I have been going into see them since 2014 I have not had one time someone be rude or upset towards my animal. They are the most excellent fabulous stupendous veterinarian clinic that I have ever gone to and I have been in many states. I think is the one to pick if you’re trying to find a veterinarian clinic.

Dr. Dana was really great with my old dog. She was scared and shaking and Dr. Dana got down I. The ground with her to get her more comfortable. Quick appointment time, great staff, reasonable cost. This clinic does not pressure clients to conduct unnecessary tests or procedures like some of the larger hospital chains. My only complaint is that the on-line appointment scheduling feature that worked so well last year seems to not be used at all now. You must call between 8-12, 1:30-5 to get an appointment. Not really a problem, but I also work during those hours.

The entire staff is wonderIful at this vet's office! I was thrilled to be able to get my dogs an appointment quickly, and even as a new customer we were checked in quickly and saw the doctor within 15 mins of our appointment time. One of my two dogs was traumatized as a young pup and absolutely flips out when anyone touches her feet. In the past, vets have waited until she was sedated (for another procedure) to do her nails. But at Taylor Ranch Vet, their technician (David) was able to trim her nails without her going ballistic! Along with being a really good doctor - I appreciated that Dr. Dana didn't automatically suggest additional services that are neither needed or desired. Not the case at other vet offices. We were very happy with Dr. Dana's manner, treatment and knowledge/advice, and I am impressed, and VERY relieved, to have a good veterinarian I can trust so close to where I live.

The staff was awesome, caring and friendly. Got everything done for our dog that had gotten into a small scuffle with another dog. They got her in quickly, fixed her up, gave us the meds she needed all within less than an hour. Very appreciative!

We've been patients for 20 years. We love all the doctors. Most recently, after being placed on a "brief hold" for 38 minutes, I got through on the phone. The doctor was not available to answer my question. They called me back. I was in a meeting. They left a message that I could do a drop off appointment and they could squeeze in my pet. We arrived, were taken to an exam room with no wait. David, the vet tech, explained everything. My dog, a rescue, is pretty skittish, especially with men. They took her back for tests, got the results right away and were sent off with medicine. As we checked out, the dog ran behind the desk to visit David and the staff. She has never done that before, ever. Outstanding.

The visit was great. Not sure why they didn't catch that the rabies shot was due when the cats were there for their exam in December. They did give them their distemper at that visit? But, this visit was very efficient; we were in and out in 10 or 15 minutes.

Our Stanlee boy had a large bump in between two toes of his left front paw last week. We called Taylor ranch and got an appointment for later that morning. He had a hair cyst that was lanced and drained. He was sent home with pain meds and antibiotics. It was such a relief to not be told there were no openings u til the following weeks. This has not been the first time that one of our pups has needed immediate care and was not put off. We our so grateful to the vets and staff at Taylor Ranch Vet. Hospital. Thank you guys, so very much!!!

The best office for my furry family. My dog gets very stressed about the vet due to several very traumatizing injuries requiring previous hospital stays. His nails are black so I take him in to get them done. Normally I recommend a muzzle but the female tech that took care of him said he didn't need it. She did such a good job and he came out calm and happy. They really know how to handle your pets. Dr Dana is amazing with him. Even better, they're close to home. I've taken strays in for chip scans and they've helped locate owners. All around great office and staff.

Our Bea Bea, a small Chihuahua, is 17-years old, deaf and almost totally blind, but she is our baby and we love her. Dr Mike Forsyth was so caring and gentle at her yearly exam. Unfortunately I had to put my best friend to sleep about a year and a half ago. I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Mike in the peocess. Although it was a very sad experience, dr Mike took great care and patience with us. I've since brought my other pets here to see him and always get the same great personal experience and care. Last week I had to make a difficult decision to put down one of my pets of 20 years. The entire staff made the experience so comforting for my cat. They were kind-hearted and had so much patience with me. In such a difficult time, they made the experience something I could feel peaceful about.

From the minute I called Taylor Ranch Veterinary Hospital, I was treated with the upmost respect. They came highly recommended, but I was blown away by the actual experience. I was able to get an appointment within days of calling. I brought a book with me expecting we’d be waiting for some time, since this has been my experience with other vets. Didn’t even open that book! We were seen within minutes! Dr. Scott was extremely professional and got right to the point. She didn’t try to sell me on anything, which, again, has been my experience. She was clear and concise about what we needed to do, and what the risks were, along with a recommendation to see a cardiologist for my little old dog before getting surgery. It was THE BEST vet experience I’ve ever had and am so happy we found them!

