I met Morgan through a Facebook group when asking about honeymoon planning and cruises. We didn’t think we would be able to afford a honeymoon right away but we were gifted a contribution towards our honeymoon from my fiancés parents. We decided to start looking into all inclusive options but they seemed too out of price range and overwhelming for us. I decided to connect with Morgan and she was able to quickly get cruise pricing for a few different ships and for different types of rooms. We haven’t been on a cruise in over 10/12 years and never booked them ourselves so we aren’t familiar with the process. She was able to explain the perks of each cruise line and how it may or may not fit what we were looking for based off what we told her we would like to experience. She was always quick with responses and if she was about to do something in her personal life, she always kept us in the loop to know she is stepping away from the computer but will be able to continue at xyz time. Having worked with wedding vendors that don’t respond timely or leave us hanging has unfortunately been our experience, so it was nice to know when I’d hear from her next and what she will be working on in the meantime. When we decided to take a shorter cruise but extend our trip near the port, she was eager to help us arrange those accommodations as well and within budget. This is our first travel agent experience and we are happy we worked with Morgan!

We booked a property through Reddickulous Travels and the owner of the property ended up having an issue with the amount of people we had staying for our family getaway. Morgan was able to get us out of that situation and into a bigger and better house for the same price. She went above in beyond to save our vacation. She did it very quickly I may add. She was able to get us the refund and locked in our dates for the new property in less than an hour. I will only be using Reddickulous Travels for all my future vacation planning. If you are wanting someone to plan your vacation please give her a call she is a delight to work with and will work hard to make sure you are taken care of!
