Our trip to Italy in May was perfect. Our travel agent, Trina Jackson, was spot on with EVERYTHING we wanted to experience. From air travel, in-country travel, top-tier accommodations, tours & guide services, and so much more, Trina came through magnificently! It's obvious that she is an expert on travel to this Country. On a 12 day trip, which covered Rome, Florence, Santa Margherita(Portofino area), & Milan, where everything goes exactly as planned, there was a little luck involved. HOWEVER, without Trina's expert guidance, there is no way this could have been so smooth. If you are planning to travel to Italy, Trina is #1.

GOAL: take my 19 yr. old son to Italy to experience the car factories, drive a Lamborghini and cultural tours. With a short window of time , two months, to design this trip between his spring semester of college ending and summer school starting I was introduced to an Italy expert- Heather Hanssen - who was brave enough to take on this challenge and pulled it off perfectly!! Heather was a great listener of what we wanted to do and offered suggestions to improve our experience as my son and I are "rookies" in travel. Every detail was talked about from departures times, hotel locations, transportation connects, rail tickets/times between cities, and set tours with free time as well. Even a simple detail like my son's passport, he's 19, needed to be upgraded from a minor to an adult passport was NOT overlooked by Heather. Her personal knowledge of the cities we visited: Rome, Florence, Bologna, and Venice made our excursion choices more clear to having an "experience" in Italy vs. a rushed trip. Our travels from San Diego to Italy, Mom and son, will be cherished forever! Thank you Heather Hanssen for assisting us in designing our trip to Italy. You are a pleasure to work with and attention to detail is superb!

Diana Miller was perfect in handling all the arrangements for taking my wife and I to Italy, especially considering my wife had never traveled outside the USA. Diana was able to book the airline of our choice along with getting us a hotel package that allowed us to stay in Amsterdam a touch longer than we had originally planned. I've enjoyed Diana's assistance and help so much I suggested to my daughter that she contact Diana to help her make arrangements for a trip to Hawaii this fall. CL Azumano Travel and their agents, I believe, are the perfect fit for those of us who don't want to deal with the airlines in scheduling our travels, wherever they may take us.

The total agenda, scheduling, and service for our recent 5 week trip to Africa managed by Ci Azumano Travel and their African associates at Swain Destination was beyond my greatest expectations. Every location was spectacular. All the travel arrangements and custom private experiences were absolutely perfect. The safari and city guides were not only extremely knowledgeable, but were so pleasant that we instantly felt like their personal friends. The overall total service by the staff at Ci Azumano Travel and their associates was exceptional. They are the best I have ever worked with.

I am about to leave for my seventh trip booked with CI Azumano Travel. Believe me, I never would have booked seven times if numbers 1 through 6 had not been highly satisfactory. And "highly satisfactory" is a total understatement. I know that when I book with CI Azumano through Lori Rogers all my travel needs will be met. Lori is always professional and personable. She's fantastically knowledgeable and I could not ask for more in a travel agent. If a problem crops up Lori takes care of it; I never have to worry about something under her control ruining my vacation. You can't ask for better, whether it be a river cruise to Vietnam and Cambodia or a trip to Germany and Austria. My next trip is a river cruise to southeastern Europe, following the Danube from near the Black Sea to Budapest, and I have found that leaving everything in Lori's hands has meant my trip preparations are done and worry-free. CI Azumano Travel did a great job as did our agent Rena Harris. She helped with so many details on our first cruise to Alaska that it took away the stress we were feeling as first cruisers. We had a wonderful time and recommend Azumano and Rena to anyone wanting very personal service and many suggestions from experience. Rena is a cruiser and told us things to do for fun we would have had to learn for ourselves. She also saved us a lot of money in some areas by using her suggestions. It was our 25th anniversary first cruise and a great life long memory! Definitely Five Stars !!

My wife and I worked with Angela to book our two week trip to Italy last June. We wanted to use a travel agency, since this was our first trip to Italy. Angela was great work with - she had our best interests in mind and helped us out with all of arrangements for the flight, train stops and hotels. The only reason this review is not a 5 star is that we did not like our hotel in Rome (last of four cities on our trip). Azumano partnered with another travel agency to book our trip, and the hotel they recommended was not up to par compared to the other 4-5 star hotels we stayed at throughout our trip. Again, Angela was great to work with and was very thoughtful in booking the different parts of the trip. My wife and I recalled how pleased and appreciative we were during the trip on the train that we didn't have to figure any of the times/ticket transfers, etc. as Angela took lead in figuring all of that out for us

I contacted Ci Azumano travel when I wanted to plan a trip for myself to celebrate my 40th birthday. I knew I wanted to go to Costa Rica and see as much of the country as I could in one week. Gina Crosby was my travel agent and after telling her what I was looking for she sent me several different options that fit my wants and needs. Gina was very helpful, very knowledgeable and always got back to me in a quick manner. She made adjustments as I needed to make the trip exactly what I wanted. The trip was perfect! We stayed for 3 days in the rainforest at Arenal Monoa in La Fortuna and booked horseback riding to a waterfall as well as a hike through old lava flow followed by a wonderful afternoon at the hot springs. We then had a private transfer to the beach for 4 days at a beautiful modern all inclusive, the RIU palace. Here we enjoyed the beach, pool and activities, took a tour to a local town for a shopping excursion and walked down to the Monkey Bar and fed the cute monkeys hanging out in the trees. The trip was amazing and perfect in. Every way and I will use them again and recommend them as a travel agency!

Our most recent trip was a combination of five days at Disney World followed by a 7-day cruise on the Disney Fantasy. The room she booked at the Grand Foridian had a beautiful view, was private with our own balcony and easily accessible to the Food Court and restaurants. On our Caribbean cruise, she booked our room adjacent to the elevators, and located where we could see all the ports as we pulled in. We've always had a wonderful experience with Jenny. Kathy Doxey at CI Azumano Travel worked tirelessly with my wife and me for hours, trying one alternative and then another to meet our wishes for an affordable vacation in a warmer climate in early March. She booked us on an all-inclusive trip (first one we have taken, probably not the last) to Jewel Paradise Cove in Ocho Rios, Jamaica for five days (plus two days traveling). We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, especially the stay at the Paradise Cove resort. The staff there was especially friendly, clean, professional, and all smiles. There were three swimming pools, each with a swim-up bar (didn't have to swim, the water was only waist deep), and the one where we hung out mostly had a grill for making sandwiches and other delights for lunch. It was like living in an Open Bar environment 16 hours a day. If we were lying around the pool in a chaise lounge and hadn't been to the bar in an hour, a waiter would come by and ask if he could bring us anything. We never went off the property during our entire stay. Nightly there were shows; our favorite was a steel orchestra ... fantastic. Ed Sullivan would have loved to host them. Lest I forget, the food was great also, with several choices of restaurants in the resort. Thank you, Kathy and CI Azumano Travel.
