This is a review of Bay Star rented in summer of 2022 from Siebert Realty. This is an informational post for anyone looking to rent this house for more information about it. The house is really big and perfect for our extended family group of 17, with the perfect amount of bedrooms for us all. The house is very close to the beach, about a three to four minute walk. BEDROOMS: The first floor bedroom is a queen not a king, unlike noted on their website; instead there are two kings upstairs. The mattresses feel older, with some complaints about the ones upstairs being too soft. My bedroom on the first floor needed a replacement door knob (it was about to fall off), had curtains that were really hard to open and close, and no mirror. BATHROOMS: Two of the queen rooms have bathrooms attached with bathtubs and one of the king rooms also has a bathroom attached with a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath with bathtub and half bath. There is another full bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower with an *extremely* narrow door, but the shower itself is good size; this bathroom didn't have a trash can (I forgot to take a photo of that bathroom). The water pressure wasn't the greatest on the second floor, but really good in the first floor bathroom. Enough towels were provided for the stay, though I brought a few more beach towels. Next time I would bring a bathmat from home. KITCHEN & DINNING: The dinning table had 16 chairs around it, though the house fits 18. When our group of 17 was around it, we had the five year old share a seat with someone else. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans, but an electric stove that took getting used to (the filter on the fan needs replacing). The pantry is amazing, loved the rotating shelves. The fridge (side by side with ice maker and water filter) and dishwasher worked well. An extra fridge is in the Rec Room. ENTERTAINMENT: The air hockey table is older but works well and the foosball table was in good shape, but the pool table cannot be played at all as no chalk was provided (and the pool cues and balls were in rough shape anyways). There is a table tennis in the garage which we didn't play. The TV in the Rec room worked well. The TV in the living room had the cables hanging from it unsightly. POOL & HOT TUB: Both weren't clean upon our arrival and were not cleaned during our stay. The walk-in steps on the pool don't have a railing, which makes it difficult for those older or with bad knees to get into the pool. The hot tub worked well (but is below what we called the spider tree). The strainer for pool had a rip in it. EXTERIOR: The end of the driveway is in serious need of repair. It rained the first day of our arrival and the large, deep puddle at the end of the driveway only just started to dry up on our last full day. Getting out of the car and stepping into a hot puddle isn't fun. The house has a cool dock off the back of the house. The deck faces the bay, perfect for sunsets. The fenced in yard was prefect for our dog. OTHER: There was no "Secrets of Sandbridge" book upon arrival; I had to download it to find out about the extra garbage and trash pickup that wasn't included on the key website. The garage has a couple bikes, beach chairs, and a bunch of pool toys. The A/C worked well and most rooms had ceiling fans or standing oscillating fans. The washer worked well, though the dryer didn't always dry well on the first attempt. There's a hole in the ceiling above the pool table on the first floor strangely. The keypad lock was nice once we figured out how to lock it. Oh and we received a note that the water bill was past due and in danger of being shut off (I emailed that to the rental company immediately). Comments about the repairs needed were shared with the rental company directly. Overall I would say the house is 3.5 out of 5 stars, but since I can't put a half, 4 it is. I would definitely rent the house again, but would hope some improvements would be made for future stays.

Siebert Realty is my family’s go to for Sandbridge, VA vacation rentals! They not only help find the perfect place for your stay, but they stick with you all the way through. It starts with convenient key pick up and makes drop off at the end of your stay as pain free as possible. They are even a call away when you do something crazy like locking yourself out during arrival. One call and five minutes later- we were back to moving in! Siebert and Sandbridge is a winning combination!

I loved this place. The room I stayed in had a balcony, which I absolutely loved. The view was spectacular. Master bedroom also had a balcony with a beach view, so that was pretty cool. The bed I stayed in was comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious. The walk to the beach was only a minute. It's within walking distance of a lot of other things too, including a small grocery store, gift shops, ice creme parlor, etc.

Our family of 12 enjoyed the best week at Absolutely Stellar this spring (2022). The house was huge, with plenty of space to hang out together, or find a quiet spot to read or work. The beach was close, but not too close (no worrying with the “littles”). The indoor pool was an added treat since it was early spring - loved the high locks -again, no safety worries. We hung out in the theater room; had meals together in the dining/kitchen area; plenty of room to spread out a 1000 piece puzzle; walked to an ice cream shop; and especially enjoyed watching the “littles” Easter buried treasure and scavenger hunt. BBQ on the deck was a bonus and we really appreciate enough plates, cups, silverware, towels and linens for everyone! We did have one question and called the reality company at the beginning of our stay- imagine our surprise when we received an immediate reply- fastest response ever! Will be coming back again (and again, and again!).

They are friendly, responsive, professional & they make sure their rental properties are in excellent condition. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone I’ve talked with. We stayed at the Captain's Quarters. I believe one of the original homes on the beach! We loved our stay there. Everything you need is provided, included much needed outdoor shower. Convenient, clean and calm. Beach within short walking distance. Walked it every morning to watch the sunrise on the beach. We always use Siebert Realty to book our Sandbridge Vacation! I have been coming to Sandbridge since I was a teenager and I am now in my 40's. Siebert Realty always does a great job making sure the booking process is easy and their website is easy to navigate. The descriptions of the houses are always accurate and a ton of information about the property is given. We have stayed at many different houses over the years but this year we stayed at Surf's Up. As always, we loved our vacation and the house was excellent for my family's needs. It had a flat entry and first floor kitchen, bedroom/bathroom for my father in law who needs a wheelchair, but it also had an awesome 2nd floor with a kitchen, living area and bedrooms for the rest of us. The view of the ocean from this semi-oceanfront home was amazing, especially from the living room and the rooftop deck. We like to stay at different houses but we would consider renting this one again. As always Siebert Realty gets 5 stars from us!

We've been vacationing in Sandbridge with family and friends for 5 years. Each time we rented through Siebert Realty. They have been great to work with. I want to share a story where Siebert went above and beyond. A few years ago we stayed at Happy Daze, great property by the way. Anyway, the day before we checked out we were rushing around doing laundry. Well the washer broke, it wouldn't drain, with a load of clothes in it. Siebert sent one of their maintenance guys out within 30 minutes. He wasn't able to repair the washer because they didn't have the part. However, he went above a beyond! He took all of our wet clothes, and dirties that were ready to be washed, back to Siebert. Within 2 hours he returned with clean, dried, and folded clothes! The owner of the house even called to apologize. Other than that, all of our stays have been great. Many good memories!

