They are good at giving information to anyone who inquires about it, many pamphlets giving local information on events and deals. Also if you lost your lisence on VA Beach, its probably here in this building waiting for you. 10/10 well maintained cool parking lot, asphalt too hot to walk on but with shoes anything is possible!

It was enjoyable. Actually, I was expecting it to be boring done we went in October. I had been twice before during the summer, but I figured in fall it would be less commercial. Thankfully I was surprised.

We found brochures. The staff knew and promoted the local area, but didn't have much to say when questioned about surrounding counties of Virginia. We were hoping for a little more.

A very nice place to stop to plan out your trip. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. More brochures available than I've ever seen in my life. They really know the area and can help make good recommendations. If you're new to the area or looking for something in particular, stop by. Easy access off the main drag in and out of the town.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn't able to help find gothic fairies for my wife, but apparently they just aren't sold in this area. Still had a nice chat with the ladies at the desk while they were looking.

Lots of pamphlets and information, obviously, here at the Virginia Beach Visitor Information Center. The ladies here were very nice and helpful. My daughter actually lost a tooth for the first time here and one of the ladies went and got a tissue for us to put it in. She was great and so understanding. She outlined on a map areas that we were interested in going to or avoiding because of a crowd. Great service here.

Went to buy tickets for the She Crab Soup Classic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I had my check book to pay for the tickets! They lots of information about the area. Would recommend to newcomers and to others who want me info on the area.
