Love this place. They take excellent care of our dogs, are friendly and courteous and keep you informed about your fur baby. One of our dogs had to have a tail amputated and this vet did an exceptional job throughout the process. They are one of the many area vets that offer and honor the first exam free for dog adopted from the shelter and we were so happy to have that service for our newest addition. Highly recommend.

If not for the amazing woman at the front desk, I would have been a hyperventilating wreck when I put my baby girl (dog) down. She was as considerate and helpful as she possibly could have been. The Vet was also amazing and so attentive. But that woman at the front desk saved my day! As hard as this was, she made it smoother. I am forever grateful to her.

I really like the care my dogs have received. However, if your dog has an injury and they need to be seen. Forget it...over 2 weeks to be seen....this is unacceptable.

How was All Creatures Veterinary Clinic?! Wonderful as always. You can tell that they genuinely like your pet and care about their well bring. My pet Scottish terrior gets so excited when we go there no matter what she needs done. Their hours are great, they are very accommodating, their prices are reasonable, their staff is awesome, they provide curb service due to the Corona virus and take the greatest care of your pet. I highly recommend them!

I like the approach and appearance of this place. Didn't have an appt but for those that did, their wait time was basically nothing. Not having an appt I didn't feel I was there too long. Dr. was to the point with what treatment plan she wanted to do and loved that they were making a f/u appointment as well also prior to departure.

They were there for me and my dog from beginning, to the end for all 10 years of his priceless company. Many vet clinics feel very corporate and all about ripping cash out of your wallet first, and caring about your pets second. That has never been the case with All Creatures, in my experience, and I highly recommend them.

I reside in Seward, Alaska which is a good 3 hours from Wasilla. However, my indoor rabbit (free roam with kenneling at night) was not eating or drinking and seemed to be in pain. It was late night/early morning when I called two different pet emergency numbers in Anchorage. Neither one was able to care for a rabbit. I then made the decision to drive to Anchorage in the hopes that I would be there when vet offices open for the day and could get someone to look at him. We called every office in the area, sometimes multiple times, trying to find someone qualified for rabbits to examine him as soon as possible. Rabbit digestive systems need to be moving pretty constantly and 24 hours is the max for no food, no poop/pee, so there isn't much time to wait for an appointment on another day. Time is of the essence! I talked with All Creatures Veterinary Clinic knowing that it was a bit farther North, but needing a better answer than "we can keep him comfortable" that some vets offered. Thankfully, All Creatures Vet Clinic was able to make time for me and my bunny. Doctor Jenn was so helpful and seemed to really care about my rabbit and his well being. She was able to examine him, give him fluids, and sent us with medications for gut motility and pain. I am happy to report that my bunny made a full recovery and is doing well :) :) It may be 3 hours to drive there, but I will be continuing to use this veterinary clinic for regular checkups for both of my indoor rabbits! Thank you Doctor Jenn and all of the staff at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic!

Been taking my pups there since their first rabies vaccination. Had my mama dog spayed there as well. Always friendly and fair. They will give you an estimate of costs prior to your dogs procedure upon request so they'll be no surprises when you get your final bill. So far I have had no issues and nothing but good service.

We, unfortunately, just had to put down our 11.5 year old girl and they were extremely supportive and courteous the entire time. My husband and I have been taking our animals, dogs & cats, to All Creatures since we moved to the Valley back in 1991. They have always treated us and our pets with kindness and care as if they were their own pets. The vet may not be my pets favorite place to visit, who does like to visit the doctor, but they are always treated well and lovingly cared for.

Dr Jennifer Cicali @ All Creatures Vet Clinic is a AWESOME veterinarian. She is knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. She treats my pets as if they were her own. Dr. Jen doesn't charge for unnecessary tests etc and is straight forward with costs/ treatments needed. She is a veterinarian who actually listens to you and your concerns about your beloved pet. I speak from personal experience as she recently volunteer to stay past her normal hours to do exploratory surgery on my Belgian...which I believe actually saved my dogs life. I would definitely recommend her for all your pets veterinary needs.