My family and friends spent a week in June at the Lucky Star in Sandbridge and had an absolute blast! The home was beautiful....right on the beach.....very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Loved the in ground pool and especially the chairs on the upper deck to just sit and chill and look at the ocean. The location of the house felt like we were vacationing in a "neighborhood" instead of a crazy resort area. I particularly loved the kitchen with the double refrigerators and the media room was a big hit with the guys wanting to watch sports in the evening. Would recommend and in fact we are already considering returning next year.

Our family (2 humans and 2 pups) stayed at Sea Ya Soon in April of 2022. When we arrived, the house was immaculate. The pictures on the website were entirely accurate as was all of the information we had been provided in advance. The check in and check out processes were easy and stress free. The price was also very reasonable compared to other similar houses that we stayed at in Sandbridge in the past. We had a wonderful time and will only ever rent with Siebert in the future. Highly recommend for a restful and fun getaway.

My family has stayed in Beach Houses as well as Condos for so many years. Siebert Realty has always been very receptive to any request or question. We love the houses and residential setting in the 2200 to 2400 block areas of Sandpiper/Sandfiddler Roads. It is extremely family friendly with very little traffic so walking, running and biking are so much fun. The houses are clean and beach access is so quick and easy. We've rented Happy Daze multiple times and have loved the Sandbridge Dunes Condos. My family looks forward to it every year and I can't imagine us ever going anywhere else. The beaches are beautiful and always clean. No complaints.

Website is super easy to navigate and to set specific filters so you can see only houses that you want- for example, we needed a house that has a pool, allows dogs and we also wanted a hot tub. And you can even set your max price and how many bathrooms and bedrooms you need. Then when you book your reservation request you have 5 days to decide and make your payment to officially reserve the house. We stayed in Dolphin Paradise in June 2021. It was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We just booked again for June 2023 at a different house and can't wait!

We stayed at Stairway to heaven. For the most part the house was enjoyable. The staff was helpful when we had trouble entering the house. It was close to the ocean, spacious, and the pool was nice. They came and replaced the outdoor grills (even though we didn’t asked they just upgraded with better ones). Only complaint is it wasn’t the cleanest. For example there were dead bugs in the window sills and it was musky smelling in some of the rooms and closets. But I honestly expected that being these homes are beach house rentals. Overal I am pleased with our stay.

We have been staying in Siebert Properties for over 10 years, and have never had a bad experience. I believe we have stayed in 6 different properties, either spring break or summer. We have found them all to be clean and well maintained, and exactly as described online. On the rare occasions when we have had an issue (ie ran out of propane in grill, toilet running) they have been incredibly responsive. A big plus for us is that there are so many dog friendly properties.

My family stayed rented a 3-bedroom condo with an ocean view in Sandbridge, Virginia the first week of June 5 -12, 2022. First of all, our correspondence with Siebert realty was excellent. I especially liked that someone answered the phone 7 days a week. They assisted us with finding the right condo for our budget and vacation timeframe. I was a little concerned at first that I couldn't find any reviews about their rental units but, that proved to be for naught because everything met or exceeded my expectations. Our unit was immaculate and was much more spacious and attractive than the photos indicated. Check-in and Check-out were smooth and easy. We have stayed in many places, and this condo had one of the best-stocked kitchens we have ever had. There were appliances and grilling-related items we don't usually see. Our favorite past-time was sitting out on the balcony watching the sea surf and enjoying the breeze, using the large jacuzzi inside the unit, walking the beach, or sitting poolside. We managed to fit in some shopping too! We would definitely rent that unit again and use Siebert Realty in the future.

I use to vacation at Sandbridge when I was a kid in the 1970's and 1980's and my parents even used Siebert Realty back then. I loved that the place is still as peaceful and relaxing as I remember. Our beach house was nice and the pool was refreshing a hot day on the beach. Loved visiting the Baja Restaurant which was still around, too! We can't wait to go back next summer and already put our deposit down.

We have vacationed in Sandbridge for over 25 years and also owned a rental home for 5 years. We used Siebert Realty for our Rentals and for both buying and selling our vacation rental property, as well as property management. Every property we have stayed at was always well maintained and properly outfitted. If there were ever any issues, Siebert was always prompt in responding to correct them. We usually rent houses for many years in a row, for the last 3 years it has been Journey's End. This was a excellent property with great features on the canal and was fairly recently remodeled. In 2023 we'll be moving to Dolphin's Paradise, also recently remodeled. Everyone at Siebert from the Booking and Real Estate Agents to the Maintenance Team and the Property Managers are excellent at what they do and they will work to make your vacation meet or exceed your expectations.

This was our first beach rental and it was FANTASTIC. It was a group of 12 and everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the pool in the house which the kids loved and didn't want to get out. The adults loved the Beach. The house was lovely, very spacious and cleaned. The shopping mall wasn't very far away away. Maybe a 15 minutes drive which wasn't bad at all. I would definitely rent from them again and recommend to anyone.

Have been vacationing to Sandbridge every year since 2014 and always use Siebert Realty. Communication is always great and making reservations is an easy process. Once on vacation, if any issues arise, they are prompt to respond and resolve. Checking in/checking out is super organized and process always provided ahead of time. Can't wait until 2023!

This will be our fourth year returning to Sandbridge and using Siebert Realty as our rental company. We have tried a new rental house each time we have gone and each time, the houses have been spotless on arrival, supplied with everything we could possibly need for a week, ie linens, towels, kitchen needs, and even toys for the pool! Check-in is also amazingly quick and easy.

The is a review of Leg A Sea. We have stayed at Sandbridge and rented from Siebert Realty in past years; had great experiences with them. For this location, this is just some information for other renters. Amenities: The house is spacious, and the perfect size for our extended family. The pool was warm and clean, the hot tub was working, hot and clean. The thermometer in the hot tub did seem to have issues. When set to 95 it was really more like 102. My parents have the same hot tub, and so we are used the controls but the temp was just off. They had corn hole boards and bean bags on site which was nice. Location is super close to the beach. You can’t see the water from the first level due to the dunes but can from the second floor balcony. Kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, stove worked well as did the oven, there are three fridges at the house. Worked great for drinks to be kept downstairs. Washer worked well, dryer needed a couple of cycles but worked. Beds were comfortable. Tons of seating for the living room which was great to gather and watch a movie. Plenty of sliding doors to access the upstairs or downstairs patio areas. Cleanliness: The pool was clean as was the hot tub. The house was cleanish but when we swept before we left we moved furniture and found a lot of unswept areas. They could do a better job with this when cleaning between renters. Rooms seemed clean. Things that could be better kept up: the toilet seats are all really weathered, they could be updated so they aren’t peeling paint and sliding. Shower curtains had mold. The pool did have an issue with some electrical infiltration. If you were in the pool and touched the concrete outside of the pool, it would shock you. Not a dangerous shock, but a shock. There are cracks in the concrete so it seems there are some underground electrical issues that need to be addressed. This would be costly to repair so I doubt it would be addressed. We had no leaks (but also no rain), but did find that the roof was in quite disrepair. The kitchen fridge was tilted far back which cause the fridge door to fly open every time you opened it. Several of the outdoor chairs were broken; cracks in arms, legs or bent legs etc. We moved the broken ones to sunny areas and used them for drying towels and suits. Grass was very overgrown, could use more regular trimming. Overall it’s a older house on Sandbridge but was available for the week we needed and was the size we needed. The stay was fine, and was a good fit for our family. The pool issue was a little concerning but other than that it was a fine place. The owners don’t seem to be investing into the property, perhaps just making what they can out of it before selling.

