I rarely write reviews except for exceptional service and I have to say that is what we received from Beeline! Jenn who I booked with was fantastic friendly and courteous and made the booking process easy! Our trip was for a family Christmas in Leavenworth and she kept me updated and reassured regarding the weather and roads. Jim was our driver there and back and was a consummate professional - so patient and helpful with all our luggage so skillful in his driving on sometimes treacherous roads. Can’t recommend enough ! Thanks Beeline for making our travels memorable !

I had a fantastic experience with Beeline! The booking was easy, the invoicing was quick, and Jenn's communication from the office was friendly and efficient. Finally, driver Gary did a wonderful job transporting 45 high school kids and 11 adults across the state and into Idaho. He was easygoing, patient, and nonjudgmental when we had to change our plans. I can't wait to take my next trip with them!

Joe Imholt with Beeline was an absolute champion of a driver. Despite the narrow streets around our school, Joe was able to navigate to the exact location where we wanted our students to get on the bus. He was extremely kind and friendly toward our students, and was flexible when delays came up. Joe made it a point to return some of the belongings our students had left behind a few days after our game. All in all, I am extremely grateful for beeline charters and tours helping us get to and back from our game.

We boarded the shuttle bus from the cruise port which was chaotic to say the least. However, Kathy (lady in the pink dress) handled it like a champ. Even with people coming at her from all directions, some of them unreasonably hurling curses at her, she managed to get us on a bus and quickly and with a kind smile. The driver and baggage handler were all very nice, professional, and got us to the airport quickly. This is a tough job so remember to be kind, be patient, and it will all work out. Thank you!!!

Renita was a FABULOUS driver as she took a group of us on a trip to Lopez Island for the day. Not only was she prompt and knowledgeable, but she handled Seattle's traffic beautifully--as well as the small twists and turns of Lopez Island! We had a terrific experience with Beeline over the weekend. Our driver, Will Pascua, was by far the best driver we've ever had for one of our geology tours of Seattle. We appreciated his thorough knowledge of the area and ability to drive into some of the more difficult areas on the tour. Great job, Will! Also, we enjoyed working with Gloria and appreciate her letting us reschedule after we had to postpone our tour. Thanks for accommodating us. We will definitely use Beeline in the future.

I arranged a 56 seat bus to take my Trilogy Garden Club to the Northwest Flower and Garden Show in Seattle. Working with Gloria at Beeline was an absolute joy. No question was too small or unimportant, and she answered everything almost immediately. It was an easy and stress free experience, not to mention their pricing is very competitive. The bus arrived right on time, Napo Quinteros, our driver made sure we all felt safe and comfortable on the trip. The bus itself was clean and very comfortable. It was a GREAT experience, and I’ll hire Beeline again- soon. The experience of leaving the driving to someone else was marvelous, and I must admit, zooming passed all the cars stuck in traffic was worth every penny of the trip. :)

Matt from Beeline helped our group so much!! We (party of seven) had purchased a roundtrip ticket to Pier 91 in Seattle and returning to a hotel of our choice or the airport. However the hotel should have been an airport hotel. Ours wasn't. Matt was kind and professional enough to make sure we made it to our hotel. Thank you so much Matt!! This company is also called Seattle Express! Also Heidi, the driver was so helpful!!

Pinnacle Board

We booked two buses for a football team that included 90 people and all of their gear in the Seattle area. Beeline's prices can't be beat and their customer service is amazing. As with most trips, we had to make adjustments along the way, and they were very supportive. One of the last minute adjustments included a 5:00am bus pick up, but Gloria in the office was available, even at that time, to take my call and quickly got a driver to pick up the team and got them to the airport in time to make the flight. I have traveled enough to know things come up, and what makes a company great is how they respond. I can say without a doubt that I would highly recommend Beeline Charters & Tours to anyone who needs a great, reliable bus charter with amazing customer service.

We booked Beeline through a bid process since we do not do a lot of business in the Seattle area. The entire booking process from receiving the bid, through the booking, and the many changes I made was extremely easy. Meghan was amazing to work with. The coaches were top of the line and our drivers, Derrick and Tobias, were very professional and accommodating. I wish I had drivers like that in every city! They were always early and made sure we arrived on time. We definitely recommend Beeline and will use them again when we travel to Seattle.

We used Beeline Tours for my wedding and the process couldn't have been any better. I received a quick response from Michael when I e-mailed a quote request. He broke down the pricing down so I knew what I was paying for. In my many e-mails to Michael he always made feel important as a customer, never hesitating to answer my questions or concerns. I booked a 56 passenger coach and the bus was very clean and well maintained. Our driver was on time and dressed very clean and sharp. He greeted my guests outside the bus with a smile and friendly personality. Getting guests to your wedding on time is an important job and Beeline handled it so well it was effortless. It is clear they run an organized company with great staff and drivers.

Ron is an excellent driver. We have used Beeline for three years in a row, and have had nothing but great experiences during our annual Leavenworth trip. This year, there was an accident on Hwy 2, closing it for 3 1/2 hours, and parking us during that entire time. Our driver, Ron, did amazing at checking the temperature on the bus, an extra couple of movies to play while we waited for the road to open again. Highly recommend.

Used Beeline for 4 different tours and transportation. Very good experience, minor problem or two, but great experience. The tour of downtown Seattle was wonderful. The tour to Mt. Rainier was beset with problems and rain. Once we got to the Mountain, it was a fun time. The driver's were friendly and professional. I would use them again.

This was our 2nd time using Beeline Tours and we won't go anywhere else. The customer service, the charter bus, and the entire experience is top notch. Our driver, Jeffery, was hospitable, cheerful, and always trying to be helpful. When he arrived, at the start of our 3 day adventure, in a bus half the size we had ordered, he amazingly arranged for a replacement to arrive BEFORE our departure time. That was a stunning successful recovery story--Thank you Beeline. So, the reason this is four instead of 5 is because of the initial wrong bus delivery and because the bigger bus did not come with all the accouterments that I had earlier confirmed would be part of the bus. Also, since I had sent a detailed itinerary and maps ahead of time, I would have expected the driver to have been setup with GPS planning and know all the directions. I had to be co-pilot. That was a little disappointing but it is something I am good at.

Lighthouse Society

We recently used Beeline Charters for a lighthouse tour of Puget Sound and the Olympic Peninsula. We had 42 participants in the tour and they all had rave reviews about the driver, Derick. He as courteous, personable, and most importantly, able to maneuver the coach in all kinds of difficult situations from narrow lighthouse access points to Seattle traffic. We will definitely consider Beeline for our next tour in the vicinity.

I arranged to have a motorcoach pick up 40 of us (20 adults and 20 children) at the Seattle Airport and take us to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship port on June 22 and then pick us up at the port and return us to the airport on June 29th. This was arranged with Gloria in the office who was very attentive to details and kept checking with me throughout that time to make sure we were taken care of and every detail was perfect. Tobias was our first driver and he was very courteous and a very good driver. Our second driver was not usually a driver of the motorcoach but was excellent. He arrived at the cruise port on time and let them know he was there to pick us up but the port did not find a spot for him to pull into for about 45 minutes which made for a tight squeeze for him to get us to the airport on time. He was very good and got us there on time and dropped us off at the passenger drop off instead of downstairs when we told him that we had two older passengers that had recently has knee surgery and one that had hip surgery. We will definitely use this service again and would highly recommend it .

You should consider getting what they call autosocks for your drivers to use to go over the pass its a approved traction device which takes seconds to put on and take off.
