Had the best time in the ghost tour. So good to hear about the history of New Orleans. Our guide Shannon was the best, she was really informative, funny and great tips on voodoo. Definitely sparked more interest in this city. Would definitely do more tours if I had more time here. 100% recommended!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely tour of the Garden District with Jane. The tour was informative and we learned a lot about the history of the Garden District, the style and architecture of the homes, cemetery and burial traditions, celebrity homes and some fun facts. Jane was very pleasant. She answered everyone's questions and checked in to make sure everyone was okay before we moved on. She was courteous to other guides giving tours. We will book a tour with Legendary Tours again the next time we're in New Orleans!

Our Ghost Tour with Dane was MAGNIFICENT. He was so animated during his story telling and shared a lot of personal anecdotes. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, regardless if you believe in the supernatural because of the rich history behind a lot of the buildings and city of NOLA in general. We didn’t encounter any ghosts, but Dane gave us a great experience.

Jane has lots to share but without being too dense. Very good walking tour of the French Quarter with a Cajun local. Jane starts with history but brings architectural elements in later, connecting them to functionality and the different periods.

He was very engaging and enjoyable to listen to. This group happened to be small, at 12; just the right size. I’d book again but ask about group size to get best experience.

We took the walking ghost tour in October 2022. It was very cool, mostly mostly due to our guide, Shannon. She is like a walking history book of NOLA. Some in our group were even lucky (I know somewhat argue the 'lucky') to catch aberrations in pictures at one of the stops. It was great having someone with so much knowledge to share with us, I would definitely do it again!

November 28th 2022 beautiful crisp morning, my husband and myself took the walking tour of the French Quarters with Omar. He was VERY good with explaining the history. The walk was perfect amount of time. We had questions and Omar had answers. He let us take our time. Me and my friends went to NOLA couple of weeks ago and decided to go on a Ghost Tour. Our guide was Nia, she was absolutely awesome. Very well versed in her history during the tour. The details she gave of the places we went to were quite chilling. After the tour she made sure none of the tourists in the tour were lost and was willing to give out directions to anyone who needed them.

We took the "New Orleans Ghost Tour" and had a great time! It started at 8 pm which was perfect because it was dark and helped set the scene for the stories we heard along the way. Shannon was a wonderful tour guide and was clearly well-educated on the topics she introduced. She was also very respectful to both those alive and dead in her stories. Would highly recommend this experience - maybe you'll even get your own spooky experience!

Always wanted to do this tour when visiting New Orleans but put it off. Totally glad I finally had the time and group to do it with. Our guide, Shannon, was spectacular at keeping the group engaged and knowledgeable and the history and folklore of New Orleans! Enjoyed it so much that I had to start The Originals over and can’t wait for the release of the Interview with a Vampire series to start. Also picked up on a few new book titles and YouTube videos I look forward to watching. Again, great tour and can’t go wrong with Shannon as a guide!

The tour guide was a really nice man! He was funny and although the streets were loud at times he told us stories about New Orleans homes. I learned cool facts and felt safe walking to see these sights (since I was alone, taking the tour made it feel wayyyy safer) shout-out to my tour guide, I don’t know his name but he was awesome(older man).

My family and I went on a French Quater tour. Our tour guide was T.C. He did a fantastic job, very good storytelling talent and very informed on the history of New Orleans. He also touched on some of the finer points of paranormal evidence found at some of the sites, something my family enjoyed. A reasonable price for the tour also.

Cedric is AMAZING! The tour definitely did not seem like two hours because it was so fun. He's a great story teller and keeps you captivated from the moment you get going. Super informative and extremely knowledgeable about all the paranormal happenings in Nola. He draws you into the history and accounts, gets you to thinking and helps you understand why the area has so much in the way of things that go bump in the night. He truly wants people to understand and to be safe when dealing with encounters they may have while here. He's great at answering any questions that you have even after the tour ends. I would recommend everyone take a tour with this company and be sure to ask for Cedric. You will not be disappointed!! Can't wait to come back again!!

My group of friends and I took this tour for the cemetery, which since 2015 legally require a tour guide to enter. What we got along the way was a wonderful albeit small lesson of New Orleans history. I only say small, because it is very clear once you set foot in the city, its history is rich and would take a VERY long time to get to the bottom of. Our tour guide Brent was so passionate I could not stop paying attention. His passion was just too great to not be engaged. You could really tell he both loves the city and history. I, and everyone I was on this trip with, loved Brent and the entire your as a result. If you take this tour, I am sure each guide they employ is excellent, but requesting Brent will not disappoint.

It was really nice and relaxing! I really enjoyed my tour guide, Stephen! He was amazing! Now, I know a friend personally in New Orleans that can show me around town the next time I visit lol! I would just recommend him to use a voice amplifier. It was very had to hear what he was saying through the face mask. But other than that, still good!

