Warm and Fuzzy is a phenomenal place to take your animals! I was unable to get my dog into her regular vet and I called Warm and Fuzzy has my last hope and they were able to squeeze me in. I was so thankful since I couldn’t get her in anywhere else. All the staff there care about your animals, and they take time to make sure they are receiving the appropriate care they need. Warm and Fuzzy will now be my dog’s permanent vet from now on. The customer service there is also amazing, they call the next day to follow up to see how your dog is. Prior to taking my dog here , I have been taking my rabbit here and I have always had received above and beyond care for him. If you are looking for a place to take your animals this is the place! You will not regret it. I want to thank all of the staff for being amazing!

Dr. Robin Urie and her assistant Britney, I can't thank you enough!!! Chubster is back to his normal self already! Chubster, my 3.5 year old Holland lop rabbit wasn't feeling well. Rabbit GI stasis is nothing to mess around with. I called my usual vet and she wasn't available today. They recommended Warm & Fuzzy and it was worth the 35 minute drive!! I called them in a panic and they squeezed me in, same day! We saw Dr. Urie and I can't express how thankful we are! Chubster is feeling so much better already!! And I am too 🥺. I was a nervous reck and they were so calm and comforting. Dr. Urie's treatment is already working! I really can't thank you guys enough for your expertise and how sweet you all were! I would 100% recommend Warm & Fuzzy and I will definitely be coming back!

I am a new time rat owner and this veterinary was recommended to me. I lost my first ever rat due to unfortunate circumstances. I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns and my grief during that time and could not have been met with more support. I received this letter in the mail the other day and it made me cry all over again. This place is so caring and so supportive and I’m glad the rest of my boys will continue to receive care from such a place. Edit: I would like to add that they did everything possible to save my sweet boy but in the end it was my decision to put him down which was truly the only humane option for him. The decision was hard but I didn’t feel alone in it.

I had the best experience. The 2 vet doctors that saw Buster my bunny were sooo helpful and very detailed with the treatment and everything. The staff were super nice and I felt welcome and made me feel that they care about my bunny. If I ever need to go back I will definitely go back to warm & fuzzy.

I go to Perry Hall Animal hospital and I love it there. But they don’t do reptiles. They told me to come see warm and fuzzy. I took my sick turtle to warm and fuzzy. After the examination the vet gave me some antibiotics to give to my turtle. After giving her the anabiotic’s she my happy turtle again. They called a few days later to check up on her. Thank you

Highly recommend. I've been here twice with my cornsnake, both times on short notice. The staff are so lovely and attentive, and i was able to get appointments easily and quickly. The place is clean and well taken care of. The process was very smooth. I got professional and personal help from an exotic specialist vet, as well as recommendations for better husbandry. Couldn't recommend this more. edit: would like to add that they were able to fit me in same day when i had an emergency with my snake.

We took her new puppy Bear to his first appointment this past week and we couldn't have been more impressed. Dr. Urie was phenomenal in answering all our questions as well as giving us great information and advice. This is our first dog so we are learning as we go. All of the staff were great as well. wonderful vet office!!!! they ALWAYS squeeze us in if we have an ear infection or need a last minute appointment, the office is very nice and every single employee I have interacted with there has been phenomenal. they also always call 24 hours after an appointment to check on the pup!! I absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Edit: If your dog is afraid of the vet, they offer happy visits just to get them used to it. These people are wonderful! They were super good with my rescue!! They gave her so many treats that I'm not sure she realized she was at the vet. Very cute animals and nice owners in the lobby. Wonderful receptionists, vet, and techs!!!!!!

