I feel very lucky to have found this vet. Twice now, I’ve utilized their after-hours line and have received phenomenal care/recommendations for my dog who apparently loves to swallow toy balls whole, and forage for yard mushrooms like some truffle piggy. Their front office staff is friendly and all their veterinarians are so sweet and understanding of my seemingly nervous pittie who within minutes of a visit is kissing them to the point of obsession. The only thing I recommend is asking a lot of questions regarding getting multiple vaccines in one day, which we did this year. At first, our vet noticed a rash on our girls tummy (she’s allergic to everything) and recommended we hold off on vaccinating until it cleared up. But then, unfortunately we administered I think three vaccines on one day- which we learned had some after affects for my dogs mobility, lasting a few months after administration. I still def recommend doing your own research, and discussing with them alternative options (we’ve saved a fortune giving our dog Zyrtec instead of expensive allergy meds. Also solved simple mobility problems by supplementing extra fish oil) Every dog is different. Lessons sometimes have to be learned along the way and Broadmoor is happy to accommodate and make sense of it all which is appreciated.

The staff at this facility are simply amazing. We had a kitten suffer a dog bite on Christmas eve, in the afternoon, and after calling 7 other vets Dr.O was the only one willing to help us. She was amazing! Answered all of our questions, was patient and empathetic. Most importantly took care of our for baby! Now, this isn't the cheapest option in the world no, BUT I can confidently say you definitely get what you pay for when you visit this facility. Dr.O was so amazing we plan to migrate our regular vet services to this facility. Thank you again for helping when no one else could/ would.

I LOVE that an on-call veterinarian answers during the hours they are closed, and that they take the time to listen to you describe the issue(s) your furbaby is expressing, then they suggest something to help you help your furbaby until you can take your furbaby in to be seen by a veterinarian. My Precious is healthy! I'll keep both her and my boyfriend's furbaby getting their medical attention and care from the amazing staff at Broadmoor Veterinary Clinic. I found out that my Precious is a Dilute Tortishell.

My floofy chonky boi Varys had to go in and get a Lion cut to alleviate some mats in his coat. He was treated well, the staff answered all of my questions and Varys is as happy as ever. Thank you Broadmoor East Veterinary Clinic.

5 stars for the vet clinic and the boarding staff! I called this vet office after calling around every other vet in town, because my cat had been having diarrhea for a week and I was set to go out of town for a few days while this was going on. (I know, I’m a bad owner for letting it go that long and then making it an emergency for the vet staff.) But they were wonderful enough to get my cat in to be seen the same day. They were also able to accommodate him for boarding and administering his medication for the diarrhea while I was out of town. The staff is so nice, the doctor was very knowledgeable and went slow with my feral kitty. All around amazing experience and I will be bringing my other cats there as well for checkups. Thank you again guys!! Notorious is doing amazing since being home.

After a routine surgery, Kuma had some complications. The vets and staff at Broadmoor have done a great job of tending to Kuma's needs since her procedure. Initially, and to be 100% honest in this review, I wasn't pleased or happy with the aftermath of what should have been a simple procedure to have my female GSD fixed. The vet was honest about what happened and the entire staff has been kind and caring in the weeks following the incident. To this point, I've even boarded Kuma at their facility. When issues happen it's important to know your vet and the staff of a facility will be honest and I know these people genuinely care about animals and their owners. Kuma will continue her care at Broadmoor and they will be my first choice for boarding in the future.

This is a great veterinary clinic the staff at the front counter are so friendly and welcoming. Our pups had an accident one threw up and one went to the bathroom and the staff was so comforting rather than embarrassing us. My only complaint is that the weight was very long. It was forty minutes past our appointment time when we finally got to see the vet. However I will give them kudos because I know. I heard the front desk staff stating. They had had some emergencies that should always take priority so I still recommend this veterinary clinic above all the others in cheyenne.

We take our puppy and cats to the Broadmoor East Vet Clinic. They are a great place to take your animals! We used to go to Tri-State and then they misdiagnosed out very sick kittens. Broadmoor took them in and got them happy and healthy! Would 100% recommend. No more expensive than any other vet in town!

Finding a great place for my dogs has taken years and a lot of wasted cash. Broadmoor east is a feel good place and they all really care about my dogs. We were cared for by Dr. Albert and I am so Pleased. Joy Love and Respect fill the air here. They are really busy so it takes time as they take time with each one in need. After my second visit with a different companion I received the best and most professional care I have had from a vet in all of Cheyenne in 5 years. Please take the best care of your heart and your companion and visit Dr. Albert and Broadmoor East when in need of care. Everyone there is top drawer and the customers all leave happy. My third dog and every visit is a winner. Dr. Albert is so compassionate, professional, and welcoming. All care and all advice from her for my 3 dogs has been a joy and protecting their health. She offers very good medical advice. This is the place! I have transferred all records to this practice. Dr. Albert is wonderful the best ever Vet. Dr. Discroll is also very good and the reception staff is great. The rest is kind of odd. Leaving my dogs for procedures involves some kind of kennel I have not been invited to see? but they are freaked when I bring them home for days. Even druged up they have unusal behaviors unlike themselves. Great medical care.

