Great staff and atmosphere. I love the cleanliness and set up of their office and they seem like they really have amazing, knowledgeable providers and staff who care about the animals. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Kapolei VCA animal hospital is super amazing. My fur baby needed an emergency c section and financially I was an unable to pay the upfront fee. I called several veterinary hospitals and asked if I could do a payment plan. Sadly, I was told no by everyone!!! In fear of my fur baby dying while in labor, my partner and I took my fur baby to kapolei’s VCA location, where they took ahold of my fur baby and reassured my partner and I that they would take care of my baby and agreed to help us with a payment plan! As much as I wanted to cry tears of joy I kept quiet and thanked Heavenly Father for sending VCA animal hospital in our direction. I give them 100% rating for hospitality, cleanliness, caring for my fur baby and treating us like family. Thank you Dr. Love, VCA manager, and staff you all are the real MVP. My fur baby are doing great and so are her babies. Thank you kapolei location VCA animal hospital♥️ Highly recommend kapolei location VCA because once you step into their office your home and taken cared of like family!

Awesome team that treats you and your animals just as family, and the Vets are 2nd to none, Our Shar-Pei is very special to us and she is extremely shy but when its VCA time she opens up to the team and she loves Dr. O'Neal dearly. So glad we found VCA 6 yrs ago.

Comfortable atmosphere for both pet and owner. Compassionate staff. Great service. My little guy didn't make it because he was born with a bad kidney 😩 they also provide cremation services. I received my puppy home three days later. Satisfied and thankful for their services. Will definitely keep coming here for our future pet services.

I took my cat, Oreo, because he had a laceration under his arm. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. The vet texted me the day after Oreo got his stitches and I received various phone call check ins throughout the 2 week healing time by staff. To me- that level of customer service makes the difference in quality of care. They were expensive buuuut also flexible with a payment plan to help my fur family afford the services. Mahalo a million times over! 🐾💕

VCA was so helpful and went out of there way when I really needed them I would highly recommend this place. Long story short, myself and another woman caught someone's pet that was loose and attacked by another dog. It had a lot of puncture wounds and was bleeding and at first was trying to bite us since it was so scared but then realized we were trying to help. VCA was closed when we got this little dog there but they opened back up so they could assist with this dog and let us know it would be okay. I can't thank them enough. Thank you to MO, Kennsey, Snenny, and Dr. Moline.

My dog was diagnosed with lymphoma (cancer) almost a year ago. During the whole time we used a different veterinarian. Well tonight, he went into rapid decline and we needed to get him euthanized immediately so he didn't suffer. We were turned down by our primary vet and 3 others because they stated we needed an appointment. When I called VCA kapolei, I feel as if they heard the desperation in my voice and told me to come in right away. They were able to get all the paperwork done and were waiting for us to arrive. The staff was wonderful in giving us the time to say goodbye. The vet in charge of putting our dog down explained every step of the process and acted extremely professional and patient even with my wife being uncontrollably emotional. If we lived closer, this would be our go to vet. Thank you again VCA for making an extremely emotional process easier.

Good vet clinic. Wished they waived the emergency visit charge $100 for a stray puppy (4-6 wks old) that I found in our backyard that morning. Didn't have a problem paying for all the meds and actual visit time with the vet doctor (they have bills too). Makes it hard for some to do the right thing during these financial hardship times. Unfortunately, the puppy had passed away 3 days later (no fault of the clinic/doctor).

Kristin in OR is absolutely THE BEST! Not only did she comfort me in my time of distress, she took the time to make my dog comfortable. It's an understatement to say she is 10 stars plus. I was crying hysterically and she made me feel at ease and explained everything to me 5x over when I was freaking out. Sore gave me Kleenex and comforted me and let me see my dog even though he was very sick and made it bearable in a not bearable situation. She took care of him beyond what he was there for and cared for him like he was a part of our family! Thank you Kristin, and thank you VCA Kapolei for helping me in the biggest emergency I've had with my baby! 🥰😍💗💖❤ If you have an emergency Kristin and Dr. Love will take care of your puppy with the best care!

