Absolutely fantastic customer service! Both receptionists I spoke with were very sweet and friendly. Dr. called me shortly after I dropped my hedgehog off and took the time to explain any health concerns and answer my questions. Also I was very impressed on how quickly I got him in, as other vet offices had a 1-2 week wait for an exotic animal. Very affordable care as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be back in the future.

I love All Pets. The doctors are great, the staff attentive and helpful, and they’re always able to fit us in. Wouldn’t think of another vet for our pets. We just recently had an ordeal with our 15 year old cat who sadly passed away, and All Pets helped us make an informed decision for his end of life care, keep him comfortable and showed him and us (my wife and I) the utmost respect throughout the process. We started taking our dog to All Pets after moving to Asheville. We were immediately pleased and impressed withe their compassion and care. After moving to Hendersonville we went to a local vet based on a personal recommendation. After a short time we decided to return to All Pets. It's much further away but they are well worth the effort. Just days ago an issue occured with our 15 year old dog. All Pets got me in to see a Dr. on short notice. Dr. Foster and the vet tech were so good with our dog. They were friendly and compassionate and made us both feel at ease. They are great at listening and and really care about their animal patients. I was beyond thrilled with my visit to All Pets today. Our dog woke up at midnight throwing up and by 7 AM, he'd thrown up a handful of times. We called around and some places didn't have time to take him, but when I called All Pets and explained the emergency situation, they were so kind and fit us in for an emergency visit immediately. He was taken back quickly and assessed, and they contacted our primary vet to get his medical records. Dr. Foster came out to talk to us personally and explain what they were thinking and what tests they wanted to run. She didn't rush at all - she took time to explain, to collect information, and she was very vested in analyzing all angles. They ended up taking X-Ray's and sent them to a radiologist for verification of the findings. Again, this was all done in a quick and timely fashion so they could diagnose the situation and treat it properly and promptly. Luckily, it ended up being a simple case of him eating small rocks and needing to pass them. Dr. Foster made us feel like our dog was important and she really took the time to treat him comprehensively and answer all our questions. We were so impressed with everyone we interacted with today. The vet tech who took our dog back initially was so kind and asked very good questions to make sure they fully understood the situation, and the vet tech who brought our dog out was also kind, helpful, and made sure to thoroughly explain follow up. We are just so grateful to have found All Pets and will definitely go back again (under better circumstances!)

I love the services at All Pets Animal Hospital. They care and always follow up a day or two after their service to check on the patients progress and needs. I drive quite a ways to bring my dog to them for the care they offer. They truly care about our pets. They call back even after hours to check on their well being. We absolutely love Dr. Paul and the team of All Pets! They are very thorough and have clear communicates. Dr Paul did an excellent job guiding us through end of life care and chronic kidney disease with our older pup. We love all of the staff and appreciate how much that they love animals! I have had dogs for 20 years and have used several vets over several different states and this is the best veterinary experience that I have ever had. I actually didn't know that it was possible to really love your vet and feel like your fur babies are in great care.

The staff was all so friendly and comforting as I was worried about my elderly dog and the mini strokes he was experiencing. Dr. Paul Dalbery takes *wonderful* care of our cats, and we are so glad to have found this veterinary office at the recommendation of a friend. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and everyone seems happy working here. Dr. Paul is busy, but he takes time to speak with pet parents in depth, and answers all your questions in an unhurried manner. He is kind, knowledgeable, and personable. Although you might pay a little more here, the quality of the care is well worth it.

We've been extremely happy with All Pets since switching to them in 2020 based on neighbor's recommendation. I believe what really sets them apart is the high level consistency in all of their vets. Specifically, it's the unexpected "surprise" visits when you need to see whoever is available (on call) that makes such a difference. Our dog had a mast cell tumor and we wanted it removed ASAP. Dr. Cook was not our primary vet, but he was able to perform the procedure and his surgical excellence was only outdone by his compassion for our dog. I can't say I've ever been more impressed with a vet (and we used to receive care at the Univ. of WI Veterinary School). Also, the staff quality reflects the quality of the vets.

Just moved here and my kitty has been having stomach issues. When I made appointment the receptionist was so caring. They got him in quickly. Arriving for appointment with Dr. Foster, everyone I met was so friendly and caring, very willing to help my boy in any way; even though Mavericks' old vet office was being difficult releasing his history! I have deleted my last review and changed my rating in light of recent events. All Pets has begun allowing you to be inside with your pets if you wear a mask. I want to thank All Pets staff for their attention and care of my beloved 15 year old Manx, Toby. He got very sick in the last few months and they did everything they could to help him. They were compassionate and considerate, and really seemed to care for his well being. Unfortunately, Toby passed away at All Pets last Monday. They did their best for him and were there for us as we made the heart breaking decision to say goodbye. Toby was in good hands, and I know my dachshund Sandy will continue to be with All Pets. Thank you to all the staff who had a part in Toby's care. ❤️

I have been taking my dog (yorkie/mini schnauzer mix) to All Pets since he was a puppy. He is now 6 years old. They have always been professional and helpful and the front desk staff is wonderful. I try to keep things as natural as possible (grain free diet, etc.) and there are a few vaccines that I feel are not necessary (like the yearly bordetella). All Pets has never pushed or made me feel guilty for not getting this shot and there has never been an hard up-sells to try vet prescribed food or the like. They might not be the cheapest vet in town but they are not the most expensive either. I recently met Dr. Heath (he opened All Pets in 1993) and he was absolutely fantastic. He really took his time with us for a last minute appointment to check ears. Dr. Gibaldi and Dr. Grant are also great. I have no hesitations recommending All Pets Animal Hospital.

