Heidi JordanOne of the best travel Agencies we’ve ever worked with! Just returned from a trip to Punta Cana and actually relaxed due to all of the planning on Tyson and Jon’s behalf. To book our trip, all I did was give them a list of my requests - swim up room, all inclusive, adults only, and a price range. Jon presented us with some options but also included some things I wouldn’t have considered, like private transfers. Prior to the trip, we were sent email reminders for things like paperwork (again, something I wouldn’t have thought of). We even heard from Jon the day of our departure, reminding us that he’d be watching our travels and available for anything we needed. Overall - your vacation is an investment. These guys KNOW vacations. Let the professionals like Tyson and Jon help you maximize your investment!
Adam ReneltTyson helped us to plan a trip to Jamaica for this winter. We recently returned from the trip and had a great time. Tyson did a great job of communication before and after our trip and gave us some great advice to help us enjoy our vacation. We will use them again for our future travel needs.
Jen TolkTyson has planned several amazing trips for my friends and family, but I have to give him a shout out for how he helped with the one that didn't go as planned... our family Christmas trip to Florida Keys. First Tyson planned everything - excursions and all of it. We had an amazing busy itinerary built just for us. What we didn't see coming was the FSD airport shutting down for 2 days... and Allegiant simply offering to refund our tickets. Argh! Tyson warned us about Allegiant, but we thought we'd save a few bucks. Tyson went into full unwind mode. He spent hours on the phone with Allegiant, excursion providers, hotels, etc. to cancel it all and make sure we were refunded for everything. To top it off, he cared about us having a good Christmas despite the cancelation. We'll plan this same trip again for next year, with the help of our forever Travel Agent, the one who's there when things go right and more importantly when things go wrong = Tyson and his team at Sioux Empire Travel!

PATRICIA SOLISTyson and Hailey are a true treat to work with.They are fast answering emails, very communicative and let's be honest: for a mom with 2 jobs and 2 little boys at home that is important! (who wants to wait 2 weeks for an email back, right?) They dealt with all my questions, calls and crazy suggestions without getting frustrating once. They checked on me and my family over and over through the entire process of booking and reserving my family vacation and genuinely cared to know if we were having a good time while we were there. Our Disney vacation was amazing thanks to them.

Or you can always throw your money with someone else that doesn't care and wait two weeks for an email back while you are in a pickle in the middle of Mexico. Your call.
