Well organized overall service was great. We purchased seating on the upper deck, Dinner is included. Sights and views of NYC were amazing. Live DJ created a relaxing atmosphere Great pick for a birthday celebration. Parking on the street if you drive.

The bottomless mimosa cruise was lovely. Bella was our server and she kept the drinks flowing. There are 2 different types of tickets and we purchased the lower deck tickets(cheaper). The only difference was we sat on the bottom deck, which still had great views, and we had to load the boat last. Which isn't a big deal. The food was good. I had the chicken and waffles and my bf had the salmon. Both is a good choice. When going to the outside deck, there is patio furniture available for sitting and there are servers there pouring drinks.

I almost gave a 1 star because they had the nerve to tell me that in order to change the date the change would be HALF of what was paid. 4 tickets were almost $700!!!! They must have bumped their d*mn heads on the boat! Luckily I was able to go and they redeemed themselves with me. The greeting was superb! Everyone was over the top nice. The staff really wowed us with their participation. When they said endless Mimosa they were not playing lol. The menu of food was cool. I had the Parfait to start, chicken and waffles, and Tiramisu (however you spell it) The chicken wasn't fried well enough. It was soggy. It would have been really tasty had they cooked it right. Next the roof top! AMAZING! LOVED the view of the city and of course JERSEY.... Lady Liberty was looking good as well. It was cool to be riding by her. Next back down to party!!!! The staff interaction was phenomenal! They danced with us the entire time. They really know how to please a crowd. This 2 hours ride was so worth every penny. I would definitely go again. Yall just better FRY that chicken🤣🤣.... and give more than one. So Don't think about it. Just go! It was a great experience. I forgot to mention that ALEXANDER was the our server. He is indeed the man!!!!!!!! Request him and make sure you tip him nicely. He give the best service with killer dance moves

We went on bottomless mimosa brunch on a Sunday. We had a good experience. The food is good and so is the service. The views are great from the outer deck too. The tour is about 2 hours. And they have dj playing songs throughout the tour. The tour starts about at noon and starts from pier 36. While it feels a bit expensive for brunch but it’s a one time experience you must have.

An unforgettable night celebrating our fourth wedding anniversary food was outstanding service was excellent loved our waiter. The views were breathtaking, and the hot chocolate was the icing on the cake for me.

The sights were nice, the food was decent but over priced I can do a cheaper day cruise with better food options and dance floor. The boat was a bit old and dirty could use a clean. The highlight was new york skyline and statue of liberty.

Book at your own risk, we went on the Santa boat ride for kids we waited longer than expected, got soaking wet.. how ever once in the ship we had great fun and the kids love it!

We had the best time on the bottomless boat cruise! I was blown away by how cute the boat was and how friendly and attentive the staff was. The food was great and the dj was very fun, we saw the Statue of Liberty and could not have had a better time on our cruise! Our waiter Nurul was so kind and offered to take lots of pictures for us! I highly recommend this experience and will definitely be going on other cruises.

I am putting 5 stars so you all can know about the ripped off. In general if I could I would put -10. The story: I ordered 2 tickets for the cruise to feel the experience of the lights and the Christmases, I specifically ordered premium tickets to get free champagne (which of course cost more).... The price was full price ($70 per ticket).... When we got to the place we encountered some problems and I will detail them: 1. The ship is an old ship, very unspoilt and of course they didn't even bother to invest a bit in lights and a festive atmosphere. 2. The chairs they put there are iron chairs, and the door of the ship is always open, which means it was really cold! 3. We wanted to take champagne and at least enjoy it....in the beginning we received 2 notes with which we take the champagne for free. When we got to the counter, we were told to just stand in such a long line and wouldn't give us the champagne even though we paid for it in advance! (It must be noted that everyone who stood in line had to pay for the popcorn and drink they bought, and no one stood there who wanted champagne they bought in advance with a premium ticket) I recommend you choose another cruise, even if you have to pay a little more, it's worth it. Just don't go to this cruise so you won't be disappointed, it's a real scam and a real shame for the company that runs these cruises.

Had a wonderful experience with my husband on Event Cruises NYC. We went for the Valentines Day cruise. Everyone from our hostess to the servers was wonderful. Our server, Oscar M. and Dexter were amazing - very attentive and personable. Food and drinks were great! It was such a nice cruise around the city.

I attended the bottomless brunch cruise on Saturday & enjoyed myself The vibes were great, the champagne in the mimosa wasn’t sour like some restaurants, typical music playlist However, the food was not that great. I had the shrimp and grits, the sauce on top was sweet & the grits were very clumpy (i am used to southern cuisine)

Enjoyed the boat, boat ride, servers, appetizer, and dessert. Very disheartened when my chicken and waffles arrived… the waffles were “Eggos”. I like eggos, but when I am paying $140 for a brunch cruise I would expect a waffle that is not eggos. Sad. Chicken was good, frozen waffles sub par. Other than that, a really good experience.

