I had the privilege of going on a Royal Caribbean cruise with my partner Nick. Our honeymoon was awesome and spectacular. Jeff Bartels was my travel agent and he helped me out immensely because I am a poor planner, at every corner of the vacation I never had to worry. My excursions were beautiful, fun and Jeff knew exactly what was poppin. Thanks to Jeff I was also able to run into Kelsea balarini and it was phenomenal. I would 100% recommend my agent for your vacation :)

We recently went to Jamaica to celebrate our anniversary. Kyle at Enchanted Honeymoons really made the process easy. He was extremely helpful when one of our bags was lost. We were able to enjoy our trip while Kyle worked behind the scenes to try and locate our bags and help extend our vacation. We highly recommend Kyle and will use Enchanted Honeymoons for our future trips.

I have never used a travel agent before, but I booked through Kyle for a friend’s wedding. It was so slick! The only thing I had to do was book my flight and share the information via email, he set up hotel, transit and everything else that I needed. I was meeting someone flying in from another state and he was able to set up transfer for them as well. If you want a relaxing vacation without any of the prep work, this is for you!

Brandi and staff were very responsive, knowledgeable, and worked hard to meet our travel needs. They offer everything from from flights, travel tips, room booking, transportation, insurance, and a 24/7 hotline. Booking was easy, just a few email exchanges about what we wanted and Brandi handled everything including any add-on packages. Paying process was easy too and we felt supported up to and through our trip.

Marissa has been our travel agent the past few years and has been absolutely fabulous. From guiding us through the uncertainty of COVID in 2020, handling our rebooking (and actually getting us into a better resort for less money), us asking a billion questions, suggestions on flights, and being patient as we tried to decide which resorts were the best bang for our buck, she has made traveling internationally so much easier and relaxing. She always checks in on us before, during, and after our trips, and handles any issues that come up. I'm looking forward to having her assist us again when we book for this year.

I absolutely suck at planning things but wanted to plan on going somewhere to celebrate my husband and I’s 1st wedding anniversary/Honeymoon as we haven’t done it yet. From the first meeting all the way through our honeymoon, Enchanted Honeymoons was a pleasure to work with! They were all so attentive and responsive-- I have to give a special shoutout to Krete and Josh. Krete was our agent who helped us book our honeymoon, and while on our honeymoon we were having an issue with an excursion we had booked. Krete was on vacation himself, and took the time out of his trip to help us out with figuring out pickup times. Our flight home was cancelled 24 hours before departure, and although never having worked with Josh prior, he worked through his Saturday evening to help get us home and present us with all our options. Even after we had booked our own flight, he still helped us answer any questions or concerns we had. All in all, fantastic people who work at Enchanted Honeymoons-- you can rest assured knowing that if anything goes wrong, you're in great hands!!

Marissa is amazing! We’ve used her several times and have not been disappointed ever! The best thing (well one of) is that they won’t send you someplace they haven’t been so you know you can trust their opinion! We booked a trip to Cancun/Playa Del Carmen pre-Covid and once travel opened back up, we decided we wanted to change our destination. Marissa was great about getting us pricing for several different resorts and letting us know how it work with the deposit we had put down initially. When I asked about a few different locations (that ended up being out of our price range), She was great about asking if I still wanted pricing on those that were going to be outside of the budget, but let us know where the best ‘bang for our buck’ would actually be within the budget we gave her! No trying to upsell or pressure to go with a more expensive location which was greatly appreciated! We ended up going to Dominican Republic and stayed at Secrets Cap Cana. We were not disappointed- that place is amazing! Marissa even emailed us to see if everything was good and if we needed anything! How great is that?! Will ALWAYS use Enchanted Honeymoons and Marissa! They make deciding on a destination and everything that goes with planning a vacation super easy and smooth. Marissa is the best! I recommended her & Enchanted Honeymoons to my dad a few years ago and he was impressed too. A coworker asked me about my trip and has now booked her vacation with Marissa through Enchanted Honeymoons and is going to the same resort in a couple weeks! Clearly I am a fan of both the company and the travel agent! They won’t steer you wrong !

We just returned from an amazing week at Valentin Imperial Maya (Kem's recommendation) and are working with him for our next vacation! We’ve used Josh with Enchanted for a few trips now and have always had an excellent experience. He booked our JAmaica honeymoon in 2017 and everything was excellent for that trip! Most recently we booked a trip to Mexico and the day we were to leave, our flights were cancelled by the airline and delayed for an entire day. Josh worked after hours and overnight to get us rebooked on a new flight and change our reservation dates with the resort. We were also able to contact them during our trip when there was a couple hiccups at the resort and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue immediately so we could continue enjoying our vacation. We will continue to use Enchanted for all future travel and vacations. 100% would recommend this agency for booking travel!!

