Highly Recommend getting your passes with Go City! Sure, there’s a ton to do, but if you pick and choose correctly you can really fill a day! My son and I started the day at Warner Bros, checked out Madame Tussaud’s and had an amazing tour to the Hollywood sign. All in 1 day!!! Day 2 was the Oscar Museum and a long day enjoying bikes with Perry’s Bike Shop from Venice to Santa Monica. Go City - you may want to add the new LA County Academy Museum of Motion Pictures - we did that on Day 3 and could’ve stayed all day!!!! Highly recommend a trip there too!!! The passes were super easy to access on your phone. We did have problems using our passes at the Chinese Theater but that was only because they had red carpets scheduled on the days we visited.

We bought the Go Los Angeles Card and it really freed us up to do whatever we wanted to do. We woke up early and started out for the day. The special access to all the Hollywood tours really gave us a true understanding of Hollywood and the industry. My favorite was the Warner Brothers Studio Tour and the Dolby Theater tour. We went to 13 attractions in 5 days overall. Beyond Hollywood, we also skipped down to San Diego and visited the zoo. We also went to the Aquarium of the Pacific and went whale watching. All the attractions were high quality and they were well accustomed to the pass and how it worked. We didn't have any trouble with the pass at all.

We really got our monies worth out of the go city card. We also used it to access universal studios and it almost paid for itself via that alone. Brilliant value when visiting LA as a family.

The GO Los Angeles Card was one of our smartest decisions on our recent family vacation to the USA. It was amazing value for money and assisted us to plan our itinerary and see things we otherwise would not have. We had purchased a five day ticket which included Universal Studios! It was very easy to use and because we had downloaded the app we could just show our electronic tickets wherever we went. I would highly recommend the GO Los Angeles Card to anyone planning a visit to LA .... saved us tons of cash, time and was super convenient 😊

We purchased (two adults and one child) Go Card-Las Angeles 3day pass. It was easy to order online. I called customer service to ask questions about whether we needed to use the pass in consecutive days or if it were flexible (since this was the biggest concern of reviewers). Customer service was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. (I do recommend calling to confirm details before using the card because I’ve found out that consecutive vs flexible days varies with the city of the go card purchased.) We were very happy with our LA Go Card and plan to purchase it during next year’s trip as well. We couldn’t possibly use everything on the card although I love that there are so many options. The flexible days was the selling point for us because we don’t like to plan each day before the trip - we leave it up to weather and what we feel like doing on any given morning. I’ve already recommended the LA Go Card to coworkers. :)

Had a great experience using the GO LA card during our trip in March. We purchased the 3 day pass. It was such a benefit that the card did not have to be used for 3 consecutive days. We were able to maximize what we did, even on a rainy day! Would absolutely recommend!

I squeezed every penny out of my GoCard which gave me easy access to the attractions I chose in Los Angeles. I had no problem entering any of them, the card was immediately accepted. I recommend planning your trip to maximize the amount of attractions to visit and then choose a more than one day card to have flexibility. I bought the 5 day card.

Good points, we had a great time on the Warner Brothers tour and at Universal theme park. Bad points were that, after booking the tour to coincide with visiting the LA Zoo, when we travelled to Long Beach to visit the Queen Mary, we were told that our Go cards were void. Turns out that booking the tour the night before had been taken as one of our days. So, not only did one of our days get used for the "bonus" Universal visit (which was not the case when we visited LA in 2016), but I had to spend 40 mins and £40, waiting to get through to the Go helpline, to try and have the wasted day added back to our cards. All in all, I feel it was a very expensive way of visiting a handful of attractions

The card is very handy if you really want to do the main attractions and save a lot of money. I got the 5day card for $289 and got the universal studios ticket. My friend bought a ticket at universal and paid $129, so at the end I was of cheaper. The only disadvantage was that the cards don’t have more day cards like 4 days. I had to buy a ticket for 5 days or for 3 days when I was going for 4 days.

This is the best thing ever, I purchased 2 cards for my daughter's birthday trip to LA. It was our first time visiting and we wanted to do "it all." It was super easy to use, once I downloaded the app and logged in all I had to do was enjoy the attractions. There were over 30 attractions to choose from. There were no hassle every location knew exactly what the go card was and was very accommodating. I will be using this card every time I travel.