Loved the beachy vibe this place had. It had made beds with clean linens. The condo was clean and towels provided. It was updated, spacious and the nicest condo I have ever stayed. Our side balcony overlooked the intersection near the firehouse and you could see the beach from it as well. The elevators were slow but who is in a hurry on a vacation and there are stairwells. You are within walking distance of some places to shop or eat. It is a short drive to go for more variety down the street. It is like Va Beach meets the Outer Banks. It has that non congested feel, but not too isolated like the OBX. Parking was good and the check in and check out seemless. I would definitely stay here again.

We were so comfortable and being right on the beach so close to the Atlantic Ocean was awesome! We have rented many different vacation homes with Siebert Realty for ten years. They are always responsive and go out of their way to solve problems. One year our rental house check-in date changed, which didn't work for us, and they found us another house last minute by getting special permission from the owner to bring our small dog. We also like Siebert's layaway plan to pay for homes, plus they give us free stuff at check-in. People need to understand that rental houses are not perfect. There may be a dead bug in the corner, or sand on the bathroom floor, etc. For us, we have never been disappointed in the houses we rent. Sand Jammers CS307 - The photos on the website do not do this unit justice! This rental was the most well equipped suite we have ever had (including the deluxe penthouse suite we had rented at Sanctuary on our last visit to Sandbridge). The kitchen had everything we needed. All the kitchen tools were in great shape, I had no problem whipping up muffins, milkshakes or regular meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with lots of room to spread out. The kids loved their room and the shelves full of books and games, and the cozy chairs for enjoying them. There were many board games and movies for the family in the living room, plenty of seating and an overall welcoming atmosphere to the entire place. I had concerns before we arrived, about being able to see the ocean from the unit, but we had a nice view, and we were also able to see the back bay in the distance on the other side. If we had the chance to stay here again, we definitely would!

Our family had a fantastic time at Sandbridge. The house was perfect for us, with a few adjustments to the cooking utensils provided- the pots could be a bit bigger. Apart from the cobwebs outside, the house was great, both inside and out. The staff is extremely responsive; we needed the A/C repaired and someone came out immediately, no fuss. The community is so very friendly. Everybody stops to say hello and chat a bit. Having the beach accessible by foot was certainly a bonus. We didn't always have to go to the boardwalk at Virginia Beach unless we wanted to be in the crowd, we had our own personal beach after all. When we were rained in, we still had glorious views from the large windows so we didn't feel shut in. We definitely plan to make this a repeat location for beach vacations.

We have been renting homes from this company for a number of years and each time have enjoyed our stay. Siebert makes it easy to view rentals online and complete the entire process. We have had homes at times that needed servicing, and we have had to contact them to get those issues resolved. To be fair, sometimes when we needed issues resolved (as minor house issues) it has been on holiday schedules, but usually they respond as quickly as possible. We had only one negative incident while vacationing for a week and that was a result of a previous rental having fleas from their dog which got passed along to our dog. I did recommend to the realty that the owners get that taken care of before another family brings their pet. We spent a few days back home trying to rid our dog and all our belongings of the fleas. Other than that one time, we have always found Siebert to be very accommodating to our needs and they go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

There were 14 of us who rented Sea More on Sunfish Lane. The pictures online were deceiving as it showed a very clean place. Upon arrival we found the kitchen counters to be sticky and dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month and The vents in all the rooms were disgustingly black and dirty. There was black mold on the ceiling above our bed in the main bedroom upstairs and also on the ceiling of the bedroom downstairs. Dust was caked on the ceiling fans in all rooms and also on everything else. The layout of the house was ideal for the different families that were there and we found the house very spacious for our needs, especially the kitchen. Everything just needs a good thorough cleaning and updating. After 2 days a few people in our group had sinus issues, sore throats and headaches. After looking online about symptoms of black mold exposure, those were all symptoms we experienced. There were two, 3 year olds in our group and they both experienced issues with congestion & sinuses while there. I did, however, call Siebert Realty and let them know about the issues. They did send a maintenance man over that afternoon who sprayed the ceilings with a bleach solution and also sprayed for the cockroaches we found all over the house, one even crawled inside our friends suitcase, which took all men in our group to corner & kill. I would suggest that Siebert Realty needs to invest in a good, sufficient cleaning service because what we paid for, is not what we got. On the plus side, the house was very conveniently located to trails to the beach and the parking was plentiful. There are great activities for the kids, and adults like the pool table, ping-pong table & foosball table, which were utilized throughout our stay. The pool could have been a little larger, but was sufficient and the lounge areas and yard were well maintained. The owners actually stopped by one day and cleaned the pool, which we appreciated. A little soap, water, spray cleaner and disinfectant would be a plus for the cleaning crews to use.

Sandbridge is a beautiful family oriented beach and our favorite vacation spot! My first trip to Sandbridge was as a teenager in 2002. I loved it so much we decided to get married there in 2013 surrounded by our close friends and family. We stayed in "Seafarer" and it exceeded our expectations! The house was immaculate and had everything we could need. Everyone had a great time and they're still talking about it years later! Since then, we've been back a handful of times and always have a great trip. Each vacation we choose a different house and all of them have been clean and full of amenities. Siebert is our favorite rental company because of their excellent customer service. They respond to emails with questions about properties very quickly. Any time we've had a problem with a house they send someone out to resolve it in a timely manner. We're looking forward to our trip this year as well as our trip in 2023 for our 10 year anniversary!

