Yamasaki. The experiences we’ve had attending the clinic have so far resulted in positive outcomes. Whenever I call for an appointment, I generally get the desired time and day as I try to call in advance. Dr. Morikami has been more than supportive in addressing concerns, comments or questions by returning my calls promptly. Communication has been an essential component for us in our ever developing relationship with Dr. Morikami and Marissa. During emergencies, (in which our girls have had a few,) I felt the girls were thoroughly tended to under the circumstances. During the crisis, it was comforting to know that every effort was made to best to accommodate us. The charges for services rendered, we felt were reasonable. We’ve been to other Veterinarians on Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island and found prices to be comparable. We try to anticipate for office visits in our regular monthly budget, be it for wellness maintenance or for future emergencies. We feel that our girls are a very important part of our family (never giving a second thought to their care and welfare). No amount of money can amount or compare to the unconditional love and impact Pikake and Latte has had and continue to have on our lives. We do our very best to maintain a positive attitude whenever we encounter visits at Waipahu Waikele Pet Hospital either planned or otherwise. We know many of our friends have had experiences with WWPH with opinions of their own. We feel in our hearts that each person at WWPH do their very best to service the pet parents of the community. We look forward to the years ahead with our girls reaching the ages of 7 years old (Pikake) and 11 years old (Pomu Latte) thus far. Our family is new to WWPH. I'm so grateful to have found WWPH during a particularly worrisome time. I took our six-year-old Golden Retriever there, in search of a 2nd opinion for what turned out to be a canceous skin tumor. The entire staff, from the reception desk, the assistants, all the way to Dr. Zia, provided extremely kind, thorough and professional care for Charlie surrounding his ensuing surgery and post-op care. I only had to use them once. Unfortunately my one time was for the hardest thing I had to do. I had to lay my Wicket to rest 3 weeks before his 15th birthday. To say I felt life was ending is an understate understatement. When I finally got the courage to go through with this they had an evening appointment for us that day. Then they very thoughtfully allowed me and my family to carry out baby through the back to avoid the waiting room. We had a very private room, employees who were sensitive to us even though meeting us for the first time. They offered to let us have as long as we needed. Later that week right before we received his ashes, we received a card filled with deepest sincere condolences. Dr. Kyle Dubreuil was absolutely amazing. Princessa was my dad's Persian cat. When we went to visit my father at his apt a few years ago, we found him dead. He had suffered a heart attack. My father absolutely loved animals and Princessa was his baby. My father loved her very very much, sometimes felt more than his own kids lol (love you dad). My daughter loved her grand father and shares the love of animals as well. She took over Princessa's care, scratches and all. Today we had to put her down. I'm sharing a little back story to try to explain how important Princessa was to us. Dr. Dubreuil was so kind and gentle with both my daughter and our Princessa. The way he explained everything to my daughter so delicately and so honest. I really am greatful and I will definitely refer people to them. Ok, read some of the reviews. And maybe that's what you've been through. As for me, my hapa grl been with them since she was a pup before they moved. I almost lost her a year ago, they worked with me to try get the best help with my budget. She is still with me but not for long she is 17yr young ,sometimes she thinks she still a pup but her body slowly going.Well 4:30 am today was at a park some where in waipio, heard a very small kitten crying, found it soak n wet.tried to get it dry n warm. Not equipped to take care of it, took it to them. Explained what unfolded, they took the kitten in and assured me it wouldn't be put down. As I left, I felt relieved and thankful that they did that. So as you can see, not everyone had a bad experience. ☺

Dr. Watanabe did their initial exam and wing clipping 6 months ago. He did an excellent job handling them and explained the steps in clipping their wings as he did it. A few weeks ago, I noticed Pepper was doing some unusual shifting back and forth on his perch so I scheduled him and Fitz for an exam to figure out if anything was wrong. Dr. Watanabe examined Pepper's foot and quickly determined what the problem was. He treated both Pepper and Fitz and they are doing very well. I have a follow up visit in a couple weeks and I really appreciate the thoroughness of the examinations by Dr. Watanabe.
