We have been bringing our dogs to Two Rivers ever since we got our dog Pumba. Pumba had some complications early on in his life, and they were all so friendly and helpful with my sick puppy! Bernice is always a pleasant lady to talk to, so friendly and kind! Dr. Abby is amazing and treats our dogs so well. Dr. Hoggarth did his surgery and we couldn’t be more happy! It is nice that they always know who we are when we walk in and they are always so friendly and willing to help! I recommend everyone comes to Two Rivers!

A few weeks ago, my cat Ani had a small health scare. We are new to the FM area and had not set him up with a vet in town at that point. The health concern did not seem so immediate and intense to take him to the emergency vet hospital, but it certainly couldn’t wait weeks or even days to be addressed. I called 6 vets in the area, all of which either were not accepting new patients, could not see him for another 1.5 months, or asked me to call back the next day to see if an appointment was canceled. Two Rivers was vet call #7, and responded with immediate concern. They had an opening for the same day for our cat. When we arrived, the front desk area was organized and the people were incredibly kind. The waiting room was set up in a way that allowed us to sit away from other animals. Ani was seen by Dr. Abby, who took incredible care of our boy! She took her time with him, was very detailed with his care. I really felt like she explored all possibilities. We landed on a potential cause of Ani’s health change, and prescribed us medicine. About a week later, Two Rivers followed up via email and phone to check on his health, and to explore next steps. I feel so trusting that Two Rivers will take care of my pets.

I had to bring my dog George in here for his wellness examination while in the process of a move from Florida. Unfortunately I won’t be able to keep them as my primary Veterinarian. I was visiting family at the time and it worked out that they had availability to get him in before I had to board him. They were absolutely amazing with him though. They really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and calm George. He’s a very anxious dog and he’s been struggling with all the change. Highly recommended if you live in the area. Edit: Turns out we will be staying longer than expected and I never ended up having to board him. This will be our go to Veterinarian for as long as we are in the area.

Two Rivers has been a life saver for my dog, Muffy. Dr. Hoggarth is nothing short of a miracle worker. She diagnosed and treated Muffy's skin allergies when she had been struggling for so long. Dr. Abby is so kind. She gave Muffy a cold laser treatment and she's like a puppy again. Annie and Carley are so gentle and treat Muffy like a princess. We are so blessed to have Two Rivers on our team. I am forever grateful.🥰❤️🥰

First visit with my dog. Excellent customer service throughout visit and vet handled my not so easy to handle pooch easily. As a new customer, it wasn't clear that there's a second door to avoid other clients. It would have been nice to have had that clearly marked. I will review again with my exotics, pet rats, in a couple weeks. We've subsequently visited a few times including with our pet rats. Staff are always positive and enthusiastic about our rats. And Dr. James is knowledgeable and confident.

My doctors were cool but what really prompted me to write this review was my tech! I think her name was Sam-but she was very kind, caring, knowledgeable about her field, and obviously cared about her patients. I brought two dogs into here in the last month (one was a big nervous nelly) and she did awesome with both of them! Thank you so much again Two Rivers for your promptness and professionalism!

my mom has always brought my dog here since they opened, so when i got bunnies and found out that they offer exotic animal care here, i knew two rivers would be a great choice for my boys. they got fixed the other day and i was a very worried bunny mom, but the staff called me right after surgery to let me know everything had went well and my bunnies were doing great. i got a follow up call today to make sure my buns are still doing okay and to see if i had any questions. awesome care, awesome customer service. i won't bring my boys anywhere else!

I'm new to the area and was nervous to establish care during COVID since I wouldn't be able to go in with my dogs. The staff and Dr. Lyons quickly put my mind at ease with their professionalism, empathy, and communication skills. I stayed in the parking lot and Dr. Lyons took so much time to talk to me on the phone while with my dogs. She was so friendly and so knowledge, and also kept her promise to follow up with more information and test results. Loved them and will definitely be back.

After two failed attempts with different vets in the area (one being my previous primary) you were able to quickly get my dog in and treat his seizures efficient and effectively! Best vet ever. As busy and stressful as their job is, they ALWAYS take the time to communicate with you, figure out what is wrong with your pet and offer empathy. When my cat got out of the eVet, they had already reach out to me before I was even at work Monday morning. This vet is exceptional. I trust them more than any vet I have ever been to in 16 years because they will work with you and figure things out. I love them and would recommend everyone I know to them.

I was amazed by the care , and love my baby received before , and after his dental procedure. Dr. James , and Crystal took the time to listen to our concerns the week before the dental cleaning while they did the blood work. On the morning of the procedure Ashley spent a great amount of time to patiently explain what we should expect, and we were assured that she will be with my baby the whole time . Staff is always friendly and professional, and they really to the extra mile to find out what's going on with our animals (we've had some crazy things happen that could have gotten missed, but didn't because the veterinarians and staff are always thinking!) They've been to hell and back with our family a few times and there's no team I'd rather have taking care of my animals - in good times and bad. Just a great group of people.

It's a wonderful place to take your animals!! The staff there are friendly and amazing as well as the vet doctor . At our very first appointment she diagnosed something that our previous vet had missed for six years and it turns out she was right. My dog had been in pain and I didn't even know it. After surgery my dog is healthier happier and can't stop giving us love. This is a great Veterinary Clinic and I would recommend it to anyone.

Very kind and helpful staff! Gave great recommendations and had fair prices. Second visit update, moved down to 3 stars... Front desk staff was very nice as always, but the actual vet, who was different from my original visit. Was just an upcharge attempt after upcharge attempt. Then pushed a food brand on me and wouldn't verify the food brand I was currently using was good enough (which it 100% is). Later found out the food brand they pushed is a brand they sell, which felt kind of scummy. I don't mind them selling their own food, but using scare tactics to make you switch to theirs is not cool.
