Reviews of Lucky Star Bus
We took the bus from Boston to NYC:
+ Bus was nice and fairly clean!
+ Great driving from our bus driver
+ Personal trash bags provided
- No time estimate given during the rest stop - this was a bit stressful
- Windows were dusty so it was hard to take photos out of them!
Bathrooms are always nasty, unsanitary and with evidence of feces and urine dropping down side of toilet in the wait/seating area. The one on the bus was covered with urine all over the floor and that's all I smelt in my feet, the whole way home!
Bus is a little old but everything works and gets you between NYC and Boston with consistently fewer issues and faster than other bus lines. Great if you want to avoid port authority.
I remember when there were 4 Chinese bus companies in Boston, and fares dipped as low as $10 to Manhattan. Now, LS leaves from So.Sta Bus Terminal Gate 24 (far end) for $35. It's still $20 cheaper than the alternatives.
No Stops, but you can grab Chinese takeout near the (Manhattan) Grand MTA stop for $6. when you arrive.
You get what you pay for if you was quiet get the first bus if you get anything after that you have to listen to everybody's conversation cry and talking all of that the bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly
On time, cheap price, clean buses, clean waiting area, WiFi, and safe drivers. Perfect no hassle traveling from NYC to Boston South Station.
I usually don't do reviews, but I had to come on here and say that Lucky Star has a gem in JC the driver. I usual travel with them back and forth to Boston without issue, but this time was the absolute best. He was courteous, kind, pleasant. He made sure people were seated and comfortable. He gave ETA, both in the beginning and when the time changed. What an absolute pleasure. I recommend this company and this driver. Wonderful experience. Two thumbs up for Lucky 🌟!!!
It says free wifi on the bus but I didn't have wifi (I did a round trip, no wifi on both occasions)
Took the Lucky Star bus from NYC to BOS, it was a smooth drive and quick, we got to BOS in 4hrs, which I thought will be longer.
An incredible value.. brings you from the very conveniently located South station to the middle of Chinatown for about $30 best deal around. By the way the shopping and deals in Chinatown is amazing.. you can get everything from sunglasses to watches to colognes at a fraction of the retail price
I've been using them ever since Fung Wah closed down. They've always been fast, relatively clean (every once in awhile you get an older bus) and efficient. I wish they offered more times, but maybe after the pandemic they can pick up business again.
I usually ride at night so we haven't done a rest stop lately, but from what I remember the rest stop is fine. Maybe a BK or a buffet? Can't remember.
Either ways they're great, and super reliable.
my first time travel in this bus and nice and comfortable
Very good! I love taking the early bus because I feel like I get to NYC so fast!
Excellent bus service , the bus is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very helpful ! The price to ride to Boston can't be beat. Also the Lucky is in a great location on canal Street.
Great cheap buss btw Boston and NYC every few hr now but there not that comfortable but they are fast
On time. Dependable. Don't be late if you have an online ticket. The bus won't be there if you arrive past the time on your ticket. Your ticket is good for 24 hours so just pay the service fee to reschedule your ticket for the next bus.
We had Chuck as our driver, he was the best!
Stinking bathroom 🚻 included waiting area in NYC, needs to be renovated & getting more pricey. …
Good buses, nice trip
I am from the west coast. First time riding the Lucky Star Bus RT from Boston to NYC. Purchased tickets online, very easy and convenient. Bus arrived in 4.5 hours at NY Chinatown stop. Bus is clean, airy, on time, good location at a great price. Folks are nice and friendly. Very pleasant round trips!
Nice ride and safe but the driver don't make no break Stop to eat or drink water 💧💦 …
Amazing value. Could get a round trip for as low as $11. Bus was clean, bathroom on the bus was functional, waiting area is indoors at both stops with sufficient restrooms. Plastic trash bags available at every seat. Driver was also super experienced and concerned for passengers; he encouraged one passenger not to get across a dark, wide street to get to another restaurant instead of frequenting the rest stop due to concern for safety.
Separate from the actual bus rides, they have relatively simple processes to get you from point A to point B with tickets. Very reliable timing of the buses.
I appreciate that they always leave on time and the price is always consistent , $30. It’s not Amtrak or fancy in anyway, but they get you to where you need to be without any hassle plus good customer service. I don’t even take any other buses between NYC and Boston anymore. Lucky star is the way to go.