My best friend is getting married in Cancún this fall, and the wedding invitation had instructions to contact Enchanted Travel for booking assistance. I emailed Graci on the 10th to start the process and get pricing options, and although she is out on maternity leave right now (congratulations, Graci!) Krete promptly responded to my email, answered all my questions, gave multiple options for hotel and flight accommodations, and walked me through the process of booking my selections and setting up payment. Throughout the process, Krete was a pleasure to work with; he was professional, transparent, and friendly, and he anticipated many of my questions and needs before I even asked. In a total of just 5 business days I went from initial inquiry to fully booked travel itinerary! Top notch communication (both via email and phone), thorough information, and convenient / flexible payment options all made this trip a breeze to plan and book. I will definitely be using Enchanted Travel in the future, and plan to refer their services to anyone looking to make travel arrangements!

We planned our destination wedding in Jan 2016 to Jamaica through Enchanted Honeymoons. Mandi was our travel agent- from the beginning she made the process simple and effortless. She had great recommendations and met with us on multiple occasions to go over different resorts and packages. She was always quick to respond to emails (even when she was on vacation herself). If she couldn't get back to us that same day- someone else from the office would contact us instead. Communication is key when planning a wedding in another country and Mandi truly excels in this area... she kept us informed each time a guest booked and anytime anything changed with the resort or flight. She helped us get our invitations re-printed when the originals were printed incorrectly and helped clarify things with the on-site wedding coordinator when we weren't getting the answers we needed. (both of these issues were nothing to do with Enchanted Honeymoons and I thought Mandi went above and beyond to help us in these instances). I felt very confident in the whole idea of a destination wedding thanks to her and I'm so glad because my husband and I had a truly unforgettable week... in the end I can't imagine getting hitched any other way :) I can't say enough good things about EH and Mandi! We will definitely plan our next big vacation through them. If you are even considering a destination wedding I would recommend contacting her!

Jacki Inman was absolutely terrific to work with and you could tell she put the kind of thought into the trip planning like it was her own trip. Everything from the hotels she chose to the location of the accommodations couldn’t of been better. She also was very quick to respond to any questions and never made us feel like we were bothering her. We also really appreciated the fact that she had the girls come in to talk with her in person and go over the trip details, it alleviated a lot of their concerns. Where to begin, booking the trip went very smooth and Jamaica was wonderful. Here's where Enchanted Travel (Andy) went above and beyond - One person in our party had a medical emergency, we contacted Enchanted Travel and the receptionist took enough information to know it was an emergency and made sure to direct us to a live person immediately. Andy took the call and put us at ease with his instructions, everything worked out. Then we had a 2nd emergency when our flight was canceled and the airline was not helpful, I'm sure they were overwhelmed because of multiple weather related cancellations, again we called Enchanted Travel, (after hours number this time) and Andy again took the call. He found us a way home. We are so thankful for Andy and will book again through Enchanted Travel. PS: Always take the travel insurance!

Enchanted is the best travel agency in town, period. I don't think I have the time or space to explain how much Kem helped my wife and I throughout our honeymoon booking. As with many our honeymoon was delayed and the initial resort kept pushing the date back, and actually just again today when I looked. Kem gave me all the options and was responsive and did everything he could to make sure our honeymoon was amazing.... And it was. Again can't explain everything, just know that you can trust you'll be in great hands with Enchanted. This was my 2nd trip done by them and both have been flawless . This was our first time using Enchanted Honeymoon. My wife and I used them to plan our honeymoon. We met with McKayla Knight. When we arrived, we met with her and she gave us a questionnaire to help guide us to decide on where we wanted to go. She did a great job! We thought about going to Hawaii, but after we talked with McKayla, we decided that, for the money, we wanted to Jamaica instead. Leading up to our trip, McKayla answered our questions and made sure we were kept informed as we approached our honeymoon. McKayla and the entire staff at Enchanted Honeymoon did a great job. She had been there before, so she gave us some tips that ended up paying off. We’d highly recommend using them!

We worked with Brandi to book our trip to Jamaica. We originally found her through Carnival’s list of travel agents. After our good experience with her booking our cruise, we didn’t even think about looking around for another travel agent for our honeymoon. She gave us so many options based on what we were hoping to have at our honeymoon and worked with us to narrow the list down to just a few places. She even had photo albums of personal photos she took while visiting the places she recommended. We stayed at Sandals Ochi in Ocho Rios Jamaica. It was an amazing experience but we definitely prefer cruising to the all-inclusive resort. The variety of restaurants available made it easy for a picky eater like me to enjoy food every night!

My friends and family have booked dozens of trips with Andy and his staff associates at Enchanted Honeymoons, and we love the whole group. Yes, there have been hiccups in our travel, any experienced traveler knows this will happen. Not one of the "hiccups" were the result of the agency, in fact, when anything has occurred, they were the ones to fix it! You won't go wrong booking with this company. We recently went to Jamaica over NYE and booked with Enchanted, one of our group booked through the gnome. When she showed up to a booked resort with her 3 little ones in tow ,the resort had no record of her reservation, neither the gnome or his representative were to be found. She was given a room eventually but had to pay again and work it out with the gnome later. (This why you use an agent!!)
