I only had the opportunity to have 4 cats spayed before Covid caused a lot of issues. Just recently we had 2 more cats neutered at the Fix 'Em Clinic and they were absolutely wonderful! ❤

Our cat Sammy, All of a sudden got sick, couldn’t use his legs, could stand, or catch his balance, we literally called every vet clinic in Charleston but no one would bring him in and said we would have to wait hours for one of the vet hospitals to open.. well our furbabies are our childrens and refused to accept my child would lay like that for hours or days , we’ll I found the number to the fix em clinic, told them what was going on and was told to bring him in asap! The staff was amazing and friendly and truly acted like they truly cater for your animal! However our poor Sammy had something very severe going on and the prognosis was not good, the doctor was very friendly and went over our options with us, and we decided to let our poor baby go peacefully, he had given us 16 wonderful years, the least we could do was give him a peaceful passing! The vet and his assistant was so loving to our Sammy boy and so gentle and put him to sleep soooo peacefully! For one to see a vet clinic and staff truly show care for their animals coming in like these people do is above and beyond ! They not only treated us extremely well and went above and beyond for us, but they gave my Sammy boy the peaceful passing he deserved! I can’t give this place enough praise for what they did! Even though our Sammy was too sick to be saved they still treated us with dignity and the respect and love they showed our animal was an example of going above and beyond! I wished I could give them more than 5 stars! They deserve 10000000 stars! This is now the only place I will take any of my animals!

They were great overall. I wish they would have given me more details on what to expect with dropping my cat off and picking her up. I understand that they do this in large groups but these are our babies. Front desk was very nice but really no one else talked to me.

Fix 'Em Clinic deserves 10 stars! From my initial call this morning to inquire about bringing my injured kitty in, to the intake when we arrived, the exam, treatment and discharge was all done by caring girls. They all were patient and listened, answered questions and provided great care and advice for my Casper. I couldn't ask for better care at a very affordable price. Thank you very much!

Took my 4.5 month old kitten there to get neutered. It was super packed but the staff was professional and as quick as possible. Dropped my kitten off and was able to pick him up a few hours later. He healed just fine and there were no complications.

Have not had the need or opportunity to use this facility yet but probably will in the near future. I've only heard alot of extremely good, positive things about this organization. Looking over their services & prices, this is definitely something that's been needed in the Charleston area for families with pets trying to live on a budget, for folks living on a fixed income like Social Security, or households with multiple pets.

Real Review! We took our 2 kittens there today. Not knowing today wasn't wellness day, but they got us in super quick and we're all very nice and polite. Thank you all very much for going above and beyond for our kittens when you could have easily turned us away. I will recommend your place of business to my friends and family and will be coming back again in the future!

A neighbor introduced me to this. They just specialize in spaying and neutering and vaccinations. They perform a few other services but it's more affordable than the other hospitals. If you've got something more serious with your pet, then those vet hospitals are where you need to go. But for these other basic services, bring your dog on a leash, cat-in'a- carrier, and they'll vaccinate while you wait. Sterilization they'll have to make an appointment, but drop off in the morning, pick up between 2: and 4:30p.m. - which is the hours they work. Be there AT 2:00 p.m. for service. It's like a group of veterinary volunteers and that's the only hours they can operate. I'm not going to quote prices and lock them in, but it's twenty or thirty dollars less than the vet offices - and they don't try to upsell you on other tests and procedures. You can call them for the exact quote. You can call them about ALL their services. But these basic ones are all I needed and probably most people as well. It's a little tough to find up in the Players Club park of offices. They need signs, but I think they won't let them post more up there, so just Google Map it. Once you see where it is it's easy to go back.

My husband brought in a sick puppy today, had an infection around her umbilical cord belly button. He had nothing but nice things to say! They gave results with solutions and not to mention it didn’t break our pockets ❤️ I respect all those on staff today.

5 ⭐️ isn’t enough! I had an emergency situation with my Flemish Giant Rabbit and although they do not normally provide care to rabbits they rushed me right in and tried when our normal vet wouldn’t. Not to mention all the wonderful services they are offering our community to help control dog and cat population. I can’t THANK them enough for caring!

What a well-tuned business operation...AMAZING! The staff was courteous and professional. The prices are extremely affordable. The mission is so special and evident of a great Vet saving lives and creating healthy fur babies for folks. They took excellent care of an outdoor homeless rescue that now has his forever home with our family. I'm now a big Fix'em fan for certain.

