We had an amazing experience AvantStay we are customers for life. Our Cabin was not only very luxurious but just had all the amenities we love. Game room and bar area we had some great times there. Main living space is a beautiful open floor plan with these large windows that look out into the mountains. The master bedroom amazing and the mattress was like sleeping on clouds. We enjoyed everything about this particular Cabin we plan on making it a thanksgiving tradition. Had a small issue with the fireplace but Hector from AvantStay came rite over and fixed it and he was very friendly. I can go on and on this place is truly amazing thank you AvantStay we’ll see you soon.

Wonderful place. Fabulous experience. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed for a family ski vacation. The house is just a short walk from the slopes. It was equipped with snow toys, games, toys and movies to keep everyone busy during a snow day. The host was very responsive and sent someone out in the middle of the snow storm to repair a water heater that had gone out. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Avant-Stay made booking, checking in, and checking out very easy. Once we checked in, AvantStay remained in contact with us throughout our 10 day stay. We needed their help once during our stay and they solved the issue immediately and efficiently. Although I didn’t use any, they offer grocery shopping and cleaning services during your stay. I also love that AvantStay is nationwide. I highly recommend AvantStay, and I will definitely use them again, for our next trip!

Great experience with the communication, instructions with Avant. The property itself was a bit worn out. Several doors didn’t work or were in need of repair. Most of the house was just quickly patched and not fully repaired. Several chairs were broken and barely holding on. The bikes they had there were broken and flat tires, when we tried the pump it was also broken. Just a bit disappointed in the details. Overall we had an amazing time. The house was located on a very secluded area of the beach. Absolutely relaxing.

We loved our stay with AvantStay properties. One thing I loved about it is that I didn’t feel like I was in someone’s space. We had a wonderful time staying at a Villa in Temecula. It was a beautiful property that accommodated our large family perfectly. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of places to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We all had a blast playing pickle ball. We loved watching the hot air balloons every morning. The kids loved all the activities there, especially ping pong, basketball and the game room. I hope to go back and explore this beautiful area more. We will definitely book with AvantStay again. Their communication before and throughout was very helpful.

Outstanding location. View of beach and listened to ocean at night. Plenty of room and privacy with numerous bathrooms. 5 couples could stay with all their own rooms and bathrooms. Pool house like a cottage. The only downside was internet. 50/50 to stay connected. I’m sure it will be taken care of. Very quiet area. Gated. Toes for 1st place in our 30 years of visiting.

I can truly say this place was even better than the photos. Stunning home with incredible views and excellent hosting communication. My family and I were very comfortable at this house, the neighborhood was beautiful and it was perfectly located near the town of Sonoma and all the best wineries! I will 100% book with avant- stay again. I loved all the personal touches that were provided upon arrival including a box of really nice personalized hygiene products and goodies like a denim hat, some snacks and of course a bottle of welcome wine! The house was a bit hard to find because navigation on maps tells you to go right at a fork in the road when you in fact need to go left so that was a little annoying but nobodies fault. It’s very secluded, quiet and beautiful neighborhood way up in the hills! It was absolutely perfect, thanks again!

Absolutely the greatest rental experience we have ever had! House was even better than described and super clean! AvantStay was extremely friendly and responded immediately the first night when we got there and bears had trash outside the house. Someone came to clean it all up without disturbing us at all at 1130pm! Really above and beyond our expectations. Location is perfect for hiking as well as enjoying Gatlinburg. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay here for the Christmas holiday was AMAZING. The house was well equipped to meet all our needs, especially the kitchen. Rooms were cozy, and the linens were very clean. If we could comment on two things that needed improvement were that all the bedrooms did not come with a TV. Also, the garbage disposal was a little bit inconvenient. After check out we had to transport ALL our waste to an off-site compound like 10 minutes away from the house. Overall we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone who is considering a stay in Big Bear.

Stayed in a beautiful home in the hills of wine country Temecula, CA. More than enough space for a group of 16 people without being on top of each other. The indoor oven was down but the team provided us with several alternatives including an outdoor oven. All your basic amenities where in each of the 6 rooms for our guest. We are already planning book again for next year.

