This was an enjoyable tour with some laughs while sightseeing in Salt Lake City. There were 3 stops where we got out of the trolly. Union Pacific Train Station, the Cathedral, and the Capitol building. Steps are involved. Our guides were friendly and helpful and answered questions if we had any.

Great way to start (or end) a visit to Salt Lake City. A short tour around the city and some outer attractions (the heritage pioneer facility, the Olympic torch, the state house and Temple Square) with a friendly and knowledgeable guide. Lots of restroom opportunities if required. Remember to tip your guide if you enjoyed the tour!

Excellent "overview" of Salt Lake City. Mentioned several places that we would like to go back and visit. Tour guide was personable and knowledgeable, but if he didn't know something he said so. Especially liked ending our tour with a visit to the "old" tabernacle and hearing an organ recital.

This tour was pretty informative and fun. Our tour guide made all the difference. He gave us so much fun facts of SLC. We got to walk the state capital. Spectacular views of the city. Inside the capital we went into the center plaza and saw various statues and doors to the House of Representatives, Governor’s office, welcoming room. Took a drive up the hill a saw various mansions and Utes stadium. Spent some time off the bus in Pioneer Park and tasted Brigham Young doughnuts. On our way back our guide took us to see The Cathedral of Madeleine. We then took a quick walk onto the grounds of the LDS temple park. The tickets seem expensive but it was totally worth every penny. We give this tour two thumbs up!👍 👍

A very fun and informative tour that included some fun theatrics about a number of historical individuals associated with Salt Lake City. There were several people on the tour with mobility challenges and our guides were very patient and considerate of them, even extending the length of the tour to give them time to see everything. Highly recommend!

Michael was SO nice when we missed our city trolley bus and booked us on an amazing trip to the Great Salt Lake instead. It was led by Valerie, who was a funny and awesome tour guide. We had a blast!

Great tour option if you don't have much time to spend in Salt Lake City. I booked this tour only two hours before pick up, and it worked out beautifully. The guide, Wynn, was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the city. We stopped often which was nice to get out of the bus. He even made suggestions along the way of other places we should see or research. The tour ended at the tabernacle choir rehearsal. It was great bc it was informal. The conductors started and stopped, and people came and went freely. Personally, I found it more interesting than a formal performance. I could have stayed there all night!

We took the Ultimate City Tour + Tabernacle Choir with City Sights tours. We were within one block from our hotel to a pick up at Hampton Inn. The driver and tour guide was prompt and a dozen of us got on and was greeted by Michael. He was very informative and and pointed out the many historical sights throughout the city at the same time giving us a good background history of the beginning of Salt Lake City. We purposely planned our trip so that we would take the tour in a Sunday so we could see and listen to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. This was AMAZING ! Michael was friendly and helpful with giving us time to take pictures and taking back to our own hotel.

My friend Dave and I took the tour of Salt Lake City today, Sunday, May 25, 2014. It was the 8:30 a.m. tour and included the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the Salt Lake City Tour. Our guide (I believe his name is John) was fantastic. He provided a great deal of information and answered all of our (my) many questions. It was a great experience and I am glad I did this tour and recommend it to others!

We took the Ultimate Salt Lake City + Tabernacle Organ tour. Out tour guide Wynn was very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. He was successful! We would definitely recommend this tour (and Wynn) to anyone visiting SLC.

We were lost in down town and were late for our tour. But our guide was very patient with us and pick us up even it was 20 minutes later. Very friendly and pleasant tour. If you want to learn about history and traditions of Salt Lake City you have to experience that.

This was an outstanding tour. We took the tour on Thursday, August 13, 2015. Mr. John Knight is very knowledgeable and an outstanding teacher. I know good teaching--I retired after 44 years as a university professor. I have a much better impression of the people of Utah. I thought the Beehive state citizens were all thieves for stealing our basketball coach Rick Majerus from my institution--just kidding. I really liked the courteous treatment we received in Salt Lake City.

Decent tour. Started out by attending a recital at the Tabernacle. The LDS temple was under construction/renovation as of July 2021 so we just saw that from a distance. Drove around and saw some sights in the city. Stopped at the Catholic cathedral which was strangely closed. Drove around a little bit more, ended up at the "This is the Place" monument/memorial, where a few minutes were spent at the visitor center.

I was in Salt Lake City for 3 weeks for business and took the SLC tour one Saturday in April and loved it. My tour guide Wen ( I hope I spelled that right ) he was informative and funny the entire trip sharing the history of each location but also included his family story of coming to Utah. I recommend this tour for any one who wants to see the sights of SLC with out having to figure where to go and how parking works by them selfs. Definitely a must for first timers to this city.

This tour was great! We've lived in Ogden for almost a year and had no idea how much history this state contained. It was so great to learn about so much in such a short time. Our tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. I only wish the tour was longer so we could spend more time at the stops, but now we have a list of places to see in the future.

WOW and WOW again! John Knight was VERY knowledgeable and shared this with enthusiasm and always with a smile! It was obvious that he loves his city and state. We love history so we learned so much from him. We highly recommend this tour especially if John is the guide.

I took this tour on a whim and was impressed by the abundance of historical facts and stories. The more theatrical part wasn’t really my style, but I enjoyed learning more about my own city. The guides were really helpful in answering my questions and put on a good performance.

The tour was fun and informative and I learned a lot about the founding of the City and the Mormon Faith. I was very glad that it was available on Labor Day since that was the only day available for me to take the tour. The tour guide/driver was very friendly and kept it interesting.

Could not believe how informative this was!! Highly recommend if you want an overview of SLC and LDS Church history, and a drive by many sites that you can return to to spend more time. Do this on day 1 of your visit, then you'll know where you want to spend more time.
