Charlotte truly was the best driver for us all week of Camp Runamok. She went above and beyond to take care of us. She iced our cooler when we forgot it so we could have cold water. She brought us snacks. She was always so safe and considerate. Truly the best person and driver for putting up with a week of bartenders on a bus. Thank you!!

My recent tour to Mackinaw Island with Jefferson Tours was a wonderful experience. We had a very enjoyable time. Our hotel accommodations were nice, our driver and tour director were professional and eager to please and the coach was kept clean. Brenda was a great Bus Driver for our group, friendly, accommodating. Some of the features of the bus were not working, like WI-FI and the back-up camera. If these two things were addressed it would help riders feel at ease and enjoy the trip more.

My experience with Jefferson Tours and Charters started with Laura Otterback of their sales department. Laura work in a professional manner to provide me the service I need. The quote I received was in line with other companies in the area who did not present themselves as being as interested in my business as Laura did. My association with Jefferson Tours and Charters ended in an immaculately clean bus with Larry Mitchum at the wheel. Larry is a professional driver and he performed his duties in that manner. In addition to his safe driving he was helpful at every turn. The over all experience with Jefferson Tours and Charters was excellent.

Excellent service. Our group travel cross country using this service and the customer service of the driver was great, the bus used was in top condition and modern. When we had a truck that side swiped our bus, the driver and company had quick response and to make sure we were safely back on the road again. Travel time was on time and the bus driver was really helpful. Company provided enough driving time for us to get to each destination each day for the duration of the trip. We definitely plan to use this service again and would recommend. Persons should be aware of the fuel surcharge with recent price increases, but the services was well worth the total cost.

Like a odyssean captain of ancient yore, our intrepid guide Charlotte led us through our intellectual and spiritual quest. The first of 3 busses was superior in every way - a soothing balm of Gilead in this inebriated journey, navigating tween the waters of Scylla and Charybdis, beating enemy busses (2 and 3) handily while displaying honor and mercy - bringing us fortune and glory every step of the path. I have not once considered the destination a goal worthier than the pleasure of the journey, while in the hands of our singularly exceptional explorer of the road, Charlotte. Oh bus captain, my captain, our plaster'd trip is done, bus one has weather'd every drink, the nap we sought is won. The camp is near, the News I hear, the squirrels all exulting.

WONDERFUL CHARTER BUS TRIP Jefferson did a great job working with our custom trip for a high school group. Our bus driver was fantastic, efficiently getting us to our destinations, offering excellent suggestions, and even talking with our students during their downtime. We had one minor mechanical issue, which Jefferson solved quickly and without any fuss. We will definitely book our next trip with them!

We had a charter from KY to Washington DC. Harold and Duane were our drivers. Both did an outstanding job for us. Even with complicated pickups in DC Duane was always ahead of schedule so we didn't have to wait out in the cold. The sales team were quick to communicate, professional and flexible. The bus was clean and the equipment ran well (although we did not make use of the movie monitors). Will definitely consider Jefferson in future charters.

Amazing motorcoach company! My family used Jefferson Tours recently to see Christmas lights around town with our little ones and it was a blast! The bus was so nice and clean. The driver, Jeff, was very friendly and helpful. The company was able to answer all my questions about whether or not carseats would be able to lock into the buses (they did!). We just had an amazing time and it really made our Christmas so special. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again for future family events!

At 11:55am this morning the driver if bus # 904 was driving recklessly. On state road 48 upon entering the on ramp of I-310, the driver failed to yield to traffic that had a green light plus the right of way due to being on the left. Said traffic was a dump truck which had to swerve to miss the bus. I had to make evasive acts to miss them both. I would NOT ride with this tour company.