On October 4th 2022 I had to take our 5 and half year old kitty Jasmine in for urgent care. This was my first time ever here and myself and Jasmine were treated with 100percent care and concerns. Unfortunately the news on Jasmine was not very good. The staff all make a very serious decision on Jasmine's well being. I want to let everyone know how much I appreciate all that was involved with Jasmine's care and to the public that this is a very wonderful place to take your pet. Hearts of Grace. (Not gold because Grace > gold). Above expectations. Found a wild mouse with a hurt leg. Few min later the suspect, a cat, darted out from under the porch. Kept the mouse safe with water and food. He ate and drank well. Called several places for guidance. By the second day, Mouse started to struggle breath, like he was in pain & wouldn't eat or drink. How could I help this poor little guy, he was in bad shape & it hurt to watch him suffer. The receptionist at Warm &Fuzzy Veterinary Center said she had never been asked a request like this. So she asked the Vet on duty and said they will be happy to assess the mouse and euthanize it if needed. At no cost. By the time I arrived at the Vet, I could no longer see him breathing. They took him right away, no questions, didnt make a scene. No cost to me. I left knowing he would no longer be in pain. I only wish I had found Warm & Fuzzy sooner.

Dr. Urie is wonderful with my ferrets! She knows her stuff, and helps me understand what I need to do to cate for these lil rascals! She seems to be highly dedicated and her staff as well. They even do a follow up for us the day after our appts to make sure the babies are doing okay. Highly recommend!!

Our little girl, Luna, is always treated so well here, even though she's a wild but protective GSD puppy with endless energy and typically barks at the poor vet techs coming to get her. All of the staff are always so patient, answering all of my questions and listening to all of my unnecessary, long-winded explanations of her symptoms. Recently, they fit us in the same morning within the same hour I called because Luna was having GI issues and upper respiratory problems. Both vets I've interacted with have been very helpful and really nice. Glad that I can rely on them during the crazy first couple months of puppyhood.

I took my hamster there today and they were really great. They saw me same day and they were knowledgeable and kind, saw me same day I called and treated my hamster really well. Surprisingly affordable. I'm glad I found them, it's actually hard to find a hamster vet in these parts.

This is the best Veterinary office I have ever been to. They are very kind and knowledgeable. Also, there is never an issue getting an appointment when you need one, like other vets where you may have to wait weeks. Best of all, I have never once felt pressured to accept any treatment that was recommended. They understand that sometimes people need to think things over or consider their finances. The prices are fair, the people are fantastic, the service is prompt and professional!

I was informed my cat was fine. Blood work good no fever..no infection. 3 days later i went to another vet...my cat had ulcerated gum and lip...fever 102.4....infection in mouth and up into his eye....and my cat had lost 10 lbs. Would NEVER suggest you take your pet to Warm and Fuzzy. They may have cutsy little bags for your prescriptions, but they have no concern for your pets health!! Update: I received your call and tried to reach back out to you today, Fri May 21. I was informed you were out of the office and would be available Monday May 24th. I will be calling as I do have further information regarding Dr Shauna Marksby and record requests to your office by the second vet I took Rex to see. It is with a heavy heart that I inform you that my Rex crossed the Rainbow Bridge May 6th at 7pm. Follow-up May 28th: I had the opportunity to speak to Dr Yuri, owner of Warm and Fuzzy, who assured me that the vet that saw Rex was not an employee but she was a relief vet who was let go as she was not a good fit for the practice. Dr Yuri discussed Rex's office visit notes and test with the second vet that saw him and explained their findings. She also assured me that her practice and staff hold a high regard for their clients and their owners and work to ensure that their quality of service and professionalism are held to a high standard. I trust Dr Yuri to be an honest and caring vet as well as her staff. My one star review stands for the vet, Dr Marksby, but Dr Yuri and her staff at Warm and Fuzzy rate 4 stars for their sincerity and concern and their business standards. Thank you for looking into my concerns and offering a bit more closure

We have been using Warm and Fuzzy for about 2 years now and have had met with every vet at the practice for at least one of our pets (dog and cats). Every vet (Weber, Hepner, Williams & Urie) and vet tech has been exceptionally professional and the follow-up communication from the front desk staff has been excellent. Today, I happened to witness Dr Urie handling a difficult situation with a large, stressed, and ill canine patient. She showed compassion, focused on reducing the pet's stress level, and clearly communicated the need for proactive planning for future vet visits. It reaffirmed that they are a solid practice, rooted in patient well-being, and the right fit for our family. With the current vet shortage and increasing stress on veterinary practices, they have managed to maintain high quality care, short waits for visits, and excellent customer care. Thank you to everyone at W&F for keeping our pets healthy and happy.