I reserved Bluebell and Bluestem for our yearly mountain trip and Avantstay made everything easy. I LOVED their app because all of your answers to the questions we had were in the app. Both cabins are identical. They are very modern and new. I gave it a 4 star because our comforter had large yellow stains on it, some of our towels were dirty, suede, fabric sofas should be vacuumed after each stay because there were a lot of crumbs on them. I didn't report any of these issues because I brought my own bedding and towels with me. They have just about everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable. The pots and pans were very nice. One of our stoves didn't work properly, but being that we had two cabins, we just used our other cabins stove. Both cabins have indoor pools and the temperature was very cozy upon our arrival, so we didn't pay to have the pools heated. The cleaning supplies and trash bags were nice to have as well. Most cabins don't offer them. I'll definitely use this company again.

Walking into this place and location was definitely exciting for me and my family! Everything from open concept spaces in the common areas, the decor, beautiful spiral staircase, and all the ocean views in each room made booking this gem worth it. Literally ocean front, just take the elevator down, and you’re in sand within a few feet from the ocean. You can fish, snorkel, and swim all in one place. The host made it even easier by having all the beach gear/toys you will need without having to go somewhere else to rent. AC was sent at a perfect temp, extra fans were available for the rooms, and the bathrooms were very spacious. Parking passes made it really affordable for daily parking. And can’t forget the convenience of having the washer and dryer readily available on the unit. Thank you for making my mom’s birthday very luxurious for all of us. Very memorable for my whole family! And thank you for the welcome basket, we felt special you included that with a handwritten note!

The house was great. It had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved the indoor pool. Had to reach out to AvantStay a couple times and they responded back immediately. My family of three stayed here for a ski week during thanksgiving break and we had such a great time. This is right in the village so it’s super convenient and the big gondola is just a few steps away to all the fun. There’s a convenience store right in front of our unit so we got breakfast sandwiches there which were amazing (pricey but amazing). We really liked how clean it was and my daughter loved the bunk bed. The bed sheets were amazing and plenty of pillows and there was plenty of streaming entertainment for us to enjoy the evenings. The kitchen is quite small so it’s just a closet with a couple of cups and plates but there is a toaster so we managed to have some toast and also cook some ramen with the pot and electric stove that was there. Overall it’s really convenient and you’ll have a great time!

This cabin rental is everything and more! Such a beautiful location, everything you need to enjoy from kids to adults, from the warm pool, the hot tub with views, super comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, cozy movie theater, 10/10! Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back. I was hesitant to book due to previous reviews about Wi-Fi and cell service. Zero issues with wi-fi, even with the kids playing Xbox and streaming devices. Verizon cell service was limited but only when we were in the bottom floor! Book the cabin!

Thanks to AvantStay and their property, we had thee BEST trip! This was the first time renting a vacation home while staying in Hawaii. From beginning to end, the AvantStay team was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. The cottage was perfect in every way (location, amenities, close vicinity to stores/food, etc…) We felt “at home.” We will definitely be back again and plan to check out AvantStay properties in other locations! I HIGHLY recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. Very cute modern townhouse. Comfortable stay but felt the cleaning crew could have stepped up their game. Very pretty flooring and they were swept but not sure they were mopped? If it was my investment property I would want the cleaning crew to have more eye for detail as it keeps a house looking new and well maintained. You would think they would take pride in their cleaning service when paid so well. It wasn’t terrible by any means but guest like to walk in feeling welcomed with a freshly cleaned house.

Beautiful home and surrounding property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Our large family (16) had ample room. Large family room with big screen TV. Board games available. Beds and bedding top quality and comfortable. Pool and hot tub well maintained and very clean. Highly recommended!!

Staying at AvantStay Joshua Tree was an experience I will never forget! This house was amazing , every detail down to the dishes were extremely thought through! The view was amazing and the seclusion made everything so intimate. I honestly have no complaints and I would definitely visit again. It didn’t feel like a vacation it felt like a home . This place is exactly like the photos. We had a great stay. Communication with Avante was good. Entry was easy. The valet parking was quick. The pool was a little “mature” for a family with kids. The unit could have used a can opener, blackout curtains for the living room (we used the pull out bed and it was VERY bright in the morning), and a couple of hooks in the bathroom would have been nice. I’m being very picky. Our stay here was really nice and easy.

