I absolutely LOVE Twin Cities! Everyone there including the front desk staff are always kind, respectful, patient and very caring. I always recommend them to everyone. The vets are all amazing. Of course I have my favorite which is Dr. Perkovich but we've seen all of them before when she wasn't available, and we have always been given the best care. Knowing my fur baby is in excellent hands is priceless. I also like how they accept Care Credit.

We use these vets when we are in town every year. If nobody gets sick then we only see them once a year for traveling papers. The new guy ( vet can't remember his name) was a good guy. I really was to have met him. Seemed genuinely caring and kind. We will always keep this vet for all animals needs.

The staff was wonderful, informative, and considerate. They were wonderful with my reactive dog, even let us enter through a side door as to avoid the lobby. They went above and beyond, clipping his nails while under and also removing a big mole, no charge. They called and checked up on us after the procedure multiple times, showing that they care about their patients greatly. Best vet on the peninsula! Affordable and gave me multiple quotes.

Very nice place with friendly staff. I was disappointed that the Dr didn’t even offer a generic med for my dog though. As tough as times are right now i can’t afford to pay $119 for itch medication for my dog every month. You need to start offering a generic to your customers…especially now.

The best care I could have asked for had to fly out unexpectedly and couldn't find a vet willing to get us seen from homer to Anchorage and twin cities staff took care of us same day. The vet was fantastic with my ripple and the staff was outstanding in getting me an appointment. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Reception is very friendly, answers questions well. We were put in a room quickly. The vet tech who took care of my dog's nails was very kind to talk with me afterward for reassurance, because our dog, who believes his flesh is being slowly plucked from his bones whenever his nails are cut, was yelling to high heaven. Dr. Tabby is always communicative and great with dogs. They have taken excellent care of our animals, cats and dogs, for many years.

The experience was wonderful, this is such a pet friendly place! The kitties were allowed out of their carriers to roam about their environment prior to exams and vaccinations. Oh my gosh. These people were wonderful. I have an elderly parrot that trusts no one and hates to be handled. Ive had him 35 years and was shocked to see how he responded to their care. We have always used this clinic, the staff has always been nice. They let my adult daughter bring her cat in and charge it to us while we were gone with out calling to confirm it was OK. When we got back 2mos later and had to bring our turtle in they treated me like a stranger who had to pay upfront my daughters bill before they would see my turtle. I understand, so I payed it. then they asked me to pay upfront before they would see my turtle. I was very disappointed. Won't be going back to them.

We drove all the way from Wasilla to have Dr Jim do my dog's surgery. We'd seen 3 vets in Wasilla, all were either inexperienced or wanted to perform radical procedures and I decided to take her despite the distance. Man am I glad we did. My dog got compassionate, conservative care with her comfort as first priority and turns out they charged LESS THAN HALF of the estimated cost at those other clinics. And I would have paid more! We love this clinic, will probably drive there again!