My family and I stayed at the “Mer-Majesty” rental property in Sandbridge from May 2-6. The house/the view of the beach was absolutely beautiful! The reason for the 4-star rating is because, unfortunately, the only time we were able to see the beds fully made up and the house clean were in the pictures we kept looking at online up until our vacation. We arrived at about 5:00 P.M that Sunday to see the beds had clearly been slept in, the previous customers dirty linen was piled up throughout the home, crumbs on the dining room table, etc. We were already late for an event we had planned that evening so we couldn’t stick around to wait for someone to come change out everything and clean. So we washed our own linen and used that for the beds that would be occupied that night. I called the next morning as soon as the leasing office opened and let them know our rental property was not cleaned prior to our arrival and I was told sorry and that they would send someone to make our beds up. It was such a disappointment to have walked into that house in the condition that it was in and that be our first impression of the home we would be staying in for the next few days. Especially during the times we are currently in, I would think cleanliness would be top priority. There was a journal as soon as you come in that allowed previous renters to write about their experience in that home and someone had just wrote in it on May 1, 2021 stating that they received a gift basket and all. We were fine not receiving a gift basket, but a clean house to walk into would have been just great. Besides that, it was such a great vacation spot. That home had everything you could need, even the things you would never even think of ! We will definitely not hesitate to use this company again in the future. Our family absolutely loved it, especially the kids!

We have vacationed in Sandbridge for a number of years and always rented houses through Siebert Realty. They are very professional and answer our many questions about the houses. Our houses have been in different areas and of different sizes. We have loved them all and each had something for everyone! This year we will be oceanfront and taking my 90 year old father so he will be able to watch the ocean waves from the comfort of the front deck! Every September from 2011-2017, I've stayed in a Siebert Realty rental with family and friends and have loved every single experience. No matter the size or location, each house has always exactly what was promised (or better!) on the booking website. I've had no frustrations or surprises when renting with Siebert. Some of the more memorable rentals: White Cap Cottage was excellently decorated, with great appliances and amenities. The big TV was a plus and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Not to mention we were just steps from the beach and it had a great balcony to sun bathe and take in the sea air. We also loved High Tide (we stayed there two years in a row)! It had a great location, nice pool, really good furnishings, and even a screened-in second floor porch overlooking the pool and looking out to sea. These were truly great homes away from home. Finally, the customer service and staff at Siebert are incredibly helpful and accommodating -- much more so than many of the other rental companies, who are much more rigid and restrictive about start day, and duration of stay. I communicated with every other Sandbridge rental group and most (because of policies, which I understand!) could never fulfill my family's vacation needs. But Siebert was always willing to work with my family figure out our vacation, even going beyond what the website listings and never made me feel bad for asking. They just have great service! I'm grateful for the awesome rentals and service and for the memories we got to make on these trips. I'm happy to say that returning to a Siebert rental each year was one of the easiest vacation decisions we've ever made.

I love the convenience of being able to send an email and getting prompt response. Speed thrills these days, and they exceed expectations. We had one maintenance issue and an employee was there that day to address. I also like how the house will show price quotes including fees.

They have always been responsive to calls or concerns and the houses we’ve rented have been well maintained and clean! Pick Shore Perfect was a wonderful house! There was plenty of room to spread out so you never felt too cramped. The downstairs kitchenette was so convenient and the number of refrigerators throughout the house was wonderful! The view of the ocean from the front desk was very relaxing. When the house alarm was tripped due to a brief power outage, the staff at Siebert responded kindly and quickly. We've rented beach houses from Siebert for about 8 years because they have an easy-to-use search engine on their website. In 2015 and 2016 we stayed at Ocean Paradise because it has a large dining area and a large living room so our family could socialize easily. The two dishwashers were very helpful and the kitchen was well stocked. In 2017 we stayed at Happy Daze (we needed fewer bedrooms) because of its large gathering areas. My family specifically asked me to email Siebert to tell them how amazingly clean it was and that the kitchen had more helpful supplies than we've ever encountered in a beach house. We will definitely use Siebert again and would highly recommend the homes they represent.

Both homes were clean upon arrival and if we did have an issue(crabs in the pool, nothing major)they immediately came over to help and fix. Even if you arrive/leave during non operational hours, they make it very easy to pick up/drop off keys and packets for properties. You will be hard-pressed to find a better vacation rental company than Siebert is. We have rented various homes from them for our yearly Summer vacation for quite a few years now and when planning our next one, we don't even shop around anymore. We go straight to Siebert because we know what we are going to get. The properties are not only reasonably priced, but are always well-maintained and accurately represented in their rental listings. The staff at the office has always been very friendly, courteous, and professional, even during the busiest part of the season, when you know they have a lot they are taking care of on a daily basis. I will say, it never seems to fail with my family that we arrive late on check-in day - several times after the office has closed. This has seriously never been an issue. Everything is ready to go for you in the lobby and we don't miss a beat getting to our rented home. Sandbridge is an absolutely awesome place to beach vacation - not crowded in the least, everyone else around has always been respectful of others, and we have never had a single issue with partying or other craziness going on. This is a huge plus when you have children of any age. There is a not a single home that Siebert has available that is not prime location. Depending on price, prime is relative, of course. As long as they continue being the company we have always known them to be, and as long as we are able, a yearly visit to Sandbridge with a stay in a Siebert rental will be one that we make every year.

We stayed in Bay Delight in 2015 and we couldn't have asked for much more! The house and location was amazing! We were there for the first time for our wedding (got married on Sandbridge Beach) and it was perfect. The house was very accommodating for our party! Siebert Realty is beyond amazing! Two years ago, my wife and I got married in Sandbridge and we had more than 50 family members fly/drive from different states to attend. Siebert helped us to rent four different houses to hold everyone. They worked with us numerous times through chat, email, and phone since we were planning this important day from Chicago where we live! We had to change reservations and houses as the guest list grew and everyone at Siebert made every second of the planning so much easier on us! They let us tour all the houses when we were there on vacation (before the wedding) and just made the whole process painless. During the wedding week Tropical Store Matthew hit us and Siebert eased us through that whole experience as well. Any little thing, from moving the garbage cans, to showing us how to use a natural gas stove, I mean anything you can think of, they help with! My extended family stayed at the Dune Our Thing property in 2015, and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. Six families of grandparents, aunts/uncles, and cousins had enough space to spread out, yet be together. The house was clean and beautifully situated along the beach. The huge kitchen made preparing meals very easy. The large front deck that looked over the beach made us feel like we were ocean front. The pool was used everyday by the kids and adults, and enjoyed by everyone. We will definitely stay at this property again. It was easy to get to shopping, yet we did not feel like we were in a large vacation town. Very quiet and relaxing. My experience with Siebert Realty was great. I decided to book with them because their houses are reasonable and their payment plan fit my budget. I rented Ocean Mist for my mother's 60th birthday. The home was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and very spacious. All of my guest had their own bed room and bathroom, which is very difficult trying to find a home to fit 15 + people. The kitchen was amazing. It came equipped with dishes, utensil, plates, and pots and pans. It was as if, I was at my own home. To my surprise it even had an elevator as well. The check-in and check out process was flawless. The only con that I had was the parking but we made it work in front of the house. All in all, I have re-booked the home for next year and will make this a tradition every year for my family. It was always my dream to rent a beach house and I'm glad I found this company .