This is a great house. There are speakers in the walls and ceilings that bring music into this terrific space. (We would have appreciated some instructions on how to connect, but we finally figured it out). Great, well stocked kitchen with a generous surprise roasting pan and leftover containers for us for Thanksgiving. Comfy beds. Wonderful rain shower. Good location, close to everywhere we wanted to go in Nashville.

Our very large extended family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at the St Regis. It is only a six minute drive and nicely located to experience all of Park City. The house is very well laid out and completely stocked. Everyone had their own space, and all bedrooms are en-suite. I especially appreciated the use of the entire 3 car garage with door openers provided, and the hot tub was all ready to go! Even with late night wedding events, when needing to correspond with the host, the response was immediate. Highly recommend.

We had a really nice stay here Feb 8, 2023. Nice quality modern home. Great condition and clean not too fancy to be comfortable! Close to Northstar and we skied Alpine slopes 30 minute drive. Truckee is super charming ski town with very good dining options. Will return absolutely.

We had a great stay at this home in Folly Beach with our family! The views from the rooftop are amazing & the games all throughout the house made for such a memorable stay. A perfect management company that truly cares to make certain everything about your stay is taken care of. We received answers within minutes to any question we had & when we could not get the hot tub to work, the manager was out to the home quickly and fixed the issue within minutes. This place was great while we were in San Diego! Close to the beach, close to Sea World, close to LaHoyagreat location for all we wanted to do! Nice, quiet neighborhood. We rented all three units for 24 of us, 15 adults and 9 kids, and had plenty of room with all adults in beds and kids on the sofa sleepers. The pack play was great for the baby. Lots of nice amenities. We loved it!

CAN NOT WAIT to return!!!! We stayed in Dudley 3 for 3 nights and the extra touches and amenities were wonderful. Hot tub was great and relaxing! Loved the screened in porch. Cabin was immaculate and VERY comfy!! We enjoyed the stack of firewood and enjoyed a fire on a rainy day. Throughout the stay there were texts offering assistance if we needed anything. I will look for Avantstay properties first before booking anywhere else!!!

The condo was neat and clean on our arrival. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the necessary basic items. Easy access from Strand Way into the carport. Beautiful views of the sunsets and, since the condo is located south of Belmont Park, the Boardwalk was relatively quiet. AvantStay was on top of our requests before our arrival. We have stayed in several different condos with different property managers on Mission Beach over the years and AvantStay is the best. Will definitely use them again.

This house is absolutely stunning! So spacious and full of thoughtful artistic touches. The backyard is beautiful and perfect for lounging. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house was centrally located and within a 10 minute drive to the restaurants downtown. One thing to call out to is that the house is directly beneath the flight path of the Palm Springs airport, so it can be quite loud when planes come in and and take off. It wasn’t an issue for us because my husband is obsessed with airplanes, but I can imagine others might find it problematic.

Our entire family loved the cabin!. With its open floor plan and game room, there was more than enough room for our large party. The only negative thing was there was no privacy from the neighbors behind. No fence separates the two property and the kitchen’s sliding door had not blinds so the neighbors were able to look inside at all times.

Our stay was amazing! The house was fully stocked with any utensils we needed and a few extra goodies. Rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room to accommodate our group of 11. The house itself was lovely and the extra amenities (ping pong and cornhole) were a great bonus.

The backyard and pool were lovely - quiet, private, wonderful pool. The house was spacious, well stocked and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were nice sheets and towels. The patio lounge chairs need to be replaced, but the space itself was very pretty and well maintained

We just wrapped up a lovely vacation at Rockpoint in Malibu. We had a slight glitch/delay with the check-in code but the AvantStay rep was able to reset the code within 30 minutes of our check-in time. The house is lovely, the view was spectacular, and the amenities were very nice, including a thoughtful welcome package. One small note is that the porch furniture is rusting and some rusty water stained my favorite pair of pants. You're so close to the Pacific Ocean that salt water sprays onto the deck. Wear & tear and rusting is to be expected when you're so close to "the elements", but the owners may want to consider non-metal furniture on the deck. Other than that it was an amazing, comfortable, beautiful home for 4 adults, with room to spare! We'd definitely rent through AvantStay again.

