This is my first time using the Pet center and I am extremely pleased with my visit today. I recently rescued two kittens and needed a check up for both, a few vaccines and had just general questions. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and the actual Veterinarian himself was amazing. Our vet tech was great and was super helpful and knowledgeable. We have had our kittens for 2 weeks and they handle the cats with care and we’re very gentle. I’m very thankful for this choice!

My fiance is a groomer here, and I swear, you can't find anyone more loving and compassionate than her. She stays there because her co workers have that same love and compassion that she has If you ever want/need to have your dog or cat groomed, request Jessica!! She's really great and I don't just say that cause she's my fiance, I say it because she's truly a good person!

I've had a number of pets seen here over the last 20 years and I am always blown away by the care we receive. Today, after 2 years of COVID curbside visits, I was able to go inside again and meet some of the staff face to face. Tech Amanda and Dr Hamilton were AMAZING with my shut in neighbor's two cats and helped me to communicate their health overviews and concerns with ease. They clearly LOVE what they do here and their care of animals is absolutely top notch!

Typically very busy. A lot of doggies about. Plenty of staff. Medical care, boarding and grooming are available there. My dogo loves going to get groomed by them. Grooming prices are reasonable. They also having parking.

I have been bringing my dog Reba to the Neponset Animal hospital for several months. I rescued her in January and after a month or so I knew that she needed some social and playtime with other dogs. It was the best thing that I could have done for Reba. When I pull down the street she gets up and starts getting excited because she knows where she is going and by the time we pull in to the parking lot her tail is going in circles she’s so excited. Every single person on the staff could not be sweeter and more professional. When I’m waiting for them to come out to get her I see the staff greeting other pets all with the same happy greeting. I am so thankful for the love that they show Reba and she is madly in love with them. She has also had grooming, check ups, dental care and I bordered her as well for a few nights. I have 2 jobs and a crazy schedule and to know that I’m bringing her to a place that she is so happy and well taken care of gives me a great deal of peace. I have been meaning to write a review about the staff at Neponset for a long time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We've been bringing our three dogs to Neponset Animal Hospital for years and every time has been a wonderful experience. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with them because they always treat us and them with love and kindness. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. The groomers here are all excellent. When I pick my dogs up they always look so handsome. I highly recommend the grooming and all the other services here.

Took both of my cats for shots and grooming. One had a lion cut and when I picked him up he had 3 cuts in his side. Noone told me and I was heart broken that they hurt my baby and didn't tell me. He was bleeding. I put a&d ointment on it and called the clinic to report it. I felt he was abused. Manager said he would look into it and apologized.

I have gone to many different vet clinics and groomers with my dog and I am so happy I found a place that my dog and I love to go to. I have been bringing my dog here for years. The staff is unbelievably nice, very knowledgeable and I always feel safe bringing him for his vet check ups and grooming. From the moment you walk in everyone is there to help you out. The check ups are thorough and both the doctor and techs answer all of your questions for you. Plus he always walks out with the cutest hair cut!! Thank you for everything you guys do for us!!

My dog Stanley was treated their when he was feeling very painful. Dr. Kendrick gave him a head to toe physical and knew exactly what was going on and recommended a joint care supplement. Stanley has been doing amazing since and I will definitely be back here for regular care here.

I have been bringing my two cats and dog to Neponset Animal Hospital for 8 years. I have not only used their medical services but boarding and grooming as well. I feel safe leaving my animals there, knowing that they are checked on constantly. Earlier this winter, while I was away, my male cat had some urination problems and they were worried that he could block. I was called immediately and they explained exactly what was going on. I felt so far from my little guy but the staff really made me feel better and relaxed. Long story short, thanks to the tentative staff, "Flea" is fine and did not block. I appreciate how clear the staff is when it comes to dealing with the bill, there were no surprises. I love that they sell food and toys there, great prices too. Last but not least, the grooming staff is really nice and talented.They even offer colored dye! Overall, I really love coming to Neponset and hope my story helps you in choosing the right hospital!

We bring our furry family members to Neponset Animal Hospital. We wouldn't take them anywhere else. This past January they boarded and were groomed while we went on vacation. As always, we were pleased to know they were loved and well taken care of while we were away. They came home groomed perfectly and exactly as we had requested. As our dogs age they need to be groomed more frequently and Neponset always does a beautiful job! They will be due next month for their vaccines and wellness exams. The veterinarians have been fantastic with helping us keep our fur babies health as they age. Thank you Neponset!

I had to leave town unexpectedly and when I called they made everything very quick and simple. Couldn't be happier with Neponset Animal Hospital! I brought my 6month old Italian greyhound to get neutered a couple weeks ago, and was very pleased with the procedure, and the service we received here. Overall a great experience. Dr. Domit did an amazing job, and the staff was extremely helpful answering all our questions and taking care of our Bruno. The manager Richard was also a pleasure! He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. We have been coming here since Bruno was just a little puppy and we will continue bringing him here!