I’ve been riding this bus Boston <-> NYC for about 10 years. It’s my favorite bus. Usually cheap, good schedule, always leaves on time. They enter NYC through Brooklyn/Queens, avoiding upper Manhattan traffic. Lately they have had WiFi and outlets.
We took the bus to Boston on a dreary rainy morning at the start of the holiday season. We expected delays and chaos but none of that happened and our experience was actually quite pleasant. The bus station is small and gets crowded fast but the prompt bus service made sure that people were in and out just as fast. The bus is comfortable and only made one stop. Highly recommended!
the price is very affordable. the bus was very clean, and the driver drove safe. one thing is when it was time to come back from philly, the bust would be late so I had to wait for a later bus because the earlier schedule did not have enough people. regardless of the profit they seek, they should stick with their schedules because it hinders the traveler.
Lucky star has only ever been great for me! Usually not packed so I'm able to stretch out and almost always on time! The longest delay has only ever been 10/15 minutes compared to Greyhound or Megabus where it's been three hours (and for a much better price usually).
Great experience...Easy bus ride. No Covid No worries. Reasonable price
My bus ride from Boston to New York was wonderful paid 25 for it perfect. My bus ride back to Boston is awful the way the bus driver is driving almost everyone is breaking their necks to see what’s he’s doing because of his driving. although I like the new updated buses with an outlet under the seat this bus bathroom was out of order. To top that off the tickets were 50 dollars like really .
I've been using Lucky Star for over 10 years. I'm a loyal traveler! Check their website: occasionally, when you book a weekday trip far enough in advance, you can get $5, or even $1, tickets. This happened to me about 5 times. I love them! Book in advance if you leave on a holiday weekend. Otherwise, you can easily get tickets at the storefront. Highly preferable to Megabus!
Lucky Star is one of the best bus services. Buses operate only between New York City to Boston and Boston to New York. Seats inside the buses are comfortable. The bus frequency is good, one buses an hour from New York to Boston and same from Boston to New York.
Normally the ticket fare is $25, that includes weekends. During the holiday season, it's $30. They accept both card and cash.
The timetable list is posted on the images, do check. The staff is good at the reception. They can speak English well though its located in Chinatown and just beside the Manhattan bridge.
Inside the office, there is a small store to buy eatables like Pringles and other types of chips, usually snacks. Cold drinks like Pepsi, Coke, juice like Tropicana are also available. Not sure if that store accepts a card.
Happy Journey! 😎
Very good trip! The bus was nonstop to Boston which was great. I hope this occurs very often. The driver spoke to the passengers about the trip and also at the end of the trip. Looking foward to travelling with Lucky Star Bus again.
I've only used Lucky Star 3 times but from all my experiences I really can't complain. The service is for a good price, and they are actually very punctual! There's plastic bags to throw out trash by every seat, enough room to place carry ons, a bathroom, and a 15 minute break where they go to an all you can eat buffet style restaurant. I've been pretty satisfied with this bus company
Very smart and professional bus company. I like dealing with them better than dealing with Greyhound. It's in the heart of Chinatown and I really enjoy and recommend the cultural experience of being in Chinatown. It's like being in a foreign country. Lucky Star is located right at the Western end of one of New York's famous bridges, and you get some spectacular views as you cross that bridge. The bus normally makes a stop at a fast food restaurant in Connecticut or Western Massachusetts, but I recommend bringing snacks and drinks for the ride, anyway. There's a typical tiny restroom on the bus (not that using one of those is one of life's great experiences : )
Buses are new and generally quite clean. Power and (working!) wifi at each seat. The drivers are good at making up time after hitting the inevitable traffic out of New York. Only downside is that tickets are fixed price and a bit expensive.
Always on time, I'm glad the buses were upgraded - providing the ability to charge my phone. And I love the location of Chinatown/ Canal st.... I've been using lucky star before they were forced into South station.
Great price... Just hate leaving during rush hour traffic traffic from NY to Boston... You can easily be stuck in traffic for over an hour before the bus makes it to the Bronx...BY The Way triple check your itenary before you purchase.. $5 fee for changes at the counter.. ie wrong direction, time, date..
Excellent service, and off course cheap too. At first I was skeptical about its service because it is not a big company and the ticket prices were very low as well. But, I am very impressed with their services after travelling to Boston from New York.
