We booked a vacation for our 37th wedding anniversary with Lori Stone. She was awesome and everything worked out better than expected. We stayed a full week at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The people were friendly and great to interact with. The staff was more than willing to serve and made our stay a memorable experience. We highly recommend the 5 in 1 excursion to experience the Dominican countryside and culture. Book your trip, research the property and read the reviews. Sit on the beach and leave your worries behind! Travel Junkie and Lori Stone are 5 stars!!!

My trip to Isla Mujeres was everything I imagined and more!!! I didn't give Sheri a ton of direction with my requests but she took what I told her, ran with it, and planned me THE BEST SOLO TRIP EVER! All I told her was I wanted somewhere safe to travel as a female solo and a beach/warm weather and she exceeded my expectations! She answered all of my questions throughout the process, helped ease my nerves the days leading up to the trip and even helped me find multiple activities to do while on the island. She checked in with. me throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well and also kept an eye on the hurricane so I didn't have to worry about that while on vacation and could continue to explore and have fun. I definitely will be referring her to friends that need help planning trips (already have 😉) and will be using her for future trips as well! We could always book trips on our own, but when planning a trip out of the country I would much rather leave it to the professionals. Sheri worked with me for weeks to plan the perfect trip to Vietnam. She even made a PowerPoint! We were in constant contact and she was incredibly diligent in picking places. Due to Covid-19 we were unable to make the trip, but we plan on taking it as soon as we can! Through FunJet, the service The Travel Junkie uses, we paid $200 for insurance for the trip. They offered us an additional $320 to keep our deposit and book at a later date! How awesome! We can wait to use their services again!

I picked a very complicated itinerary for my wife and I for our honeymoon, and Steven at Travel Junkie made it happen. We didn't want the typical cruise or an all-inclusive resort; I had in mind to visit Venice, Slovenia, and Croatia on our trip. I understand logistics for a trip like this wouldn't be easy, but Steven was up for it! He helped me find places to stay, transportation routes and schedules, book airplane tickets, and scheduled some unforgettable tours for us. I was skeptical about travel agencies, and I wasn't sure an agency could really help me, given that I have very unique travel style preferences. But Steven was dedicated to helping me plan the kind of trip I would enjoy, and he did this by keeping in good communication with me, and we planned it together. 3 weeks of traveling to places in Europe neither of us had heard of before, and no snafus on the trip whatsoever, until we got home. Everything went smoothly, which is quite a miracle. The only incident was that my bag was lost by the airline on the way back home. For this I blame Air Canada, which has a surprisingly shady (and ineffective) system for tracking baggage. Be very weary of checking bags with Air Canada.

We love the team at Travel Junkie. Becca and Jay are the best! I feel like I have told this story 100 times but a couple years back we were going to Orlando the day after Thanksgiving. What do you know, an ice storm was moving in and the airline cancelled our flight for Friday morning. I called Becca on Thanksgiving day and she called me back within minutes. She rescheduled us to fly out of OKC, we drove down there on Thurs night and were able to escape the weather and spend the week at Disney World. I didn't worry about a thing. Becca was there for us when we made the trip and when things went backwards she set us up without batting an eye. We have booked island adventures and simple flights to Vegas with them. We LOVE this place and will continue to use them when we finally find time to travel again!!

So excited to be going to an all inclusive Sandals Resort in the Bahamas this January! The Travel Junkie is the BEST- don't waste your time anywhere else! They are extremely helpful and professional and will put all your travel concerns to rest. They are very knowledgeable and found the perfect resort for our personalities and interests! Jay & Becca are very fun and friendly and we get a good laugh every time we stop with travel questions. They got us the best deals that no one in town could even get close to. Can't say enough good things about the Travel Junkie and recommend them to anyone whether you travel often or booking your first trip!

We booked our honeymoon trip back in January with Lori Stone of The Travel Junkie. Neither of us had ever traveled internationally before, and we wanted to take all the hassle out of booking a big trip with lots of excursions, and Lori found us the perfect place at UNICO 20º87º Hotel Riviera Maya. The resort itself was spectacular -- amazing food, drinks, views, activities. The resort and all the attractions also did a great job with Covid precautions, like taking our temperatures everywhere we went and sanitizing every piece of equipment, like the ATVs and zipline gear. Lori also kept in constant contact with as we were traveling home in case Tropical Storm Gamma delayed our travel plans. She told us exactly what to do if we got stuck at the airport (luckily we didn't). It was clear she wanted to help!

