Super easy way to get to Boston Logan Airport from Portland ME. Cost a total of $35 bucks. Free wifi. Free movie. Had booked a 1230 ticket but they let me get on the 1130 no problem. Will definitely use this service again next summer!

The drivers and service are outstanding! Four stars due to the losers that use the parking lot and ding and scratch your car like every parking lot. Save yourself some trouble and don't park here. Uber or taxi to the station and have piece of mind from the thoughtless masses.

What can I say...this bus company is awesome! Not only does it run on schedule, but the fare is not bad at all. The other thing that makes this bus company great is that they run numerous times to Boston's Logan and back. Not only that, but they will drop you off and pick you up in front of your termital. Furthermore, you don't have to have a ticket on you to get on...you can pay later when you arrive at the bus terminal. Oh, I almost forgot, they also provide you with water and light snacks on the bus. Tip: Buying a round trip ticket will save you money.

Was able to purchase a round-trip bus ticket from Portland to Logan airport. Arriving back to the states from international travel Concord coach scanned the wrong date for my ticket. The bus driver was kind …he allowed me to board Concord coach anyway. He held on to my Maine state ID and said he would take care of it when we arrived in Portland…with no worries. After a long trip home, I was so happy to know that I was not going to have to worry. They took care of me. I appreciate the bus driver, he was fantastic negotiating through Boston rush-hour traffic amazing job.

I traveled back and forth from Portland to Logan with the coach and it was so easy! The buses are clean and the staff is very professional. We arrived on time and pick up was also very timely. You can use your passes up to one year from purchase, which is great if you have to cancel a trip last minute like I did. I also messed up one of my tickets and the woman at the front desk was super helpful in correcting the error and getting me where I needed to be.

I personally have not been a passenger but my wife has. When flying cross country out of PMW you are pretty much guaranteed a minimum of 1 stop. She hates stops. So we/she decided to give Concord a try. It's a 2 hour(ish) trip from Portland to Logan airport. It leaves every hour. She is now hooked, no more flying out of Portland. Bus to Boston, grab the flight and go non-stop to most places. If she is happy then I am happy.

Always a pleasure to ride the bus. Comfy seats, friendly drivers, nice ride down the way to your destination. The Portland hub is sometimes busy, but convenient. If you're going to Portland Jetport this is the stop you get off at and Uber's or a taxi are nearby. Nice vending machines and big bathrooms are plus! Stand outside on a nice sunny day before you board.

I am torn between a 4 and a 5. My regular Weds morning 545 am driver from South Station to Portland is a Rock Star. Great driver, super friendly, clean bus, departs and arrives every week on time. Not as fond of some of the other drivers, esp the ones who repeatedly forget to play the movie and allow rude passengers to chatter away on their cell phones and drink alcohol. I ride round trip from Boston to Portland and back to South Station every Weds day before 2pm. If those drivers could just remember the movies and to make sure to say the announcements it would be a 5 star!

I've always had nothing but amazing experiences with Concord Coach, from the drivers to the staff at the Portland Station to the customer service staff! Once, when I missed my bus in New York City due to a wheel on my VERY heavy bag melting in the heat while I was walking across town, the driver of the next bus coordinated with my driver to make sure I got home safely.

It's a transit center, buses, trains, etc. Some vending machines with basic snacks and drinks. No coffee, that was a disappointment. I had to have a Monster java energy drink, with who knows what kind of stimulants. But plenty of seats while you wait for your transit.

Wow. 30 minutes late. Can't send an email or text to notify, not just that its running late, but that there are no seats available despite purchasing tickets for this specific date and time. Oh wait, no more busses. Have to spend more money on a hotel now due to your complete inability to sell tickets and seats at a 1:1 ratio. Why make a reservation at all? Let's go back to putting coins in the apparatus on a first come first serve basis. Love this bus line, too. Feel much worse for the family with small children that got left on the sidewalk. Sorry family...

I love the bus. If you really want to be freaked out and are from an actual large city, take the CCL. They're just really, really nice. Like, unnecessarily and given that they have to drive a bus into boston, kind of unreasonably nice. This bus is also the ACTUAL best way to get to an international airport -- don't bother going PWM to NYC, just take this bus 2 hours directly to the logan terminal and fly from there. Works every time. Just remember to buy a round-trip and stash the return somewhere so you can get home without waiting to pay once you get to Portland.

These folks always do a good job of moving you up and down the coast. I don't know how they manage to keep their schedule despite heavy traffic in Boston but they always manage. Quiet smooth efficient service saving you the drive into the big city at a reasonable price.

This is a fabulous, carefree way to travel in Massachusetts/ Maine. We landed in Boston and took this bus line to Rockland Maine to catch the ferry. The drivers were professional, friendly and safe drivers. There are several stops along the route to choose from. We will definitely utilize this service again when we're in town.