You can search by location, number of guests, bedrooms, etc. and see pictures of the houses to see if it's just the right fit for you and your fellow vacationers. Loved our Sandbridge rental from Siebert! We stayed for a week and the house was beautiful! The house was by the bay and only a few mins walk to the beach. The entire family enjoyed the playroom, which had a couple of arcade games, a pool table, and a ps4 with multiple games. We stayed in the "Just For the Halibut" unit at the Sanctuary Condos in Sandbridge, VA and loved every moment of our vacation. The room itself was great and the amenities in the building were also wonderful (lots of pools, common areas, gas grills, etc). We also were very impressed by the service provided by Siebert Realty. From the time we reserved our stay to the time we arrived, we were kept up to date on travel arrangements and any questions were quickly answered. Upon arrival, the check in and check out process were very quick and painless. We would love to return to Sandbridge again and would certainly use Siebert Realty.

We visited Sandbridge, VA for the first time with an extended family group of 22 and stayed at "Absolutely Stellar." Everyone complimented the amazing beachfront view right away, and we enjoyed watching the waves from the deck every night. The house was extremely spacious, which is hard to find for our size group. We even all fit in the kitchen to eat meals together. The theater room was utilized every night for movie showings. We even used both the indoor and outdoor pool, switching back and forth depending on the temperature and sun. The outdoor pool temperature was refreshing on our hot week. We loved that half of the pool was shaded by the house as we had babies and older adult adults along. Also, there was more parking space than we could have needed. Siebert Realty was very nice to work with and made the key pick-up and return very handy and quick. Wouldn't definitely use them again as everyone had a great vacation!

The location of Summer Place was excellent. We were one house away from the beach and right next to a solid walk-way to the sand so it was easy for my 91 year old mom to get there. The house was perfect for our group (enough seating for all 24 of us and 7 bedrooms) and there are decks on the front and backside of the house. Everyone (as young as 9 months) had a great week! Communication with the staff at Siebert was always friendly and efficient. I would definitely rent from Siebert again.

Our first vacation to Sandbridge was a huge success! Wide open clean beaches, lovely homes, great biking on the beach roads and in Back Bay Reserve....what more can you ask for? Our oceanfront home, Ocean Treat, was perfect for our family. From the huge great room and good sized, fully stocked kitchen to the spacious, furnished decks, including two outdoor eating areas with table and chairs. And who doesn't love an outdoor shower? Seibert Realty made check in and check out quick and easy. We will definitely return but may need a bigger house since we are boasting about this trip to everyone we know!

I have no issue with Siebert Realty. Everything was easy, payment instructions, easy check in, getting into the condo was simple, good directions, etc. The condo was clean and needed no maintenance whatsoever. While not the fault of Siebert Realty, Sandbridge Dunes Management needs to step it up getting the pool opened. It's the last week of May with 90 degree weather and the pool isn't open - It should be.

We had a great stay at Dolphin View! The house is spacious, and the kids loved the bunk rooms. Though it was cold while we were there, the beach access is right across the street. View of the beach from the front porch is nice! The kitchen has plenty of large pots and pans and plenty of flatware to feed a crowd. We loved the large dining table where we could all eat together. Overall a great stay. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in town next year! The Siebert Realty website made it easy to find the right house for our stay in Virginia Beach. We stayed at Shore Elegance. I am rating 3 stars because the staff is very professional and when we did contact the office they were prompt in responding. The general cleanliness of the property was below average. At first glance, the property was ok. As soon as we walked into the kitchen, we could see that the counter still had food on it. There were gnats all over the sunroom floor and you could tell that they didn't sweep behind the dining room table. The furniture could use a thorough cleaning and maybe it's because it's so close to the end of the season. The knick knacks were very dusty, you could tell they hadn't been dusted in a while. There was a huge cobweb in one of the cabinets with a dead fly in it. This business may want to take a look at it's cleaning staff. I have used Seibert Realty for all of my vacations to Sandbridge Beach. The staff are all so very helpful whether it be asking questions about rental properties before you book, during the booking process, and then of course when you are at your rental property. The rental properties I have stayed at were houses and a condo, and they all were top notch. It makes it so much easier to know that your linens are going to be there, the towels, beach towels, just everything. And if you forgot something, they might even have something in the office for you. We will continue to use Seibert Realty for every trip to Sandbridge Beach!

We've stayed at the same house for several years. They made some great upgrades a couple of years ago, including an outstanding new deck and screen porch, new TVs, and a new sofa. We've had a couple of minor maintenance issues over the years, and the service people were always prompt and courteous (and effective!). We had a wonderful experience at Bikinis in 2016. It is the perfect size for our family of 4 and allowed us to bring our pets. The new decking, including a gate, and the screened porch were great additions and we enjoyed several dinners and evenings out there. We booked the same house for 2017 and 2018 because it suits our needs very well. The kitchen is fully stocked and it is great to have a washer and dryer available. The staff at Siebert reality was amazing! When I called to check and see if our house may be ready early the Friday before they were very courteous and said any time after they open since no one had stayed the previous week. I have stayed with a reality company in the outer banks where no one was in the house the week before and they could not have been any more difficult, making us wait to check in until the latest time possible. We really appreciated this kind gesture! It gave us the option to leave early with our 2 year old so he could sleep awhile in the car. After our arrival we encountered a few issues with our house, and the staff at Siebert Realty could not have been more responsive and accommodating. I debated the number of stars, this is a review of Siebert, not the individual property, so I gave them based on their service. We have rented twice, and are reserved for summer 2020 at a different place each year, trying to find the right fit for our family. Siebert has responded to every question or request, but with some long delays. Despite delays, every issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. They were quite helpful after Hurricane Dorian, however their notification of the mandatory evacuation was non-existent, despite a prior email advising that they would notify renters - that said, it was all over the news so we knew when it was time to leave, and they were quite helpful in providing documentation for the travel insurance claim. We rent at the end of the summer season - the houses tend to have a lot of wear and tear, no matter where you rent in Aug/Sept. - and house cleaning is spotty depending on the crew, but Siebert was responsive to issue brought to their attention, which is really all they can do.