Our stay at the 36 Heath Drive property was very nice. The house was comfortable, very clean and cozy. Almost everything we needed was there. It was fun having bikes, a pool table, and a ping pong table available in the house. The only thing we wished was that the pool heater was included, so we could use the pool. We had 5 families get together after 5 years. The adults and kids enjoyed the home and the back yard. The views of the distant vineyards serve as a beautiful backdrop to a top notch house. The game room in the garage was also a great getaway for the adults when the kids went down to sleep.

The condo is spacious and comfortable. The beds could use some updating. They are sagging in the middle. Other than that it was perfect!

We had a lovely time in Nehelem. Our place was exceptionally clean, easy to find, cozy, centrally located on the coast sites we were interested in. Exceeded our expectations and would recommend this rental to family and friends. The only issue was the TV. If you want to watch movies, make sure you can order/stream with ease. Amazing service! I absolutely love you can go on vacation and the check out instructions state, turn off the lights and go, not a laundry list of things to clean on top of a hefty cleaning fee. While we tidied, and loaded the dishwasher it was nice not to have to keep track of a super lengthy to do list to check out. Weather delayed garbage pick up and within 45 minutes of me asking about it, a lovely man showed up to empty the cans. I will stay with AvantStay properties anytime as first choice. Staff provided weather alerts as a storm was coming in and top notch responsiveness! Our vacation was relaxing and just what we needed to spend time with the family for Christmas.

Loved the location! Star gazing & mountain views are perfect while sitting in the hot tub. We enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the home. Management was quick with responses and welcoming. Only concern is that the yard is exposed (fencing isn’t solid) but still worth the stay!

The property at the Rockaway beach location was great! It had everything we needed. Absolutely a beautiful & stunning location. Nothing like going to sleep with the waves hitting the beach at night! A special thanks to Ashley for helping us out the the TVs!

This property is VERY nice and spacious and makes you feelike your at home with. Plenty of decorations and wall art so you don't walk into a dull, blank, house.. Has everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing missing would be a glass measuring cup with ounces on it, but plenty of utensils, plates, and stemware!! Large pantry for all your dry foods etc. This house even has 2 ac/heating controls for both side of the house! I would stay there again. This was my first time booking through Marriott Bonvoy and it was awesome, AND you get points!!!

The cabin was beautiful. Very huge and comfortable. The backyard lights werent working, so we couldnt enjoy it at night. It was so dark. Also the downstairs bathroom shower temperature could not be controlled. The water was very hot. Other than that it was perfect. Very close to stores and restaurants. A very relaxing weekend.

Amazing stay at Twilight Vines in Temecula. Place was heavenly clean and had everything for cooking/cleaning/grilling. Pool was amazing! Would stay their again in a heart beat. Suggestion - throw blankets for living room, outside, and theater.

My son and daughter-in-law were married last weekend at the Buena Vista by AvantStay in Thermal CA. The resort was beautiful, but the biggest asset was Chandler, our Event Planning Manager. Chandler calmly, and professional handled all unexpected issues that came up and there were several (ice delivery canceled last minute, etc). With her guidance, calm attitude, and incredible hard work, my son's wedding was perfect. Thank you, thank you, Chandler!

We stayed in September at the Mont Cervin #33, Silver Lake Village. The condo is fantastic. So well-kept up. Vaulted ceiling on the 3rd floor made the space feel extra big and roomy. Private Hot tub outside on the porch was a nice addition. The condo was very clean and well-kept. Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Great family room area with a large kitchen. Check-in was super easy… they gave us the QR code to the garage gate and exit the garage gate, included complimentary underground covered parking. Elevator access and door code to walk into the condo. AvantStay texted mid-stay to see how things were going. great location!!! We walked to the Stein Eriksen Lodge for lunch (3 min walk) and drive car up to the hill to the Montage for dinner. Plus there’s several other restaurants within 2-5 min walk from the condo location. Great vibe and feel in Deer Valley. The ski lift is about 100 yards from the condo… So super convenient in the winter for skiing and in the summertime for just hanging out in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Dishes, wine glasses, bakeware, crockpot, pots and pans etc. Extra fridge in the garage. Can only park 2 cars at the house and only 6 extra parking spots for the entire gated neighborhood. Staff is great to work with and even got an early check in so I could empty my car and head to the airport to pick up people flying in. Highly recommend!

