I had my Lily Bell there a couple weeks ago after trying numerous places to have her seen. I was so worried about her that I didn't get the name of the vet. But I want to say she was amazing with Lily. Lily is not the friendliess thing. I just want to say thank you to all of you there. Everyone was awesome from the vet to the recptionests. I can not thank you enough. I will be using valley veterinary hospital again..my new place that I know my babies will get the best care. Thank you all again!#

The compassion this team showed me this morning was extraordinary. I knew the decision to euthanize my pet was the right one, and not at all an easy one. They did not ask me to justify my decision and I was met with care and kindness. Maddy, at the front desk, was amazing throughout, as were all the other staff I encountered. I had to unexpectedly put my dog down recently due to a tumor. He had had issues with tumors in the past and unfortunately this one took over and grew quickly. Dr. Smith and the rest of the staff here were so helpful and supportive during the process. I had to take Eddy in a few times to try and figure out what was going on and they were so kind to Eddy with each visit. When I ended up deciding to put him down, all staff who interacted with me were kind and understanding. I am so grateful that his last few vet visits were dealt with so well. I will definitely be back if I adopt again, this clinic is great and takes care of their patient's so well!

Great Vet - beautifully renovated - short staffed so a bit of a wait. Staff does a great job to work with nervous pets. Here is our cat trying to hide under his pillow. Staff provided the perfect support to keep him from freaking out.

I love this place. As hard as it is to bring your pet somewhere, I know they are taking car of my little fluff muffins. They rememeber our critters by name and even call to see how they are doing after surgery. They send us home with all of the necessary equipment to properly care for a pet in need. In person, they seem just as obsessed with our pets as we are. They just seem to truly care about them and us. I will exclusively be bringing my current pets as well as my future pets as long as I am able to. Highly recommend!

Dr. Winning goes the extra mile to make sure our pets have top notch care!! She is so knowledgeable about any questions I ask and is so careful explaining them to me making sure I understand everything. Her staff is so friendly and professional! I brought my puppy here for his first vet visit, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was so friendly and willing to answer all my questions. They were so patient with my puppy and made an effort to make sure he was comfortable during the appointment. After getting a physical and several vaccines, they sent me home with a "puppy package" that included free heartworm-prevention medication and a stool sample collecting kit to test for GI issues. Overall, everything was reasonably priced and affordable. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I have taken my two cats here for years. I had heard many things before going and after about high prices and such. First off, I want to say I've seen other vet bills and really, Valley is not crazy off on prices. My husband and I recently adopted a cat retiring from a nursing home. He had been having health issues with incontinence that the nursing home couldn't quite figure out. We brought him in and an x-ray later, we were able to know what was going on and started treatment. He started a supplement and almost a month later, he has had no re-occurrence of the health problems he had been having! He is more active then ever as well. We are truly grateful and would guess that this active senior kitty is as well. We will continue using this wonderful vet location where everybody knows their name.

Thank you Tyler and Dr Haroldson for taking such good care of my pet and me today. They did such an amazing job for my pets initial appointment. They were very patient with my dog to establish trust throughout the appointment. They were very thorough with the information they provided me and educating me on so many great things. Im so glad that I established care through them. Tyler also did an amazing job on my dogs nails. 10/10 experience! Also their prices are very reasonable.

Our rabbit received a pre-op physical and lab work today. The technician and vet were great with him. He was anxious and I was able to comfort him. He began to explore some and the exam went well. I initially thought I may have been being singled out when told if I didn't show, I likely would not be able to be seen there again. But withheld judgment til our visit.. When we walked in, there is a sign on the desk stating this is the case. They must have a problem with No-shows...this is an understandable policy. All-in-all, we had a wonderful visit!

Well my puppy got hauled off to puppy jail so not great but I know there good people just did not care for the circumstances but there is a need for them or the neighborhoods would be full of running animals maybe not to safe . But yes nice people and they seemed willing to help a person out if need be . Customer service good .

I want to thank Dr. Kaufman and his team that responded to all our needs with Winston. They always returned messages and all staff seemed very concerned with the needs we had with Winston. I can say that the staff is very caring and love all animals. We had to say our goodbyes to Winston on July 21st and I truly felt they experienced my loss as well; I would definitely recommend their services for all your pets needs. Thanks again!!

My cat and I were treated very well at Valley Vet. We arrived early and were taken to a room quickly. The tech was thorough and friendly. The vet was knowledgeable and presented all options. I did not feel pressured, but decided on testing and treatment. It was a good experience - they did not add to my stress level!

Our cat had never been to the vet before, so when she got sick last week we took her to the vet closest to our home which happened to be Valley Veterinary Hospital and we are SO glad we took her there. They were so great in handling our cat, as well as reassuring us and letting us be there while they examined her. Dr.Webb was very knowledgeable and kind, and Erin the tech was fantastic - we were both blown away that Erin called us the day after we took our cat home to see how she was doing and if we had any concerns. Our little girl is doing just fine now and I think it's because she was in such good hands. Highly recommend!

We love Valley Vet. We have used them twice now. Once when our dog was ill and once for a normal visit and vaccinations. When our dog was sick they gave me options for a treatment plan and let me decide what I wanted to do. I thought prices were low compared to other vets we have used in the past, that combined with the level of care they give makes this the perfect place! All of the staff truly seem to care about the animals and enjoy what they do. We will happily continue to use Valley Vet!

Do not take your pet anywhere else. These guys know their stuff. On top of being the most knowledgeable Vet we have experienced in town, they are kind and understanding. They get truly excited when you bring your pet in and show you that they are doing this for the right reasons. You will love this place and appreciate their attention to your animal's care. Valley Vet is the only trustworthy place in town. We have taken our animals to a majority of Vets in town and have had issues or felt uncomfortable at every other place in some way. Most other experiences have been money grabbing and greedy. Valley puts your animal's health first. We have learned our lesson a handful of times that all of our animal's care should always go through the people that actually care about your pet's well-being. Not making as much money as possible. Thank you Valley Vet for always being great to us!

I brought my kitten in for his first appointment and I was worried because all my previous pets dislikes going to the vet. My kitty loved Dr. Haroldson and her vet tech. He was great for them and they answered all my questions easily. Also, didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before we were seen, and his appointment didn't last more than an hour. 100% recommend.

Yesterday I took my very sick ferret to see Dr. Ohman. She was so caring and gentle with him and in fact had made space to see him that very day, even though the schedule was already full. I only discovered Valley Veterinary because our regular vet doesn't treat ferrets. I was so pleased with the expertise and care here! Unfortunately, Melvin's prognosis is not good but Dr Ohman was very professional in diagnosing and explaining our treatment choices. Thank you to Dr. Ohman and the staff at Valley Veterinary.