I came in with a very sick puppy at 815 am on a Saturday. They took a look and realized my puppy wasn't doing well and needed serious care. They didn't turn me away but told me they could see him as an emergency patient but since they close at noon, if they couldn't treat him completely by then I'd still have to go to an ER facility. They explained the cost would be the same at either and instead of being charged twice for ER care since it was likely I'd have to go to an actual one, they recommended an ER and said just pay once. Once my puppy was all better, I made an appt. They will be his primary vet from now on. I knew I'd love it here the moment I walked in.

Very personable staff, they squeezed me and our Hedgehog in on Saturday as soon as I called. They called on Monday to heck in and see how he was doing. He is doing great, simple intestinal blockage that was thankfully easily fixed. For prompt and caring care of our pets. Our dog is also a patient. If you are looking for a vet, this is a good place to stop looking.

Dr Williams is the reason we love Warm and Fuzzy! She is knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful. The front end staff is also friendly and helpful anytime we call or need anything. We moved over an hour away and still make the drive because finding a great vet is so hard. It seems they all just see $$$ but Dr Williams is not like that.

I really like this place, they were able to take me in with short notice to see my sick Hamster when no one else nearby was able to see her same day. I’m thankful for them, they treated her with compassion and I was able to get her the treatment she needed the same day. The facility is also very clean and the staff was very polite. I’m glad there is a good vet nearby that can treat our little friends.

Took my kitten for his very first visit. The office is absolutely beautiful! The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Brandie at the front desk was amazing! Our vet, Dr. Weber was super sweet and gentle with our nervous kitten. She was very accommodating with the zillion questions I had. It’s nice to finally find a vet that cares and is personable.

Absolutely beautiful people inside and out. Beautiful inside and smells really good, you definitely don't smell animal urine like most places. They keep a very clean environment for there clients. There hours are Monday Through Saturday, with Saturday closing early. There prices are reasonable as well. I took my bunny Truffles to get fixed and they did a wonderful job. They will be getting a new client, I am switching my dogs vet from Arnold to this place.

I've got pet rats and it's impossible to find vets for them, I usually go to Chadwell but they are really popular and a little far from me. I found out about this place, when my boy Dancer was ready to rest which is a hard choice to make as a pet owner, they were very kind and had a lot patience with me. They also treated him very well which of course was nice. I highly recommend them for their sick visits, not sure yet about well visits but I'll be going back to them for sure.

I recently moved and was very worried about finding a good reliable vet for my small zoo, I took my 3 year old hamster finn to this vet and not only were they very nice they were also very knowledgeable when it comes to the care and health of exotics. "For context my hamster was 3 years old and had cancer" but when It was his time they weren't just my vet everyone treated me as a good friend, Which meant alot to me. They are amazing and Id definetly recommend this vet if you have exotic pets! They even sent a card in the mail a few weeks after my baby had passed that everyone had signed with condolences. I will be going to this vet from now on for all my animals. And for those of you wondering they aren't super pricey!

Toby my Guinea pig has a mass on his belly. I wasn’t sure what it was but the fact that he is still his normal happy self I was not concerned. I have been coming to Warm & Fuzzy ever since my female Guinea pig died due to another vets mistake. My recent visit I was put at ease right away with how calm my Guinea pig responded to new people holding him. Dr. Williams really gave me a sense of ease. I love how they go over all of the prices and they are EXTREMELY REASONABLE. I paid $90 for an x-ray where elsewhere they charged me $700. Toby is a healthy boy and I’m so grateful for Warm & Fuzzy. We will only come here

Dr. Williams has been a life saver for some of my issues with my pup. She is always open and honest about best courses of action and treatment to help my pittie. I love going to see her and I am very happy with her! the clinic overall is amazing as well. All the staff members there are very friendly and willing to help with any issues that might arise. Wait times for an appointment have gone up, but that is due to the increase in pet adoptions during the pandemic. So it just takes a little longer to get in - but thats ok! The clinic is super clean and modern and relaxing even for the pet parents! Overall, I highly recommend Warm and Fuzzy to anyone looking for a great Vet practice.