I want to start by saying that the vets and technicians there are fantastic! However, when I was there yesterday, the 2 girls up front were horrible. They were EXTREMELY rude. The one with long hair rolled her eyes at me when I was trying to explain what I wanted for my dogs. Then when I was checking out, I noticed that the electrolytes were not run on my dogs' bloodwork (even though I requested them). Things happen, I get it, and I was not upset about the mistake. What I was upset about was how it was handled by the girl up front. I asked if that test could still be run and she rolled her eyes and said "I mean, if you want to wait. but the price for the bloodwork is the same with or without the electrolytes". It was as if I was inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job. Obviously the price is the same, because that is a test that is supposed to be included with the bloodwork. Plus, I was less concerned about the price and more concerned with making sure my dogs received the testing I SPECIFICLLY REQUESTED to ensure their health. In my opinion, the two girls working up front on 11/16/22 need a serious reminder on how to politely and respectfully communicate with clients. I understand that sometimes things are stressful and some clients are less than friendly, but that does not matter. Having a job that involves interacting with clients means that you suck up your own feelings and conduct yourself in a professional and friendly manner.

This place is a blessing with its low cost facility. Employees are passionate with your pets or the strays/ferals. They spay and neuter for about 1/2 the price as your vet would chargex...no appts are available its a 1st come 1st serve facility.

Fix’Em Clinic is caring, professional and even with the hundreds of animals I have taken there have been no problems with their surgeries and services. Highly recommended.

This was my second visit. This place is amazing. They are so caring and compassionate about animals. I was confident dropping my cat off, because of how well they treated my other cat. The morning wait was a little long (45 min) but it was completely expected and understandable considering the volume of pets they are helping each day. Love this place!

This place is fantastic! I went in today to get my puppy some shots and they were very helpful and educational about what my options were, and what is suggested. because of covid I handed a vet tech my dog and they were on their way. I had him put in for prevention dewormer, a nail trim, and his shots. He was back to me within 5 minutes!! He loved the staff there!! Along with all of this they are very affordable! This is now the only place I will take my pup! Highly recommended!!

I had my cat, Dolly, spayed here... I dropped her that morning before they opened and they called me in the afternoon and let me know that she was ready for me to pick up... They also gave her her shots and I am to take her back for her boosters in a couple of weeks... The staff are excellent people and wonderful to work with... I was very pleased with the employees and the care provided for my Momma cat (spay, vaccines, flea/worm/ear mite, etc). She took her pain medication and has recovered beautifully. The following day I took her 4 kittens for treatments as well and received excellent treatment for them as well. Thanks to all for all you do.

Got my cat spayed here,great affordable prices,staff were funny and made my day bringing up my wife's horribly not thought out intervert voicemail 😂 they did great and my cat healed no issues and actually ate the pain killers prescribed. It is a long wait but I'm not about to rush my cats spay and doctors appointments for me take just as long so it was chill no worries. Loved the fun staff and low prices and the weight time gave me time to make some phone calls I been trying to avoid 😂

It was a good trip.. took 5 stray cats.. and the bill was a bit over $200.. which I guess is good.. but you have to get there an hour early before they open.. and it takes forever.. I got there at 2:10 pm and was Number 5 in line.. I did not leave until 5:40 pm.. ugh.. but it is what it is

Great overall experience. My puppy, Cookie, was in great condition after surgery. They set her up with 3 days worth of pain medication. Having a very active pup, this really helped keep her from hurting herself and allow for heal time. Big thanks to the staff at the Fix'Em Clinic. Will be bringing all my female cats next, a total of 6. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my Fur Babies.

Watch for the signs! GPS took me past the turn to the clinic. You might also want to arrive 15-20 minutes earlier than you originally planned because the wait is long with the changes due to the pandemic. Great prices though!

I've taken my chihuahua- pug mix here twice for shots,flea meds, and a nail trim. I also had her microchipped. Their rates are the lowest I've seen anywhere. They were very kind and professional. I will be taking my dog again in July for shots and sooner than that for flea meds.

I really love the service I received there... However, the reason I gave it a 4 star is because their scheduling is awful... They are barely open and when they are... You can hardly get an appointment... They are only open few times a month and that's it... I'm on a low income budget and I have a sick kitten that I found that needs to be seen asap... KCHA Clinic doesn't have the means to treat the kitten.. So I'm stuck with a sick kitten until I'm able to get in... I'm hoping she'll make it... They just need to be open and available more...!!!

This non profit Clinic truly has the best interests of your pet at heart. The two Veterinarians there are experienced Spay and Neuter Surgeons and have a lot of experience diagnosing and treating health issues. This clinic is NOT able to do dental and X-ray services. This clinic tries to help solve the pet over population by providing quality services at the lowest possible price using grants and fundraising to keep prices affordable. This clinic should not be confused with another clinic located in the same general area named Fix Charleston.

For what they do for the community, I Absolutely Love this place. There's a reason why they're packed Every Morning when they open the doors. I get Pippen's Nexgaurd(for fleas and ticks) there for $22/month. A third of the price compared to anywhere else.

This beautiful girl was a stray and now has a safe indoor home with a loving family thanks to them and their low costs. Lots of people don't adopt animals because they can't afford the vet. They make it possible. Awesome people. They help so many animals and people. They continue to keep costs down and still do a great service for the animals in our communities.