My Khloe dog was really really sick so I called Broadmoor they got her in ASAP did emergency surgery and during that surgery her heart stopped so we all thought she was gone than Dr. Driscol and his team did CPR on her for a good amount of time and they got her back I just want to say Thank You So Much for their caringness because Khloe is my my support animal and I don't know what I would do without her Thank You to the whole entire team at Broadmoor East Nikke

These guys are awesome. This is the nicest and most accommodating vet clinic I've ever taken a pet to. The staff really seems to love their jobs, and we've always felt welcome here. The greatest part is that we have a unique pet, and they're extremely knowledgeable about her species. I wouldn't want to take Artemis anywhere else. Thank you guys.

We got a new pup and we were concerned about a bladder infection. The breeder wanted them checked by their vet so called to make an appointment. Earliest opening, for a pup who might have an infection, more than 2 weeks out. Not waiting that long. Called Broadmoor. They had no openings either, but they’d see my new pup anyway. They weren't going to make a pup with a possible infection wait, so they had me drop him off in the morning and made time for him in between other appointments. Broadmoor showed true concern for my pup’s we'll being, unlike that other vet. They are a vet worth keeping.

On my last visit to Broadmoor Mel was very helpful. She ensured all the meds were cut into proper sizes. The invoice was double-checked to ensure I was paying the right amount for the specific dog that I had there. This place was absolutely wonderful! We traveled all the way from Torrington, WY just to have Thomas O'Malley looked at after lots of money spent and getting nowhere in our hometown. From scheduling to the visit to pick up and check out, it was absolutely phenomenal! Thomas is much improved just since the visit yesterday (8/09/2021). Dr. Driskoll was absolutely wonderful and no one made me feel stupid for asking any questions and honestly, I can't say enough good things about you! We will be back! Thank you so much!

We have never been able to ask for anything better than the treatment our pets and ourselves have received from the staff at Broadmoor. All the ladies in the front office and the support staff behind the scene are great and I don’t believe we will ever find a better veteran than Mike he has always been there for us no matter what, even on Christmas Day.

They were extremely kind and compassionate during our time of need with our dog. They are not our regular vet, but our regular vet does not advertise that they provide the service that we needed, so we looked elsewhere. This was the first place I called and immediately they were caring, helpful, and informative with the information I needed. The second place (in order of listings) was completely opposite, cold, vague on information given, and several random details about the information given were a lot less appealing than this place. The second place was actually so off-putting that I didn't wish to continue making calls and went with my gut on going with Broadmoor. I'm so glad I did because every person we spoke or dealt with was very kind and compassionate especially the veterinarian's. They were everything we needed for what we were going through, and made the process as easy as possible for us. We are very thankful for their kindness and services provided. We will actually consider using them as our regular vet in the future after this experience.

I've taken my dog here for a few years, thankfully always for check ups and preventative measures. The team is friendly and the vets are very patient and knowledgeable. Most recently they cleaned my dogs teeth and he had to be put to sleep, and then ended up needing 3 teeth pulled. The entire process was seamless and my little guy was up and mostly himself the next day. They were up front about the costs and there were no issues from the surgery. Great place!

I called there at 8 AM this morning as we were traveling from Casper Wyoming to Cheyenne and our little girl wasn’t feeling well and asked if I could bring her in when we arrived. Emma answered the phone and said let me talk to the tech hold please. She came back and said call when you arrive, which I did and they told me to come right over. The staff was amazing and we saw Dr. O who took a lot of time with us checked our little Yorkie Tami over, gave her some medicine and we were on our way. Wonderful experience and wonderful, caring people. I originally called another vet in town (Cheyenne Pet Clinic) who told me they don’t take any new patients. I would never go there or recommend them, they wouldn’t even take the time knowing I was traveling and emotionally upset my pet was sick and all they said was sorry call somewhere else. That’s not a veterinarian office that cares about pets!!!

My wife and I have two dogs and a cat. Both dogs have been treated here, and been treated with the best attitude and service you could ask for. Our lab puppy, Lulu, recently got fixed, and the entire staff was amazing throughout the process. The wound is healing beautifully and looks better than I could have imagined. They just called today to do a follow-up, and while unexpected it was a very happy surprise. Anytime you need to bring a loved pet in for care it is a stressful time, but this establishment and staff does everything they can to alleviate that stress.

Took my dog here after being out of Cheyenne for 8 years. I needed to establish care. Bear is a senior dog so I had them do a complete work up on him, full blood pannel and Xrays. It was a near 800 dollar bill but for the amount of testing they did and the fact they had to put Bear out for some of it and Bear required pain management meds, it was still super reasonable. The vet was knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions. The ladies at the desk were kind and helpful. I feel like Bear is in good hands.