Beyond knowledgeable, professional, a true passion for his home and all things New Orleans. Also incredibly kind and thoughtful. We then had the haunted tour with Justin who was also so knowledgeable, professional, passionate about his knowledge, funny and kind. All three of these people are now considered friends. We did this tour twice whole family was in town. We have a lady named Shannon 💫 and an actual vampire named Cedric🧛! The tour was really informative and very knowledgeable about all the things in the culture of ghost, witchcraft, voodoo, history and of course vampires! I totally reccomend this company over the others based on how the guides presented themselves and kept us engaged and of course entertained!

First time going on a legendary walking tour, and I had the best time ever. I learned so much about the history of New Orleans as well as things that may lurk in the shadows. If I could do it again I would a million more times. My tour guide was a guy named Cedric. He was an engaging story teller and gave personal references to information he talked about. Great tour, took about an hour and all walking distance. See some really cool sights and get a little history of New Orleans along with the spooky stuff. One of the places we were told about also is an eatery and WOW was the food good. Overall great experience if you have an hour to spare. Shout out to Melissa, she was a blast as a tour guide!

We decided on a ghost tour to end our stay in NOLA. We were LUCKY to be put in Cedric’s tour. He is an awesome story teller and several days later, we are still talking about the tour and the information he told us. He was definitely the full package between his cool outfit, his ability to engage an audience that ranged from 8 - 60, his willingness to answer questions, to his passion for his city. Go ahead and book a tour and ask for him. But maybe not if you are staying at the Provential - unless that is your thing. Only disappointment was the counter person never offer the use of the coupons sitting on the counter, and never even told us our total. We asked about coupons and were told the transaction was too far gone.

In town the last week in September, weather was scorching. Brent was a fabulous guide on my walking tour of the French quarter. Really great stories, information and history that he shared. Couldn't have asked for a better guide! His showmanship and knowledge of the area are great assets. Did a great job of finding us shade even on a very hot day. Really great experience. Especially enjoyed the hearing the real histories of Jackson Square and the statue and also the cemeteries and how and why the tombs are used. Definitely recommend Brent, he did a wonderful job!

When in New Orleans, it is only natural to go on a ghost tour. So, my friends and I booked an evening tour and our tour guide, Natalie, was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, exciting, well spoken, energetic, and charismatic! Next New Orleans trip, I'm just going to ask what tour Natalie is doing and I'll take that one. New Orleans is an exciting city rich in history to begin with, but our guide made it even better! She even answered questions about locations not included on the tour; we stopped by my hotel and we had heard stories so we had to ask and she kindly told us it's story. People inquired about other tours the company offers and she did such a good job describing them I wanted to go on all of them. If we had more time in the city, we probably would have gone in them too. The man who booked our tour, I believe his name is Robb, was awesome too! He was quickly and efficiently doing the job of at least 3 people. I will definitely be booking tours with New Orleans Legendary Walking Tours again!

This tour guide... made my trip! I cannot say enough great things about Stephen M as a tour guide. He was knowledgeable, kind, and answered so many questions. In addition to his wonderful tour, i fell in love with his kindness. He picked up trash along the way, introduced us to local shop owners, and went above and beyond even staying late with us to give extra info. We did two tours with this company, a history tour with Stephen and a ghost tour with Jennifer. They were both wonderful. We learned all about the City's history with Stephen. He was extremely friendly and gave us the full run down on the City, even extending his tour to show us more and make sure he answered all of our questions. He told us all of his favorite food spots and made suggestions the whole tour on things to experience. He brought the history of the City to life and made our whole group feel as though we were experiencing it through the times. He was such a generous person, and offered us drinks, fans, and umbrellas to help us beat the heat. He knows and says hi to everyone around town, and his enthusiasm was undeniable. We ended up running into him through out the City while we were in town and he always remembered us and made us feel like family. Next time we're in the city we'll definitely be asking for him again, even if it's just for a chat. Jennifer was awesome as well. She walked us through the French Quarter at night and told us the chilling tales of what had taken place there. You could feel her belief and she even showed evidence of ghosts at all of the stops we made. She was a great story teller and gave me chills multiple times throughout the tour. She even shared her own experiences with some of the spirits she came in contact with. We had a blast taking her tour and would do it again. We really enjoyed both tours and liked the company a lot. We took the Legends and Spirits Cocktail tour. Brent was our guide. It really felt more like an old friend that has always been the life of the party showing you around his city. Brent was absolutely amazing. He perfectly blends historical knowledge of the city making the stories come alive. He definitely knows cocktails and it was a bonus to get a before, during, and after open discussion about the establishment and our drinks. We didn’t want the tour to end. We did the Ghost Tour and it was ok. Lots of long silences and many moments of the guide trying to show us photos he’d taken on his phone. The whole thing felt a little unprepared and uninformed. I enjoyed walking round the French Quarter and looking at the architecture but I learned more from the plaques and signs I read than I did the tour. It was also a little uncomfortable that one of the participants wasn’t wearing a mask as he was slowly drinking a beer for two hours, and the guide didn’t ask him to put one on. If you do book this tour, ask for a discount, when I did that they knocked $5/person offf the price.

