They NEVER answer the phone, so for that minus 1 star. I saw on their website that they accept CareCredit and I called several times over the course of a few days to confirm and could never get through to anyone. After my pet was spayed and I tried to use my CareCredit card, I was told it can’t be used for spay/neuter visits. Thankfully I have the means to pay another way but what if I didn’t? The staff should be answering the phone! Check in and check out is a bit hectic with the amount of people coming in and out. Ultimately, my pet had her procedure and is healing well. Great pricing for a variety of services.

I was there early, but still stood 2 and a half hours in line. If a friend ar family member goes with you it is better. Take turns going to the potty or getting a snack without loosing your spot.

We we're nervous about the whole procedure, but once we were there staff and the doctors showed so much kindness and care towards animals and our own experience. They did an amazing job with the surgery. The initial pain meds that they gave us for Jack was not enough. When we contacted them they we're not open, but they referred us to the animal Village in Decatur which is a 24-hour animal hospital. When we arrived at the animal Village in Decatur we explained to them that we were referred by Lifeline because they were closed and that the surgery was within the last day or two. They contacted Lifeline and Lifeline covered our emergency visit. In this case that makes sense because the surgery has just been done. We are so grateful that they covered the visit in order to ensure that Jack was properly taken care of. They determined that more pain meds were needed to manage the after surgery treatment. A couple days after, we had a follow-up visit with lifeline and they confirmed the one additional pain med. The stitches looked great! That did the trick and our little guy was able to recover much easier. We eventually got him a more comfortable cone and returned the hard plastic cone to Lifeline. We definitely recommend the team at Lifeline.😊

I can't get a spay appointment for the College Park location which is where I want to go as I live by the airport. I also cannot get anyone to answer the phone to see if I could even be put on a wait list for any cancellations. I have emailed and got a call back that told me to call College Park directly. My family came here to get our animal looked at, and I knew it was trouble as soon as we pulled up. Firstly, there were people outside with their pets, waiting. No vet I have been to has made their customers wait outside, in the elements! If they were going to make us wait outside, at least put out some chairs. As I write this, I am sitting on a stone. I would not recommend this vet to other people looking for a good vet to go to. To find a vet with reasonable conditions for you and your pet, you'd have to go to like, Florida or something, somewhere in which you'll have to do some long driving.

I love this place and the people are wonderful! It’s located a hop, skip and a jump away but it’s definitely worth the extra mile. Don’t judge a book by its cover; they give top notch care. I’d prefer THAT over paying extra for office furniture and the other etc’s. The next time any of our brood have a need, I’ll more than likely be contacting LifeLine. Oh! Also! They do so much more than all the many services they offer at the clinic. They go around to different pet stores and offer whatever shots are necessary. They ALSO work with the Fulton County Humane Society, of which I am a huge fan. Top notch service, 5 stars and an A++!

Straightforward and affordable vet care. Kept me updated with appointment reminders via email. They didn't take too long once I arrived for drop off or pickup. My dog is doing okay, just tired, but she seemed to be in good hands. Just ťry to book your appointment ASAP because dates tend to be filled a while out. For example, I booked in November for a January appointment slot.

I haven't actually been to their place. As I was looking for a low cost clinic to gave my pups updated on their shots, I came across Lifeline and gave them a call. The lady I spoke with was very cordial and gave me the information I needed and helped me schedule an appointment. For a low cost clinic they are a little more pricey than what I'm used to paying for their shots in Florida but, hey new area new costs, etc...I'll let you know how their appointment goes next week. 👍

This is where I took all of my pets. They were awesome and affordable. They had a free neuter and spay for feral cats. I am interested in getting the feral cats on the yard at the job fixed. I started feeding them and they are having kittens. HELP!!!

Great organization! I'm so glad I found them. They made my feral cat colony TNR project easy and very affordable. Other places were charging upwards of $100 per cat (the cost went up due to COVID). Without LifeLine I wouldn't have been able to get seven cats spayed and neutered. This is a non-profit organization, so if you utilize their services, please remember to give in addition to the regular cost so they can continue to provide a much needed service; any amount will help, every dollar counts.

Great program for affordable pet care however there's some new staff up front and I didn't receive the excellent treatment that I'm used to receiving there. My granddaughter did all her cat's paperwork online and asked me did I mind dropping it off because she had to work. I dropped it off apparently there was a girl in training and the other girl who was supposed to be training her was not as knowledgeable as I would have liked. Long story short my granddaughter had ordered extra pain medicine flea treatment and the spay. Instead they spayed her gave her flea treatment and worm treatment which she didn't have worms and didn't give her the extra pain medicine. When I asked where was the medicine as I've had eight cats fixed there over the years and we always took home medicine for our cats and she said oh the doctor's already gone. We can't give the cat any medicine but you can come back tomorrow. I live in Stockbridge and I was not about to come back. When she told me had signed for procedures that morning I was like no I didn't sign anything I just dropped the cat off you already had the paperwork filled out online and printed it out. I told her show me my signature on anything she couldn't because I didn't. When the girl looked at the paper she goes oh I thought that was the worm but it was actually pain medicine so maybe she shouldn't have been entering things into the computer without somebody checking. I called my granddaughter when I picked the cat up and told her no meds. She said I specifically entered extra pain medicine. It is more affordable than a regular vet and typically gives great care but whoever hired the girl up front with the two-toned hair she needs to be retrained