I brought my Scottish Terrier puppy to Broadmoor East for shots and a general check-up. It was a first-time visit. I made the appointment on the recommendation of my daughter who brings her Aussie here. It was a good experience for both of us, my pup and I. The reception folks were very friendly. Amazing! They are so great with both of my dogs. Recommended holding off on x-rays to avoid the cost and trying out other options first (which are helping with her leg issues immensely). Military and first responder discounts, works with care credit and payment plans. Needed a new vet after moving and definitely trust them with my animals. Will be our regular vet. 💙

I've been here a few times now, most recently for a cracked premolar. I've been impressed by the standard of care. The vets answer my questions clearly and seem careful and observant. After this dental appointment, the tech explained everything to me, including blood work results and the anesthetization procedure. On two occasions, the front desk has offered me earlier appointments that came up because of cancellations. Thanks!

I am very grateful we found Broadmoor when we moved to Cheyenne. My Shorky Booda, would shake and try climbing over my shoulder at previous groomers I have used. That told me they were not treating her well while she was there. So I would try to find another Groomer through friends recommendations. It wasn't until I started taking her to Broadmoor that she would literally run to the door with her stubby little tail wagging!! That's been almost 9 years ago and she still gets excited to go!! 🥰💙💚 It's comforting to know my, now almost 15 year old little girl (May 10th), is being treated with kindness and patience, because at this age she can be a little grumpy. We can’t thank this clinic enough! Within a few hours of our dog playing outside with us. She started acting very lethargic and having difficulty breathing. Broadmoor was the only vet to call us back for emergency services. The let us bring her in very late in the evening and started trying to find the problem right away. They kept her overnight and she eventually needed emergency surgery the next day. A scary 24 hours but now our pup is on the mend and home healing. Everyone I talked to was so kind and compassionate. They kept us well informed of what was going on and how to treat our dog at home to help her heal. ❤️🐶

My dog, Rocko, is by far my best friend in the world. He went through quite a harrowing experience with his eye being punctured to the point it couldn't be saved. They made sure my boy was taken care of to the best of their ability and treated him with the utmost kindness and compassion. They removed his eye quickly and did all they could to reassure me and help me through the process as well. I'm so happy with how they took care of Rocko and how they treated both of us. I'd highly recommend if you love your pet and want them to be taken care of, take them here. While I'm sure there are plenty of other vets in town who would take care of your pet, I've never had a clinic take care of him the way they did, nor go out of their way so extensively to ensure my friend would not only be safe & taken care of, but to also reassure me & help me through a scary situation & process. These guys are fantastic! There was a mix up in our appointment but they fit us in, treated us great, and gave good advice. Our dog felt comfortable with them and that matters. When we had to put a dog down in an emergency in the past and he was not a dog they had previously seen, they treated us with compassion and gave great service. We came back with our new dog and we are not sorry.

Overall it was just an ok Experience. I had an emergency in the middle of the night with my puppy. The vet from here was the only one who answered. They met me there in the middle of the night, and kept my dog overnight to make sure she was gonna be ok. They said my puppy ate too fast. When really it got poisoned by something I my yard

I brought in three 13+ pound cats for yearly check ups and vaccinations. i am somewhat disabled. other patrons helped with doors and carring cat carriers. The vet office staff, all three of them, sat there and watched me struggle with doors, my walker and the cat carriers. then they stuck me in a room that was very warm with no circulation. There is no fast rule that says they need do anything they didn't but the lack of kindness was discouraging

We took in our new Beagle puppy for her 10 week vaccines. The staff fell in love with her. The Dr did a very thorough exam, unlike another vet in town, we have taken our other Beagle to. We will be taking her to Broadmoor as well. Much cheaper as well!!

We live 100 miles from Broadmoor East Vet Clinic but had been referred to them by friends. Our dog has been fighting respiratory issues for 2-3 yrs and our local vet has been unsuccessful at properly diagnosising / treating his issue during those years. Dr. O did an endoscopy on him 2 yrs ago since our local vet didn't have the equipment. We went back to her since he was still fighting his illness. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about his symptoms, diagnosis and treatment plan. I am hoping with her treatment plan he will kick the Chronic Bronchitis. Either way we will be going back to them from now on. I am very impressed with them!

Our dog was attacked by another dog and the vets and staff took such great care of our baby. He has had to go back a couple time to get drains removed and our Chewy RAN to the door when we let him out of the car (his legs were hurt so seeing him run again was surprising). I used to take all of my animals to Avenues when Dr. Cotton was alive. After her passing and the selling of the clinic to some people in Colorado the co.passion and care of animals disappeared and they only wanted to line their pockets. I decided to bring my dog to Broadmoore and the staff and care of this clinic are phenomenal. There was never a moment where they surprised me with any fees or costs, they treated my baby girl with sick compassion. I will stay with this clinic forever! This clinic is a good one. 12 year old 85pound pitlab mix had a tumor and the price was not jump out of your shoes over. Rotating doctors but I believe you can request the same vet every time if you want and so very friendly. I will say the overnight kennel service leaves a bit to be desired so take that with a grain of salt. They generally have done great though taking care of our fur babies. 75pound perinesse mix, 85pound pitlab mix and one zesty 12pound tom cat!