Two weeks later we were back for a necessary ultrasound on one of our cats which revealed why she feels so bad. They have a quick and excellent service, very courteous staff and veterinarian Dr. Joshua Cook. They were able to see and check my dog while we are on vacation in the mountains. It is very hard to get emergency vet care on smaller towns but someone recommended them to me while calling all vet clinics near Burnsville NC. This clinic is already in greater Asheville area at least they were able to accomodate us within a short notice. Date of service 7/28/2022

Dr. Foster made me feel that Apollo was it great hands. Apollo got neutered. I spoke with her when I picked up Apollo and again 3 days after surgery when she called to check on him. His healing is doing great. The care Dr. Foster showed was very important to me.

Sick visits are handled professionally. There are many vets so I recommend making one your primary but feel great comfort in knowing there are many capable hands available to help when my primary vet is unavailable.

I am very impressed with the care my dog received after sustaining an injury. They worked him in within the hour, took excellent care of him and kept me up to date as I waited in the car per COVID protocol which can be challenging. I left with the medications/treatment that he needed. The prices were very reasonable and I was presented with several treatment options along the way. I would recommend them 100%. We will be switching all of our care here.

We adopted a cat from the Humane society, and after he had been with us 1 month, he became ill. I called a few local veterinarians one of whom we had used for a previous cat. I was told that since my cat was not a patient of theirs, I'd have to wait at least 2 weeks for an appointment. When I called All Pets, they were able to schedule a visit for the same day. We were very pleased with the care he received, and the consultation with Dr Williamson. We'll be returning to All Pets for future needs.

Without a doubt one of the most caring and kind vets in the area. I’ve tried three other vets that are a lot closer (All Pets is a good 50 min from my home) but I leave the other clinics disappointed. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats, so we are at the vet often. Their staff is always professional, compassionate, and kind, from the receptionists to the techs to the doctors. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to see the doctor, but I will gladly wait to receive quality care. I’m always impressed and a bit surprised at how kind everyone is and how they are willing to go out of their way to accommodate us. Best vet clinic in the area and worth the drive even if you’re far away like I am! :)

We were late getting our 13 yr old MiniSchnauzer in for his annual exam and vaccines, so I was pleased when they fit us right in. Covid-19 procedures meant we didn't have to leave our car-- they came out to us in the parking lot for the intake interview, and then took our dog in for his exam and vaccinations. We were provided with a price list along with a priority rating for all the procedures and vaccines, which allowed us to figure out what was the most necessary. The vet came to the car and talked to us about her exam findings as well. It was professional, seamless and safe. We highly recommend All Pets!

We have been very happy and satisfied with the excellent care given our Cairn Terriers by All Pets. We moved to Asheville in 2017 with a 16 1/2 year old Cairn, who began having a myriad of health issues a year later. She became extremely ill, in a sort of perfect storm of events that culminated suddenly, and when I brought her in, she was very close to death. A day or so later, she stopped eating, and things were looking very dire. All Pets let me come in and visit with her-I didn’t want her to die without seeing me-she could at first hardly lift her head, and both front feet had IVs and tubes. I tried feeding her from my finger, and she responded. After 8 days of intensive care, she bounced back to life, and lived another year and a half, which we never would have had with her. The overnight care area doesn’t have a lot of room in it, but no one complained about my being in the way or blocking cages when I came to visit. We were so grateful for the kindness of every single person at All Pets- several of the vets, techs and receptionist treated us like Eloise was the most important dog in the world, as they also managed to treat all the other animals coming through their doors. Our new Cairn puppy was spayed today, and our treatment was the same-caring, careful and competent. We are happy customers (patients)!