We really enjoyed our walking cocktail tour with Brent. He shared so many stories and history about the oldest New Orleans bars and the original old fashioned cocktails from that time, and, wow, were they ever good!!! Totally unique! Made the old way...the way they made them, back in the day. Fascinating! The bars were ones where the locals hang out, not tourists. Not only were the drinks amazing, the bars are unchanged. It is like walking back in time! We lucked out, as we were the ones who were on the tour, so it was very personal and private. Brent really makes it interesting because he is so passionate about the old fashion NOrleans bar scene. We were pleasantly surprised that there were no big crowds, yelling or loud music. It was a relaxing, wonderful experience. Just do it! You will be so glad you did!

My friends, fiancee, and I did a walking bar/pub crawl through some of the premiere bars in the French Quarter, and we had such an amazing time! Our tour guide, Brent, who is a native and has been conducting tours for over 16 years, was so privy to the history of New Orleans and gave some interesting backstory about each of the signature drinks he recommended to our groups. I understand this tour is relatively new, but I promise that you’re in for a real treat. It is definitely worth trying out this cocktail tour and ask for Brent if he is available!

Best tour ever! If you are in New Orleans, but you have no knowledge about the city, the history, the drinks or the local hotspots, DO THIS TOUR! And even if you "know" New Orleans, do the tour anyway. Our tour guide, Brent, was such a funny, yet knowledgeable and very friendly guy. We felt very much taken care of and experienced a side of the city that we would have passed by otherwise. He's the best (sorry other tour guides I don't know, I'm sure you're doing a fine job as well). That said, get a "Gardenhead" at Kingfish - it's so yummy!

We had a great tour guide, unfortunately I can’t remember his name. He was wonderful. If you are ever in New Orleans (and most other large cities), look up this free walking tour. The guide is paid with your tips—so be nice! There are several tours—we took the culinary tour and it was very enjoyable and informative. It’s a great way to pick where you are going to have dinner. We even got to see one of Emeril’s early restaurants! It’s fun and good exercise as well. Remember, NOLA natives always carry an umbrella for a reason. Don’t forget yours! That doesn’t mean that it rains all of the time, but showers do pop up from time to time.

My 13 year old and I took the ghost tour. It was great. Our guide was fantastic. I suck at names but she has a dog named Gumbo. She spoke loud enough for everyone to hear but wasn't shouting. She gave us hisory of the buildings, the back stories of characters, and ghost pictures caught on tour with a spooky EVP for good measure. We had a blast and learned a lot about the area. The 13 year old had taken a different tour a couple of years ago she said was good but she said this tour was great! We highly recommend it.

We did the Haunted Pub Crawl with Brent as our guide - and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth our dime and time. I went in expecting a somewhat clichee-ish, ghost story-laden experience, but it turned out I was wrong. The tour revolved around New Orleans (and New Orleans bartending/restaurant) history instead, peppered with a bit of insight into the politics of the times, and the selection of bars along the way was very well curated. My personal tip: "Table for One" at Kingfish - oddly enough, it did much of the same for me as the wonderful Sazerac over at Antoine's, but with a much better aftertaste, if that makes sense. From what I understand, the tour was re-vamped this summer, and it must have been for the better, because the new format is awesome!

We really enjoyed the walking tour! We opted for the ghost tour and it was fascinating. The only complaint I have is that there are so many tour guides doing the same tour for other companies that it gets very congested. Wish I could've done other walking tours, like their voodoo tour.

My husband and I went on a New Orleans ghost tour guided by Shannon in late October. She was a fantastic guide - very knowledgeable about the history of the city and some of its most famous/infamous haunts and an excellent storyteller. Our walking tour included stops at the Old Ursuline Convent, the Andrew Jackson hotel, Marie LaLaurie house, and more. Shannon answered all our questions and also made sure everyone stayed together in the group / was mindful of our safety on the streets. She also recommended a couple voodoo shops and museums to visit later during our stay. We had a fun time and the walking tour was a nice way to get to see parts of NOLA and learn about some haunted history. Definitely recommend if you're into that sort of thing. Also, the weather in October was great - not too hot and muggy.