This cabin was warm and cozy for our 3 families totaling 11 people. We had 6 adults and 5 children ranging in age from 13-16. There was plenty of room and televisions to accommodate our different tastes. The cabin is very close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg or Sevierville. We did have a bear come two days due to neighbors leaving their trash out. He never bothered us. Plenty of firewood for the fireplace. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool. We would go back!

Due to extenuating circumstances, we were able to switch to another AvantStay property (Sandrock). There was a smooth same-day transition made possible by the AvantStay team, particularly Merlin and Valerie, who were very responsive, supportive, and courteous through the entire process. Pictures are very accurate. The main house and casita are very spacious and clean. The backyard is perfect for grilling, relaxing by the fire pit, and taking family pictures. Both kitchens had new appliances and were pretty well stocked. The disadvantages were: heat did not work in the bedrooms (uncomfortable for chilly nights and mornings), water in the casita did not get warm towards the end of our stay, lack of TVs in the bedrooms and kitchen area, no mirrors in bedroom, broken bin drawer in refrigerator. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we were satisfied (would give a 4.8 rating). We would rent this property again provided the issues are addressed.

If you’re looking to stay on touristy side of the island next to the majors stores, resorts, and beach front - stay in Lahaina and book these Airbnb condos. Interior was BEAUTIFUL, kudos to the interior designer. Entering and exiting the gates community is super easy. The hosts included everything you’ll need for the home to soap- laundry essentials - and even complimentary beverages (coconut water, beer, waters, and even some snacks!) :)). Quiet hours are strictly enforced and if you are loud they will give you a warning like they did to us. I did experience some miss communication- if you stay this location you must register your vehicle the day of check in BEFORE 4pm when the office closes- but if you cannot then park in the gated parking lot and register you’re vehicle in the morning- doing so you will not get your vehicle(s) towed, management will give you a warning :). ALSO, your code to get into the room is the same code you’ll use to enter the gated community (this was never fully explained to me). Overall, I had a great experience and Avanstay was quick to respond to any of my concerns! Another issue I experience was that they promoted 1 one of the rooms as a closed bedroom when in fact it was the living room which had a pull out bed. Besides this great home and was very spacious. The views from the second floor were amazing!!

Bonus: nestled in forest a good distance from each neighbor meant no complaints about our late night laughter. Wish we were provided a better wine opener and a few more kitchen amenities, such as a coffee grinder and linens for the table. AvantStay team helpful and responsive (we had no worries). The Roku smart TV & wi-fi is excellent. The price matches the stay. Not “luxury” but not short on design & comfort.

Great experience staying with AvantStay! Our cabin was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and sensible for a large group. Have you ever stayed in an AirBNB and thought about the changes you'd make if it was a full-time rental (and not someone's home)? Well our AvantStay cabin rental hit all those priorities: No carpet (instead, easy-to-clean LVP flooring), double-everything in the kitchen (2 fridges, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers), smaller but MORE bedrooms (our house featured king beds and full en-suite bathrooms for EVERY bedroom), and so much more. Their concierge team was also extremely helpful leading up to and during our stay. I had a quick question about a TV during our stay, and I got a response from the concierge team almost immediately. Lastly, the fees and checkout "duty" list was also extremely reasonable, compared to an AirBNB. I would definitely stay with AvantStay again in the future and maybe even see what's available through them before checking out their competitors. Their app is sleek and easy to use and the website works well enough. It could definitely use a few more modern capabilities that they are handling manually right now. I'm sure they are developing additional functionality so I'll be more than excited to patronize them again in the future.

First of all, this house was amazing!!! Check in was quick Advantstay responded quickly to all my questions. The place was clean and we had everything we needed! This cabin was very clean and I’m very picky! It’s a nice getaway if you don’t mind a short drive to the attractions. It served perfect for us to get away from the hustle and bustle. The king bed downstairs was great and the queen bunks upstairs are nice for younger ones. If you do not have younger ones with you, I would suggest one of the other Dudley cabins with king beds. It’s a very quiet place and very affordable. We will definitely stay again!

