Just went to one of their presentations. Adam was very clear in explaining the packages. They have very good deals for future vacations. These deals make sense if you have a lot of $$ to put towards your next 12 or 30 vacation weeks. We declined at this time but may consider it in the future. They offer monthly payment plans if you have room in your budget. There are maintenance fees to plan for. We did receive our free vacation voucher without high pressure sales. Everyone was friendly.

I am so glad that I answered the phone when Sundance called to invite me into their King of Prussia office. I had no idea what to expect, but my anxiety was relieved immediately by the warm smile from the front desk receptionist. Amanda did an outstanding presentation about the company, and I was totally impressed with her level of professionalism and wit. Then the others at the office, ShaNay and Danny, helped me by listening to my vacation needs. Everyone was nice from the person who called me, to the person at the front desk, the presenter, her manager, and the “closer.” This is not a timeshare, though it has similar qualities. We could personally not benefit from using their services, however I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to travel for a week’s vacation at a time, especially for multiple weeks a year. The benefit to this program is that your contract is only for a certain number of vacations and you can use those vacations as quickly as you would like, which would obviously reduce the yearly fee that you have to pay. Again, it wasn’t a fit for us because we do not travel that frequently. We did not feel that they were pushy or rude like many people have claimed in other reviews. I would recommend this business if you or someone who is looking to travel frequently at a reduced cost.

Got everything promised though. Gas card is a process u need to do with receipt and paper just 2 get a $20 check in the mail.

I did not have high hopes when I was called in to Sundance - for a "presentation" and being promised some awesome "Gift" just for doing so. But I went anyway, though friends warned me it was just a time share or a scam. But I am so glad I did not listen to them. Every one was so very nice. and the presentation was interesting and intriguing. After the presentation , when I saw the places I could stay through Sundance are the exact same places I stay retail I knew I had to buy because I would just be saving money by booking through them. So I left with my gift and a package. It is great to know that even if I move to Spain when I retire, this package will still be relevant , because they have properties world wide.

The agents were very friendly and not pushy. They were very informative and the packages made sense......however it’s a commitment that you can’t get out of......I asked the manager what would happen if I couldn’t take the trips and had to cancel and he told me I couldn’t cancel.....so basically you pay this monthly amount without any guarantee you would be able to go on these vacations an you owe them no matter what....it’s not a travel agency like I thought.......I gave the 4 stars because their sales pitch was good

I was looking to get away somewhere nice and I walked into Sundance in King if Prussia to see what they had to offer. From the time I walked in their manager Danny was very helpful and friendly. So I stayed for a presentation and I was very impressed. They weren’t pushy and Danny was very knowledgeable about their packages that they had to offer. Willing and behold they sold me on a trip that I was very happy about taking the next month. I highly recommend Sundance of KOP . And my trip was Awesome!!!

I went in for a presentation knowing ahead of time that I would not be purchasing a vacation package but the free vacation offer and gift for listening to their pitch enticed me. The presentation was comprehensive (Cassie was great) and afterwards when they went through their sales pitch they understood when I said I wasn't interested in making a purchase. There was a bit of salesperson behavior trying to get me to reconsider but overall nothing beyond what I expected. I left with both the free vacation package and gift at the end. Really did take only about an hour including presentation and sales pitch.

Not a time share. The manager and presenter were very clear and upfront about everything. Obviously it’s their job to create and incentivize making a decision while we were there, but we were not able to commit to anything, and they respected our decision. Definitely recommend hearing them out and seeing their unique and smart price model!

