She booked us with ease and helped us stay informed as we had many questions. All were answered in a timely manner. Holly also gave us many tips as to what to bring, which helped us tremendously! This was our first experience with Holly. We booked a trip to Aruba and the communication before our trip was wonderful. Holly did a fantastic job of planning my trip to California and a cruise to Ensenada for my son and me back in November. She also booked the hotel the night before my flight and I am forever grateful. Holly was always looking for more connecting flights when I missed flights due to the snowy weather. Holly has done an excellent job in the process of planning more than one of my vacations. Just this year, she helped accommodate 14 people in our party, so that we could have an amazing vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday. Last year, she helped me plan a trip with my mom and my best friend and her mom for a mother-daughter vacation to Jamaica. We took the most amazing trip this summer that was planned and booked through Latitudes Travel. We had never booked a “real” vacation before and were amazed at how easy everything was. Prior to contacting Latitudes we had a very vague idea on what we were looking for but knew we wanted our trip to include a few essentials (Italy, great food, amazing wine, and the ability to see many sites). Holly and her team put together a fantastic itinerary through an amazing cruise line that not only fit into our budget but also exceeded our expectations. We were able to visit not only Italy for several days but also saw parts of Spain, France, and Monaco as well. I am sad sometimes when I realize that our amazing trip is over but excited in the little bundle of joy that will bless our family in February and happened as a result. Thank you to the Latitudes team for providing us with an amazing experience on our honeymoon that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

When I hear the word vacation, Holly is the first person I think of. Vacations are "generally" a time when people step back from reality to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. This experience can quickly be ruined when your flight is canceled, luggage is lost, or even your hotel room double booked. When stuff like this happens your first reaction is to panic, but when working with Holly this feeling of panic will soon go away. Holly will be there to help work through these things, she knows the people to contact and will make sure you are taken care of. She even help me extend my honeymoon at the last minute so my wife and I could spend a few more days together. Today I traveled on a casino trip traveling from Waterford WI to Dubuque Iowa. The trip was planned and hosted by Latitude Travel. Overall I was very pleased with the event and would certainly utilize Latitude Travel again because of my experience.