This is the best veterinary hospital and practice that I’ve ever been to - and I’ve lived in several states and countries. I’ll never forget our first visit years ago, when the vet sat on the floor and patiently waited for my dog to sniff him and interact with him on her terms. He skillfully and cleverly examined her in a way that my dog interpreted as affectionate pets and play. For the first time since she was a puppy, she was not scared to go to the vet for check ups. Blood draws or vaccines were quick and not traumatizing for her at all - sometimes she didn’t even notice. When my dog began palliative care, everyone was extremely compassionate, communicative and went above and beyond to ensure that not only my sweet Hibiscus was comfortable throughout her care and up until she passed - but they also ensured that I felt supported, informed and competent in all my decisions regarding her medical needs and quality of life. The vet would call personally just to check on her and answer any questions I had; I tear up as I write this because he really helped me come to terms with knowing when Hibiscus was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and he was completely right, she did let me know when it was time, without a doubt. Because of her care by this vet, we got to spend one last Christmas with her where she acted just like a playful puppy again. I’m forever grateful for that. More recently, my other dog Opie had to have sedation and treatment for his paws. Yet again, they went above and beyond to ensure that he felt safe and comforted. They took extra care to accommodate for his nervousness and personality quirks, which I really appreciated. You can tell that they cared about Opie’s feelings along with his health. They were very communicative about what to expect with his treatment, recovery and the cost of all procedures including medications, aftercare, etc. There were zero surprises and once again, I felt confident in them and their recommended treatment plans. My family and I remain loyal customers/patients and will continue to recommend them to our pet owner community.

Taylor Ranch is a new vet for us and our dog Milo. He had an infection and they were able to get it cleared up and this week we went to get a release to go to the groomer and get shots. Have been taking all my pets to see Dr. Dana for over 13 years and cannot express my gratitude enough to this amazing vet and clinic/hospital!! My most recent visit was for my 13 year old cat that suddenly got very sick due to a tooth infection. On Saturday night she stopped eating, drinking, moving, etc., so I had to take her to ER vet Petroglyph on Sunday. Petroglyph diagnosed her with a tooth root abscess & said she needed a dental and extractions (which they couldn't do until 8 days later). She seemed to get worse and didn't show any progress after receiving pain meds and antibiotic Convenia, so I called TR when they opened Monday. They saw her ASAP and Dr. Dana said her gums didn't look bad plus with her good bloodwork results, he thought she just had an infection and prescribed antibiotic Clindamycin HCL. She literally was on death's doorstep, but 4 days later she is back to her usual self. Beyond relieved and cannot thank Dr. Dana and his staff enough!! His knowledge and expertise continues to surpass all other veterinarians I've seen over four plus decades. Recommend everyone take their beloved pets here.

Dr. Mike Forsythe held the appt. for Sly, my rescue from 2017 & currently my 7 yo neutered dog who only eats intermittently. Dr. Mike said that this is normal for smaller dogs. He gave Sly 2 vaccinations & a heart worm test ( which was negative). Dr. Mike & I talked for 1/2 hour., as usual, about the state-of-the-world. Dr. Mike’s wife has survived breast cancer!

Caring, compassionate and great canine care Dr. Rob showed great compassion for our pup. We were there for revaccination but Dr Rob spent a good amount of time helping with some issues our pup was having. The front office staff listens carefully, relays important information to veterinarians. Knowledgeable to important issues and able to prioritize. They also had the forethought to obtain all records prior to visit. The veterinarian worked our pet and observed our pet himself. He spoke with us in clear layman’s terms, was reassuring and gracious. This office did not make us redo a bunch of testing unnecessarily that would have cost us hundreds of dollars. I could not be more happy with the care the entire staff shows to the pets and owners alike. They all go above and beyond.