Location was great and Cabin was huge. A little worse for wear. Step at the top of the stairs seams to be a huge safety hazard. It’s breaking away and needs to be replaced. We were concerned for some of my older family members visiting. There’s two bedrooms located down stairs we had them stay in. The utensil tray in kitchen had crumbs in it. Dishes were dirty so we rewashed them. Overall experience was average based off of the experience with the company itself vs the house. A lot of rules. You have to check in at another office before heading to the house to sign a good neighbor waiver. For the price we expected more from what this company is trying to advertise.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The grounds are amazing and we loved picking oranges every day from the orange grove on the property for fresh squeezed juice. Only “complaint” was that the summer kitchen area on the outside deck appears to be under construction and had ugly plywood all around it which ruined the aesthetic of the deck. A grill was supplied though so it didn’t affect us grilling more just the view was slightly marred. We would definitely choose this gorgeous property again though.

Our family had a very memorable stay at this vacation rental on mission beach. This property is very spacious, everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom and the beds were all very comfortable. The Avantstay concierge team was extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. The Eagle Ridge home was exactly what my family and I were looking for! It’s spacious and comfortable for 15 people. The only downside was the stove. It’s small compared to the rest of the appliances. Only has 2 good burners.. the other 2 are more like grills. Besides the inconvenience of the stove, everything else was great! Great location, spacious, beautiful home! Absolutely recommend it!

This home was incredible! We had 15 friends for a wedding at Ponte Vineyards. This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. It was well equipped with every detail well thought out to accommodate a large group. Plenty of large pans for cooking, dishes, silverware, very impressive. The home is also a very fun place to stay, with a pool table, ping pong, fire pit, putting green, and two large tables (one inside and one outside) so we could all eat together as a family. The property is gorgeous and AvantStay is incredibly responsive (by text) with any questions and convenient services. Highly recommend this location, only about a mile and 1/2 to Ponte and great vineyards. Thank you!

Communication with Avant was great. I had questions about the house that were promptly answered. Only reason for four stars is that the main bedroom and bathroom at the house were ridiculously small. The house was nicely clean and well kept. The house was very spacious. Having had 4 bathrooms in the house was a plus. The heater was very good and the water pressure was good. All the cleaning supplies to keep the home clean and picked up we're very much appreciated. The washer and dryer were also great. This helps not having to do your laundry when you get home. Rooms were spacious but with very uncomfortable beds. Home is in need of new mattresses. The entry bottom room futon is broken and could be replaced. A sofa bed would be great! Some of blinds on the windows were damaged / broken. We weren't able to open the blinds to see the beautiful view from outside. The view from the patio was beautiful. Enjoyed being able to bbq to avoid doing cooking in the kitchen the least possible. I would recommend Avantstay but probably wouldn't stay in this home in the future, maybe some other property in the area.

The property is lovely. Avantstay is very good about getting back quickly on the minor issues we had. A tip for guests in the near future - if you stay in the upstairs loft there is a bird, who was named Smirkinish by my nephew, who repeatedly flies into the giant window above the staircase. Smirkinish typically arrives at 6:30 am with a thud. He will hang out a few minutes trying to get into every spot. He comes back periodically throughout the day and goes through the same process. Worked out great on the days we wanted to wake up early and added charm and entertainment. The property itself is special. The orange trees are absolutely amazing. Pool and hot tub were so much fun for all the kids and adults. The WiFi was ok when it worked but limited cellular. This was actually a positive for us. The house is also well equipped. Again, avantstay team is wonderful and the whole process with them for such a big property felt easy and comfortable.

Amazing home on Shirah Street in Destin! House was absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean with comfortable beds and seating throughout. It had everything we needed and more! Kitchen was well stocked for prepping meals, towels for bath and pool galore, multiple fridges in and out for all our beverages and our ultimate favorite- the ice machine and 3 washer/dryers! The pool is awesome for a big group and the pool and hot tub heat was perfect. We needed help with TV’s and they sent someone right away to help as well as periodically checked in the first couple days to make sure we were all good! We had 3 families of 5 in the house and all agree that we will return! Superior home and service Avantstay! Can’t wait til next time….

