Our family has been booking vacations through Brian Wilkinson for a couple of years now. After the first booking through Brian, we knew immediately he was the best travel agent we have ever worked with. Brian is detailed oriented and makes sure your trip is your true Dream Vacation! Prior to your travels Brian will check and make sure nothing has changed when it comes to your itinerary. One time we had an airline change our itinerary and Brian caught it and found us a flight that worked better for us. Prior to our day of travel Brian checks in and emails any and all documents we may need. When flying to Cancun we were sent a map of the airport and given directions of how to avoid the hectic timeshare sharks that await all travelers when exiting the airport. Whenever we need assistance home or abroad Brian is there to assist us. I have recommended Brian to family and friends and will continue to recommend him in the future. As I am writing this review we just recently finished a trip we booked through Brian on the Celebrity Apex. This was a family trip and it was absolutely a memorable one. If your looking to travel now or in the future look no further as you have found a great travel expert.

Brian was extremely helpful and experienced. He took care of scheduling everything for our trip as well as early check in etc with southwest. It is always nice to just have to worry about packing and enjoying yourself!! I highly recommend using Brian and dream vacation s for any travel/vacation plans you may want to do for the future.

My wife had wanted for years to ride the train (Rocky Mountaineer) around the Canadian Rockies. Mutual friends highly recommended Brian's services in making this trip come true. Brian sat down with us on several occasions and answered many questions we had throughout the process of planning this vacation as well as providing very helpful brochures/materials about the Rocky Mountaineer. This was all made that much more difficult due to postponing the trip for two years due to Covid. Brian kept us informed the entire time as to updates and scheduled payments. His advice about signing up for the Gold Leaf level of services on the train and the Silver Leaf level for our accommodations turned out to be exactly the correct decision for us. What a wonderful trip for us and we have Brian to thank for it all.

Brian helped us arrange a cruise with a group of friends. He worked hard to ensure we got the best rates, helped with excursion recommendations, transport to and from the cruise, and spa packages. He made us feel special by working to get us an upgrade and sending a bottle of wine to our stateroom for my girlfriend's birthday cruise! I didn't know much about cruising and stateroom types/locations, but when we got on the boat I found out that the upgraded balcony stateroom he got us was in a great location. He has a wealth of knowledge that will help make your vacation better than if you did it all yourself. We recommended him to our friends and will use his services again.

My wife and I just returned from Hawaii from aboard the Pride of America. Thank goodness we booked through Brian. All went well until a flight to the ship was cancelled and we missed our ship the first day. One call to Brian and he took control. He cleared our way to board the following day with Norwegian and all the rest went well. When our planning started I thought just do it online. I will not travel without Brian's excellent help in all aspects of out trip. Brian is TOPSHELF!!!!!

Five star service all the way!!! Brian is amazing! He is super responsive and go above and beyond to ensure your vacation is amazing. Brian had so many useful tools and advice to help us make our trip to Disney wonderful. And when covid hit and everything shut down, Brian was there to help us rebook and rebook and rebook again once we were comfortable without any question! He saved us so much money by watching the deal and then getting the discounts added onto our package! You cannot go wrong here - great service and will save you time and most likely money too! So where do I beginning we discovered Brian under very unique circumstances, my fiance had received a offer that seems too good to be true so we contact dream vacations aka Brian because that was the name on the alleged offer. Brian did some heavy investigation and saved my family from being scammed. Out of pure curiosity I began asking brian about a Disney Vacation for my fiance and 2 year old son. Brian was hands down the biggest help very knowledgeable easy to communicate with and well verse in his craft he gave suggestion and helped us form an affordable and perfect Disney adventure, the things he recommended turned out phenomenal and every worked flawlessly. I got to make so many precious memories with my boy that I will hold in my heart for ever. If it wasn't for Brian I would have never been able to do it, let alone as care free as I did! hands down the best would 100% recommend anyone give him a call he is the greatest!

Brian was extremely helpful not just in the planning part, but just as importantly he was there for us during the trip when we ran into "little snags" like airlines cancelling flights due to staff shortages, or contracting Covid and having to quarantine, and other "mishaps" no one wants to go through in a foreign country. Brian helped coordinate and book my 10 year anniversary trip with my husband in May. He went above and beyond with booking special seating at the restaurant on our anniversary. He also researched the resort to find out which building we should stay in to get the best views, etc. Our plane, resort, and transportation items were perfect. We will definitely use Brian again. Universal was amazing our hotel was great..Hotel food was pretty pricey but we were located very close to Ihop, KFC, Del Taco and a few other resteraunts.