Great Veterinary office. I brought my small dog and two cats and they literally took me right back as soon as I walked in with all three. The Doctor and the staff were great and they explained everything very well. They gave me a full breakdown and estimates for everything. I don't know what prices are like at other Vets but it was way less than I thought it would be. They were quick and great with all of my pets. They're now my regular vet and I highly recommend going there.

Warm and Fuzzy is the BEST place to take your pets. They are caring and listen to what you have to say. If they don't feel comfortable doing something they will recommend you to a place that specializes. For example my dog is having hip issues and they talked to me about getting her to see an orthopedic specialist. I don't have anything negative to say about Warm and Fuzzy. We have a dog and two cats that we take here. Their pricing are affordable and their services are wonderful.

Warm & Fuzzy is the most professional center that I have taken my pets to. From the front office to the clinical side everyone was helpful and courteous. Dr. Rue explained everything to me, answered, my questions and didn't push any treatments. She advised and gave me affordable options. I even received a health plan via email with cost estimates. Hazel was ready to get out of there when we were done, but she is doing so much better. I would definitely recommend Warm & Fuzzy.

Our dog is very timid and despises the vet however, they made her very comfortable and she was ready in a reasonable time! They are reasonably priced and extremely clean. This center came recommended to me by a great friend. We recently got a new puppy that hadn’t seen a vet yet so we wanted to get her seen as soon as possible. Warm an fuzzy got us in right away and were friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Weber looked over our girl and told us what she would recommend in terms or shots she “ needed” and then other we could get if we wanted to. I loved that. We weren’t charged for things we didn’t need. I opted to get all of them anyway but that fact that they didn’t try and charge us and arm and a leg for shots was great. She also recommended the flea and tick and heart worm medication again we didn’t “ need” to buy them but we could if we wanted too and since it’s that time of year and she’s a young puppy we purchased those as well. I love that they aren’t about the “all mighty dollar” and are in this for the love of animals. I can feel good about taking my animals there and know I’m not being charged for things that are unnecessary. I would recommend warm and fuzzy to anyone with fur babies.! Thanks warm and fuzzy! We love Warm and Fuzzy. Jessica is always so friendly and informative when I call and always gets us scheduled quickly. Jazmine is very friendly, gentle and kind with all of our dogs. Doctor Williams is the best. She takes her time with each animal does great exams and is incredibly knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and I leave with answers to all of my questions and concerns. I can't say enough positive things about this office. I started going to them last year for our guinea pig and our dog. My 18 year old puppy was suffering from many different things and I felt like the office staff and the vets took the time to listen and really try to help with everything he had going on. They were supportive and understanding when I ultimately made the decision to have my best friend and furbaby euthanized a few weeks ago. The other day I received the sweetest card in the mail signed by the staff. They really do go the extra mile to care for the pets and their families. I highly recommend them!!

I had my first visit with Warm and Fuzzy today and I was blown away by their practice culture, even if it was experienced from the parking lot, which says a lot!! Everyone was great! The receptionist, technician, and doctor were all extremely professional and courteous. As an RVT myself, I love when I come to a practice that shows that they outwardly care about you and your pet. I have been looking for a good practice for my rabbit, which hasn’t been easy, so I am elated these guys are open and close to home!

Let me just start by saying first impressions are what people remember. So it’s was our first visit with this vet and it was also our bearded dragons first vet visit. The staff from the very first phone call in the morning till after our visit was like they knew us, very welcoming, helpful and the care for not just our dragon but for us as clients was outta this world. The vet came into the exam room and the love she showed to our little guy was amazing. Dr.urie was able to diagnose his problem and then explained to us in detail what was going on with him. We didn’t feel rushed, we felt like she and her staff was a part of the family. With the experience we had, I went ahead and transferred all of our other fur baby’s records to them and will be using warm and fuzzy for ALL OF our pets needs. So if your reading these reviews looking for an exotic pet vet then this is the place you need to be. Dr.Urie thank you so much for your help and for welcoming us into your practice. I also need to mention how spotless and clean this center is. Thank you again.