They helped us walk through every step of our renovation. Their decorator, Joanne Young, was an amazing help and gave us just the right amount of guidance while still respecting our opinions. The home was beautiful and had the best view right on the ocean. We were able to dolphin watch from the deck and even saw a humpback whale! Our family had a reunion in the summer of 2015 at Top Sail for a week. We came from all over the country and had an absolute ball there. The house was spacious and clean, with beautiful furniture. It had a large area and tables enough for our large crowd to eat dinner all together. The kitchen was magnificent and had absolutely everything we needed to cook each night. The elevator was wonderful to help my 88 year old mother to the top floor. The view of the ocean was spectacular with a quick and easy walk to the beach. We would definitely go back again, without hesitation.

We stayed at Wave Watchers (Unit 212) in the Sandbridge Dunes building (204 Sandbridge Road) over the 2018 Memorial Day weekend and had a great experience. The building is pretty much perfect for our family's needs, with a sloped-entry pool, elevator, and easy access to the across-the-street beach. The grocery store next door and nearby restaurants make it easy to spend days without getting back into the car (though parking is easy). The unit (212) was in great shape, clean and well furnished. The balcony looks out over the Atlantic, and was really nice in the evening. Siebert did a good job of making it easy to arrive, particularly by including linens in the initial price and even making the beds before we arrived. Highly recommend both Sandbridge and Siebert Realty.

Property is very nice on the beach. Nice panoramic views of the ocean. More than adequate parking. Wonderful morning reading room. Large kitchen with double everything. Indoor pool was a disappointment and was not usable due to inability to get temperature above 73 degrees. To Siebert Realty's defense they promptly dispatched maintenance personnel to attempt to fix the issue, but due to the nature of the failure, they were unable to restore the indoor pool to use during our stay. Siebert Realty handled the situation very professionally and promptly and provided appropriate compensation. I have rented several properties in Sandbridge over the years--based on my experience, I would definitely rent with Siebert Realty again. Exceptional customer service and a special thanks to Ms. Kate Findlater for her personal efforts.

First all family trip with our two daughters and their families...was a great location and we had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Great layout in terms of bedrooms for each, bathrooms for each and a family room/living area/kitchen where we all could gather together. Tons of beach space but also two heated pools for when the grandchildren wanted to play in the water but not the ocean. Easy access to parking garage and pool/grill areas. Best of all, it was not smack in the middle of the "touristy" area but still not far if we wanted to drive out to a nice restaurant or for shopping. And Siebert made the registration process very simple for reserving the property, arrival and departure...Would use them again with no qualms about service.

Once again, our June visit to Virginia Beach was exceptional. Our last three visits have been to the same delightful beach front home with sunrise on the deck, hot tub, pool, games room and space for all our children, grandchildren and close relatives. The home is always exceptionally maintained and appointed. The owner actually visits once during our stay to verify that everything is satisfactory. This year, we did experience a problem with one of the central a/c units. The owner and Siebert staff responded immediately. As Good As It Gets The name says it all! Our family had an awesome time at Sandbridge Beach while staying at As Good As It Gets. This beach house has a great view of the ocean and plenty of room. We had 6 adults and 4 children with us and not once did it feel like we were on top of each other. The each house also has a pool table and a bunch of bikes for you to use. No need to bring your own. The best part of As Good As It Gets was its pool and tiki bar. Being able to come back from the beach and relax in the pool while watching the TV was great. An added bonus was that part of the pool is under cover which allows to to get out of sun while cooling off. Lastly, Siebert Realty made picking up and dropping off the keys a breeze (This has been a major headache in the past at other companies). We did run into a problem with the dishwasher working during our stay, but Siebert sent a service person over and fixed it right away. I highly recommend both As Good As It Gets and Siebert Realty if you are thinking of heading to Sandbridge......

Siebert Realty provides great service along with excellent properties for rent. Endless Summer was a smaller unit than we would normally rent for our large family, but with just 8 ladies on this trip it was everything we needed and more. We were pleasantly surprised with the amenities, cleanliness and overall condition of this oceanfront home. What a perfect home in a perfect location! Even though we were there during "hurricane" week, the pool was cleaned twice so that on our only two sunny days it was perfect for our use. Also, when we called regarding shingles coming off of the roof and damage to a vehicle, a maintenance man was sent in the middle of the storm to remove the shingles that had fallen and take picture of the car. We never expected anyone to come out in the middle of that wind and rain. We had a great time in this house despite the weather.

I’ve lived in Virginia Beach since 1996, and I always dreamed of having my wedding in a cottage in Sandbridge. My dream came true September 2015! We rented The Ritz for the entire week. Siebert Realty allowed us to do a Tuesday to Tuesday reservation, which was perfect! It was the off-season, so they were very flexible. It allowed us to enjoy our family and friends ALL week. Most weddings come and go all in one day, but we had the chance to introduce our families and enjoy their company for several days. It was wonderful. We were greeted with not only a gorgeous gift basket from Siebert, but another one from the owner of the house. That was quite impressive! The card congratulated us on our wedding, it was the perfect touch! The house was spacious and right on the sand. Our friends and families vacationed like kings and queens, and we were so grateful to see them relax, go for walks in the beach, and enjoy all of the fantastic amenities the house offered. Our wedding was an adult only affair, but we had a “Kids Reception” the night before and our friends brought their children to enjoy a cook-out, swimming, games, s’mores and some dancing. I don’t know what my favorite part about our wedding week was, because the entire week was incredible. Thanks Siebert for making my dreams come true, and having such impeccable customer service all the way around.

We stayed at Bay Delight last year and have booked it again for this year. It is an amazing house, the pictures are very accurate. My daughter loves to cook she saw the kitchen an was delighted they have everything from waffle maker to beautiful dishes and even a ice cream maker. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable too. We spent time in the pool and in the bay kayaking. They have a lot of games from pool table to ping pong table to fooseball. This house has literally something for everyone. It was a small walk to the beach and from certain places you could see the beach from the house, and the sunsets are beautiful. We fell in love with this house we will probably book it every year.

We would never rent from anyone else! They are always quick to respond to an issue, and their rental properties are accurately described. I think we have booked with Siebert Realty each of those years except for one (when I waited too late to book and couldn't find a home that suited our needs & budget). I preferred their previous website over their current upgrade, nevertheless, they still beat the competition in ease of use and providing the information you need to assess each house. In 2016 we stayed at Plumm Bliss (~$5,000 for 6 adults & 7 children). It had a great location just across the street from direct access to the beach. One of my cousins said it was his favorite of all the places we have stayed. It was clean & well decorated with nice furniture and had a good assortment of utensils & dishware, good parking, and a 2nd fridge which is wonderful! The building was well-constructed (quiet) but I don't recommend that anyone sleep in the loft as people talking & laughing on the lower level will disturb them. We have found our stays pleasing and Siebert has always been prompt about taking care of any issues we have brought to their attention.

