I wanted to buy my tickets last night and I waited for the agent that I worked with to make it happen. Finally after several hours, I accepted that he would call tomorrow as he said he would and it would NOT get done that evening as I had hoped! He said he would call at 10 am. I waited until 11:49 am for his call. Patience is the name of the game! I admit that patience is difficult for me! I would rather have done it myself. I tried, but apparently the airline that we are traveling with sold out of the tickets that I wanted (they were less expensive)! But my agent finally came through for me!!

IE, be direct: for example, I want non-stop, with carry on bags and checked bags included in the price. Or, if you're so inclined, say you want the cheapest fare, under XX hours or a minimum of one/two layovers.

Incredible service from ASAP tickets and Vivaldi as the agent who handled my case. A big thank you. I was helped by Vivaldi with the best possible last minute reservation that became not only economical but also came with a good itinerary. The times were difficult post CoVid due to increased demand and airports short staffed and flights getting cancelled. Vivaldi came through with the best help possible. ASAP Tickets are one of the best travel sources out there, do your own homework on multiple sites however despite you finding a less costly alternative, still go through them, they will match any deal. And recommend their protection plan if needed. We have used ASAP 4 times by now over the last 6 years for international travel. have used protection plan twice.

Sharon was very helpful. But she just need extra patients and disclose that there will be two transactions to be done during booking your flights. One fir international, and one fir domestic flights. There should be transparency, integrity, and accountability in discussing how transactions will take place. Sharon did include a third party to verify transactions with my Bank. Because Sharon kept charging three amounts on my card. And my Bank of America declined all three transactions until they verified with me the amounts discussed with Sharon. I will recommend Bank of America to everyone because they will protect your money for you on unauthorized transactions.

An Airline I book a flight with canceled my return flight 3 days before I left. I had confidence my agent would find me a return flight so I chose to depart on my trip despite not having a return flight. I am very happy with the service I reaceived for my flight to Manila. The representative who helped me--goes by Twinkle--spent a lot of time to make sure I got the dates i wanted at the lowest price. I wanted a departure time that fit my schedule and no long layovers. She was able to find the flights that fit my requirements.
