The Zavala bus station and employees are okay. The 2 ladies that work there are very friendly and very helpful. My only complain about Zavala Bus line, is the bus I'm on . Bus #1140. It's terrible. Dirty and nasty. The outlet under my seat does not work. The bus driver is okay.

Traveled 7 times in these buses. Very good service. Updated, I haven't used them for 5 years but I see that their buses are more modern and bigger, apparently they look spacious and very comfortable, I would recommend them!!!

They serve the purpose of transporting people but the comfort leaves a lot to be desired. I traveled with them to Irving TX and they transported us in a van from Wichita to Oklahoma where they later transferred us to a truck. But on the trip to Oklahoma in the van, the driver was very distracted on the phone in addition to traveling at a high speed. We understand departure times safety comes first. I would travel with them again but I do not recommend it.

The service would be better if they had more hygiene in the bathroom. The bus that left Wichita today July 25th stank of toilets terribly and that makes for a pretty unpleasant trip.

It depends a lot on the truck, I had a trip from Tulsa to Monterey a few days ago, it was horrible, there was no Internet the whole trip and the staff was super rude.

I always travel in this line of trucks, I didn't like it but then I tried another one a little more expensive and it turned out the same so no matter which truck it is there will always be bad smells, they will make 1000 stops to eat, people with no manners, people snoring hahaha for the case everything is the same ..

I like to travel with them, like 3 or 4 times a year. And zavala is my first option, it's comfortable, I like his movies about India Maria that they almost always show and I know them by heart hehe, the bad thing is that after about three hours on the way the whole bus smells like a bathroom, if they could to improve in this aspect, empty it and clean it even if it's halfway there And people should only use it in emergencies because I've seen people use the bathroom while we're standing in places where there is service, my next trip is in a month, and the best thing is I'll only pay one way because they have a special that every three times you travel with them the room is free,