This is the second time I have traveled to LA and purchased the Go Cards. I must say the ease of purchase, immediacy of usage and smooth transaction at each venue made these trips so much more enjoyable. Additionally, my last trip involved flight delays and a wrinkle in my Go Card shedule of activities. The Smart destinations customer service representative who assisted me was the most courteous, helpful and responsive to my needs. He offered a solution and my wonderful trip experience was amazing. I stumbled upon this as I was planning my first wedding anniversary trip, and I'm so glad I did! As someone who's from Texas and had never been to California before, this card was by far the best option for me, and you get your money's worth for sure. Definitely recommend getting one of these on your next trip to Cali! And if you do, make sure to make reservations to places ahead of time, and plan your day out so that you're able to do several activities per day :) I'd give it ten out of five stars if I could.

Using the Go Card in LA was a good experience because of the total number of attractions offered. We took the 3-day pass which included the Universal Studios pass, which made the overall package a great bargain. The only complaint I would have is that it was not made explicitly clear that the pass was valid for 3 calendar days (starting with the day on which the card was first swiped) and not a continuous 72-hour period as I had assumed.

This card offers so many choices and flexibility. My family chose the 7 day LA card and we has so much to choose from. It was never a dull moment. We especially loved that day at Universal Studios. if you plan on doing at least 4 or 5 touristy activities, this card is well worth it. We got the 2 day pass and did 6 touristy activities which all were pretty good. If we go to LA again, we would definitely get the card again to do whale watching and a few other tours we missed out on such as hop on-hop off bus and Chinese theatre tour.

I really liked using the LA Go Card. We used it at the zoo, Skyspace LA, the Warner Bros. Tour, the Sony Tour, and more. We did a two day pass and definitely got our money's worth. The only con is that you can only use it until 5:30pm.

I am so happy I got this card before heading around the LA Streets. This card gave us some great discounts while allowing us to save time and money trying to get tickets to the different sightings and museums. I would definitely recommend for a trip to LA especially if you have never been.

Great buy. I bought the 7 day pass for our family. It is a bit expensive up front, but feels great to see so many attractions without having to shell out so much money along the way. I only wish there was an option to add on a second trip to Universal (discounted). During the time we were in LA, Coca-Cola ran a special online (Universal website) that you could pay for 1 day and get a second free. Given the wait times for Universal that would have been the icing on the cake. Overall, great experience with using the card at all listed locations.

This go card was hoping a good buy bring that my family and I stayed in LA over a week. I have it 4 stars because the cut off times at 5:30 made out days hectic trying to get to everything before the cut off times. Hadn't the times been extended at least during the week days I would have given it 5 stars. Overall, the card is a definite buy, but plan ahead to make it more efficient and effective.

The Go Los Angeles card saved us so much time and money, and it was so very simple to use via the app. We were able to skip long ticket counter lines at every attraction and and saw much moree than we would have if we had to pay full price at each location. An overall awesome way to vacation.

Very good, but there are lots of things to consider when getting this card. First the card that you choose will play a huge factor, for instance, if you get the five day card, you would have to spend all your time in the five days in a rush so that each day you actually benefit from buying this card. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't get it, it is really good for people going for more that two weeks, any less and it's not worth it. Overall would recommend.

Ive been to LA twice in the past year and ABSOLUTLY LOVE this card!! Both times Ive purchased the all inclusive pass and think it is the best way to go on any vacation! We've seen amazing museums, WB Studio Tour, whale watching cruise, Universal Studios (with 3 days or longer) and so much more! Now when we plan a vacation, the first place we look is the Go Card!! Its an awesome way to budget for families...much to do and see under one great price! You're silly if you don't buy one!

Purchased this for my family of four. We bought the 3 day card and went to Universal, the Warner Bros Tour, and places on Hollywood Boulevard. Even if you think you can’t go to much in the time allotted, the prices do add up and you’ll probably save at least some money with this card! It was hassle free and easy to enter all of the places! One caveat is the card couldn’t be used after 5:30pm though.

What a fantastic deal these were for our trip to California. Bought the day we decided which one to get...San Diego or Los Angeles area. It was tough to decide. Los Angeles is great, however, the traffic can be very time consuming (let alone frustrating). Due to the time limit of 5:30PM access on the card, it makes it difficult to explore the city. At least twice, I went over the time due to an accident on the highway on my way to an attraction. This made the trip more frustrating than pleasurable. For reference, I grabbed the 5 day pass, therefore to make the card worth the money, I had to go to many attractions. In hind-sight, too many days on the card makes for a hectic and unenjoyable experience. My best experiences in the city were the events I went to not included on the Go City Card. If you go for a week. Plan your routes extensively including delays due to traffic and you'll have a less stressful time than I had. Also, I wouldn't go any higher than a 3 day pass so you can spend time just enjoying the city rather than trying to make your money back. If used properly, it can save you money, but be very aware of the travel time and that 5:30PM time limit. Also, check the prices fo the attractions you plan to see to see if the card is even worth it. Many of the attractions included on the card are very inexpensive.