We loved the condo! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The mattresses and linens were obviously newly purchased and again, so comfortable. The living room and dining area had plenty of good seating. We played board games and used the record player there too. The kitchen was stocked with enough dishes, silver and glassware. Also pots and pans. There was toilet paper, paper towels, and plenty of cleaning supplies if we needed them. The only thing missing was a big plastic pitcher for the sweet tea I make. And not everyone would need that. The layout gave everyone their own space and privacy. The Avant group also responded to every question I had almost immediately. Our family of 5 (mom, dad, and 2 adult kids and a son in law) would definitely stay here or at another Avant- property. “Notes”to consider There are 3 floors ( 1st floor a Q-bed/bath, Main floor the living and kitchen- half bath, 3d floor 2 bedrooms 1 had 2 Queens and private bath, primary had a king a bath with a huge closet) The amount of steps could be an issue for some. Also the water pressure in the showers, was Not good. And while it’s not too far from anything, we racked up quite a lot of Uber expenses. A ride for 5, the XL Ubers could run anywhere between $27. -$78. One way to or from down town depending on how busy traffic was. If you just have 2-3 people you could get the smaller (cheaper) Ubers. Thanks for providing us we a great place for our family vacation. We will definitely use your service again. P. S. They also have a concierge service for almost anything! Massages, food, etc!

This property is a beautiful home, nestled up on top of a hill overlooking the lake and Bear Mountain ski resort. The views are amazing. The layout of the house is really functional, open and inclusive for large parties to all see and interact with each other from a living room, family room, dining room snd kitchen. The deck surrounding the home provides some of the best morning views you'll get on all of Big Bear. The rooms are well appointed and bathrooms very functional and support the number of bedrooms, plus people staying in the loft. We were able to sprawl out and enjoy the space. The only reason I didn't score it 5 atars was there were several things broken that if fixed would upgrade the experience even more. There was broken bench seat in the family room, broken table in the study, unfinished plywood door back in the study, and the most inconvenient thing was that the stove/range and oven in the kitchen didn't work (no power or gas). They were newer looking appliances and we looked forward yo using them, but no dice... Luckily, there was another stove and oven in the laundry room we were able to use to make dinner. Otherwise, that would have been a big problem.

This was a great location, right on the bay. We enjoyed playing in the water and sand, even in October the weather was absolutely perfect. We especially liked eating on the back patio. The. BBQ worked great. The beach is only a one block walk away. Parking is tight, but our mini van fit in the spot. The unit was a good size for our family (2 bed, 1.5 bath for 2 adults and 3 small children). The shower was a little small to try and bathe the kids though. The pillows and linens were very soft. AvantStay was very responsive when we had questions arise. Thank you again! Hope to stay again soon.

Home was perfect for 6 adults to share. Each couple had own bed and bathroom and kitchen and living areas are spacious allowing for together and separate space. Kitchen was well stocked with essential tools for our cooking needs. While the interior of the house was clean, unfortunately the back deck and fire pit area were unusable. The pictures had us excited about hanging out there after a day of wine tasting, grilling out and sharing a meal at the table and enjoying the fire pit. The lighting did not work at all and the table, chairs, cushions and fire pit seating area were filthy. We were unable to enjoy this space at all. Despite being disappointed in the outdoor space, the house overall was a great part of our trip and served our group well!

We loved this house. It is a perfect location three blocks from the beach. the house was very clean and tidy. Furnishings are lovely. We had an issue with the dishwasher and Avent stay staff were very attentive coming over coming right over to fix it. Parking is a plus in a carport in the back as it looks like street parking is very tight. Kitchen outfitted beautifully- nice silverware all the dishes we needed for cooking at home during Covid. all in all I would highly recommend this house.

Overall the space was clean, modern and less than 8minute drive to Broadway. There is also a grocery store right across the street to purchase any essentials. The only feed back I would suggest is to upgrade the beds from fulls to Queens to comfortably sleep 12 as advertised.

