What an amazing experience!! Captain Pete and his mate gave us an UNBELIEVABLE experience! The amount of professionalism and knowledgeable is unmatched. My family and I have been on many charter fishing trips and Teazers Charters was one of our favorites! We got to see the beautiful Portland Head Light, we saw a whale, a sun fish, sharks, and we caught a TON of fish! The boat was incredibly clean, and the poles, lines and hooks were all great quality! Captain Pete knew right where to take us so we had a great experience fishing. The trip was worth EVERY penny!! I truly can’t say enough amazing things about our trip. You absolutely can’t go wrong booking your charter trip with Captain Pete and his crew.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 8-13) had a fantastic time with Captain Pete and first mate Jonah! Genuinely nice guys that made sure we were successful with our in-shore fishing tour, plus ended up getting a great tour of the Portland coast. Great for beginners and advanced alike, they adapt to your level. Just book it; fantastic family memories!

Captain Pete and Jonah are class acts!! They were able to happily accommodate us last minute. They were extremely knowledgeable,friendly and entertaining. You can tell they absolutely love what they do! We thoroughly enjoyed our short trip and can't wait to come back for a longer one.

I was so incredibly happy with the level of professionalism that Captain Pete had. First, he has the absolute cleanest boat that I have ever been on and I have been on charter boats throughout my entire life. His safety equipment is top tier quality and I have never felt safer on a boat trip out. Hunter, his mate was first class, providing entertaining stories and timely help throughout our entire trip, he knows his stuff. Captain Pete is the man, you can just tell he’s a genuinely good person that really cares about what he does and the people he brings out on his boat. He knows the best up-to-date spots on the water to bring you, giving you the highest chance possible to have fish on all day. I can’t wait to book again for next year(maybe twice!). Sorry for the wicked late review Captain Pete, appreciate the amazing trip and seeya later this year!

This was such a great experience for us! Captain Pete was great at communicating leading up to the trip and throughout, teaching us about Maine, the fish, the history of the area, etc. We loved hearing his stories, and we saw seals and great views of the lighthouses going in and out. We caught a lot of fish.... Mainly dog fish because of the storms coming in! But hey... That's ok. We caught whiting and Acadian reds and haddock, too! Don't miss the chance to see the coast from on this boat!

Captain Pete and his mate were a perfect fishing and tour guide to experience the waters around Portland. Extremely knowledgeable and very open to answering questions (especially the kids). Both were very engaging but also gave you space when needed. They were quick to help during the fishing portion while also providing interesting insight. Captain Pete's boat is top notch and he immediately went over all the safety aspects before departure. It had a bathroom too which was a relief to many in the group. Overall a terrific and very professional experience. I would highly recommend especially to families like ours with young kids.

Terrific family friendly fishing for mackerel. Captain Pete and first mate Jonah were awesome! My family was looking for a quick ~2hr fishing jaunt because our kids can’t handle more than that, and we were looking for mackerel in particular because they like to eat them; the Teazer didn’t disappoint! The views were amazing and the crew was friendly and fun and we’ll be back! The surprise appearance by a hungry striped bass at the end of the trip was super cool!

I have been on a few charters and this one was head and shoulders above them all. Captain Pete is super knowledgeable and is clearly doing what he was born to do. It felt like we were finishing with an old friend. We hooked on to two large tunas and because the fishing was hot we started out for 13 hours. This was the highlight of my summer so far. I have been on other charters were we didn’t catch and I can tell that Captain Pete still would have made it a memorable experience. I will be fishing with Teazer charters again, hopefully this fall.

What a wicked experience!! Pete and Jonah are so thoughtful, knowledgeable, and best of all, hilarious. Six hours (half day) just flew by - I will be booking a full day next time! The weather was phenomenal, the ocean was like glass, just a beautiful day for fishing. It was especially awesome to be able to be able to share it all with my little doggo too - thanks for an awesome trip guys!

My wife and I decided to do a tuna trip for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Captain Pete has a top notch service he provides from his boat and equipment to his experience on the water. He knows exactly what to do, we started marking fish withing ten minutes of being on the water. Pete is an outstanding host and guide and will be coming back next year for sure. Great trip.

Captain Pete and his 1st mate Jess were absolutely amazing! They were so friendly, made you feel welcomed and wanted on the boat. They were awesome! I got a bit sea sick, they were so great to me and treated me kindly, getting me drinks and asking how I was feeling. But the fishing was awesome, couldn't pull the fish in fast enough! Great first time experience, will be back for more! You won't be disappointed with this charter!

Fishing on the Teazer was a wonderful experience that everyone would enjoy. Capt. Pete makes you feel at home when you board and is a true professional – no yelling & screaming. I fished with my wife and nieces & he was very patient with his instruction to the girls & they got the hang of it right away. I had an awesome time with Captain Pete and crew. He put us right on the fish - haddock, whiting, cod, pollock and more. We had a whale sighting and we caught a mako shark! Amazing family experience, my family of 6 boarded his clean vessel, smiling faces, they put a beating on his high end Equiptment which was designed to handle us, (my 2,4,6,15 year olds), it was truly awesome. We have fish for dinner for a while as my kids had the opportunity to assist in every aspect. Bring your kids, bring your family, it’s great! Just relax and they know how to make your experience enjoyable. 10 stars! Kids pulled 2-3 fish at a time a few times!

I am from Massachusetts, and typically fish cape cod, but all of my New England charters will be with teazer from now on. Captain Pete and his mate Jonah get 5 stars!! Best charter experience me or any of my friends have had. They know where to find the fish, even in terrible fishing conditions, they don’t drop an anchor and make you fish all day, they move you around to find the fish (a lot of charters won’t do that due to fuel consumption), they teach, and assist with every step of fishing, they are friendly, professional, ethical.

we have gone fishing with teazer charters 3 times now and it has been a great experience every time. captain Pete is really knowledgeable and makes you feel at home on his boat. obviously fishing is not something that you can guarantee results with but the captain really cares about you having a good time and the one time we just weren't having any luck with tuna he stayed out a little later than planned and took us for some blues just to make sure we all got some action. we have tried other charters before the teazer but none since our first trip with them and we won't be looking for another charter service again any time soon.

We went out with Bobby today and had a great time. He really puts in a lot of time and effort to put you on the fish. The boat was comfortable, the company was great, and the fishing was good. We will definitely be back.

5 of us went on a half day trip on June 22, 2016. Captain Pete met us at the marina at the exact time agreed upon. After introducing us to 1st mate, Tanya he explained what he hoped to do on the trip. And proceeded to do exactly that. 1st he put us on some mackerel which we caught for bait fish. 2nd he put us on some Stripers and we all caught some. At one time we had 2 on at once. 3rd he explained how and why he had us fish certain ways and how the sun and clouds were a great part of our success. 1st mate Tanya baited our lines, netted our catch and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. The boat and equipment were very clean and extremely well maintained. Would we go back. We'll we are already planning next year's trip. Go with Captain Pete on the Teazer and you will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience had for on a full day fishing trip. The captain and crew of the Teazer work seamlessly to keep everything perfect. Caught a 11 nice sharks with the first one on after 20 minutes. Great time had by all.