I am so happy they were able to see my guinea pig, I wasn't scheduled and they squeezed me in. Way more reasonable priced compared to chadwell. The veterinarian was very nice as well. Update: please start giving more syringes with the medicine! I got 40 days worth of antibiotics (2 of them) and a gas medicine. I was only given 3 syringes and I even asked for extra because the numbers wear off. She said there is extra, I am confused on how 3 is extra.

My first visit and it was very nice. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They were very thorough! I was trying for 2 days to get my cat to the vet, which I felt like an emergency. My regular vet that I had been going to for years and have spent alot of money there wanted me to wait a week. So this goes without saying, I will not be going back to the old vet. Warm and Fuzzy is my new vet from now on. They know how to be compassionate and caring. Thank you!!!!!!

They were able to fit our foster dog in almost immediately when he started feeling badly. Even though we could not go in with the dog, they do their best to perform the exams in the waiting room so we could see him the whole time. While there are still some questions on what exactly is wrong with our boy, Dr. Williams assured she was going to take the best care of him and get him better! I would (and have) highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for a veterinarian in the area.

Amazing place. Our cat had an emergency and they took him in right away. We did not have the money to pay upfront for the procedure, so the vet worked with us and essentially loaned us the money. The vet updated us and made sure not to go over our price range. He is currently okay!

We had 2 extremely ill baby guinea pigs with pneumonia that needed to be seen right away and they got us in the same day when other vets couldnt. Although the prognosis for them was very poor, I know that they have been given the best fighting chance by Dr Urie. I had recently taken them to another pet hospital and we did not have a good experience at all. We will continue to use Warm and Fuzzy for all of our pets from now on. I don't usually post a review but was so pleased with how I was treated at Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center from the first point of contact! They were the 3rd vet I called looking for an appt for my cat today and I was so thankful they were able to take care of us!!! I decided before the appt that I'd be switching vets. My rabbit Thumpers right testicle was enlarged and purple in color and he was in obvious pain. His current vet was unable to see him and when I asked for a referral he assured me that if Warm and Fuzzy had an emergency availability they would assist me. I called at 5:19pm and was being seen by 6:15pm that same evening. Jessica (answered the phone) is such a joy and very professional and pleasant. Jasmine (vet tech) was patient with all my questions and concerns and Dr. Urie was blunt, caring and informative when it came to what I should look forward to moving ahead with treatment. Decided to give Warm and Fuzzy a try after years of dealing with Perry Hall traffic to go to the others. I was highly impressed with the professional and courteous staff. The facility is in a very convenient location for anyone living near eastern Baltimore County. The waiting room and exam rooms were spotless. The Tech and Dr. that I dealt with were very thorough and explained each step of the exam and testing. They drew blood and tested in on site and had the results in 20 mins. Later when FiFi came down with pancreatitis & had to stay in the hospital a few days, Dr Williams was wonderful to calm our fears & reassure us. FiFi was soon home. I feel it’s largely through Dr Williams care, guidance & also her patience with me; a frantic first time fur baby mom, lol. (Frantic might be mild 😱, everything that might harm my little precious 2 lb love joy Angel terrified me, 😳). We’ve added a feisty little in less than 2 weeks 4 yo rescue Yorkie to our family & we followed Dr Williams from Abingdon to Warm & Fuzzy in Middle River. She’s well worth the drive. We’re very confident entrusting Dr Williams with the care of our beloved fur kids. Thank you so much Dr Williams for your outstanding love & care for all those entrusted to your care. This was Louie's first visit to warm and fuzzy and I was pleasantly surprised with the service and prices. Although I had to wait in the car due to Covid, the Doctor did call, and take her time going over Louie's history. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions. I found the prices to be about average or a little less than other Vet's in the area. He had an exam, and had two test, a fecal, and a heart worm & lyme test. He got 4 vaccines, a 3 yr rabies, 3 yr distemper, bordetella, and lepto. He also came home with some ear cleaning solution. and had a complimentary nail trim, my bill was $267, which for everything he received I feel was very reasonable. They called the following day to check on him as well.