We rented this beautiful home for a weekend. We were right on Big Bear Lake.. let me tell you .. it is gorgeous .. the home is well maintained, cabin like feel with deer heads on the walls, black bear/lumberjack vibe. It is super spacious and the perfect back drop as we celebrated my husband and brother in law’s birthdays. There was ten of us and we were very comfortable hanging out on the main floor and bedrooms were good sizes with clean, comfy beds. Kitchen has everything you need. The only problem we had was the microwave was broken and wifi was not that great (i would have taken away a star but they are super accommodating) I contacted The management team upon noticing these issues.. they actually sent out a technician that same night.. super awesome! Unfortunately the microwave was not reparable. so we had to heat our food the old fashioned stove top way.. kind of a bummer since it does take a little longer. Overall we had a great time! I did reach out to the management team via text and they are soo nice to reply so promptly and soo politely each time. I was able to get a later check out time which allowed us to use the kayak and hang out at the dock for a bit..which is one of the main reasons we booked This property. We definitely want to come back to Big Bear when it snows and would definitely want to be in this same home. Thank you AvantStay!!

Ponderosa Peak was a beautiful place. Very roomy and location is close enough to all amenities and sights. I actually want to give 4.5 stars with the half star being taken of because they said we can only park 3 cars when the sign outside the house says 5 cars. We had to rent a van to just bring 3 cars which was an extra expense for us. Also the only complaint about the place was they did not provide large garbage bags when we had to throw our own trash at the city dump (a city requirement). Staff was responsive and nice.

With this mindset in mind, they STILL delivered a top notch experience that was as fun and frictioneless as possible. The downloadable app was helpful and easy to use. We didnt really run into any issues during our stay, but they were always there to help make our stay unforgettable. There are few service providers that deeply understand hospitality, but AvantStay helps write the book on it. The place was meticulously clean, organized, well functioning and filled with high end furnishings. The unique toiletries were so fragrant and luxurious.The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of activities to choose from. The word "bored" was left hundreds of miles away from us. We came back truly energized and refreshed. We got the vacation we were looking for. Would recommend to anyone who truly loves feeling pampered during their stay. Cant wait for the next one!

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood with wide streets, nice sidewalks and lots of shady trees. It's close to everything and still is very peaceful. The backyard is huge and the pool gets the perfect amount of sun/shade in the afternoon to hang out on a floatie and catch a nap. There is a great grill area along with a covered patio where we and our dogs spent most of our time. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could want to cook in but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to check out too (Sicilian Butcher-5 Stars). There is plenty of space inside, comfortable areas to relax and we felt welcomed by AvantStay. Couldn't log into to the wifi, texted them and they immediately got back to us, no other issues durning our wonderful stay.

The home we stayed in, Apollo in Paradise Valley Arizona, was perfect for our family. There were multiple activities for the kids to do right at the home. Walking and hiking were basically right out the door. The pool was perfect for our large extended family. Avant- Stay provided 2 high chairs and 2 pack amd plays for our youngest family members. The home has multiple outdoor areas so one can always find a shady or sunny area. Shopping and restaurants abound and are just 5 miles away. This was the perfect home and setting for our large group with kids ages 1-13. Avant stay did an excellent job hosting us on our vacation.

The home is spectacular, but what set Avant stay apart from AirBNB were two things: 1.) the home was extremely clean and the sheets were fresh and laundered.2.) would be the Assistant area manager Cade Delangis! They were extremely helpful and spectacular. We had minor issues regarding a ceiling fan and a roku tv and they were there within 1 hour to fix everything!

We booked this house to celebrate my daughters twelve birthday in the snow with her friends and our family. The house had such a great lay out for the kids to play in the game room on another level and my husband and I to relax by the fireplace and watch tv. After a big storm, the driveway was plowed perfectly for us and the management came by the second day we were there to plow the deck as well. Everything was very nice and suited our trip very well. Our only complaint was that we specifically booked this house for the use of the hot tub which not only had very dirty water, but it smelled, had zero bromine, black build up on the head rests and tons of hair in the netting of underside of the cover. It was upsetting not to have that amenity especially for the price of the home per evening. We called Avant stay and they said they would take care of it, but nothing ever came of it. Overall, we would stay at this house again, but would hope they drain the hot tub and clean it extensively.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday in a small group of family members. It has become a tradition to rent a place in the nearby of LA for such occasions. After our 2 days of stay we all agreed that Palazzo Del Sol by AvantStay was the best property that we had rented so far. Indeed, the breathtaking views of surrounding hills and mountains is hard to describe. The property itself is rather big (over 5000 sq. Feet!) and luxury with all the amenities needed for a get together parties.