I had the best time celebrating my friends birthday on their Bottomless Brunch Cruise! The food was amazing, the wait staff was so nice and attentive, and the views were unreal. They had a live DJ which made it so fun! I highly recommend you get a group of friends and check them out!

If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate a birthday, promotion, anniversary or anything else worth celebrating, look no further. My girls and I had the time of our lives on the Liberty Cruise with Event Cruises NYC. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, the music was great and to top it all off, the staff even danced with us. I loved that they participated in having a good time as well. The 3 hours go by so fast but you’ll enjoy every second. Although it was drizzling the day we went, it was not an issue because the boat is fully covered. You can go to the outside deck if it’s nice out and enjoy the view. We took great pictures and danced inside and outside once the rain stopped. Just be mindful to arrive early enough to find parking and be sure to walk all the way to the back of the entrance to find the right boat. My girls and I almost missed it because we were waiting on a line that was for a whole other boat. Other than that, the experience is a 10/10. I highly recommend it.

We had been for the bottomless brunch cruise and we absolutely loved it! As New Yorkers, we really didn’t think this experience would hit us so well that we fell in love with the city even more. The food is delicious! Everything that we ordered was delicious, presented to perfection and just the right quantity. Their food presentation is just so on point and the staff on board is so sweet. The best part is we asked them for mimosas with pineapple juice instead or orange and they happily made that available to us included in our bottomless brunch. The views! The views! The views! Who thought NYC skyline views from water can be more magical than on water? Trust me when I say that. We have unprecedented views of the Manhattan skyline from our house, but watching all those views and more from the cruise was a different experience. The best part is how close they take us to the Statue of Liberty! You can get the best pictures with Statue of Liberty on board their cruise. Living in New York City, through this experience aboard Event Cruises brunch cruise, we became tourists in our own city and fell in love with this city we call home even more. I highly recommend every tourist, visitor, New Yorker- everyone to definitely experience one of their cruises. It’s definitely one of the most magical experiences in the concrete jungle. Simple reason why you should choose this cruise - In 2-3 hrs you can see all major spots in NYC which would otherwise take you 2 days or more to cover (and cost you more too). Both were very wonderful experiences and who wouldn't want to see the city in both the day and night time.like the view I got to see was really nice. This review is for the night time Valentine's dinner cruise. My Girlfriend and I received a complimentary glass of champagne and beautiful views of the city including magnificent The Statue of Liberty! We ordered the appetizers, entries, and dessert and enjoyed the DJ. The atmosphere was very romantic and we ended up having a lovely time and I would most definitely cruise again. If you are looking for a unique experience and want to see the New York City skyline and have memorable moment with your loved ones this is the best way to go!

The cruise was nice overall. The staff were super friendly. The boat was definitely a bit outdated and the snacks were way overpriced ($3.50 for a small bag of chips). When we reached our destination, we didn’t see any whales so we stayed overtime until a whale appeared. I thought that was cool.

The only thing is that dessert didn’t come out until we were at the pier already, so would probably time it better. But overall good experience!

We were skeptical based on the reviews but the brunch cruise exceeded our expectations. Everything from boarding to dining went smoothly and all the employees were super friendly and helpful. The food wasn’t amazing but it was fine and we went for the experience not the food. The mimosas were strong and our glasses were never empty. Our waiter was attentive. There was plenty of time to eat our food and go out on the deck to take pictures and look at the skyline. The boat didn’t feel too crowded. All in all we had a fun time and would recommend the brunch cruise.

Believe me, even cruise NYC is second to none. I mean the foods were so delicious that I spilled some on my clothes while enjoying myself. I had a lot of fun on the way to various tourist centers. The staffs were just so accommodating and hospitable. I love event cruise

Definitely Recommend! This whole experience was very enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun way to spend an afternoon on the water. I did the Holiday Brunch cruise and the check-in and boarding process was very easy and seamless which allowed for minimal time waiting outside in line. Once on board, we were seated quickly and received great service from our waiter Nurol the entire time. He was incredibly attentive and made sure the bottomless mimosa’s were filled the entire time! The highlight of the brunch cruise was most definitely the scenic views. You're able to get views of Lower Manhattan, the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, Jersey City and Midtown in the distance. If you are looking for a wonderful way to see some picture-perfect New York sites while having a meal and some drinks, this is a perfect way to do it!

The DJ on board was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised on how delicious the food was too. Tried the bottomless brunch: 🍽 First course: yogurt parfait 🍽 second curse: western egg omelette muffin 🍽 third course: New York cheesecake The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of! After purchasing my tickets I read the reviews and was immediately discouraged. They have a no refund policy so that obviously wasn’t an option and in turn we lowered our expectations significantly. But I’m happy to report we had a really good time and it wasn’t the disaster as so many reviews have entailed. We did the bottomless mimosa brunch. We left the dock around 1220, so not a huge delay or wait. They sat us on the lowest level even though I purchased upper deck seats which wasn’t a huge deal to me because they let you freely roam the entire boat. So my advice is to buy the cheaper tickets because it doesn’t matter. The crew was excellent and very attentive. Our glasses of mimosa were never empty and I probably drank a whole bottle of champagne myself. The food was ok, timed appropriately and presented nicely. The atmosphere was fun with a DJ, people dancing in a conga line and a ton of birthday shoutouts. The boat was NOT packed full of people either which I appreciated.