My wife filled out a chance to win a vehicle at the Cherry Hill mall a few weeks ago. We received a phone call not to long after saying that we have been selected for a week long resort stay and two tickets to a sporting event or concert of our choice and that all we had to do was go to their King Of Prussia location to learn about Sundance Vacations and the travel services that they provide. We were told that the trip and tickets were simply a “thank you” for our time and that we were under no obligation to purchase anything. My initial thought was that there was no way that this could be real. After doing some research I found that not only was it real but that the trip and tickets work exactly as they said they do. So we made the appointment for a Thursday night around 7 O’clock I believe. Within the first 5 mins after arriving my worries were immediately relieved. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly & hospitable. She offered us WaWa coffee, water and cookies upon check in. Then the gentleman who was responsible for presenting the information to us introduced himself and answered any questions we had. We entered the presentation room along with other families that were present for that time slot and got started on the presentation. We felt completely cared for and appreciated. They genuinely valued our time and were grateful the whole way through that we came to learn about them. They offer unbelievable vacation packages all over the world. The travel information was great and if we were not fulltime caretakers of my mother in-law we most likely would have taken advantage of one of their vacation package offers. Hopefully they will call us back in the next few years when timing will most likely be better for us. We are very grateful for the trip and tickets that they gave us for attending and hopefully can find a relative to take care of mom so that we can get away on this trip. We sure could use it !! Thank You Sundance and keep up the great work.

I was skeptical coming in, I thought it would be another timeshare presentation. I’ve been to a few timeshare presentations and I must say Sundance really impressed me. Their product is very creative and innovative and I think the whole idea of wholesale travel makes so much sense. The staff there was super friendly and I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever to purchase anything. However, my husband and I did end up taking home a package. We booked our first trip to myrtle beach this summer a few days after. I can’t wait for future trips and memories with my family. Thanks Sundance and all the staff that helped us!

My boyfriend and I went in not knowing what to expect. Had a good visit through and through with a woman name Tracey after we saw the presentation. She wasn't pushy or more worried about making any type of sale. Made things completely affordable for what we were able to make due with payment wise. Walked away happy and completely satisfied with my service. It isn't a scam or anything of that nature. If you end up there because of an advertisement even if you don't make a purchase through them, they still do follow through and you are given the stuff that was offered for free as a part of your promotion. Very educational and knowledge filled staff. They work to make things workable for you. Worth it to go and check it out.

Was expecting the sales pitch to be much worse according to some of the reviews here. Was not bad at all, I was in and out in exactly 1 hour just like I was promised. The deal they're trying to sell is not for everyone. They try to sell a pack of 30 1 week vacations at about 500 a piece when you take into consideration reservation fees for about 244 a month and a 359 yearly fee. Are the locations that they're advertising as luxurious as they say they are? I don't know. I personally don't like to spend a week in one place when I travel so this really didn't fit my situation even though I walked in knowing I will not buy anything that they would be selling me. The sales people were very polite and I didn't consider them pushy. Was actually asked 3 times if everyone was treating me ok which was interesting. I would not consider this a high pressure situation. I walked out with a kindle fire 7 and a 3 day vacation including flights that will cost me about 200 bucks to reserve... not bad for 2 people.

You know, a lot of people trash this place because they're expecting something free. "Oh I won this free vacation but they tried to sell me things!!!" How do you think they're able to give away free vacations? For the person who vacations a lot, it's really not a bad deal. If I was in a better financial position, I'd definitely have gone for it. I said "No, I'm sorry we're not in the market for that yet" maybe 3 times, we were given our free vacation, and sent on our way. Would we purchase the vacation package at some point? Probably, just not now. Reviews on here made it sound like they'd shout at me in a room for an hour and get me in a headlock until I agreed. Wasn't the case. Everyone was respectful and didn't try to strongarm me into a deal.

I used to live in Langhorne, PA, and was visiting family when I signed up at a recent event. To my surprise, I was called in, so I scheduled it for when I'd be in town again. And I'm so glad I did. The presentation was so interesting, and explained everything clearly, so at the end of it all I had no misgivings about investing in this company. There's no time to think it over for a day or two. They said I was getting a tablet and a free weekend no matter and that's what I left with. We just spent 2 weeks at Little Harbor in Ruskin, Florida. The room was great- just big enough for a family of 4. The resort is great- pools, hot tubs, and restaurants on site. My favorite thing, though, is the washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to go home with no laundry to do. The staff at the resort are very attentive and are always there to help you when you need it! I would stay there again!

