We were completely blown away by this trip! Quite possibly the most fun we've ever had at Disney as a family, largely influenced by Kristy's expertise. Her efficient planning (we only decided to book this 6 days out), excellent communication and insider tips made this the trip of a lifetime. Next time we plan a trip, Kristy will be involved! Amazing vacation! Kristy walked us through every step to make us feel at ease for our trip. We felt overwhelmed the moment we logged into the Disney App and KNEW WE NEEDED HELP. The best part for me is that Kristy has been there (more times that she probably can count). She already knows all of the questions you might ask and has the answers (in detail) ready. I stayed on property, which was the best option because they had everything my family would need (besides a microwave). I asked Kristy if I was able to order Instacart/Doordash/Uber. Not only did she say yes, but she gave specific instructions of when to order and why it is easier to be at the hotel when your order arrives. We wanted to eat at resort restaurants as well. Kristy even told us the best days to go to certain restaurants. We loved our experience and will 100% BE CONTACTING HER AGAIN.