I would recommend anyone travelling from Boston to New York or vice versa to chose this company over other so called big companies like grey hound, peterpan etc. Lucky Star is simply the best.
The ride and the driver and the company in China town are fine on way back to Boston. There is a crazy man on the bus spitting and talking loud to himself the whole way disturbing everyone's quiet enjoyment of the ride. I thought he may have been disabled but he did perfectly fine at burger King. No behaviors. So clearly he is doing it to be antagonistic. I wish there were a way passengers could report and resolve issues such as these. Even if headphones were for sale at the very least. It would be good if he were banned.i need to work an awake overnight shift tonight and got no sleep on the bus due to the disruption.
The bus is 100 times better than greyhound bus. All buses are new and clean. Buses runs regularly every hour. Runs from South Station Boston to Chinatown, NYC. Very convenient. Fare price are reasonable.
Cheaper than Grey hound and faster too plus it's just add comfy and has all the same amenities...highly recommend
As usual, only the Chinese can be counted on for no-nonsense, cheap service. And they don't make a big deal about bikes on the bus; you just gotta pay $15 or whatever. I love you Lucky Star.
It is not better then other bus services, but it does not pretend to be anything more then a bus place! If you are on that bus - you don't complain - you travel! I love the culture and approach to life. No matter what I always get to the place I was going to.
I’m on my way home to NYC from Boston as I’m writing this, if I had known that they had the exact time I wanted (6:30 PM from South Station,) and at an agreeable price when I planned my trip, then I wouldn’t have settled for Megabus not having anything later than 5:30 PM, since I missed that bus when I got caught in the teeth of the rush-hour T, getting a good taste of the delays, crush loads, and all that other fun stuff. At South Station (quite a journey from the Red Line platform to the bus terminal in of itself,) after seeing their bus as the next one home, I was able to quickly buy a ticket from the nice lady at the desk, and boarded without issue.
Tl;dr version: If I’m visiting Boston on a day trip again, then I’m at least strongly considering Lucky Star for booking the return trip. I will never again compromise on the time I want for my return.
This company has been running like a well oiled machine for years. Make sure your bus ticket(s) are present and valid.
Lucky star is great because it's super close to the train stations around and you can usually buy a ticket right on the spot, as compared to other bus services that you might have to book online. The rates are usually always $25 which seems fair, and lets you purchase last minute. The crowd typically on the Lucky Star is a bit rough around the edges if that makes sense but if you're just looking to get to Boston or NYC, it'll do the job. The staff is actually very nice and speak English well. Just don't ask them ridiculous questions or give them attitude. Their buses don't have wifi (who ever uses any wifi anyway) but they have chargers and are generally clean. They take a variety of routes out of NYC and generally make it on time. There's also a snacks store right next to it if you're looking to get water or something before your trip. The bus usually stops at a burger king or some kind of sushi buffet restaurant. They haven't in the past year that I've taken it stopped at the sushi buffer restaurant anymore, but if you happen to be on the bus when they do, don't buy any food from there since it's super oily. Instead there's a big supermarket further down that you can get a bunch of prepared foods that's cheaper and tastes better. Anyway, would recommend and it's definitely not as janky or delapitated as people make it out to be. I split the travel between this and Amtrak. Good luck!
Hands-down, the best Boston-New York bus around. I've had terrible experiences with Greyhound and Peter Pan, and Lucky Star beats them in both experience and price. They consistently make the trip in 5 hours or less, even after stopping at a Burger King or Chinese buffet. You can also usually buy same-day tickets an hour before the trip.
I enjoy riding on lucky star. The buses are quite clean, reliable and the pricing is really competitive in the market. I have been a frequent traveler with luckystar.
Free wifi on board, new buses and the drivers were both good and careful. Buses leave on time. You can bring up to 2 pieces of luggage I think, as long as the size of your luggage is reasonable. The price is also reasonable to get from NYC to Boston. Try to avoid rush hours - like coming back from Boston at 1pm because it will make your trip much longer and more miserable. I think the prices of buses over weekend is more expensive than during weekdays.
You can buy tickets online but you should come early so they can issue you with a paper ticket. You can only get on the bus with a paper ticket. There’s no pre-assigned seat so get in the line as early as you can to get good sears.
On the way to Boston and back to NYC the busses stop at Burger King enroute so you can stock up on some burgers, fries or milkshakes.
There’s also toilet you can use at Burger King.