We joined the Sundance Vacations family in February 2014. Their emphasis on customer satisfaction was a deciding factor. We took our first trip in June! We visited Ocean Pines, MD - just 8 miles from the OCMD beach. The reservation instructions as emailed to us were just as described. Check-in was completed by accessing keys in a lock-box and the code had been emailed to us. We wanted a quick get-away vacation to relax and we got exactly that. We wouldn't have needed to talk to anyone the whole week! Our vacation house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Ocean Pines community has a beach club right at 49th St which provides parking, restrooms, and showers at no cost warranting your property included a parking pass. They also had a small restaurant, cash bar and pool available right there accessible via pool passes which were $8/day per person. We didn't even use the pool - we just wanted a beach vacation and having the restrooms and showers accessible were incredibly convenient! We loved the Ocean Pines neighborhood but most importantly, a successful first trip with Sundance Vacations confirmed our investment in their vacation packages! We left Ocean Pines rejuvenated from our vacation, optimistic and very excited about the next trip we will be able to plan with Sundance Vacations!

I recently purchased a membership to Sundance Vacations after being introduced to the company at a flyers game and attending the info session. I had no real intention to buy but decided to after the presentation. For my specific needs, it has exceeded my expectations. I've been to Las Vegas Idaho and Lake Tahoe. The Tahoe property is somewhat less impressive than the other two but still above average. Tips: Don't accept their first offer. If you need to finance it, it's probably not a good purchase due to high interest rates.

So unlike a lot of these people, i DID NOT sign up as a member. The reality is that all these things are similar. Some are better than others, but at the end, they all come with terms and conditions so if you sign up and then you're surprised....then you're just dumb. We dont have the means or time to sign up for something like this so all they got from me was a hard "no thank you." I will say this...if you get the phone call for a free trip- DO IT! That part is true. And yes they some what pressure you into signing but it is not HIGH PRESSURE like some of these people are saying. I've been to other time share thingies like this and THEY were straight up aggressive and rude. Sundance isn't like that. They WILL bring out different people and try and sell you the membership til you're out the door, but like I said, if someone calls me offering me a free mini vacation and all i gotta do is sit there and be pretty for 45 mins and respond "No thank you" to their questions- then shoot, I'm getting me a free trip! They are just trying to do their job. So if you're on here complaining about the sales tactic and how much of a scam it is- as an adult in this world, you should've known better. SOOO i gave them 5 stars cuz momma got her a free trip AND they threw in a free tablet. So yea. I'm excited.

Have you ever heard of Molokai? Many people usually only think to visit the two famous islands of Hawaii such as Maui or Honolulu, but Molokai is truly a place like no other! Just a hop skip and a jump away from bustling Honolulu, no building is taller than a palm tree and there is such little traffic that there is not one single traffic light on the island! I have been employed with the company several years, however if I had not worked here, I may have never had the bright idea to finally experience this fabulous place. Everyone we met there, was so nice! "Aloha" is not just a word, but it is the local way of life and they don't call Molokai, Hawaii the "Friendly Island" for no reason!

Won a trip through Sundance vacations to universal in Orlando. The hotel they put me and my family at was okay. The hallways were musky smelling and the room was ran down. Also the restuarant and bar in the hotel wasn't stocked with much food and the bar had no alcohol. Other then that it was alright since we were at the parks all day and only went back to sleep.

I recently stayed at Mrytle Beach Resorts in Mrytle Beach, making my reservations through our Sundance Vacations Plan. I took 10 people with me and we found the resort to be immaculate, units were furnished nicely and the kitchen was equipped well if you wanted to fix meals in your condo. Mrytle Beach grounds are welll maintained and beautiful. I booked on the 14th floor to have a view of the beautiful Mrytle Beach. At this resort, you are only minutes from great shopping and wonderful restaurants. I have used Sundance Vacations for booking vacations for a number of year and always come away with a great feeling when I book through Sundance Vacations. On our way home, L had a call from Lisa at the Sundance Vacations check in office telling us their maid had found a billfold in one of our condos, she stated the billfold contained money. Honest people and a honest maid is another reason I will be booking with Sundance Vacations again soon