My family had an amazing trip experience. We were able to go to 7 different attractions from the available package deal. We went to LEGOLAND on the first day; the Aquarium Of The Pacific, K1 Go Cart, and Santa Monica Pier the second day; Universal Studios on the third day; and then Knott's Berry Farm and Knott's Soak City on the forth day. The whole trip was definitely a great a great experience, we took lots of pictures, got tons of little souvenirs, the app for the Go Card worked perfectly for information and mapping everything out. We printed our passes just in case there was an issue with the app since I had read was a possible issue for some people, but everything was a great trip and a much needed vacation. All the parks had souvenir drinks that could be filled up for free all day so that helped with the heat and the humidity during August, the food was a little expensive but local restaurants and fast food were not too far for us to stop at instead. We did have a very tiny issue with our cell phones loosing charge extremely fast while in California, living in Arizona a normal 100% charge will last me more than a single day here even with using my phone often, but while in California a single charge would last maybe 6-8 hrs at the most and most places don't have public charging areas, or ones that were not obvious to find. I recommend bringing a camera for all photos instead of using a cell phone. Overall my family had a great trip and wish we could of stayed longer, but had to head home and back to work.

Absolutely an essential Los Angeles item! This card allowed me to sightsee to my heart's content, with big ticket items such as Universal Studios, the LA Zoo, whale watching, etc., as well as LA museums and tours of Hollywood! I especially loved going to Knott's Berry Farm (a theme park in Anaheim) with this card, and the card exceeded my travel experience in every way! I brought my activated ticket with my via my phone and I was all good to go to each site! Definitely recommend this card. A big money saver!

We bought the one day pass. Can't complain about the choices or ease of use. Although there were many activities to choose from some needed reservations so it's really impossible to do more than 2 attractions in one day. We saved maybe 15%-20% by using the card but not worth the hassle of trying to get to the attractions we picked for the one day to make sure we didn't overpay for the activities by buying the pass. Gocity card is perfect for those who wants to visit and experience all the tourist attractions in LA but in a budget. It will surely save you tons of money and time very friendly and approachable employees. This is my second time availing the GoCity Card first was when I visit Sydney and the second time when my friends an I visited LA! At first you think it's a bit expensive spending a few dollars but at the end of the day you still get a good deal!

Worthwhile investment if the card includes a number of attractions you intend to do individually. The card then opens up a bunch of extra attractions that you might not have considered, but now you can do for no extra cost! Handy to jump queues. The iPhone app was easy to use. Card use restricted to 9am-5.30pm, not the actual opening hours of the attractions which is odd and limiting. I would suggest a lower cost of the card due to that. Have previously used the New York version of this card and it doesn't have this weird time restriction.

Bought the 3 day pass. Went to Universal Studios 1 day and had no problem using Go Card. Went to the Santa Monica Pier and used the Go Card to get wrist bands for the rides on the pier and also went to the aquarium. The last day we spent in Hollywood and went in numerous museums up and down the bolevard and toured Warner Brothers Studio. Also went to La Brea Tar Pits. We went in museums we probably wouldn’t have visited thanks to the Go Card. We didn’t have any problems and it was well worth the money.

We purchased (5) 3 day cards. Day 1 - Universal Studios Day 2 - Aquarium of the Pacific and Queen Mary Day 3 - WB Tour and Los Angeles Zoo I gave the Go City LA card 3 stars. Pros - saved some money on admission and gave us ideas of what to do while in LA. Helped with budgeting, as we were able to figure out a basic itinerary and pay ahead by buying the cards. Cons - 5:30 cutoff time made it so we were not able to fit in as much as we wanted. We ended up paying for activities that were included on the card because we just weren't able to make it there before 5:30. You must plan activities and drive time ahead, to get the most out of each card. After figuring out the cost of the cards and the admission prices, we basically got one admission free on the 3 day card - per person.

Okay, plan carefully and this is a sweet deal. I live in Long Beach and wanted to give my sister who was visiting from NY the full touristy LA experience. In one day we did the Warner Bros Studio Tour, Chinese Theater Tour, stopped by the Original Farmers Market, and wrapped things up on the double decker red tour bus at Santa Monica. It's a great deal if you plan ahead of time and account for travel/traffic. I'll be using it again to visit the LB sites when my best friend comes in June. Really easy to use, the app is simple and informative. Overall- go for it! Don't forget your fanny pack :)

The GoCard is the way to go. Big savings. We saved about $1000 for a family of 5 using the Go Los Angeles Card. It was so simple to take my phone to the counter and have them scan my phone, then receive tickets to enter the various places offered. The only complaint I would have is that there were specific times that the cards could be used. So we missed out on some events because we could not enter earlier. Even so, I will definitely use the GoCard every time.

