We received very cordial and great service. The staff were very friendly and professional, and they got us in on very short notice. It was a real pleasure to be there. Dr Thompson took care of our needs, gave us great advice all at a very reasonable expense. We are very impressed!

Dr. Thompson is very kind and very good to the animals. He's also very thorough. It can be pretty expensive but going there is worth it. Around 65$ for a visit minus whatever treatment they may have to do. But I recommend, been going there 15yrs

I'm on a fixed income with permanent disabilities. These people took excellent care of my PTSD service dog who is medically lettered. They entire office was clean, quick, informative and so kind. So very grateful for the reasonable prices and excellent care.

I’ve left a review before. We took our puppy GSD to Tri-State today. The doctors and staff are excellent! We will continue to use Troy and staff for all of our pets. The staff that checked us out today are the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and total professionals. Thank you Tri-State for taking care of our family!

We used to use a different vet but they couldn't see my very sick dog for a week so we started looking around for one that could see her sooner. Tri-State was the only one we found that could see her that day. They have a bit different of a setup to other vets. Instead of having visiting rooms like a typical vet / doctors office you instead drop your pet off and from there they diagnose the problem. Throughout the process the staff and vet kept us up to date through text messages and phone calls. Their vet called us probably a good 3 times with what they found and where they could go from there based on our budget. So in about 5 hours Tri-State had figured out what the problem was and how to treat it. Where our old vet hadn't figured it out in 3 different visits. A lil over 24 hours after dropping our dog off she's now back home and you'd think she was a different dog. Treatment is ongoing but she's so much better. We plan to use Tri-State exclusively from now on.

I took my dog here to get spayed, even though I live near Denver (None of the places there could get my dog in until November....and for >$1000). The Doctor did a great job and even offered to remove a stubborn baby tooth for no additional charge.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Super affordable. Completely worth the drive!

I have been taking my cat Taz there for almost 18 years. I have experienced nothing but kindness, compassion, friendliness and professionalism. A few years ago, I took him in to get his checkup. My youngest daughter was with me. Dr. Thompson was wonderful with her. He explained everything he was doing to Taz and why. She walked away from that visit with a positive outlook towards veterinarians. I will continue to use Tr-State for all of my future pet needs. I always recommend them to family or friends looking for a vet.

I absolutely LOVE this clinic. I have been going there for years. I have one pet that requires very special treatment and they have gone out of their way to keep him healthy and pain free. Emily and Dr. Thompson are the absolute best. I can call them last minute and they always take my call and do whatever is needed to keep Maverick healthy and happy. They were great. I had kind of emergency. They did look a may dog gave some medicine and need come next. My dog wouldn't take anything. I had appointment for the next day. They gave him couple different shots and did something I don't remember what it called but they put like saltine under skin witch makes a hup. It for hydration. They were just super and they give a military discount. HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Dr Thompson is very likely the best vet in Cheyenne. He is amazing with his patients and their people. He explains everything in detail in easily understood language and offers multiple options for treatment even when they’re at a different facility. The staff is friendly and helpful greeting you upon arrival and treating every customer as if you’re the only one they have. Zero complaints, all compliments!

Such a great clinic. The staff is extremely kind and gentle with the animals. I took my oldest dog to be put to rest there and they were so kind and thoughtful. Dr. Thompson was very clear with everything and extremely patient and caring. My other dogs will be going here from now on for their regular appointments.

I just took my husky in for his annual wellness exam. We just moved here and were looking for a new vet for our dogs. I arrived pretty much on the minute for my appointment time (in all fairness, especially as a new client, I should have come 5-10 early). The gals at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and I was in the patient room in about 5 minutes. This is where things shifted. I waited until 1 minute shy of 30 minutes past my booked time. The vet walked in friendly, but no apologies for the long wait. He was cordial, and preformed the exam no issues, but I was surprised and annoyed he examined my husky on the table (no slip mat btw). A convenience for the vet, but unusual for me. Our dogs are always examined from the ground (both over 50 pounds and it’s their preference). I could’ve spoken up more though. When we went to check out it took a while, I think the gals wear many hats at the clinic, so a phone call and three people checking out added on another 10 minutes to my visit. In summary, I had no actual issues and people were friendly enough, but the length of time it took and lack of feelings of any personalization to speak of, I think I’ll keep looking.

Not only do they have the best dental prices in town- trust me I've checked! I feel like they really care and it is great service. My little dog is in top shape now after having a good Dental done (she needed a lot of work as she is an older doggie) that would've cost me at least half a mortgage Payment elsewhere. The staff are just the sweetest people too!

We have been taking our two dogs and cat here for a long time. The service is always personal and friendly. All of our questions are answered, and our pets are treated very gently. Their prices are also the most reasonable in Cheyenne. They really care about our pets and are very kind. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I took my cat here when he was extremely sick. We had to make several visits as my poor guy was not doing good! The vet and the staff were so kind and treated my cat with compassion so I felt comfortable leaving him there alone. They waived the fee of the last visit which was SO KIND as I had just graduated college and was using my savings for the vet bills. The vet was also very kind and explained everything about what was wrong with my cat. I had a lot of questions and he took his time to make sure I knew what to do and what was going on.

The administrative support staff are wonderful, the service to our dogs was great, and despite his intimidating stature, the veterinarian turned out to be very pleasant and intelligent! One of the most comforting things about Tri-State is that Dr. Thompson is proactive with conservative treatment but also committed to any necessary follow ups. He thoroughly explains the possible issues and courses of action and advises in a way that lets the client make an informed decision on care for the pet. He is willing to do what it takes to help the animal through the health issue and doesn't nickel and dime the owner to get there.