Great service. Nice charter bus with Wi-Fi and charging outlets and a typical charter bus bathroom . Only $28 from Boston to Manhattan. You stop halfway at a place called Misaki which is a Chinese buffet. I thought the food was good and very cheap. You get 15min to grab food and use the bathroom before having to be back on the bus but the driver does a head count to make sure everyone is back before leaving. The bus I was on left at 5pm on a Saturday and got to Manhattan by 945. The bus stop was in front of their corner store and right near Chinatown in Manhattan.
For the first time, I had to strap my seat belt on a bus. Driver was in a hurry and it was hard to say why? Charging port under my seat was dead. Management should check this out. However, this is my first complaint of many experiences with Lucky Star.
Really good price but hate the bathroom on the bus. It's so disgusting. If they would clean those buses properly after every trip and dump the sewage it wouldn't be so bad.
Cheap, on-time, clean buses with (slow) wifi and a power outlet on each side of the aisle. They usually make a 15 minute stop each way along Rt. 84 at a Sushi Buffet place in Manchester, CT or Burger King (late night) in Vernon, CT. They adjust their routing based on traffic for the best speed possible.
Really comfortable, stays pretty quiet, people are very nice, there's a little shop in the waiting area, and the buses have two outlets at every seat and wifi!
For the past 4 years, I've been traveling from New York City to Boston, almost every weekend. I've traveled using different operators (Greyhound, Bolt, Megabus) and I can tell you that Lucky Star has the best and most consistent service! Great things about Lucky Star; you can purchase last minute tickets, it leaves from Chinatown and not the busy port authority station, fast customer service, trash bags for every sit, clean seats, fast travel time, experienced drivers and my favorite, they stop at a Chinese buffet restaurant and not a fast food chain.
OMG!! Love it!! Love it!! On time, clean, easy access to drop off and pick up location to subway and busses..will recommend Lucky Star to anyone. Looking foward to travel more often. Lucy Star rockss!!!!
Possibly not the most comfortable bus, if riding to/from Boston/NYC. Many of the electrical sockets on Lucky Star busses dont work, so precharge your phone before your journey.
Any possible negatives are more than made up for, imo, by Lucky Star being the most affordable bus on this specific route, as well as the fastest. Lucky Star buses routinely make the run from NYC to Boston in under 4 hours.
I like the lucky star bus.I have taking it for years. it has improved dramatically in quality in the last few years. Nowadays there is Fairly reliable Wi-Fi on all their buses. sometimes a movie might be playing. The polite rules you see on the more expensive buses don't apply here. people freely talk on their cell phones. There probably won't be any witty banter from your bus driver. There is one 15 minute break between New York and Boston. The bus runs from Canal Street by the Manhattan Bridge to South Station Boston and vice versa. I believe this bus is still one of the cheapest ways to get between those cities.
It's $19 for a 4 hour bus to get to Boston. It's certainly a cheaper alternative to other notable transportation services. It's near the bottom of Manhattan, which makes for a long commute for this coming from Uptown.
I travel between Boston and New York often because my bf's in New York and I'm in Boston. I changed to lucky star from megabus, greyhound, and Peter Pan about 8 month ago, when someone I shared a uber with highly recommended lucky star to me. She had took lucky star for years and said it's always on time. After taking it for months, I only experienced one time delay arrival. The traffic was horrible, so it was understandable. And it always leave on time. I experienced many times delay departure of other buses.
My Experience on this Chinatown bus service was top Notch smooth comfortable ride. With Normal traffic, this trip get 5 star on Service/Time/Cleanliness
Right on time!
Except that passengers were not dropped off at the terminal.(11pm)
I travel between Boston and NYC on a weekly basis and Lucky Star is my preferred bus of choice ALWAYS over Megabus and Greyhound. Lucky Star Bus is usually less crowded, reasonably priced, and most important get you to your destination quickly!!

🍎 Welcome to the 🍏 Big Apple 🍎, and a big welcomw to all the 2019 🏃♀️ 🏃♂️ TCS New York City 🏃♂️ 🏃♀️ Marathon Participants
Star Bus is 1 of the best deals in NYC .
They have low prices for travel in the NE.
They service Boston, DC and Philadelphia to name a few.
The are located in Chinatown at the intersection of the Bowery and Canal Street where the Manhattan Bridge begins.
🎃 Happy 🎃 Halloween 2019 🎃.