We loved the Go Los Angeles Card for LA. We could visit so many places and enjoy this offer. We bought the 7 day Card and we went to visit Universal, six flags, Knotts berry farm, Warner bros, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Madame Tussauds and so many things!!! and we hadn't any inconvenient in using this card. Obviously you need to study the places before going because some of them needs a reservation (Must of them are the tours) and is better to see the address and check it on a map because it would be easier for you to match them so you can visit more than 1 place on a day. It worth the price! You just have to read and check what places need or not a reservation and the time for the entrance, etc. We knew many places thanks to this card!

Excellent way to see as much you get more bang for your buck. If you plan right you can do so much and save yourself 50% off of regular prices. Please re-carefully, there are a few special premium places that you have to choose from a few and can only use one for example , If you try Universal You cannot do the other premium tour. But you can See universal at least twice. We did seaworld in SD not realizing it and then we tried 2 day pass trolley car in old town but that was considered a premium attraction also. So choose if those wisely. Definitely use wherever we go!

My family and I had no idea about the day pass until our 2nd day in LA. We jumped at the chance to get them. There were a lot of great selections for places to go and we visited a majority of them. The one negative mark against them is the fact that we can't go to certain places within the same day. For example, we couldn't go on the Chinese theater tour and go to the Wax Museum on the same day. Other than that, it was a great find and I plan on purchasing another the next time I travel to LA.

We managed all the things on our list in 5 days. From Six Flags, San Diego Zoo to Universal Studios and whale/dolphin watching. Just those alone really helps. We are a family of 5 so we saved a lot. And these attractions have been on our vacation list or a few years. We wish we had known about the GoLA card 3 years ago.

It is a good deal price wise, especially if you go for 2 or 3 days. The only thing is there are restrictions to the activities. Like for the malibu tour you have to wait in the standby line, and can only go if there is space on the tour. The card does not reserve a seat for you. Other then that, it was awesome.

The Go Los Angeles card made it really convenient to visit all of the attractions we wanted to and only have to purchase one ticket. It would be good if you could visit Attractions after 5PM as we would have liked to have used the card in the evenings as well.

This was an awesome investment for our spring break. The only downside was I didnt have enough time to see everything. We did the 7 day pass which mote than paid for itself after day 2. Had a blast will definitely include go cards in my vacation going foward. I mean Universal, Legoland, Knotts, Magic Mountain, LA Zoo, Sd Zoo, Hollywood wax museum, and a ton of other attractions for just under 300bucks per person totally worth it.

Used for Day 1: Universal (crowded! rides are short for loooong waits 45-70mins) but the park is set up nicely and enjoyed the setting; saw Mario Lopez taping live, Day 2: 6-Flags (highly recommended for ride folks - world's first 4-dimensional coasters, no lines (15 mins max on most popular rides) and the rides can last 3.5 minutes (of terror in some cases!) mid-week, late July, and Day 3: midday Long Beach Whale Watch cruise (saw dolphins only but tour saw whales day before. Larger boat was clean and enjoyable, big waves did cause a few of us to be slightly nauseous, just depends on your sea legs!). We also took in the Aquarium next door and petting sharks and manta rays of various sizes which was highly addictive! (validated 1/2 price $8 vs $16 parking showing parking pass to either Aquarium of Boat Desk). Not enough time to take in Queen Mary on the other side, closeby, before (4:30 entry time on pass I heard, not confirmed even though 5:30PM is last entry time for most venues). There's a shuttle bus from Aquarium to Qn Mary if you have time. I would suggest taking the earliest cruise, 8 or 9AM as it's 3 hrs long, then the Aquarium and over to Qn Mary that stays open until 10PM or so as you get one free tour with pass. Other areas are accessible without additional cost, like the cocktail bar and restaurant to enjoy sunset. Also since 6 Flags is so amazing for it's rides and ease of getting around, but not so huge that you can't go back and fore to rides, although makes sense to start at back of park and work forward; I would suggest doing Universal Studios before 6 Flags experience because the rides are so phenomenal you won't be disappointed (as we were) with the long waits for short rides at Universal having attending 6-Flags before. Get your thrill ride experiences at 6-Flags and be rewarded with the longer more intense rides there. I didn't find it any quicker to pre-buy my $20 parking pass online for 6-Flags either as there was no signed for pre-bought passes to get through line (could be wrong) and it costs a few $ more to process online vs charging it while there going through booth. Pass is Easy to use once you have correct information! I began panicking that we had to use the 3-Day pass in 3 consecutive days. That is incorrect, as you have 3 days within 2 wks to use the pass in LA. I called CSvc and was misinformed by agent that it was indeed 3 consecutive days and since we were about to use the passes it meant re-arranging schedules to accommodate since we were planning to space activities out. I even asked to speak to a supervisor to re-clarify the information, took my # since they were unavailable at time and never received a phone call back. I tried calling again the next day and was re-assured this time by the agent and he checked the City location to make sure; LA is not a city requiring 3 days consecutive use -- of course makes since given it's span of valid locations and traffic, but sometimes good deals seem to be just that, too good a deal to be true. We bought 14 passes on a group rate and they are refundable within a year if not used. I would recommend these passes, but plan ahead to fit in as much as you can in a day. One Caveat: sometimes there are online passes for mid-week that are cheap, like $38 for 6-Flags so account for possibly paying out of pocket for those passes and use Go-Pass for more expensive, non-discounted entries. Forgot to look at the small print and we shopped like fiends at The Citadel luxury outlets and there was an additional coupon book we could of got had we shown our passes at the office. Next time!