Concord Coach provides an excellent, essential service for Maine and NH. Reliable buses, friendly drivers, frequent service between Portland and Boston South Station/Logan Airport. I live near Portland and use it whenever I go down to Boston, it is much more frequent than the Downeaster and the flexibility of being able to use your ticket on any bus vs. having a rigid reservation with Amtrak. They have a “secret” same day round trip discount too - $36 between Portland and Boston. You can’t buy it online, you have to buy it at the counter on the day you want to use it. Great deal. As for the Portland terminal (Portland Transportation Center), parking is plentiful. Interior is dated, but it’s a bus station. Clean restrooms, free WiFi, and the staff at the Concord Coach counter are always helpful. The Amtrak Downeaster station is located here as well, the ticket staff there are great as well.

Staff is really nice. The place is pretty clean despite how much foot traffic it gets. My only major complaint which isn't the fault of Concord Coach is the parking. Despite having their own parking area Portland makes you pay. It cost me $75 for my car to sit in an open parking area for 2 weeks. I now make sure I get a ride if I know I'll be gone for any length of time. The bus drivers are nice and the buses are always clean. I've been using the bus line for the last 5 yrs and I've never been disappointed.

I've used the Concord Coach Line a few times between Logan Airport and Portland, ME. It has been a good experience every time. Buying a ticket on line is easy, the buses leave and arrive on time, the drivers are pleasant and drive in a responsible manner and never seem rushed or angered by traffic. A bottle of water and pretzels are included in the ticket price and there is wifi on the bus. I like that the bus has seat belts and a restroom. Buses are comfortable, clean, and modern.

The employees are great. I once left a laptop on the bus and I got it back! I needed a jump start at the parking lot and they assisted me and got me on my way. The afternoon 3:15 pm Northbound bus from Portland to Bangor is frequently late. It can be as much as a one hour late departure. I have called the desk in advance and they will let you know. My biggest complaint is that they have added a stop in Auburn which increases the ride time by about 10 minutes if one is heading North or South between Portland and Bangor. The sad thing is that usually only one person gets on or off. I liked it better without the stop in Auburn. For going to Boston it can't be beat. If one misses a bus, then there will another one leaving in an hour. Concord Coach is very professional over all. I would definitely recommend their service.

Great experience. Free pretzels and water were great, too. Discount for college students taking round trips came in handy. The coupon code is on their website. This bus-line is filled with very helpful and nice people. I am super excited about what a great bus line this had been. I couldnt even believe how their advertised times are spot on schedule. I got nervous and called to make sure i was in the right place, and the agent on the phone knew all the answers to my questions. Comfy bus seats, a couple of in-bus radio stations and a traveling movie to watch as well. The parking in their secured parking lot is reasonable too. I will definitely be using this transit line again.

Faster and cheaper than AmTrak between Portland and Boston . . . also superior if one needs to connect with NECorridor (because bus terminal is at South Station and DownEaster necessitates a change to/from North Station). At least going from Boston to Portland, Maine, or back, it's fantastic. It costs less than the gas in my Jeep would cost, it usually does it in less time, somehow. They also usually show a movie and may have a little snack. Free headphones are usually available (although they're pretty terrible, recommend bringing your own wired set. But, what do you expect for free). And it's usually pretty comfortable. Best way to travel between these cities, if you ask me. That said, I haven't done the train yet.

Great way to travel between citys. Seats are comfortable. Bus is quite due to the rules. Finding the location at Logan's Airport was confusing. Follow the transportation signs and then the Logan Express signs. Concord picks up their passages near the Logan Express Bus Stop area. Concord buses are clearly marked Concord. Concord is first come first serve. From the airport we did not pay, but our driver license were picked up by the bus driver. As soon as we got to the drop off location and paid for our ticket inside the bus station we were then given our license back.

If you fly in and out of Logan, headed to Maine, you need to use this bus line. It's efficient, on time and hassle-free. Drivers are friendly and experienced, drinks and a light snack are provided at no cost, and don't have to fight Boston traffic. Sure, when you ride the bus there are other members of the public, but the Portland to Boston Bus is, by far, the easiest way to Logan or So. Station. Parking at $5 a day. Comfortable seats, and good wifi give you a choice, nap, watch a movie, or use your laptop for mobile office. Cell phone conversations are discouraged. Leave the stress and road rage to others,-- ride worry free. Concord beats the train not in roominess, but with many trips a day. You must be prompt, they run a tight ship and leave riders in the terminal, if you are late.

