Was really impressed by this family run business and very happy with our experience. Booked this transport to tour the bourbon distilleries. Very helpful in advance while planning our trip and gave great suggestions. We were picked up promptly at the scheduled time and were greeted by the son, KC (Casey?). Super friendly and fit right in with our group. The car (escalade) was very clean and comfortable and felt like we were getting a legit tour with all the information shared. Very comfortable ride throughout and was very accommodating. Even did a side run for one of our group who needed a trip the airport. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Bluegrass took us on a 2 day bourbon centered tour. Being from Colorado, we had no idea what we were doing when we starting planning our trip. We hired these guys to drive us, but their services included so much more. They helped us plan our days with the “best of” type experiences, but also mixed in some off the beaten path, locals only activities. Casey, our driver, was so friendly and knowledgeable. We plan on using Bluegrass when we go to Kentucky next. Casey was awesome. We went to Frankfort from Louisville and had a tour at Buffalo Trace. Got there early and got 5 bottles of Blanton at the gift shop then went to 3 boys distillery. Three boys was great with lots of tasting and was a great experience. The tour was really good and our guide Nick was very knowledgeable. We had lots of options offered by Casey but had to get back by 2:30. Strongly recommend Bluegrass Express Transportation and Casey.

I hired Bluegrass Executive Transportation for a week of private chauffeur services in Louisville Kentucky the week after the Kentucky derby, first I did not think I would get any response from any private transportation company due to the extremely high volume of people in the area for the derby, I WAS WRONG! Chris contacted me promptly even in the midst of his hectic schedule, Impressive! First impressions to me are huge and Chris knocked it out of the park, he spent 20/30 minuets on the phone with me working out all the details and making us feel comfortable with all our transportation needs. I called Chris when another local service left me feeling hustled. We had 4 coming to Louisville for a bourbon tour weekend and wanted to hire a car service to take us from Louisville to Frankfort. Chris was great. He not only didn’t take a deposit, but he gave a flat rate and didn’t expect, or include a tip into the rate like the other place. He had an appointment that needed us to leave Buffalo Trace right when our tour ended, but was great in recommending that we leave early to do our shopping before the tour. He held all of our goods for us so we could go do the tour without carrying our stuff. Unfortunately, the tour ran long and while we left the tasting early, I’m pretty sure we made Chris late to his next event. Chris was polite, understanding and professional about it, even when we were the ones that caused the inconvenience. Chris was a great connection in the Louisville area and offers a wonderful service with an immaculate car. He’s full of great facts and information about the local area and made the 50 minute ride feel like 15. I’d use his service again without hesitation.

Absolutely one of the best decisions we made regarding our trip to Louisville was booking with these people. Chris, the owner, was super responsive and helpful with suggestions on places to try during the booking. While his son Casey who ended up being our driver for two days was equally spectacular. The Owner's son Casey picked us up early on a Sunday morning for a drive along the Bourbon Trail. He was early, and very professional, but not stuffy, which can be a fine line to walk. He was very informative and inquisitive, but when he realized the two older men in the backseat needed to rest a little he let that happen. We really enjoyed our over eight hour day, and would do it again with Bluegrass Executive Transportation in a second. When Todd picked us up for our tour he was just as well versed as Chris and we had an amazing day. If you're looking for more of a bourbon adventure than a simple tour, these are your guys. We met and got personalized short tours from craft bourbon makers, had a special blend of bourbon mixed and bottled just for us, and got to pour bourbon into the barrel for aging. The highlight of our day was Todd's tour of the Glenn's Creek grounds. It was an extremely memorable day and we truly appreciated both Chris and Todd's professionalism.

By having his expertise and knowledge about the distilleries and the area along with us, it allowed us to just enjoy the day and focus on the bourbon and being with our group without having to worry about any of the logistics.
