It is an amazing adventure. We were so glad we chose to go with the SkyCab crew. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Chip is an excellent pilot. I was a bit nervous about landing but he sat us down with the greatest of ease, better than most plane landings I have experienced. The fall colors were beautiful.

Our family purchased this balloon ride for my wife’s birthday as it was on her “bucket list”. On the day of our flight the weather was perfect, and Matt our pilot and Chip our ground crewman made sure everything went safely and according to plan. Even if you don’t like flying in a plane you will love ballooning. Our liftoff was gentle, and though landings may be bumpy, ours was easy as could be. It was the view that made this whole experience breathtaking. Whether at treetop level watching deer running across hills, or at altitude enjoying the vast view of the area, this trip didn’t disappoint! Thanks to Matt and Chip for an adventure we will never forget!

My father, daughter and myself went on a ride 5/22/22 and it was an awesome experience. It was all of our first time in a balloon and it definitely did not disappoint. Matt was a fantastic pilot and Chip, the driver, was great. 10/10 would recommend if anyone is looking for a fun experience close to home, this is it. We can't wait to go back! We had an amazing ride with Matt (pilot) and Chip and Sean (ground crew). I was super nervous at first but the experience was completely different and so much better than what I envisioned in my head. My family and I did the ride in remembrance of my father and I’m now so thankful for this being his last wish! Safety was top priority that our initial booking was cancelled due to weather conditions.They were easy to work with to reschedule as well. We’ll definitely being booking with them in the future!

Wow! What a great activity!! We took a ride with SkyCab this weekend. The experience was even better than what I had anticipated! The possibilities of events were explained very well! The weather was perfect! Our pilot Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and handled the balloon very well! The trees were starting to turn colors for fall. The view was spectacular! The ground crew, Chip and Sean were within minutes of us landing. They were fun to work with! I would highly recommend SkyCab to anyone! Thank you for making something on my bucket list so fun!!!

My sister purchased a Balloon Ride for us via SkyCab. Start to finish, the experience was fascinating. The team was professional, organized and the quality of the experience was nothing short of excellent. It was quiet once we were floating. The propane was the only noise. Homeowners stood outside and waived as we floated over them. A very unique experience. Highly recommend SkyCab to anyone who wants an amazing experience and to feel safe while doing it.

Had a very memorable and amazing time with my wife flying over Louisville and Southern Indiana. Our captain Matt and his team made the experience go smoother than anticipated. Champagne toast at the landing site was a great addition along with the informative history lesson on the beginnings of hot air balloons. I want to do this every year and highly recommend this company.

Chip is hilarious and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had (and I had LOTS) and had lots of stories to tell. Matt is an awesome pilot and he made sure our first time was something to remember. He is very kind to the people below you, and even invites spectators to ask questions and take pictures when you land. They take lots of pictures for you, offer champagne, and a little piece of history. I 100% recommend crossing a hot air balloon ride off your bucket list with SkyCab Balloon Production!

The pilots do an amazing job of explaining the process step by step, showing you were different things are, and making the whole ride interesting and fun. Such an awesome experience. Took my wife for her birthday to knock off a bucket list item. Chip (the chaser) and Brian (the pilot) had the most fun and welcoming personalities. From the drive to the take off site to the drive back to our cars, the whole time felt like a party and we had a blast. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend to anyone. We were blown away by how well they operate their business. When I booked I was a naive and just assumed this would be your typical place that they get you in and out and collect payment and send you on your way like a money making factory, but it was the complete opposite. Even after the ride was over we all hung out and learned about the history of balloon riding and just enjoyed the party. It was very refreshing to be treated how we were, they truly do value their customers.

The costs weren’t outrageous and I didn’t have any issues with my fear of heights. The staff was really friendly. I met someone who had raced and been around hot air balloons for about 35 years and I felt like I had met a legend. We lifted and landed smoothly, and our Pilot Matthew told us an incredible story and provided us with a souvenir. I was able to obtain professional grade pictures while in the air. We had an awesome experience with skycab balloon today. They were very focused on our safety both with their equipment and also with COVID-19. They were also lighthearted and funny and definitely made the whole ride an incredible experience. I would highly recommend them if you’re interested in a hot air balloon ride. I purchased a ballon ride for my wife’s birthday with this company. I honestly can’t say enough about these guys and gal!! We had the pleasure of working with Brian, Chip, and Hannah. This team was phenomenal!! They made us feel incredibly welcome and safe. Brian was an awesome pilot and had a plethora of knowledge. You can tell he is very invested in his passion for his craft. As far as his chase crew...WOW they quit school because of recess...they don’t play around! Chip made us feel as if he’d known us our entire lives, very easy to talk too. Lastly, little Miss. Hannah. It is awesome to see such a young woman with the passion that she has for ballooning. Don’t let her size fool ya...she was breaking down the 250 pound ballon like it stole her lunch money lol. Thanks guys for a memory that my wife and I will cherish for the rest of our lives!!! I will recommend you all to everyone I can!

The balloon ride itself was nothing short of phenomenal! We had Matt and Chip as crew and could not have asked for better. As Matt described it to a passerby while they were setting up, "It's about a 1 hr. ride and a 3 hour experience." Well put! It was a birthday present for my wife, something on her bucket list. At first I thought "well, maybe a bit pricey." Hah! After watching all that goes into this, it was truly a bargain! The trip had to be rescheduled a few times (weather, a death in our family, our work conflicts) and these folk worked with us every step. Sufficient superlatives fail me!