I love Concord Coach Lines! The buses always leave on the scheduled departure time and typically arrive on time, if not a few minutes early. The buses go direct to Boston South Station or straight to Ligan Airport from Portland, Maine. There are free snacks and water (from Portland), free WiFi on board as well as a movie or tv program... they could vary the programs more for us frequent travelers though! The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. I have had particularly great experiences with Sammy and Adrian. Thanks for your help and the continued great rides... until next time!

clean buses and timely travel, I was going to book a Greyhound bus but when I read some of the reviews on the Greyhound bus website they were not good at all. One of the reviewers said I would be better off taking a Concord bus or the Downeaster train if I was going to Maine. I have traveled with Concord 4 times and the only complaint I can say about them is they need to find a more efficient way of lining people up and to wait for the bus. As it stands now if you want to be sure to get a seat on the bus you purchased a ticket for you have to stand up in a line for an hour or more. If you don't get in line early enough you will have to wait for the next bus or another bus to be sent. Even purchasing a ticket online weeks in advance for that date and time will not promise you a seat on that bus if you don't get there early and stand in line. The bus lines are sometimes not marked correctly or they will come out and change where you need to stand and its a big to do. There has got to be a better way to do this. Other than that it was a pleasant trip, I would recommend them.

I was really impressed by concord. I've travelled all around the country by bus. Concord has Greyhound beat hands down. They are super convenient because they have a bus running from Portland to Boston every hour or so to both South Station and the airport. As much as bus travel can be unpleasant, I felt Concord tried to make it as painless as possible.

Don't bother reserving a ticket ahead of time. Seats are first come first serve basis. For those taking an early bus to Logan, you better get there early and get in line. This company is also known for canceling due to not so bad weather, make sure you call way ahead of time and a few hours before departure.

Hands down one of the most economical ways to travel between Boston & Portland round trip. Bus drivers and staff are friendly, helpful, and have a great sense of humor. You can get a ticket to ride concord coach lines via mega bus for cheap if you order in advance, alegedly have to ride the bus for the specific time that that you bought the ticket for (if you buy through concord coach: ticket is good either direction, any time, for 1 year from purchase)

Concord is definitely a better option when leaving Bangor than Greyhound. It is very convenient to get dropped off at your terminal at Logan. The wifi is fast enough to stream Netflix. The driver will have multiple movies to choose from. The interior of the bus I was on could have used a thorough detail though.

Living in the city comes with many perks; that includes easy transportation fpr those trips you do not want to drive. My partner and I enjoy going down to Boston for various events and games so Concord has become our transportation of choice. Affordable and reliable are their two best qualities fpr those occasional trips. If you are a frequent traveler there after a few discount programs you can enquire about. Only downside is their bathrooms could use a little more living throughout the day in order to keep up with the number of patrons that come and go all day.

Buses seem to be on time every time. Front desk staff could be a little more friendly. Terminal is well air-conditioned. There are lots of taxis outside the terminal. They give you free water and prezels when you get on a bus.

I had a NIGHTMARE of a ride on Dec. 20, 2018. Idiotic drunk guy next to me on a completely full bus. He seemed to think it was everyone's problem that he didn't bring headphones, so tried to play his music without them. The driver, Les, told him he couldn't do that, even gave him a set of earbuds. Then He chose to "rap" and "dance" vigorously in his seat - elbowing me repeatedly. Nothing but a Grade A Douche. The driver spoke to him 2 more times even threatening to put him off the bus if he didn't behave better. Dude had to be over 50, but thought he was some cool hipster. Pretty pathetic actually. Anyway, Les approached me to see if I was okay as I disembarked. He insisted to Sammy the Mod that I needed to receive an "Oops Pass" for all the trouble. They happily comped my return ticket to Logan. I didn't have much choice, but wish I had chosen a different seat. But honestly, I never expected an adult on a bus to behave so badly. Where's Larry David when you need him? Thanks Concord Coach for looking out for me. Although I wish he had been denied boarding from the start.

This place is great. They have busses and Amtrac. The terminal is clean. They have snack machines and are a 5 minute walk to a local sandwich/pizza shop which also carries wine and a good selection of beer. The Concord Coach staff is knowledgeable about the transit system and very helpful. They know where they service, if busses are running late and about the other stations. It's extremely helpful when you're planning your trip. I also don't carry a converter to charge my phone so one of the attendants lent me one.

If you want to know what makes America great, it is companies like Concord. Lets get this straight for anyone who says there is nothing new and it is hard to make money. Concord looked at the transportation market between Portland and NYC and saw what no one else saw the need for a semi executive bus point to point Portland to NYC. Right it a clean spacious bus, with full snacks, coffee, cold drinks, wifi, and more for 69 dollars each way. You can get from Boston to NYC on amtrack Portland to Bostom but no service connects the two until now except for Greyhound and if you have ever used Greyhound you would agree that is not an option. They run two buses a day and thank God do not use Port Authority a real hell hole of a place.