Yesterday, my baby Claire found herself returning again at a healthy, thriving year and one half old, to All Pets Animal Hospital. Yesterday was spay day. Per my previous review, I am a serious fan of this practice. Claire's spay could not have been easier for her. Dr. Cook, as is his custom, was careful to review the entire procedure with us so we knew exactly what to expect before we took her there. His care, concern, excellent communication skills and true love of his charges are apparent in everything he recommends for your pet. Thorough explanations of best practices, all designed for the best outcome for your pet, are delivered clearly and questions are both encouraged and met with thoughtful, considered responses. He worked to make this day aa easy as it could be for our dog. Everything I've mentioned are surely considerations for anyone looking for excellent care for their pets. Anyone. would value...the knowledge, the expertise, the timely communication etc.- but at the end of the day, the dedication, kindness, the real knowing that everyone involved in the care of your loved family member at All Pets is as invested in their best life as you are is as comforting as it is rare. When they first saw her she was very young, very tiny, had diarrhea/vomiting, and was beleaguered by two protozoa infections both coccidia and also giardia. She was also dehydrated. Dr. Cook took the time to carefully listen to everything I had to say about the pup and from the very beginning balanced caution, persistence and dedication to deliver her very best care. We are forever grateful. The entire staff is fantastic. Due to Covid 19, I don't know all of the staff but I've met many of them and they are attentive, kind, and dedicated to their charges. It is almost impossible to find a vet for guinea pigs that is not only knowledgeable & experienced with guinea pigs but also not outrageously expensive - All Pets provides both. The price just for an initial basic appointment - not including treatments/meds if needed - is the lowest I found in Asheville. Dr. Cook is amazing with the guinea pigs and seems to have a lot of experience and knowledge about them. He listens and provides treatment options along with the potential costs of those options. He is pragmatic when it comes to treatments/tests that are extremely expensive and does not judge you when you have to make a decision based on your financial situation. He seems to sincerely care not only for the pet but also for the owner. We chose Dr. Cook for our new rescue dog as well and he has been amazing with her too! Our vet tech Delia is also awesome - she always remembers their names & seems so excited to see them!

We switched to All Pets after a series of negative experiences at our former vet in Asheville. Our cats' treatment, and ours as clients, has been consistently good, both administratively, (with front desk staff for appointments and billing), and with vet assistants, and with all the doctors. We have had two cats treated here, one of whom had to be euthanized.due to age and infirmity, which was a remarkably well-handled difficult time. Our current anxious cat is likely to bite, but the staff remains calm and cheerful with him. Other than one growl, our cat endures all procedures and does not get horribly nervous on the way there in the car. His vet, Dr. Gibaldi, stays current with research and procedures., and it appears that all the other vets do, too. The offices are clean and bright, and the equipment is new. If we ever get another dog, we will also take our pet here, because we have had a chance to watch the hospital staff interact with dogs and their owners for several years now, and are equally impressed. The waiting room is large, so all the pets stay calm. My cat likes to watch dogs' water therapy through a large viewing window.

I was referred to All Pets by a friend after a constant struggle with our Vet about why our dog was limping on and off for over a year. We scheduled the appointment, took our baby in and after almost an hour with the vet had supplements and a complete, conservative treatment plan. After a few weeks our dog wasn't improving, I called and was told to come back in. Went in, spent another hour with the vet in the room with us, did X-rays, met with the rehabilitation specialist and I will never, ever, never take my dogs any place else. The vet has called twice for 15- 20 minute conversations about our dog and the staff has followed up too. You will never get this type of care for your pet from any other veterinarian in this area. While I was there I met a breeder of very expensive dogs and he drives a long way to bring his dogs here. The only thing I regret is not coming in sooner. This is by far the best Vet practice in WNC - and the charges so far have been about 30% less than our other vet.

Hi! My name is Barley. I am six years old. I came to All Pets because I had a lame leg. It had hurt me for a long time, but no one seemed to be able to help me. My Mom tried everything to avoid surgery, but I could not hike with my family anymore, which made me very sad. A wise person referred Mom to All Pets. He said they, too, would avoid surgery if possible. Dr. Bedsaul immediately knew what was wrong - a torn Cranial Cruciate Ligament, or CCL. (Boy, that’s a lot to say!) They said my knee was so bad that surgery was the only option. On the day of my procedure, I was a scared puppy. The All Pets staff made such a fuss over me! They let me know I was going to be okay, and gave me lots of hugs and kisses. Mom was very concerned about me. Kerbi eased her worries, and encouraged her to call and check on me as often as she would like. That was awesome, ‘cause when Mom’s not happy, nobody’s happy! Dr. Heath did an amazing job fixing my knee. He is very kind and the best at what he does. His rehab staff is the cat’s meow, too. The laser therapy was fun because Mom wore these funny looking goggles. I looooooooved the water treadmill most! It helped me regain my confidence with my leg, as I had not used it in quite some time. I know I got better so quickly because of the love and attention All Pets staff gave me and my family. Mom says she has never seen anything like it, and would tell everyone to go to All Pets for all of their veterinary needs. (I had to ask Mom how to spell veterinary.) I am 100% back on all fours and the trail, and can’t thank Dr. Heath and his staff enough. Thank you, Dr. Heath and All Pets. I love you!

Everyone is fantastic with Mr. Pinto ⭐and he's a tough customer. I have seen at least three vets here for different pets/reasons. I appreciate everyone being understanding with my little gremlins. The staff is truly caring. Last year they were magnificent as they assisted me with a terminally ill senior cat. I felt like they really cared about both of us, making sure we had medications, fluids, access to care and guidance as needed. This is the best vet clinic that I've ever used. It is always very clean and friendly.