We used the LA GoCard for a journalism and communications trip we took with students last month and had a wonderful experience! The GoCards simplified our entire trip and saved us tons of money. Highly recommended!

We bought a 1 day card in order to do two studio tours. The only frustrating thing was we had to call each studio to register for each tour (there was no way to do this on the websites). We had hoped to fit in another stop between, but the LA traffic got the better of us.

The GO LA card was simple and easy to use. We had no issues using the card and was able to visit several museums and attractions. I would recommend the Hollywood Museum, full of artifacts from old to new Hollywood, in a beautiful building that directly relates to Hollywood.

Really useful for tourist sightseeing if you plan on doing a lot over a few days. We went to universal, magic mountain, Madame Tussaud’s and notts berry farm which saved us quite a bit of money vs buying day tickets. And a lot less hassle, most of these places we could skip the queue to get in with the card.

It was great for the most part! Some locations aren’t clearly marked in the app - address to pick up tickets, phone number not working ... I think the yellow bus tour wasn’t really worth it, and they should include another bus instead, or a discounted option to buy other routes!

After several hours of phone calls, trying to place an order over and over, a representative determined their system was down and they could not process any transactions. The representative offered to get me free tickets for one of my events but due to their system being down they could not even get me those. Full price at all of my attractions and several hundred dollars later I was told to call back later when their system was up. The next day after speaking to management about the situation they said there was no possibility of even giving free tickets in the first place and the fault was squarely on me. The manager refused to do anything at all for the hours of time I spent on the phone, the money lost, or anything and only said she was willing to place another order, no mention of the free tickets yesterday. Overall the tremendous ability to scoff off several customers during a system wide credit card outage shows a tremendous lack of customer service, and it's a business I will never shop with again.

I bought the 3 day pass for me and my daughter to use while in the LA area. We had 1 1/2 days in Hollywood before we were leaving on a cruise and another day when we returned. The pass allowed us to use the three days within 2 week period, so it was perfect for us. We Went to Warner Brothers, Universal, Madame Tussauds, Hollywood Theater, and TCL Chinese Theatre. It more than paid for itself. We would have done more if we had more time. The main complaint I have is the Hop On Hop Off bus is for the Yellow Route only, Santa Monica area only. It was useless, and we were planning to use this to get from one location to another. Big surprise and disappointment. LYFT saved us but was an unexpected expense.

der Pass hat sich für uns voll rentiert, leider war es im August nicht möglich das SoFi Stadium zu besuchen, wäre schön gewesen wenn man das vorher mitgeteilt hätte. Hatten es erst duch die Reservierungsmail erfahren. Es ist auch unverständlich wieso der Pass nur bis 17 Uhr gültig ist, da sich auch der six flag park am wochenende am abend rentiert (hatten aber nach kurzer Meldung beim Eingang keine Probleme und konnten den Park auch um 18 Uhr besuchen (Translation) the pass paid off for us, unfortunately it was not possible to visit the SoFi Stadium in August, it would have been nice if we had been informed in advance. Only found out about it through the reservation mail. It is also incomprehensible why the pass is only valid until 5 p.m., since the six flag park is also worthwhile on the weekend evening (but after a short message at the entrance we had no problems and were able to visit the park at 6 p.m.