I absolutely loved All Creatures and felt very comfortable taking my pets there. Dr. Campbell and Dr. Masteller were so great with my dogs. The front desk staff is very, very friendly and welcoming. The clinic has a lot of stuff for sale in the main lobby, too. I get my dog's skin allergy dog food here and it's reasonably priced compared to other locations. I love that All Creatures has a vaccine clinic twice a year. Cheap vaccines for your pets without having to pay an office visit fee? Sign me up! I went once in the fall and the line wasn't so bad. I don't remember the day of week I went. I went to the following spring clinic right after work on a Friday and the line was all the way to the end of the parking lot! Frankly I don't know when the best time to go would be but it's such a great deal and worth waiting in line. I recommend All Creatures for anyone looking for a great clinic for their dogs!

Changing Vet clinics due to issues with billing. My first visit to ACV and was pleased with the Vet, but the cost was unreasonable for the service provided. Exam of pet took less than 30 minutes but the cost for that service was $350 +/-. It is to the point that pet medical is as or more expensive than a MD. Nice clinic, reception when you enter is lacking in all areas, arrival acknowledgment, greetings, etc. Did not appear to be over run with patients so did not see why I stood at the counter for several minutes b4 being greeted. Not rude, just did nothing to welcome me or my pet.

Our dog has cancer. Instead of pressuring us into buying the most expensive treatments, they explored all the options with us and let us make our own decisions. They have been there to answer all of our questions. (We have had a lot) Throughout this process they have listened and been very supportive, understanding and caring. I have had not so great experiences with other vets in the past, so it is nice to find one who genuinely listens and cares like this place does. I highly recommend this place.

Got a dog who hates getting their nails trimmed? GO HERE! Best nail clippers in town! I had to take my dog in because we discovered blood in her urine. My normal vet was booked, so I called All Creatures. The just so happened to have a cancellation. When they took her in they ask about her nails. I normally can’t get my dogs nails trimmed because she freaks out and usually ends up hurting herself or the nurses. We told them to give it a try, but that she would fight them. Sure enough, she came out with nice short nails and not a scratch on her. They were able to determine my dog had a UTI and put her on antibiotics. She is all better now!

I have several dogs and have utilized All Creatures for several years. This clinic has some of the best vets in the area, they are kind and compassionate and you know they truly care; however their front desk and administrative staff is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Literally every single time I go, I sit in the waiting room upset with myself that I haven’t changed vets, then I get into the room with the vet and forget about it because of how amazing they are, and then upon experiencing their check out process I am right back to wishing I would change. They do not greet you, you could stand in front of them for ten minutes waiting to be helped and they will not make eye contact or assist you until they are good and ready. Making an appointment can often be frustrating depending on who answers the phone as often they are rude and unkind. If your dog needs to be seen semi-urgently, good luck, ear infections are pushed out a week or more Etc Their prices seem like they have slowly increased with benefits being removed at the same time, such as the exams no longer include free nail clippings. While they are not overly expensive, there are other vet clinic that will treat you respectfully, be kind, and take better care of you.

I so love this vet clinic! Dr. Fairbanks has been amazing in treating my dogs for various issues through the years. She most recently helped us with our dog's ear hematoma. Every staff member and doctor here has our pets best interest at heart. Highly recommend them!

