Amy was a huge help in planning our first ever on-site stay at Disney, and a subsequent "girls-only" trip. She knew all the ins and outs, tips and tricks, and helped us stay on top of changing covid protocols, reservations, Genie+ and our daily plans. Amy even helped us change a dining reservation while we were en route to the restaurant!
