Sears vacations has saved my family and friends a lot of money! My friend used them while doing a Spain/France trip. She booked a lovely hotel in Marseille, France and it was walking distance to the beach and everything. Most recently, my family and I went to Maui, Hawaii and it was just beautiful. I also plan on using them to book my honeymoon next year!! I'd also like to mention that their customer service is fantastic and very helpful when you're trying to compare pricing.

We have been members for many years and have used Seats Travel for many vacation trips to Mexico. They use the Mayan Resort for most resort stays in Mexico. Great resort, family friendly, safe for guest. The accommodations have always been great. One of my issues that I have experienced was that when we joined all of the prices for over night stays at hotel room always included the total price listed on the web site. Seats Travel later changed and the price of the room did not include the room and sales tax, which increased our room rate. Another issue, we purchase a package through their promotion desk. The package cost $600.00 for two one week stays, the package included an upgrade to rooms at the Grand Mayan. We have two years to use the package, one years to book and up to two years to use. The certificate expired after one year, Seats never notified us the the certificate was expiring. We lost the package we had purchased, several attempts made to work things out, but no satisfaction. Seats does not have a complaint department to resolve your issues, the travel agent is about as far as you can get.

I had a great and almost seamless experience booking my free Mexico trip. The resort was fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I wouldn't be extremely likely to recommend Sears Travel to a friend is that the destination options and available times leave much to be desired. I wish there was more variety and better options for all-inclusive packages.

I attended the presentation and I have been going on vacations with them frequently. if your a frequent flyer I definitely recommend. they have quarterly specials that are better than Groupon or other sites. 4 years and satisfied

I have had a positive experience so far with sears direct access I had reschedule a trip due to the ziki virus since I am expecting and although I was utilizing my free vacation they did not give me any trouble they could have said sorry that's your loss but the accommodated me and allowed me to reschedule . Adrian the customer service rep was great and the manager Robert was great too thank you guys. I will write another review after my trip to Mexico I cant wait it looks beautiful and I'm hoping my vacation experience is as good as my customer service experience.

Joined there program Direct Access and I have to say, I'm so happy that I did. The website is so user friendly and the Savings are tremendous. I was looking to book a weekend stay in Baltimore and the customer service department was great. They were able to find me a hotel that was 40% less than what all the retail websites were charging. Also, I have a vacation planned for the summer and I was able to put the vacation on Lay Away.

After I made a negative review I was contacted by a Manager named Simone that was very helpful and apologetic. For that reason alone I removed it. But I will say it should have never taken that for me to receive the help that I needed especially a month later. Regardless I did have a good experience with this company beforehand with the cruise department. My advice is to research the best deal for you and if Sears Vaca is that then go for it but know there will be restrictions, extra fees, and fine print so READ before you buy or BOOK anything. Just be mindful but if something does occur demand a manager and they will assist you.

The sales person was great. To be honest the resort properties on the sale section are 3 star rated and to not have great ratings on trip adviser. Even the place we are staying in mexico, does not have good ratings and the beach at this property has terrible ratings. I am not a fan of pools. But it was free, so I guest I can't really complain. You do give discounts on hotels and cruises.

The service is great and the Savings are amazing. The website is so easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. I love their Great Getaways and Quaterly Specials. I went to the Poconos for only $99 for the whole week. I'm so happy that I joined Direct Access.

This is best in Pricing, Quarterly Specials, Availability, Customer Support. Pricing: Mostly the prices shown in the website are less than the prices shown on that respective hotels/ resorts websites. Quarterly Specials: Every quarter you get very good discounts on the travel/resort/hotels Availability: Atleast i didnt face the challenge of block-out dates. Whenever i need on some dates, i have the availability of the resorts. Customer Support: This is really great. They hear to you, guide you, provide suggestions with good knowledge/respect/concern.

As promised my wife and I had a beautiful vacation April 2017 fully paid for by Sears Vacation for 7 days at the Grand Mayan in Mexico. We used it to stay at a hotel in Washington D.c. and saved so much money pernight. So we are taking advantage of a deal to go back to Mexico in 2019 for $600 for 8 days at another beautiful resort. Thank you so much Sears Travel. I would recommend anyone to sign up and take advantage of the deals! As far as customer service Ellen Hones was amazing!

I talked to Direct Access employee Natalia regarding a recurring message that I needed to update my payment card information. This had been done by myself on the website several weeks prior and verified by another employee (do not have his name with me) after I received the second notice. Natalia dug deeper and found the problem and took care of it. We spent some time on the phone and she apologized for the lengthy process It took to rectify the problem. I appreciated that she did not put a bandaid on the problem but kept working at it until it was solved.

Signed up for a free account to access the insider pricing in the hotel search. I'm located in Costa Rica, and was surprised to see that there were so many hotels on offer in San Jose with really significant price differences from other third party booking sites. The best deal was $39 cheaper per night then what I could find anywhere else at a fantastic business hotel. Not bad savings for the ten seconds it takes to sign up for a free account and look through the offerings. Definitely worth having a look at!

I have had Searsvactions for about 7 years. I have booked all my travel through them. I have always told anyone i spoke with about traveling the sears vacations. I was really not happy this year when I went to book my trip. They told me things I have always had on my account that I did not have. I know I did. Last year they changed things but I did not get to take a trip for vacation. So I Listened to their new info and it was a great deal. I was going to spend this much money on the vacation booking so I took this deal and it gets me like 3 vacations. SO I still recommend SearsVacations for my travel needs. I searched my trip for this summer for other sites Searsvactions was still the best deals.