I have been traveling with this bus for several years and my experience with bus is awesome. The bus is very nice and neat.
Lucky star bus is a good bus to travel is very clean the staff are very pleasure one thing that I don't it the driver from Boston to N.Y. on the 11:30 am bus he have the bus cold and dont like to turn on the Wi-Fi plus he have a bad attitude
The best bus just need the Asian guys speak more English and be more open to talk to the passengers besides that they are very quick on the road and get you to your destination faster
Its was convenient and services are professional
Very affordable and comfortable bus ride minus the guy who tried to cut us off but that's his issue the driver kept control and remained 100% professional
The very convenient bus from Boston to New York Manhattan Chinatown area. Schedule is about one bus each hour. Price is good too. The seats are little tight.
Much better value than Fung Wah, as Fung Wah seems to treat its customers like cattle. For $15 per trip, I think it would be impossible to get a better deal. Their busses have free WiFi (most of the time). If you *need* power, then you’ll have to go up to 34th street and hop on Bolt.
Good bus to Boston
5/12/20: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and NY Gov Cuomo's ban on non-essential travel, we have made the decision to **suspend our services** between Boston and New York until further notice.
I've had no problem with this bus company.
They also leave trash bags right by your seat so you won't have to get up and walk down the aisle like you do for megabus.
So nice
This one replaced the Chinatown death rocket bus line a few years ago, and is quite reliable! Tickets can be bought at the stop, a few minutes before departure. It even has outlets and (occasionally) wifi. The lucky star bus is not always the cheapest option, but it does not travel through uptown, often making it the faster commute to Boston. Outside of dinner hours, the rest stop is at a pay-by-weight sushi and generic asian foodery, which is quite an upgrade over the rest stop.
Our ride was ok, arrived on time. Had heard terrible stuff which were totally not confirmed, our driver was great but the bus was not comfortable at all.
They have great customer service always use their service I’ve been using this service since 2006 and they’ve been great it was started out $15 ride now there up to 35 or 55 business is great
Much better than waiting in the cold for Bolt or Mega. Better than waiting in the bowels of 42nd St for Greyhound too. More importantly, the trip up the BQE is usually faster than through Manhattan/Harlem.
It a good bus transportation who only charge $30.00 dollars per trip one way to Boston, MA. And $30.00 dollars per trip from Boston to NY. It was a good experience.
I had a good experience, both buses I took were clean and modern, with Wifi, AC and free movies to download.
Bus was sparkling, left on time, had free WiFi that actually worked! I had a very pleasant experience and will totally recommend this agency.
While I miss the $15 fares, there isn't a cheaper way to get to Boston/NYC.
Very good price, good organization and cleanliness of the staff and the bus, customer service is not bad but is not the greatest either... Now you can do everything online as well.
Was honestly surprised how nice the bus was. As someone who has done the drive to and from Boston 30+ times, the bus is the way to go. On time and cheap, no complaints!
The bathrooms at the ticket counter need to be more clean along with making sure there is enough toilet paper inside the restroom on the bus.
Always on time.
Great ride and clean and enough space.
Great price too.
Very Good.Actually Arrived at my Destination an Hour Earlier Than Anticipated.. Bathroom should be a little more cleanier..
Quick, Convenient, comfortable and reliable always accurate with timing.
They take you there for a lower cost. I wish they had more stations everywhere, especially in the five main boroughs of New York City!
Good Wi-Fi ..the price is affordable, but the hours can be frustrating I join the 1pm bus and get to Boston mins to 7pm .
They might not offer you the most comfortable ride but they take the fastest route between NY and Boston.
Customer service is commendable. Buses are always clean except for the bathroom, which I would suggest be checked and cleaned as necessary.
Bread and butter bus travel between Boston and New York. Prices don’t fluctuate too much and service includes a pit stop at Burger King in the middle of Connecticut.
The arrived as scheduled. The bus driver was extremely helpful, thorough and organized.
Very affordable and comfortable transportation between Boston and New York City. It takes around 4 hours depending on the traffic.
The bus drivers can be a bit rude but the serive is efficient. Sometimes depending on traffic you will reach to your destination before time
It has one of the best,or yet the best service between Boston and New york, it has some of the best driver's in the industry i will highlyrecommend the service
When demand on the NYC-BOS route is heavy and prices on Megabus are high, we take Lucky Star, since their prices stay the same
The service is unfriendly. Also, boosting bus fare up to $25 one way is disgrace. This is 70% up?
