Repeat customer first time reviewer here! Worked with Yinet for the second time after our first vacation was such a success. She really is on the ball. Everything is so well organized, and planned which is super helpful especially when going somewhere you’ve never been before. So knows the tips and tricks you needs! We always avoided travel agencies before because we thought it would add cost to our vacation. However, working with Yinet we actually saved money both times, spending less than what we thought the vacation would cost. If you want to save money and have a killer vacation you need to come here.

WORK WITH YINET!!! Honestly, this was my first time working with a travel agency. I’ve always planned my own trips before, but this year I was fed up with the stress and just wanted to enjoy my vacation without worry. I’m usually the crazy planner with an excel speed sheet, and checking to make sure everyone is packed, has their tickets, things are booked and timed, etc, and it always takes a huge toll on me every time I travel.Got recommended this agency from a friend and WOW. I will USING THEM FOR THE REST IF MY LIFE! We worked with Yinet and I cannot express how professional, responsive and knowledgeable she is. I have never had such a stress free experience traveling. She not only found us the best deals, but she followed up with us every step of the way. She made sure we had all our travel documents, tickets, plans etc DAYS before we were travelling. I cannot express how helpful it was to have someone making sure all your plans are taken care of and sending you friendly reminders to keep you on track. If you are the travel planner in your group like me, believe me when I say I understand it’s stressful to plan but also stressful not to plan as well. I get it! I hate the planning, but also I need a plan and only ever had myself to do it. But please believe me when I say working with Yinet was like having a “second me” but better! She did everything I usually do, (saved us a ton of money too while doing it) and planned/covered things I never even thought of doing. I will FOREVER be using Yinet for all my travel needs. No questions asked. She is now a travel necessity. I have recommended her to several friends already who plan on traveling in the new year. If you plan on going anywhere you need to request to work with her. Quick way to ensure your trip goes smoothly. I quite literally have nothing but good thing to say. My only complaint is that she can only help with my vacations and not the rest of my life lol! 10/10 service!