I was not expecting the food to be this amazing on a boat! Crab cakes, salmon, and short ribs were all cooked to perfection! We also had so much food that we were so stuffed at the end! The views of lower Manhattan, the bridges, and Statue of Liberty were some of the best views we have living in NYC for over a decade. There was also dancing to live DJ and fresh air on the sky deck. Highly recommended!

We had the opportunity to take the wine and cheese pairing cruise and it was amazing. Dorothy was a great and knowledgeable host as she poured some amazing New York wines. The atmosphere was fun and casual. We had a great time. And seeing the Statue of Liberty at night with a glass of wine from a local New York City winery was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to try another cruise.

A must have experience if you are in NYC area. I did the Valentine's cruise with Event Cruises and I had a blast. In this 2 or 3 hour cruise, you get a unique view of many locations around New York City including WTC, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge and more. The best part is that you do that while enjoying delicious 3 course meal, live music, beautiful decor, great service and taking lots of pictures.

If possible I would give this cruise 10 stars despite the reviews Id read. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The vessel left on time. My friend and I were escorted to the Sky View deck, however Im afraid of heights and felt very uneasy. The hostess was very understanding and offered to move us to a lower level. We were seated immediately by the window. The view was breath taking. The food was excellent and very filling. Every host and hostess was so friendly and welcoming. We didnt want the cruise to end. I highly recommend it. Thanks to Phil, Elaine, Winnie and Katiya for a great experience.

Though, the bread we were served was stale, you have to pay for drinks and its incredibly overpriced. 14 dollars for a sangria that is low quality and less than half of a cup. Definetely not worth the 400 dollars I spent for 2 people. I paid for the lower deck. There was no heating, it was freezing cold. The food all seemed microwaved and were incredibly small portions for what we paid. The coffee was burnt. The bathroom was dirty. But the experience, was okay. It's just definetely not worth 400 dollsrs.

Even the manager who runs the place was extremely friendly. I was skeptical of this event due to the poor ratings in the past but honestly, I had a great time with my loved one. My experience on the sunset cruise is comparable to this stool left to rust on the sky view deck. Disheveled and unorganized but functionable. There were a lot of things that could be improved upon but in the end of the day we did see a sunset on the cruise. The biggest red flag that really needs immediate attention is the lack of safety policy that is standard protocol. We were not given any directions as to where we can find life vest which is a cause for concern.

Santa Fun Cruise w/ Treats 🍪 - We enjoyed it so very much! It’s def a MUST to do with the kids. It was so much fun listening to Christmas carols 🎼, seeing Santa 🎅🏽, creating arts & crafts 🎨, unlimited hot chocolate 🍫 and champagne 🥂, and snacking on sweets 🍭. We got a view of all of the infamous NYC landmarks, like: the Statue of Liberty 🗽, One World Observatory 🌆, Ellis Island and so much more. We rode down the East River and around to the west side of the Hudson River, for a fun cruise we will never forget. There are other holiday and non-holiday cruises for those of you without children, but since we have a kid, we opted for the child-friendly cruise 😉, where we know it was geared for a child and he would’ve had the most fun. The kids decorated a gingerbread house via stickers, decorated a Christmas tree 🎄 via adhesives and also received a Christmas caroling sheet to help them sing the words to some of the songs. There were plenty of chairs and tables aboard this triple decker, 2 hour boat ride around the city. We watched the sun set 🌇 on the 3pm boat.

New Year’s Eve Dinner Cruise/ Manhattan II Upper Deck on 31 December 2022 Pier 36 The experience was not so good since the beginning. From the arrival to the Pier all seemed disorganized. It did not help that the weather was awful that day. Our table for two was on the upper deck by the bar, entrance, and restrooms. The champagne glass on arrival was flat and warm. It took a long time to replace with fresh ones. Someone, who we think was the Manager in charge, was wearing a wrinkled beige linen suit for the occasion. The rest of the staff were wearing uniforms. The Bar had bad organization ending in long wait for drinks with servers and patrons trying to get theirs faster. Wine and Champagne bottles were not kept cold in ice buckets. The food took forever. It was cold and portions were very small. At a $755.00 tab per person, one expects better. The music and atmosphere were good. Like always there were staff members who made the night more enjoyable. We don’t recommend this attraction and will not do it again.

My Husband and I came from Los Angeles to NYC for the cruise on Valentine's day. We had an incredible experience and would highly recommend this cruise line for any special event, the service was superb, top of the line. Do not sleep on it. I will be doing this again next time I come back to my favorite city... NYC. Thank you crew. Great job... 5 stars. DJ- YOU had the tunes to set the vibe, thank you!! Made my day playing our wexding song. Loved every minute of this experience.