He went through a mini crises while awaiting treatment and doctor responded and made him comfortable again…….she also allayed my concerns with her efforts. I had my first visit last week and is so pleased with the communication with my dog Kaika and with me. They are so thorough, compassionate and understanding and up to date with their computers, right in the room like regular Doctors visits. . I'm so happy I changed Vets after 8 years of going to Animal House in Ewa Beach. I didn't know this excellent service existed. Thank You VCA Kapolei Animal Clinic, Please don't ever change.

AWESOME! No other Animal Clinic loves and cares for animals like VCA. The VETS take time to make sure the owner is happy and comfortable with the care and the prices are very good. We don't trust any other Clinic w/the care for our 3 animals and our aunties dog . I highly recommend VCA.

I trust Dr Kwock and the staff here with my dog's care. Everyone is knowledgeable, caring, and skilled. The facilities are always clean, and my dog is expertly cared for each time. The Kapolei office is the best out of all the ones I've visited (Waipahu, Kaneohe, Pearl City). They'll take good care of your animal companion. Sometimes, it's super busy, both in the office and in the parking lot, so plan ahead and be patient. 👍 Nowadays, you can't go in with your furry kid, so bring a mask and your cell phone so that you may coordinate drop-off, payment, and pick-up with the staff. The vet will call to let you know how they're doing, and you can always ask questions or share concerns.

This clinic is amazing. They helped me and my best friend take care of our 3 day old kitten all the way to present. They were always excited to see us, were kind enough to give us free check ups, wave over some fees, and made great recommendations for supply, food and resources. The cat probably wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for their help. Thank you guys so much. P.S the cat is a healthy 6 month baby now.

My beautiful friend Clint took a turn for the worst over the weekend. He had stage 4 renal failure and his quality of life wasn't great. On Monday I called and requested that he be put to sleep. They had one appt available that day and the next one wasn't for another week. I felt that to be a sign. I was in the room I was given time to say goodbye and I stroke him while he was put to sleep. I will forever be grateful to the staff at VCA Kapolei Animal hospital. I felt like that they truly cared. Aloha

When I took my dog there in an emergency they took such care of him. The entire staff was caring and loving. By the end of the visit it had to make the most difficult loving decision a pet owner has to make and they were again incredibly supportive of me. I felt like we knew eachother for years even though I just walked in that morning. 2 weeks later I open my mail box and there is the most sweetest card, signed by everyone,, taking the time to personalize it with my babys name. Inside the card was another card with a pad of his fur and his paw print!! Just when I thought I was done crying. What an absolutely beautiful and thoughtful thing to send. I will cherish it always!!! They are the best vet clinic around!!!

They took great care of us. My brother's dog passed away and his normal vet clinic was closed. Went to VCA Kapolei and they helped take care of cremation services at a reasonable price. The staff was extremely courteous, welcoming, and understanding.

I went in with my 3 yr old rescued dog Nugget. She is still afraid of people, especially males. Dr. Bader sat on the floor for awhile and let her get used to him, had treats in hand.... He was wonderful with her and although Nugget was nervous he was able to pick her up and take her for tests. She is in good hands with VCA! Great vets and staff.

I came here for an eye emergency for our cat, Suki. It was little later in the evening on a weeknight, but we were able to be seen and helped with very little wait. Dr. Bader was solid, concise, funny but professional. He was able to get ahold of our eye specialist and get us on our way.

On 9 December 2018, our dog was the victim of an attack, by an American Pitbull Terroir mix. He was in pretty bad shape when we brought him into the VCA Kapolei hospital. Without him being registered at the VCA Kapolei, Dr. Dang, along with her very professional staff of Vet Techs, did not turn us away or give us a hard time. The staff took control of him immediately, and diligently began the process of putting him back together. That's a five star rating all day.

LOVE Dr Bader. The staff is also friendly and prompt in getting matters handled. Only 4 starts though because the corporation VCA is very expensive. Not the location's fault though.
