Great way to book your next hotel visit. The front desk all have very different agendas. Some require credit card to pay for incidentals some require $100 deposit. all handled it differently. Kinda confusing.

I have been working closely Caela Murray, as she is my company's account manager, since October 2018. We work very well together as we have a very open line of communication. The customer service she provides is impeccable. She is always able to assist with any issues or concerns I may have and with great detail. When I need her to be, she is there throughout the entire reservation process from start to finish and even offers follow ups to ensure that issues do not go unresolved and that I am happy with the outcome. CLC as a whole offers discounted rates that result in incredible saving opportunities! They offer a 24/7 Travel Support phone line that allows customers to never go without support and assistance. Everyone is always very polite and willing to lend a helping hand!

We have been using CLC for about 2 years now. Our surveying field crew likes it. Before CLC, our Office Manager had to make last minute reservations over the phone for the guys when they arrived at the end of the day. Now, they can do it on their own. I hope they continue to expand their network. There have been instances when a hotel did not participate with CLC.

I discovered CLC about 2 years ago and have used their services for our traveling employees with our company. This program has been very beneficial to us, as it allows our employees to find decent hotels at a discounted price. It allows our employees the opportunity to make their reservations and payment without inconveniencing other people (with credit card authorizations, incidental charges, communication issues with the front desk). Not only is it easier for our field employees who are away from their home, but it is very easy to navigate the website and make any changes as needed. CLC provides regular reports and receipts which make it very easy to track our various cost centers. The CLC staff (specifically our sales rep, Missy) have been extremely helpful and continue to go our of their way to help us whenever we have a question. I would definitely recommend Corporate Lodging to anybody who has traveling employees.

CLC saves me an immense amount of time and savings. I love being able to centrally locate all of my travel expenses and NO MORE AUTHORIZATION FORMS YOU HAVE TO FAX!!!!!! CLC Lodging is by far one of the best decisions I've made as a travel manager. I'm able to issue CLC cards to my fellow co-workers who travel a lot and not have to worry about knowing whether or not they will need a room. The Crew Faxes save me time by simply being able to fax them with one click of a button. Love CLC Lodging and their business model, keep up the great work guys.

Our hotel has been using CLC for years to attract a higher segment of traffic. CLC makes tracking business, companies and the check in process very very easy. We like that the website is user friendly and takes very little time to train on. Their electronic payments are easy and fast. Now that they have added making reservations online or through the App it is so much easier to book a room. I am an Owner-Operator in Trucking and have used CLC several times a year. I have always had good experiences with them. I do wish they would get more Hotels with Discounts There was one time recently where I could have just booked my room with the Hotel I stayed at and got a better rate than CLC. I didn't realize it until the next day when I checked out. But, Overall, I have no complaints.

My company has been using CLS (now CLC) for several years now. My account manager is very easy to get in touch with and makes every step of our process easier. If we have issues with a hotel, I hand it over to him and he gets it taken care of. Using them makes it easier to find rooms for our employees because I don't have to take the time to do it. I really appreciate all they provide to us.

I have been working with CLC since early 2017. The program works well with my schedule and saves me the time of calling the hotels each week. Today, I called CLC because I wasn't able to locate a few invoices. I spoke with Allie Chlentzos, who was able to quickly identify the reason the invoices did not process. She spoke with the hotel and within a few minutes had the invoices emailed to me. Allie was very helpful and her customer service exceptional :)

I liked CLC a lot better when the discounts were real but the per use charge was higher. Still the savings were great. Now I feel corporate greed has set in when they changed to today's program. Savings are much smaller, so now CLC is raking it in on two levels. I still use the service about half of my stays. The other half I spend the same amount and get tons of points. Very few chains will give you points using CLC. I recieved an email some time ago about how we were only needing our identification to check in. That hasn't happened yet. We still risk our cards info being used due to almost every hotel out there makes a copy of your card. I applauded CLC for being proactive on this since I have been defrauded several times. To CLC's credit they took care of it satisfactorily. But again, no changes yet. So keep an eye on your account. Overall it's a good program to get with. 4 stars! You'll be 5 one day ;-)

CLC Lodging is AMAZING!!! I am not normally one to "believe" in the discounts companies can provide - but in CLC's case, it is SO true! My company has saved over $2000 each month utilizing their services! It is controllable in the field, my employees do not need a credit card to rent a room, just a CLC lodging voucher. All of the rooms are charged to my card for easy tracking - and I get an email each time a reservation is made, then the receipt is emailed to me upon checkout. Fast, simple, cost effective - all great for my business! Highly recommend CLC Lodging!!!

Depending on where you're booking, hotel selection is sometimes sparse, and some hotels are poor quality while others are amazing. She went over and above to help me, made everything ok and I was done in a manner of minutes. Nice to see :-) The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that this review is for the entire CLC operation, and although it's been quite good I reserve my 5 star ratings for the outstanding companies and services. Alexandra gets 5 stars no question though.

Because CLC works directly with multiple hotel chains, we have flexibility and options in which hotels we choose to stay in. That fact that I can independently book multiple rooms for my employees, sometimes last minute, instantly from my smart phone app is a HUGE relief! I tell everyone I run into, if you travel for business, you need too look into CLC!

Love the service that I have. I have two business, one has a small amount of travel and my other one is pretty big. Works great for both. I don't understand why everyone else has reported negative things. I have twice the amount to do with them, and still have never had a bad experience. I think some choose to hear what they want rather than listening during enrollment. The prices are great. It's easy to use. Go online, pick my hotel. See my rates, and check in. I'd recommend to anyone any day!

Transportation is an ever flowing, constantly changing, fast paced industry... Having more than 50 drivers on the road, who at any time, could need to layover, proves to have it's difficulties... The layover process of finding a room, getting a good price, making sure the check out is proper, that the billing is accurate, adding up all the hotel bills, is very time consuming... We've had a great experience so far with CLC Lodging. On average we save $20 - $30 per night on reservations. The card has other benefits as well. On a recent trip to New Orleans, the card allowed for free valet parking at the hotel. The process is easy and the app is convenient. A definite no brainer.

I am a huge fan of CLC. Our security company sometimes has last minute change of plans, and there is never a cancellation fee or any static about having to cancel a reservation. It's the easiest booking site I've ever used. Only flaw is the CLC fee.

We save an average of $20-$50 per night with them, I always ask the hotel their regular rate before booking with CLC then I ask the CLC rate. Don't ever let a hotel tell you that you they don't have any CLC rooms available, they have a contract with CLC they must honor. Talk to CLC if you have any issues with a hotel and CLC will handle it. I always call 1st to book the room instead of having CLC do it.

The new website lacks the awesome map the old one had. Now I cant see the drop at the address and then the hotels around it, i have to use a different map, get cross streets and then go to CLC and find a hotel in the area. Often the hotel doesn't work the system correctly so I have gotten charged incorrectly, it has always gotten fixed but that's something I had to do for a faster resolution. Lately the website has been freezing up. The prices are comparable to choice so I dont see much extra benefits.

CLC has really worked out well for my drivers. There easy APP make it easy to find motels. Tami in C/S is on top of it. When you get her she knows her stuff. She makes it easy to understand how to navigate through there website.

Recent experience in California I found the hotel quote equivalent to the CLC rate. Once you factor in the additional CLC expenses the price was better not using them. I think CLC needs to study their marketing strategy and come up with a package that is guaranteed to lower your costs without the hassle of doing comparisons which are difficult to do on the road.