Good driver, wifi is very good.
Yeah park your car and take the ride!Just make sure you bring toilet paper for the toilet and hand sanitizer. You cool otherwise!!!
They have updated very much, I would just love if we would get to our destination at a shorter time frame. Too long of bus ride.
Great bus service, very comfortable bus and ride to NY from Boston. Will use again if i have to👍😊 …
The bus is clean , always on time , the driver is really kind.
It gets you where you want to go safely. It's a bus service. Just go there and give yourself extra time as lines can be long.
They stepped their game up on this bus. Bus is beautiful and clean and they have a great driver I loved my experience.
the website is easy to use cheap bus tickets to Boston and back to NYC always use them
Always satisfied when I travel with Lucky Star.
Safe Trip. Driver was friendly and courteous. No Wifi, is my only complaint.
Affordable and reliable. Incredibly nice staff. Also the location is easily accessible by mta (NY) and mbta (Boston).
Convenient location, clean buses, rest area where you can buy tickets and/or snacks before getting on your bus
Because they always on time and the price they are the best to travel with and if you forget anything and they find it you will get it
Yes they had the best service but they have this cash policy which sucks by the way
The best price in town. Experienced drivers, who know the back roads to avoid traffic
Amazing service easy drop off A+ Bus Service
Good prices, lady behind desk not so nice (New York), but Johnny: Super nice and others fairly nice.
Good pricing, convenient but the buses are too cramped and the drivers tend to take the longest routes
Driver was very nice and professional. Definitely will use them in the future.
Easiest way to go from NY to Boston and take your bike with you
They are on time, and the prices are great and I love how they stop for breaks coming and going to N.Y.C. I only take this bus to N.Y.C.
Long time bus operator who have been through their troubles, and rasied their prices throughout the years, but they are reliable, and they'll get you where you need to go.
Same time they had crazy’s conductor but are ok the price are good!!!
Very comfortable and great service. Got to my destination on time and smoothly!
Cheap!!! Good for students!
#oldsmithbarbershopllc approved. Made it on time...
Affordable and convenient. About 4 hour ride from NYC to Boston.
Very affordable and convenient. Can be noisy at times but not bad for a moderate pocket
No room to put legs up , tvs dont work chairs recline a little bit
They were very fast today and they sanitize the bus.
The staff is great. Seats are too small. But the prices are great
They're great! Convenient to take the bus and there's a bathroom.
Clean, fast buses, good customer service. Probably cheapest way to get to Boston and back from New York
Great service, had no trouble at all but the leg room wasn’t enough
Price is good .Bus was clean with Wi-Fi.Schedule respected.
The bus is clean however there are no outlets to charge your phone.
Clear bus ride to Boston. You get a pit stop to Burger King. Still get to the destination in 4 and a half hours, most!++
Pretty decent service! Clean buses, I had a good experience!
it's reliable, cheap price, on schedule, n smooth traveling
Nice price. 💲 …
Fast, non-stop... Got to Boston in 3hrs 20mins.... Recommend!
Restroom on bus is so dirty, no tissues and sanitizer at all. Smelly chair and small seat.
Moderate price from New York to Boston. You can pay in cash at their ticket counter as well as online.
Met up w Sis and Niece in Fayetteville ...on Time 😍 …
Seats are bad, my back is killing me after that 4 hours, otherwise a good company.
Excellent
They go every hour and the price is not bad and also havent had any bad experience from them.
Always take the bus to Boston, relax and don’t have to worry about driving.
Never a bad trip, plus the best dumplings in Chinatown are right down the street at C&L.
Small,,,but it's China Town..it's clean and they almost always on time..
Non stop to Boston
Great service just wish they had child prices
Loved that they left on time. It was fast and efficient.
Courteous our driver Richie and the Cool Asian dude coming back
On time service, every time.
Hospitality is another matter; Your typical Asian hospitality.
Good service. Maintains reasonable speed during travel!
The busses are decent. Not much space for legroom though.
When I was in college going back and forth with the lucky star was great!
Very convenient. Perfect for my family connection to and from Boston.
Low prices. Great deal. My friend uses it often to Boston.
Basic bus, but conveniently located by Manhattan bridge and competitively priced
like traveling with them they are chipper but the only problem is the bathroom in NY they need to work on that