The Travel Junkie crew has handled my travel needs on many occasions and each time, they do so without fail. Their team is ALWAYS accessible, even in the event of a late-night disaster should it arise. I simply can not recommend them enough. Quit using Travelocity and those "other" do-it-yourself sites that charge too much and place your travel planning needs on the shoulders of this awesome crew. They love what they do and it shows. I'm a customer first..... but feel like they have become my friends because of their personal level of service. I rate The Travel Junkie 11/10.

Sheri even checked in with us while we were vacationing to make sure everything was going as planned and to make sure we were pleased. Would highly recommend!

While I was super frustrated he continued to be professional and did end up refunding my booking deposit. My husband and I had a cruise booked through Angie Enegren for last week ! It got cancelled due to Hurricane Harvey ! Angie had done a great job planning our cruise and helping us get prepared for it ! We were so disappointed when our cruise got canceled ! She was so nice and understanding with us !! Angie worked very hard and fast to find us an awesome alternative vacation plan for us ! With in an hour or so from our cruise being cancled ,she found us a beautiful all inclusive resort Meliá Coco Beach in Puerto Rico ! I used the Travel Junkie to send my 12 year old son and his 12 year old cousin from Kansas to Louisiana by themselves on an airplane (first time flying). I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I was SO nervous about all the things that could go wrong, but I should have had better faith! Lori was able to get a non stop flight, which was my first priority, and she found it at a GREAT price! They helped me to not only be able to walk them all the way to their gate, but also to pick them up from their gate when arriving back home, and get them to be one of the first passengers seated on the plane. The kids had a WONDERFUL experience, and it was nice to be able to have a real person help me through my worried moments of "is everything going to be ok." I trusted my most prized possession (my son) with the Travel Junkie, and would never think twice to do it again! These guys are the BEST! Thank you for the wonderful customer service and going above and beyond anything I could have even asked for!

My husband decided at the last minute we need to go on a cruise to see if it something we would do again. We went on 7 day Caribbean cruise which ended up being 13 day cruise due to Hurricane Harvey. We had a blast we were safe In the ocean away from all the damaging winds, and destruction. We had to go to Miami Fl to restock and refuel and half the Passengers did get off to fly home. Angie Enegren was awesome she had picked a really awesome 1st Cruise. The excursions we went on unfortunately we had to walk a long ways because they didn't have port clearances for the companies they used. Great people though! And smaller groups. But it was odd having to get into a Taxi anyway to to get back to the ports. I think in the future we may book our excursions on the ship on the first day or two while sailing to our destinations. Because as soon as you get to the ports they are right there. On one we were late because of the time difference. But they did have a taxi waiting for us to take us to meet up with our group. That was very nice so if you book thru them you will get to your group if your late. It was a blast and I'm ready again just not 13 days next time. Lol Thank you Angie Enegren will be seeing Travel Junkie again for our next one ☝️

My husband and I were stranded in Wichita before we ever left. Trying to get to Ft Lauderdale for a cruise the next day. A nice lady in front of me in line trying to rebook told me to call Jay and Becca at The Travel Junkie to help. Well I did and Becca saved the day! She did not even know us but she made calls and helped us out without hesitation. Becca found a flight to Chicago that night (the airlines were no help) and and early flight the next day to Ft Lauderdale and we made the cruise! I travel a lot for business and The Travel Junkie has been a great tool for me. Most often I have little notice before travel and usually am so busy tying up loose ends at home that I really don't have time to research the best deals or the closest hotels that have the amenities I am looking for. And they are so great of affording me the luxury of extending my stays at the last minute when I realize I most need it. When I get busy, I get busy and don't have the time to get away from my customers to do this for myself. A quick text or email and in no time I get a confirmation. Once you are in their files, they are always at the ready. I have never been delayed or let down with my Travel Ninja, Lori Stone. Given that I can always trust I will be taken care of on business travels, I will be sure to use them for all of my personal travels as well!