We stayed at Quacker Jack for our annual Sandbridge vacation this year after booking through Siebert Realty. It was our first time staying at this property and it met all of our needs. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat. The house was well appointed and from the minute we walked thru the door we could feel that the owners care greatly about their home. The beach access is fantastic, plenty of parking, the house was very clean and it was an overall great time. Siebert made the rental process smooth and easy and we will definitely use them again. In recent years we have explored other companies to give them a fair shot, but ultimately the homes we've rented from Siebert have been the best quality and value. Planning a trip like this can be a big deal to many families and our experience this year was amazing. It's a shame that the week goes by so fast. Looking forward to another trip next year! We stayed at Gilland last week. The property was nice, good location, well-stocked kitchen, nice deck furniture. Now for the downside. The smoke detector in the kitchen was not connected, the 2 gas tanks for the grill were empty, the grill plate was filthy and had to be cleaned before we could use it, the x-box controls did not work (looks like a cable was missing). We had a problem with the full bathroom on the second floor-the toilet was not flushing, and the full bathroom on the first floor had a broken toilet handle. The night before Thanksgiving we discovered a flood on the first floor bathroom so we called Siebert, they responded right away and came out that night to get the water drained. They were followed by a cleaning crew to clean the floors. We were told that a plumber would be coming out to fix the problem, but we left on Saturday and hadn't heard from anyone. I hope the next renters don't have the same problem.

We rented the Porpoise and was very pleased. There were 10 in total in our group and we had plenty of room. The house has GREAT beach access. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and very clean. The location of the home is close to everything you may need. We were very very pleased with our stay and are already planning our trip for next year. If I had any suggestions it would only be that maybe some newer pots and pans and the couches aren't the most comfortable but taking a pillow and sitting on that solved the problem. No complaints here. had a wonderful time. Would recommend to everyone Also wanted to add that during our stay they had to check on the pool to make a minor repair in the lining. They were very courteous and let us know exactly what they were doing. Everyone we dealt with was so pleasant. BTW, check in was a breeze, we got there after hours and everything we needed was in a gift bag along with coupons and brochures. Can't express how happy we were. Can't wait till next year. Our Second Year . Again what a breeze checking in. Everything was great. My family LOVE this house for its convenience to the beach, the pool, hot tub and the lay out of the house allows everyone private time. I do wish there would be some updating on the pots and pans and consideration on new furniture and a larger TV But those don't ruin the vacation. Rented "coastal charm" week of may 13-20, 2016 and had an incredible time. This was our first time renting a vacation house. I had questions and concerns before signing the lease and they were always quick and polite with answers. Everything was exceptionally clean. Only downfall was the heater in the hot tub was not working so it read 68/70* entire week. Despite that, we enjoyed it so much that we are going to be booking again for next year with siebert!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly helping us plan and schedule our vacation. The rental property exceeding our expectations. All went well except for a major delay in the cleaning of our rental house. Check-in begins at 4PM, and while we were able to check-in and pick up our packet at 4, a process they handled extremely well, with a long line of cars waiting to check in, we were unable to enter our unit till after 6 PM, and a few items were missed in the rush to clean the unit. On the plus side, we loved the property and the access to the beach, and we had also noticed a few items for maintenance, and they came promptly and resolved a few minor issues. We certainly weren't expecting that, just wanted them to know, but they took care of it quickly. We also had a situation one night where qa bedroom door got accidentally locked, and a maintenance worker showed up immediately and quickly resolved the problem. All in all, we had a great week in a great place, thanks Siebert.

The house is lovely. The view is fabulous! The kitchen is a little awkward...new big fridge prevents anyone from using the sink, or even entering the kitchen ff anyone is trying to have access to it... hard to work with when you are trying to prepare a meal. It is also very dark. There were plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, serving dishes... nice assortment. The layout of the house is nice - great rooms - 3 separate spaces to hang out as a group. Unfortunately the furniture is saggy, stained and uncomfortable in the main living room: the upstairs den, as well as the downstairs den are moldy smelling. We had family in a nearby house who didn't want to hang out in our house due to the smell. The lighting was poor in the living room as well. The space is clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice. The deck is really great. We would stay here again.. but would like to see a few upgrades in the couches and lighting.

My (large) extended family stayed at Point O'View immediately after experiencing a horrible tragedy. We decided not to cancel the trip for the sake of our young children. When we arrived (a day late) the Siebert staff had left a beautiful card for us expressing their condolences...it was sweet and truly kind. Point O'View was gorgeous and spotless. With its seven bedrooms and five bathrooms I cannot recommend it enough for a big group. The kitchen is new and the open living/dining/kitchen area was a perfect way for us to be together. We spent a great deal of time relaxing around the table on the deck just outside of the main floor. We enjoyed rhe gorgeous view of the water and beach...the dolphins were everywhere. The property is directly on the beach and was so private...it allowed us to regroup together as a family without feeling any pressures from the outside world. The bedrooms and bathrooms were phenomenal. They offered quiet and solitude any time either was needed or wanted. The management company was fantastic...They responded immediately when we needed our propane tank refilled for the grill and the pool was perfectly maintained. I dont think there was a moment when at least one of us wasn't in the pool. I can't say enough about our vacation experience at Sandbridge Beach with Siebert. None of us wanted to leave.

The Ritz was the perfect location for our family vacation. We had four generations all together - from 5 months to 89 years. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We stayed at Ebb Tide--it was fantastic! Clean, spacious beach home (right on the beach) nestled in the sand dunes with glorious views of the ocean. It easily and comfortably slept 7 of us. Everything in the home was in good working order. It has a 3 seasons porch, a loaded kitchen, plenty of comfortable furniture--and all this within walking distance of shops, a grocery store and restaurant. What a fun beach community! Siebert's customer service was outstanding; I was impressed with their courtesy and timely responses. Their communication with me from beginning to end was excellent--it was so refreshing to speak or email with such kind people. We had a ball--we are excited to return! Thank you Siebert Realty team!

This review is specifically for Siebert realty, not necessarily the entire experience of my stay. Summary - Professional company I recommend using for your beach house vacation. We arrived at our rental house, "Family Tides", just before the recent flooding in the back bay. The house was beautiful, better than advertised, and you could tell the owner really cared about the renters. Exceptional amenities were set up for children. However, a mix up occurred and clean linens did not arrive until the 2nd day if our stay, which caught us by surprise and explained why the sheets had some smells. Siebert was professional and did everything they could to rectify the situation, sending someone to our house to assist, even though their place of business was on a flooded road and I saw their parking lot was in standing water. In no way does this excuse the mix up, which occurred prior to the flooding. Rather this shows you are dealing with a company that does care about your experience and will go the extra mile to earn your business and fix any issues that come up. Did I enjoy dirty linens? No. But I know mistakes happen and you should know this company will go out of its way to rectify them. I believe you can't ask for more than that and I highly recommend them. For them to react to my issue as they did shows this company has integrity and holds itself to a high standard. I will rent from them in the future.