My rabbit was very sick when I took him to them. He could not have gotten any better care. Dr Urie and her staff were absolutely wonderful to not only our little guy but also to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has any type of pet. They had to keep him for two days and kept me informed of his condition the whole time. Dr Urie stayed with him the first night to make sure he was doing okay and made sure we understood what care he was going to need when we took him home. I'm became a first-time pet owner at the end of January 2021. My cat, Zelda, has been a sweetheart but I thought she may have some health issues based on certain small behaviors. Dr. Urie is a fantastic veterinarian! I’m a veterinary technician and had the pleasure of working with her at a hospital before she opened this practice. I’ve always known her to be compassionate, precise, and above all devoted to her work. I only recently introduced birds into my assortment of companion animals, and knowing her extensive expertise with avian patients I knew I would go nowhere else. My partner and I recently added an Indian Ringneck to our flock, and wanted to make sure he was happy and healthy before introducing him to our other bird. Dr. Urie examined him thoroughly with delicate and considerate handling. He was able to make it through his first vet visit stress free which was a tremendous achievement for a 12 week old parrot whose only been with us for a week. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and Dr. Urie offered every opportunity for us to ask questions without feeling rushed. This is an exceptional practice and we are so fortunate to have Dr. Urie, her staff and her facility to bring our furry and feathered family for the best care.

First, let me say that I was impressed with the Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center before I even became a customer of theirs. My lab mix went to an emergency hospital and his regular veterinarian hospital were both places misdiagnosed him (Pet ER= Skeletal issue, Vet= GI issue). I wasn't convinced those were the issues. Having said that, I called the Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center to ask if someone there could see him as an emergency case. Megan, the receptionist heard what was going on with my boy, Cody and even took time to talk to the doctor. Came back and let me know that they won't ask me to come in to see the doctor because it sounds like it was a neurological issue and they would need to forward me to the Belair Animal Emergency Hospital. I followed their direction and unfortunately, it was too late for my boy, as he had an undiagnosed brain tumor and passed a day later. I greatly appreciated the Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center pointing me into the direction where I at least finally got answers. Now saying all that, I have adopted another black lab mix named Libby and am now a loyal & trusting customer of the Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center. I have taken Libby in twice since I have had her. Once for her wellness check up after her adoption, (she came to us with a cough that i was concerned about but Dr. Urie was wonderful with her and prescribed antibiotics and now she's cough clear! Second time, was for her boosters and a nail trim. I only paid for the boosters (didn't have to pay for a doctor visit) as the technician was the one who administered the boosters. The tech came out and said boosters were done and they trimmed only two nails so they weren't going to charge me for the nail trim. (That was honest and I appreciate honesty, as they could have charged me anyway.) So, as far as I am concerned...I feel much more confident in Dr. Urie and the staff at Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center than I do with my previous vets that I had taken several dogs through over the course of 25 years. I absolutely recommend them! I have read some reviews that state the Warm & Fuzzy Veterinary Center is overpriced...they are not. They are pretty much the run of the mill vet charges. And always remember...you get what you pay for and your four legged friend or 2 winged family member needs the best and I believe this place will deliver because they do care about the animals they tend to!

I have seen Dr Urie going on 8 years. I used to drive over an hour to see her in Abingdon for my bearded dragon. Then, I saw her in Catonsville, and now I drive about 45 minutes to see her. She's been wonderful with my bearded dragons, various gecko species, dog, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, and tree frogs. I appreciate her honest opinions when there are many unknowns, and that she looks for the best option for the animal, not just what I may want. Receptionst Sydney was very friendly, pleasant. Dr Urie was pleasant, professional, seemed very knowledgable about reptiles. We had our bearded dragon in to have his eye looked at. Dr Urie said she could sedate him to get a better look at his eye, but felt it wasn't neccessary. (In other words, she isnt just after money running tests that probably not needed right now) I think we have found our new vet! I have no issues with our previous reptile vet, but we only had him there once, so we didnt have a long history there, and Dr Urie is only a mile or so away, and was recommended to us by a friend with reptiles.