We have been coming here for 11 years or so. We had 3 dogs that were taken care of very well by the staff here. When it came time, 2 were put down and although it was a dreadful thing, the staff was professional and caring. We received hand written cards from the vet and their compassion was remarkable. Our other dog passed away at home. We went in to talk about putting him down but Dr Dana's advice gave us the weekend with him and again, he passed at home over the weekend. Over some time we found ourselves with 2 more pups. We came here for shots, advice and to get them fixed. One of our pups kept scratching and had a skin issue. Rather than prescribe something we were told to change food first....and it worked!!! A simple allergy that was fixed at no extra cost. No more endless scratching. I like the approach they take to solving issues. No expensive prescriptions and the reasoning is always made very clear. My dogs have always taken to Dr Dana and the staff. They have never had an issue with them and the tails are always wagging....which says a lot caus our young German shepherd is a tough cookie. I took my chihuahua to see Dr Dana for an ear infection. The veterinary tech, Stacy, cleaned out my dog's ears and showed me how to do so while walking around carrying him. This movement makes him calmer and more manageable. I've been using her tip at home when applying ear medication and clipping his nails, etc. It has made everything easier! I really appreciated her educating me on this. Dr Dana is great as well! He spends time explaining what is wrong with your animal, shows you anatomy diagrams, and involves you in your pet's treatment. It is always a good experience.

My Norwegian Elkhound was very sick. She was not eating, couldn't walk, incontinent, and drinking about 3 gallons of water a day. Taylor Ranch Vet clinic was very willing to fit her in, even though they were extremely booked. They took the time with her without utilizing costly, unnecessary tests before coming up with a plan of trying antibiotics and steroids (after diabetes was ruled out). I know we are not out of the woods, but she is now eating and walking. I am grateful that she is feeling better. Also, very impressed that their first response was not to put here down. I am so thrilled with this clinic!! Back in July our old dog got really sick, I literally called 15 different clinics, every single one said they couldn't get me in and that in a few weeks I could. Dr. Dana is so friendly and kind. My dogs adore him and aren't afraid to go to the vet like they are with other veterinarian offices. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 10-15 minutes, which is very annoying, but Dr. Dana is worth the annoyance. I'm currently on hold right now as I type this, and I've been on hold for 7:33, and I'm sure it will be even longer. Taylor Ranch, if you read this, PLEASE cut down on your hold time for patience. Holding this long is crazy! Dr. Dana gets five stars, but the front office wait time would get a one star.

I have taken both my bulldogs to Dr. Rob Dana and he is always very thorough. He sits on the floor with the dog so the dog never knows it's getting examined, and it makes for a less stressful environment. When I got both my bulldogs spayed there, I got a call the following day from Dr. Dana himself to check on them. To me he is going above and beyond to make sure the animals are safe. As a former Vet Tech I must say they are wonderful! I looked at a few places before deciding on where to take my new kitty for a check up and a "fix". They were kind, and very sensitive to my feelings as well as my little feline. The place is spotless and clean. S Warm and FRIENDLY person greets you every time. After my cat surgery they even followed up with phone calls as well. For really wonderful service they don't charge all that much as well and I came from Los Gatos where fixing your cat is AT least $600. This is definitely where I will be taking my kitty from now on!

I brought my dog in for a routine dental cleaning. I was a nervous fur baby mom having to have my little guy anesthetized but Dr. Dana and his group allayed my fears. He sat on the floor, talked to and pet Fozzie while we chatted. They use an inhaled anesthetic instead of injectable drugs. They did a great job and his teeth look great! Dr. Dana called the next day to check to see how Fozzie was doing. I have worked at several vet colleges and I was very impressed with Dr. Dana. Highly recommend this group for routine dental cleanings. And they were very affordable.

As an OTR (over the truck driver) my dog and Ib were in town visiting family when he became very ill. He was unable to urinate, and kept trying every few minutes (literally 1-3 min) and I knew he wouldn't make the trip home to Central Texas to his vet. They got us in and were extremely friendly. My dog was not wanting to be picked up by even me for the pain in his hind area and the vet came in and sat on the floor with him. Had a pit mix develop lethargic symptoms and bloody vomit stool overnight. We were worried about ingested objects. We called the next morning and got in right away. Doctor came in as I was sitting on the floor with the dog and sat right down on the floor with us. Quick exam and an x-ray later some antibiotics and Nausea medicine later we were working on mending. Prices were very fair, attention paid to pet and owner was excellent. Only downsides were I couldn't find the hours posted anywhere on the web and they don't take American Express credit cards.