This is going to be long: Our dog and loyal friend of 13 years, Lola, was at the end of her life this week. I was kind of in denial and thought maybe she would get better, well she didn't and she lost the ability to walk and stopped eating/digesting completely. I realized it was time to help her pass and prevent further suffering. It was an agonizing decision and the day before Christmas Eve. I called All Creatures to see if they could do anything to help. No hold time at all. They said they could see her Christmas Eve for sure but would call me if anything came up sooner. The called me later that day with an opening in their schedule for her. Their facility and operations are very covid safe. They came out to our car to get Lola. The vet called us shortly after to discuss what they were seeing with her and how we wanted to proceed. They went over every option and explained step by step how each one would play out. We all agreed it was Lola's time to go. They had us pull around to a side door and my husband, son and I were all able to go inside and snuggle with Lola one last time. They brought us yummy treats to give her while she laid next to us on a comfy bed on the floor. They gave her the medicine through a long tube so we all could be closest to her and hug her while she fell asleep. They let us stay in the room alone with her as long as we wanted. They are going to make a pawprint in clay for us from her paw. Her ashes will be ready to get after the holiday. They stepped into a truely terrible, heartbreaking situation and helped shape it into a moment of peace and goodbyes. Every question was answered and they helped us feel comfortable making a decision when I was pretty paralyzed with fear. I don't know if I'll ever get another dog after hurting this much but if I do, these guys are going to be vet office we use.

Best Vets in the Valley These folks are wonderful. They don't rush to try and push the most expensive treatments for animals, they keep you updated on your pets when they have surgery or need treatment for conditions. They got my dog in last minute after he got trampled by a moose and explained everything it could be and recommended cheapest options first. I always recommend them to people when they ask who I think they should use for their vet.

He is very patient about answering questions and let's us know what's happening. He called to ask how Spike (our cat) was doing and discussed other concerns we have.

As others have mentioned, the reception staff leaves much to be desired, as they do not always acknowledge or greet you when you walk in and stand at the counter, even when they are chatting with each other (ie-not busy working). The vets here are caring and seem very skilled, however, there seems to be quite a bit of turnover in vets, not sure why. I’ve learned to ask for a specific vet (a few are long term) or risk getting someone who is a ‘temp’. That leads to me asking questions, giving information, and then the next time that vet is gone and there seems to be no record of what was discussed last time. The prices are definitely high here, and I’m ok with paying up for quality care, but some may feel it’s expensive. I stick with this vet, as they seem to be one of the best in the valley, but if a better clinic opened, I would switch.

We've used them in the past with no real issues but lately I cannot even seem to get through to them. I either get placed on hold for 10+ minutes and have to hang up, or their line is busy. We ended up having to switch vet offices because of it.

From the moment I walked in I knew my little kitty Lynx was going to be just fine. When you walk in, it smells like strawberries, not dog hair or medicine or other weird odors. The facility was up front about pricing(I was getting her spayed) when I called to schedule the appointment and they did a reminder call the day before. When I brought her in the ladies behind the desk were friendly and complimented how pretty Lynx was. I filled out just a little paperwork and was brought back to the exam room where one of the techs helped weigh her and do preliminary checks before the Vet came in. Once the Vet came in she explained the surgery and recovery in detail which was a relief. There was a little upsale by the Vet in the exam room for extra shots and blood work but overall it wasn't too bad. Once Lynx was done I got a call and picked her up after my work day. All the employees said they loved her and that she did great! I was happy with my time here and would definitely go back!

Most of them really take the time to get to know you and your pets and listen to your concerns. Unfortunately, their front desk staff can be abrupt, rude, and unprofessional.

Dr Campbell was very compassionate with my 15 year old, grumpy husky mix. She went over options for her care, and followed up as she said she would. While wait time was a bit long, Dr. Campbell explained that there was an emergency, and they do not delay dealing with emergencies. The front desk staff is always helpful.

Our seven year old dachshund Tebow had swelling under his tongue in the salivary ducts....both sublingual and mandibular. We had brought him someplace else the night before so they gave us anti-inflammatory and antibiotic drugs to be administered orally. His mouth was so swollen he could not eat or drink, much less take the medicine as we were afraid he would choke because there was no saliva in his mouth. All Creatures were sympathetic, gentle and comforting. They drained the salivary duct and gave him an anti-inflammatory injection which effectively made it possible to give him the medicine he was prescribed. They confirmed the diagnosis and educated me on the available Board Certified Surgeon who is qualified to do the surgery, if necessary. Overall very happy with the service and well worth the drive from Big Lake. Charges were reasonable for the services rendered. Thank you All Creatures!
