Their customer service after purchasing the tickets is very good. Shivam singh is one such gentleman who made sure that our parents were able to board the flight at the mumbai airport. Booking tickets was really easy with fantastic fare but the reason I am writing this review and giving them 5 stars is because they didnt abandon me when I needed their help. My flight from the US was delayed because of which my connecting flight was missed but these guys are as fantastic as the name of the company. They didn't let me wait overnight instead helped me get another flight same day as I needed to get to my destination urgently. I would always choose fantastic fare and would recommend it all my family and friends.