Wonderful staff! Despite the front office being filled with customers, they were still able to quickly get to everyone. I took two kittens that were left behind in my backyard by a stray cat. They are still outside cats but I do feed and claim them 😅 they were both neutered here and were treated wonderfully. They even walked me through some ways to be able to take care of them on a budget. Thank you!!

They did an amazing job with my daughter's dog Chloe yesterday. She is 10 months old and needed to be fixed. They did an amazing job. Its not even been a full 24hr and if she didn't have the little green line you wouldn't even be able to tail. Great staff, volunteers need a little more direction. There should be separate days for multiple pets and aggressive pets. The aggressive pets get to skip the line, not the best idea when you have patrons who have waited for HOURS just to get passed by. Tried to come during the week for just a chip I couldn't unless I was getting a neuter/spay, so I had to wait for the special Saturday. 5 hour wait, was worth it just got skipped alot because of aggressive dogs. Overall I highly recommend this place.

I've used Lifeline for my pets neuter and spay for 20+ years. They do a great service for the community with strays and feral cats and I've never had a problem with any N/S surgeries. I just had my rescue kitten spayed last week and she was fine when I got her home; ate and drank and was completely normal. The next day - she wouldn't eat - or drink. Then she started experiencing nausea. THEN the diarrhea. Took her to my normal vet on Monday morning who said surgical issues were fine, BUT she had apparently picked up a bug which happens when there are that many animals all together. Just know there are many strays and feral animals brought in here and they are all kept in close quarters (carriers stacked up), so your pet MAY come into contact with something you don't want! Oh - she also has fleas now. NEVER had a flea!!! I ended up spending over $300 to get my kitten well again with fluids, antibiotics, nasuea meds, appetite enhancers, etc and I'm not so sure I would go that route again for N/S for domestic pets. Just PLEASE keep an eye on your pets for any changes from normal behavior!

Awesome caring place. Got my kitten neutered here this week. They treated his ear mites which I didn't know he had and I also saw they treated other pets for things the owners didn't know about at no extra charge. Such a sweet place.

Takes a special person to do what they do. I live 60 miles from both facilities & have been to both. We've had spaying, neutering, vaccs, meds at both. And a major surgery at DeKalb on wounds from a dog fight last year. We had gone to them for neutering , which was all I could afford &was going to have to try and care for his open wounds,that were the size of hand, myself. I went to pick him up after his neutering, and he came out with half his body hair shaved off, a drain tube in him with his wounds sewn up, and wagging his tail like crazy! I was ecstatic, and crying , I had my WHOLE dog back( less his nuts, of course)! But, I didn't have money for all THAT & they KNEW that up front. The vet told me that "someone" saw my dog, was aware of my financial limitations & said they would pay for it. They wouldn't even accept payment for the neutering! I left that day in tears , thinking how could these people absorb the costs of surgery, meds, wound care, post-op for ME? It took a while for me to realize that it wasn't for me, it didn't matter who I was, or if I lived in ATL metro or not, it was for my dog. So, whoever that "someone" is or if it's a collaboration of you all, thank you, from the bottom of me & my dogs heart, thank you.... So, my review for Lifeline is .... Love them, love them, love them ALMOST as much as I love my dogs! A "4-Paws" up from me

This place is great. The employees and volunteers are very caring. Please bring your dog on leash or cats in a carrying case on avoid any animal fights. Please know your dogs approximate age and breed if possible. The prices are great for vaccinations or exams on certain weekends.

They no longer have their affordable plan,for spaying, I now have 4 rescues that I've had to pay out of pocket. And I feed the strays in our trailer park, because people move and leave them behind to fend for themselves. You can tell the domesticated from the ones born in the wild. It's sad. A pet is a commitment, not a fancy.

Great group of people. I have taken several animals there. Always helpful. I had even taken in puppies to be fixed and ended up coming home with one less cause one of the ladies adopted one. My only complaint is they do not answer their phones.

The people are great but they mutilate the feral cats ear. They cut off half the ear. If you don't need the reduced rate, don't do it. Where I come from, they clip the tip only, not half the ear.

Dog and cats yearly check up and shots for half the price of the vet. They do have certified animal doctors who volunteer along with student practitioners. Only open once or twice a month on weekends. A lot of people show up everytime I've gone , first come first served no appointment necessary so get there early as possible.