I've been using my membership now for a couple years and have saved a ton of money. We have stayed at resorts in Cancun, Tahoe, and Hawaii all for a fraction of what it should cost. We spent seven days at the nicest resort we've ever seen in cancun and paid $49. Seriously, that's all we paid. The other guests there had paid upwards of $4k for the same room we stayed in. So far so good. I plan to use the membership for cruising this year.

We travel about 2 - 3 times a year and so far , I have yet to find any other web site that come in cheaper than these guys.. I wish the website was a little more user friendly like expedia, but i can honestly say that for a couple that travels as much as we do, i am very happy we picked this package over any time share or other "vacation" package offered. They even beat the deals on any other web site.. plus the free cruise we got from them is an awesome perk! I was even able to book a get away for my friends using some of my points, and they said it was the BEST hotel they ever stayed in.

Sears Travel has been good with the locations we find for the resort stays. It takes a lot of effort to find locations, the website is slow and could use a lot of improvements. Also, one-night hotel rates aren't really any better than using Expedia or other types of websites.

Update: Thanks Sears Vacation Customer Service and Nicole for helping us resolve our issue. We really appreciate it! Not worth it! I looked into a place we want to stay at, however, it will take 4-5 years for us to see any savings and it's not worth the wait. Customer service tried to help and convince us to change the way we vacation but that's just too stressful for me and the places don't have good reviews. Vacations are quite limited and they don't include the flights so by the time you buy airline tickets, it's not worth it. I want a full refund and hope Sears will do something about it. I've been in contact with them since beginning January. We signed up at the end of December.

I lost my vacation cash worth 1500 from my 3 referrals together with my daughter that's 3000 and my friend total of 4500 that could have been payment for airline ticket and several travel to book. Whether it be select access direct access or RCI what difference does it make when we should avail what we have worked for and end up getting nothing. This is the end of my loyalty points and still have savings credit. I love travelling and exploring but maybe its about time I just save my money for a trip rather than doing extra effort and I get stress and disappointment. Least I thought of negativity, This was my second time got ripped of but still this wont stop me going to places in my bucket list. The only difference now having 11 people boarded with me and seems like I referred the wrong package. I could have added more people wit your offers since I am now in US with relatives and common acquaintance to travel with me but sorry, don't want to promise them anymore with false and fraudulent promotions.

Hours of operation are too limited for us. We were originally told there was 24/7 service, we were disappointed to find out that 7pm was the latest, although 10pm seems to be current. Due to our work work schedules, up to midnight would be preferable. Using the certificates on a cruise is a worthless endeavor. You can use them, but the savings isn't that great. They can't be used in conjunction with points. And, they have a limited lifetime. As to points, not all of them can be used at once. Not sure why, since I can use them all in a year. But the savings is decent.

its an expensive start but we finally did get to use it with one of our certificates and it was a nice resort. now that its paid for i hope to use it enough to make it the good buy we believed it would be. however i wish some of the discounts available were also for things like on property disney resorts although i realize that isnt available due to disneys choice. and i also wish some of the discounts applied to airfare and things that arent covered, but its ok. i have a sears travel representative that is amazing and i want to give her a kudos maureen gill went through the painstaking process of many calls from me trying to narrow down the resort and the days and the hotel for after the resort days, she put in a lot of work to make sure our experience was good. she is a fantastic employee.

I had a rather pleasant experience with sears vacations direct access program. I have a pretty large family of 6, and most times vacations are expensive. While we didn't get to use all of the certificates, those that we did definitely superceded the cost of the program, so we saved a ton. They were also understanding/supportive when we had financial diffuculties and couldnt pay on time. I only hate I didnt get to renew for the $19 rate, and that the customer service waits are often lengthy. However as soon as I save the down payment again, I will definitely sign up again.

I think the main problem people have is that they don’t listen to details, you need to be at least 25 years of age, and if your married bring your spouse , you cannot get around govt. taxes even if you win the lottery. I only paid 49$ in taxes after a week stay in Cancun w/o the free resort stay would’ve cost 3000$ more smh people just don’t listen to instructions, if can’t afford membership don’t get it, simple!

Sears Vacation Is a great deal. Its a simple concept.....give them 90 minutes of your time, your honest feedback and in exchange we got a FREE vacation and $250 in Travel Savings Credit. We attended the open house and it was exactly what we expected. When we spoke to Annavelle she told us that Sears Vacation was a vacation club for people who like to save money and we do like to save money, so we went. Everything she said was a fact...Of course they asked us to become members and we did only because its a great program. We booked a vacation last week and used our Travel Saving Credits. The vacation was on line with Travelosty for $1800 and with Sears Vacations it totaled $1,300 and we still where able to deduct another $150.00 from the Travel Savings Credit. Its a great value if you like to travel. If you like to travel and REALLY will travel go to the Open House...ask for Annavelle by name and let her set up a time for you to attend, she was great to us and I am sure she will treat you goof to. Safe Travels !

The website was very easy to navigate. Most websites like Expedia tend to be confusing and hard to follow along. Also sears vacations had no pop up adds. My trip was to Washington DC. When I had some troubles with booking the right room I called up and they were very helpful. A few years back I used Expedia for a similar trip and the experience was not a good at sears vacations. I definitely recommend sears vacation next time you book your trip.

I have been using Sears travel for Williamsburg, VA. Las Vegas, Orlando and I will say that the Westgate resorts are good. But I will say that TAN resorts are better in terms of size and they are very comfortable. Westgate Flamingo in las Vegas is ok. Some vacation clubs are better than others in certain places. But the prices of Sears travel are unbeatable.
