Our experience planning with Francine and her team was incredible! Francine, Lídia and Cris all worked with us directly to ensure we had everything and more that we had envisioned and asked for our wedding. We got married at Paradisus Cancun In April 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for a better team! Francine and her team did everything from touring venue locations for us to negotiating room block pricing to coordinating all aspects of travel for our guests. This included collecting room payments, booking flights and coordinating guest arrival and departure. The team did an amazing job negotiating our room block (more than once) and got our guests the lowest possible rate for beautiful Reserve category ocean view rooms. Along with those room block prices , the team also negotiated several wedding concessions/add ons that my husband and I were able to benefit from both for the cocktail hour and reception. Working with Francine took away so much stress from planning a destination wedding and really facilitated the process for us and our guests. Thanks for being a huge part of our dream wedding! We would definitely recommend Francine’s Travel to anyone looking to put together an incredible destination wedding. I went on a trip to Israel with Francine's travel in November 2022. There were about 100 people in the group. The organization, scheduled, quality was beyond my expectations. A friend recommended Francine's travel so I booked a trip for my wife and I to Punta Cana. It was our first time out of the U.S. since our honeymoon 30 years ago. I ignored our agent Cris' advice and picked my own hotel. We got eaten by bedbugs the first night. My wife and I were panicked! We didn't have clue what we might do or how we might get back home. Just then we got a call from Francine's Travel to see how we were doing. I told Cris we were bitten and horrified! Cris told us to sit tight and within minutes Francine called us. She directed us on exactly how to check out of our room and exactly what to say. The next thing we knew a van picked us up and took us across the island to a 5-star paradise where Francine's Travel is revered. There, a "Butler" was waiting at the ready for us, and he paid close attention to us making each of our five remaining days fantastic and effortless. When we asked him why he took such special care of us he said, "because Francine would have it no other way". We'd give francine 100 stars if we could... we will only ever travel through her!

I had the most difficult situation of my life, which was getting my mother on board in a situation of terminal cancer, using an oxygen machine.