This is our third time staying at Dancing Dolphin. This year, the house just welcomed us more than ever before! The extra touches (new?) like those FABULOUS mirrors in each bedroom and the laundry room, the kitchen bar stools, and freshly painted walls added much to the beauty of this house. The Sweetwater house met all of our expectations. I rated everything excellent except for two categories for which I called maintenance to fix a slow draining sink and to reset the temperature for the indoor pool as the water was cool. The photos and write-up were beautiful and described what a great place Panorama was......well, the photos don't lie and the write-up was perfect too. My family stayed at a condo at Sandbridge. It was super clean, and I loved the access code entry at Paradise with an Oceanview. I felt safer with an access code, and no key to lose or keep track of while we walked was great. We saw dolphins three times during our stay, which made my mother super happy. I loved the master tub, which was actually clean! I can not tell you the number of times weird brown stuff spits out of the jets in rental places, but nothing came out here other than water. I would rent again.

After 3 years vacationing in Sandbridge, we found the perfect house--High Tide! We will certainly rent it again next summer. The condition, location, furnishings and comfort were all excellent. The pool could use a little work, but with the beach so close it was almost extraneous. The sand volleyball court was a bonus for our family of VB players. There was a game every night and the little ones played in the sand there when we weren't at the beach.The Siebert staff that we encountered were smiling and friendly. They really know how to do it. Now if there were only a way to stretch the vacation to two weeks!

We arrived at Nick's Place and everything was in great shape for us for the week. There was one small issue with the outside deck stairs during the week. We barely had hung up the phone with Siebert and Siebert staff was there to addess the matter and resolve it. Couldn't ask for a better response. My family and I have been VA Beach vacationers and utilized Siebert Realty for multiple summers. We have never had a bad experience and highly recommend Siebert Realty if you plan on vactioning at VA Beach.

We used Sibert 4 years ago never having been to Virginia Beach or ever using a Realty company to go on vacation. We had always stayed at hotels. Siebert’s website helped us to pick the perfect vacation rental for us with all the amenities we wanted it was a smooth process. We have rented our 2nd home from Siebert. Last year we had Attitude Adjustment, this year Dreamweaver. We for many years went to the Outer Banks in NC. Since Sandbridge is about 3 hours closer to NYC, the shorter drive really makes a difference. Although OBX is a little less expensive and there is a bigger selection of homes. But again the 3 hour drive savings is huge. Check in and check out is very fast. Last years home - Pros: It was only a year old pool was very very clean, seemed like a saltwater pool. Maintenance cleaned it 3 times during the week. We didn't call, maybe it's the homeowner's arrangement. Anyway we sure liked the clean clear water. One of the best pools we've ever had. Very well decorated, nice quality furniture. Landscape very well maintained. Great location. Cons: Home ran out of Gas for the stove on the last day. Someone came to the house before the 10am check out, went into the house, no greetings, and kind of block our car in as we were the last car about to leave, left the great week with a little strange feeling. The cleaning wasn't very good, had to clean the Kitchen Island ourselves. This years home Pros: Slightly older home, but still in great condition. Very well maintained. House layout is really good. Housekeepers for this home was one of the better ones. Home was very clean. Homes in OBX often have a lot of dust, especially in the vents and hard to get areas. Couldn't see much dust in this place. Very high quality Kitchenware. Nice cups and dishes. Cons: The pool water was very hazy. When swimming under water very hard to see. The bunk beds need some attention. The metal bunk beds are so squeeky it made it hard for the kids to sleep when anyone moved in their bed. The other bunk bed room beds need to fix the undersides of the beds - Fabric coming down, so the person on the bottom bunk sees a bunch of fabrid hanging in their face. Of the few times we had to call Siebert, the workers have been helpful and courteous.

I rented Four Seasons in back in May, The weather was good, and the house was beautiful! We had a blast, the Siebert-Realty team is a top flight operation, they were very helpful, and addressed my issues when we arrived at the house ( we some issues with the cable,and an issue with the ice maker), all of which was repaired right away.

We have been coming to Sandbridge for more than 25 years. We brought the girls in the late 1980s, came when I was pregnant with our son in 1992, and the following year with the baby! Some years we do not get to come and it saddens me as I LOVE walking the beach, fishing and just hanging out. But most years we make it - usually late summer. But ANY time of year you can find peace, quiet and space to walk. A lot depends on the fact that Siebert rents houses to families - not the case up in Va Beach or down in Rehoboth area. It is always a good experience with Siebert.

Very nice experience. Great location and clean and comfortable. Air conditioning wasn't working when we checked in, but maintenance came right away and fixed it promptly. Easy, fast check-in and check-out experience, and we really like the fact that they took our leftover food to donate locally. In 2014 we rented a property and upon arrival found it to be totally disappointing. Decks were splintered, furniture terrible, screens torn, kitchen almost unusable. I immediately contacted Siebert. Their agent Kat met us at the property, agreed with our assessment and moved us to a beautiful property, Angel of the Sea. It saved what would have been a vacation- ruining week. I have nothing but praise for Siebert and its staff. In fact, we have reserved a property this year. Our 6th trip to Sandbridge with Siebert. By the way, the disappointing property is no longer in Siebert' s site.

We have been coming to Sandbridge Beach for family reunions for over 20 years. The things we like most about it are the family friendly atmosphere (no loud parties) and the modern, beautiful beach houses. Often, we have come with multiple generations and there is something for everyone! We always choose houses that have an in-ground pool which is a great gathering place. The multiple bedrooms with linen service, washers and dryers and the fully stocked kitchens make packing for the beach a breeze. We will be there in 2019 again.

The location and layout of the house were absolutely perfect for our family. It exceeded our expectations based on what we had seen on the web. Our grandkids loved the pool and being able to eat outside on one of the covered decks. The extra large sun porch with a dining table large enough for all of us was wonderful. Two refrigerators and two dish washers were an added bonus we didn't realize were there. There were only minor issues we would like to bring to your attention: need more teaspoons and hot pads, vegetation around pool needed trimming, wifi could have been stronger when everyone was on it. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Sea Castle was absolutely beautiful! Well-kept, clean, even in places you'd think you could find dust built up we did not, for example, under the beds, corners, etc. No cob webs found, no insects despite being right on the beach, perhaps it was due to the unusual cold weather nevertheless we definitely recommend this house. The staff at Siebert Realty was extremely kind and professional throughout the process.
