We did the 1 pm Portland Segway tour yesterday with Evangel as our tour guide. There was a total of 6 people on the tour plus our guide. We all really enjoyed the tour. It was fun to ride the Segways and the tour was very interesting. Loved riding thru Portland State University and riding around the waterfront area. Evangel was very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. Highly recommended!

Blaze was an awesome tour guide! We had never been on a Segway tour before and he took time to teach us and made it lots of fun!

We had Natasha as our tour guide. She was awesome and totally recommend asking for her. Great pace on the tour/ride. We did the two hour. Totally recommend! Segways are easy and Natasha made it real easy for all of us to get up and going.

We had never been on a segway before. Jared was amazing he made sure we was comfortable on it before we took off. He was very knowledgeable of the places we went by and stopped at. I highly recommend this tour.

I live just outside of portland and so I go there a lot and yet when my family and me went we still learned way more about portland. Our tour guide was super funny and kind, he also gave us the choice to get a tour or just go fast and far. Covid-19 birthday or not would 110% do it again!!!

I've done several Segway tours in the past and this was the best one I've done so far - mainly because of our exuberant tour guide Natasha. All I can say is - wow, what an awesome tour guide! Not only was she very knowledgeable and willingly answered any and all questions, but she also had impeccable fashion style. She knew all the shortcuts so our tour was very efficient and I couldn't believe how many places and landmarks we were able to see in such a short amount of time. She also took time to take pictures of us. Could not have been more satisfied with this tour! Thanks Natasha!

Our tour guide "Captain" Kurt was entertaining. He did a great job showing us the city. It was our first time on a segway and he did a great job teaching us and being patient while we got the hang of it. I would definitely recommend taking this tour with friends or family.

Did this tour as a team bonding event. Portland Segway tours starts at the Lovejoy fountain near PSU and passes by several spots including Portland's town hall building, OMSI, and the Tillikum Bridge. The tour guide teaches you the basics of how to ride a segway and you have the chance to take the segway down a hill to get to 'full speed' at 12 mph. It's unlikely that you'd fall off or crash into things while on one.

Very fun afternoon, Jake was thoughtful and had wonderful knowledge of downtown Portland. If we could flip a coin, It would be tails, you have to go on tour to find out why!!!

We had never been on a Segway before, so happy we did. What an amazing experience to see the city and surrounding area on the coolest device ever. Learning to maneuver the Segway comes quickly, you’ll be an expert after a few minutes of warming up. Our guide Natasha was excellent, she made the entire tour fun and interesting. Kudos to her!!!

Great tour!! The highly-energetic Natasha is an excellent instructor and tour guide.
I'm an official "old guy" (79+), my wife just a few years behind, and neither of us had any problem with the Segway operation and tour. It was easy, great fun and a most memorable experience.
Thanks, Tasha!

Big THANK YOU to Blaze who did an excellent job to teach us how to use a Segway first time.

What a magical experience! We all met our Tour Guide Natasha in a beautiful and enormous concrete courtyard that she called "The Training Grounds". After a rundown of the Segways functions & safety features we were allowed to mount and become comfortable with the machines around the courtyard. Which included inclines, planter obstacles to maneuver around, and an impressive water feature.
After playing around for a bit, Natasha herded the group and told us to follow her "like good little ducklings" and we were off on the sidewalks and walk spaces of the city.
The entire first half of the tour is a very fun & informative presentation of Portland's Landmarks and history... which is as crazy and fitting as you would imagine. Did you know they chose the name Portland on a coin flip?
The second-half followed a short 15 minute break and were told would focus more on the scenic aspects of the city. We mounted the Segways and were off like pros, zooming through the city, along the water, & across bridges. It was during this portion that our guide encouraged those of us who felt comfortable to utilize the performance aspects of the Segway. WHAT A HOOT! Seriously never knew 13mph could be so fun!
Being a 30+ year resident, it felt like I experienced Portland in a whole new way.
Cannot wait to book another tour with Natasha at Portland by Segway during a different season or an event!

A “must do” for out-of-town visitors, but also great for us locals. This was my third Segway tour, as we take international friends on the tour during their visits. Riding the Segway is fun, but we are also able to see sights not readily accessible from a car. Our guide Natasha delivered key and arcane facts with a wry twist, making it even more fun.

Had an awesome time. Fortunately i did the tour alone as my peers did not show. However, my guide Natasha made the experience as personable as possible. Once she confirmed I was visiting she made sure she dropped straight facts of the city in eveywhere we passed. She was energetic and genuine. Segways are FUN AS HELL once you get pass the first few falls. Had a great time and enjoyed the experience. Def recommend.

My mother-in-law was in town, visiting for the first time. She has some difficulty with breathing and so longs walks are out of the question. I thought a Segway Tour might be the answer to showing her the city. And it was! Michael was a great tour guide, friendly, knowledgeable and with a good sense of humor. I'd ask for him again if I use Segway for future visitors. He did a great job explaining how the Segway works and getting us trained and comfortable. And when out on the tour, he always kept an eye on us. The tour was two full hours plus. We saw a lot of interesting spots, many I hadn't seen before, and there was a really fun surprise part at the end (I won't give it away). You might think the tour is a little expensive but to us it was worth the money, my mum could see the city up close and it was a lot more fun than just walking around.

This was so much fun! Kurt is a wonderful guide and kept all of us safe and laughing (or groaning) with his bad jokes. I've lived in Oregon for almost 30 years and still learned new things about good old Stumptown.

Made a late call for a tour and got scheduled for the last tour of the day,my grandson and I met up with Jared and after learning the ropes the three of us were off! It was great, we went over the bridges and along the waterfront seeing the sunset,a rock concert and lots of geese! I will do it again next time do the historical tour so I can pick Jareds brain and learn more of Portland.
Much fun!

Had an absolutely wonderful time with three out-of-state friends and Minerva as our tour guide. She was fully engaged with our group, friendly, energetic and enthusiastic. Have already recommended Portland by Segway and Minerva to friends and relatives. Great for locals and out-of-towners.

Had a great time with our first experience on Segways. Jared was funny and informative but took the appropriate time to make sure newbies could control the Segway, and then we were off. Saw a good amount of the city and had a great time. Will be doing this again. Too bad every city doesn't have a Jared.

My Husband and I are 60 years old and had never ridden Segways before... took only 5 mins to get the hang of it. We had a blast.
Our Tour Guide Kerissa was fun and knew a lot of History for the area's we toured.
We would recommend this to anyone who can stand up.

My gf and I walked in without an appointment and got a fantastic tour. Neither of us had ridden Segways before. She is from China and she had never seen or heard of a Segway. I had not clued her in and she was wearing a dress. Her eyes got big and she was like "what's my boyfriend getting me into?" but she took to it like a duck to water, as did all the other beginners in our group. Gf was big smiles all the way! Me too. We had a great time seeing six miles of choice downtown and riverfront Portland. We had an excellent time!
Colin Vignoul
This was my 2nd time riding a segway, and our tour guide, Kurt, was very upbeat and energetic (and funny!). It was definitely worth it for the 2 hour tour, as it is longer and you get a better feel for the segway in that time. We had a blast!
Bonifacio Zamaripa
Minerva was the best tour guide.Overall, the experience was awesome and educational on Portlands history.
Kevin Moore
I was hestitant to play tourist in my own city but this was well worth it. Minerva served up great attitude, helpful training and an excellent tour! An excellent activity for out-of-town guests and locals alike.

Kurt took us on an amazing tour through the downtown area, across bridges and everything and is very knowledgeable of the area presently and historically. Thank you Kurt!