Really great local vet. Our two dogs get all of their basic veterinary needs here. Staff is kind, caring, and compassionate. They dont always have the special equipment for serious emergencies but they can help refer you if you need to go somewhere bigger.

My Hunnie was having an emergency, and I was having a fit. The staff was able to fit me in, and they took very good care of my Hunnie. In a couple of days with the meds he was back to normal. I paid cash, but hopefully insurance would make less of a dent in my wallet for the next visit.

My husband and I just moved to the area and heard through neighbors about Neponset Pet Center & Animal Hospital. We were thoroughly impressed! Not only were they prompt, friendly and helpful with our appointment we left feeling our 3 dogs were all happy and cared for. We have never boarded them and will now use them for that too! 5 Stars all around!

I have, in the past, taken my cat, Max, there a few times when my regular veterinarian was unavailable. If it weren't for NPC giving me an emergency appointment my beloved cat would have died long ago. They diagnosed and treated him for a bladder infection, which if left untreated, is very painful and very dangerous for a male cat. The cost did not vary much from my regular vet, and the staff could not have been nicer to my cat and me. While being examined, the vet tech kissed him on the head! I was so impressed with the loving care he was given and how nice they were to me. The exam room and the reception area has always been immaculate, so I don't understand how somebody could write a review saying it was dirty unless something else angered them and it made them feel better to make up something negative. A couple of years ago my niece rushed her little Yorkie mix in for an emergency visit. She had to leave her there and when she went back with her mother, her mother was on the verge of hysteria wanting poor little Rosie. Instead of telling my sister to be quiet or asking her to wait outside, they smiled and calmly got Rosie and brought her out. That did it for my niece that day; she told me she wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Last Friday morning my friend called to make an emergency appointment for her cat, Oscar. He had stopped eating and was very thin. My friend was afraid this was really bad news, which, unfortunately for her, it was. She was given an appointment for nine thirty that morning. The first thing we noticed when we pulled into the parking lot was that almost all of the parked cars had Pet Friendly license plates, including mine, which benefits the spay/neuter programs. As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by the staff. They were kind, courteous and professional. Within ten minutes we were in the exam room with the vet tech and the vet. Dr. Keith examined sixteen year old Oscar and told my friend he had a mass (cancer). She was extremely sympathetic and so kind to us, as was the vet tech. It was quite obvious they chose this profession for their love of animals, not money. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left we were treated with dignity and respect. The staff was warm and friendly and the entire hospital was visibly clean and obviously not neglected. They even have a mascot, a black and white cat, named Christopher, who sits by the door. As we were leaving the hospital the owner walked in and right away asked us if we needed anything. How's that for service?

They have no problem answering all your questions no matter how many you have. They even try to help make things easier when you have financial concerns. They are just great!

We are so very greatful for Dr. Henry and all of the caring staff at the Neponset Animal Hospital. We took our 12 y.o. lab, Dixie there last Sunday thinking that we wouldn't be bringing her home. She had stopped eating and drinking. Was diagnosed with probable lymphoma. Dr. Henry suggested the option of fluid injection and other medications. Within 24 hours she was back to her normal self, eating and drinking with lots of energy. Can't thank her enough for allowing us to have more time with this beloved little girl. 😙💟💖 I would also like to mention that not only was Dr. Henry very caring, she was also very considerate of our financial concerns. While educating us with regard to all of our options, she did not attempt to pressure us into more costly treatment. I am hopeful that Dr. Henry will be available during our follow up appointment. We couldn't have asked for or expected better treatment.

I bring all my animals to Neponset and wouldn't think of bringing them anywhere else! My appointments are always so thorough, they only recommend things that they think are medically necessary and contrary to other reviews i've seen they don't ever seem to try to "sell" me services that my pet doesn't need. I've seen reviews that you never see the same vet twice but that's not true every time i've requested to see a certain vet they've always been very accommodating and schedule appropriately! I usually see Dr. Keith (who is AWESOME) but i have seen other vets and they've all been great too!

Brought my 14 year old dog in because I figured she was dying of old age. The doctor diagnosed a heart problem and provided an injection and medication that turned things around. The reason I'm writing this review is to thank the doctor and especially the tech who took care of my dog. Their compassion and kindness were remarkable and much appreciated. I work in a hospital and witness care like this for people but haven't had the opportunity to see it in a vetinary situation. Thank you.

Quaint little spot hidden in the neponset area. If you're not careful, you'll drive right past it. Staff is pleasant and wait time isn't very long with appointments. Prices are not too bad. No major issues with this location since I've been a patron, which has been over a decade.
