I don’t even know where to begin!! From beginning to end, my experience with this tour company was amazing. The moment I booked the tour, I received clear instructions on where to meet for pick up. On the day of the tour, I received a reminder and they told us how to identify the bus! We met Robert our tour guide and he was AMAZING! He is very knowledgeable, kind and he has a great sense of humor. He had us laughing all day. This tour was definitely one of the best parts of our trip to Vegas. Don’t hesitate to book Sweet Tours and ask for Robert, you won’t regret it!

Our tour to Grand Canyon West was amazing, our tour guide Jerry and driver Lala are awesome! Jerry is very passionate, knowledgeable and humorous, kept us entertained and well-informed at all time. He is good at finding nice photo spots too, help us with lots of nice photos. Everything was super organized, light breakfast was provided and the hotel pick ups were smooth. Overall 5-star experience! And would go back again for other Grand Canyon tours too. We originally also booked helicopter tour, and they also helped us organizing with Maverick Helicopters. Although it was eventually cancelled due to weather, Jerry kept us informed and Linda refunded us back right away. Very professional company, recommend 100% On a side note - we purchased a 2-day sightseeing pass Las Vegas and booked sweet tours with this pass. So the pass was scanned the day before the tour, and we were not able to use the pass anymore. Linda even went out of her way to help us communicate with the sightseeing pass company, and helped us to solve this issue. They go above and beyond to help and truly care their customers!

We are currently on our way back from the Grand Canyon west rim tour. This is the best tour we have ever been on. Our driver Charles made this trip so great for all of us. I cannot say enough about him. The quality and laughs we've had is beyond priceless. Charles, if u ever read this just know that u sir are awesome.

West Rim: Our tour guide Wally was the best! The tour started right from pick up with historical facts about the Las Vegas area. His narration made you feel like you were in a David Attenborough movie. We appreciated his advice and wittiness. The tour itself was very organized complete with breakfast snacks, rest stops and well-equipped transport. Would definitely recommend!

She was very knowledgeable about the area as well as very personable. She explained quite a bit while maintaining the road trip, it was a smooth ride with Melissa at the wheel. Probably the best tour company for Grand canyon tour. Very well organized and they manage to bring us to the Canyon before the crowd arrives. Plus the company has a VIP access to the canyon so their buses can go in the gravel roads directly to the best spots of the Grand Canyon without having to switch to a shuttle like other tours companies we saw. Plus our guide explained very interesting things about the history, the region and was an effective communicator. Included lunch was really good and the view from the dining table was stunning. The bus is also very comfortable and clean.

My daughter and I took the West Rim Grand Canyon Tour with a stop at the Hoover Dam today. The whole experience was great. I received clear communication on what to expect and what to do the same day I booked the tour and follow up communication after that. Our tour guide Robert was great. Robert was very informative and just had a great easy going personality. Definitely would recommend him as your tour guide.

The movie choice on the way back to Las Vegas was very appropriate and a nice way to pass the time. Loved it! We were a family of 4 doing the Grand Canyon tour. Our pick-up from the hotel was smooth due to the easy to understand instructions sent beforehand via email. The bus itself was comfortable, seating was a tad tight, but the fact that it was fully booked again shows how popular their tours are! Phill (Guide) and Beatrice (Driver) were Amazing! Highly recommend Sweetours I'd you're looking to do the Grand Canyon tour with family..

Went on a tour to the Grand Canyon West. We saw Guano Point and it was spectacular! Our tour guide Shannon, was an expert on the city and because of her our trip went better. Shoutout to the driver Patrick as well Also the Hoover Dam Lover look and the dam was larger than I expected. My only wish was that they would have dropped us at the level of the dam and not the overlook. We weren’t able to see the statues or the intake towers or the museum. But 5/5 because I’m so glad I booked with Sweetours. Great decision and economical as well. Tour guide was spectacular and made my tour of the Grand Canyon a trip of a lifetime. Nothing else compares

Really enjoyable day visiting the Grand Canyon. Our tour guide Melissa was good fun and she had a great knowledge of the area. Breakfast and lunch were included and I totally recommend this activity as it is a must if you are in Las Vegas. In the end I enjoyed more the panoramic on the way to the Grand Canyon than the two stops in Eagle Point and Guano Point (the Grand Canyon itself). It was also really interesting to learn about the story of how they built the hoover dam and to see the little villages nearby that area.

Hello, my group of 7 people took the tour with Mr. Wally today. We had the best time with him. We want to give Mr. Wally the highest complements!!!! He’s an excellent and safe driver, very knowledgeable in so many aspects, and was an absolute pleasure. We felt so privileged and honored traveling with Mr. Wally on our adventure!! Please take good care of Him. Because He took Good care of us!!! It was so hard choosing between the multiple tours but I wholeheartedly believe that we got lucky picking this company and getting Mr. Wally. And we will be back to do the Hoover Dam tour next.

Overall very good! Great tour guide and info. Good breakfast and nice to have unlimited water. It would have been more convenient if the bus had either snack tables or seat pouches for carry-on items. Also someone should have been helping passengers to step down off of the bus (we had a lot of elderly people).

Very informative fun trip. Mike the tour guide and Patrick the bus driver were a great team. Eagle point was beautiful and the service in the restaurant was awesome. But the best part was the ant hill at Guano point. Spectacular 360 views and it really puts you up close and personal to the beauty. Great trip would highly recommend.

Best tour I have been on to the Grand canyon West. We were surprised by very cold conditions that brought snow and fog. Our first canyon stop was a very cold wait to get back on the bus. The second one they were good enough to allow us to return at our place and wait in warmth for the other riders who chose to take the very cold hike. We were also allowed to use our own bus from start to finish. We did luck out and got some clear views in between snow showers and fog. The driver was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. Our tour guide was fabulous!

Exceeded my expectations! Wally (our tour guide and driver) was amazing! Tour was informative, very well organised and run. I was also kept up to date beforehand regarding our meeting point and confirmation. I must add, I have been to Grand Canyon some years ago using a different company (so I have something to compare this to) and this tour was far superior. Also, refreshments were provided and we had a supply of fresh water throughout. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to visit Grand Canyon on this trip to Vegas and I’m just so glad I did! Please wear comfortable footwear as I made a mistake of breaking in new shoes.

The customer service I received from this company was nothing short of phenomenal. While my initial tour was cancelled due to weather, Sweetours rebooked me to a new tour and was very communicative during the process. The driver (Patrick) was excellent and the tour guide (Ken) was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the route, making it his goal to keep all of us safe, informed, and above all else, having a wonderful time. I cannot recommend this company enough and I will absolutely keep them in mind for future trips with other members of my family.

This was such an amazing experience. My husbands and I first time in Vegas and decided to go see the Grand Canyon. They definitely made it easy for us to return to our bus being there were so many tour buses. Phil was awesome in explaining everything and making us laugh definitely recommend them. The only flaw would be the breakfast. But everything else was great!!

Best tour ever at Grand Canyon. Sweet Tour is the best. Very organized from picking up tourists to drop off back to the hotel. On time. But the best part are our tour guide and driver. I loved everything about the Grand Canyon tour. I was disappointed with the Hoover Dam stop. I am not sure why we stopped where we did. We saw better views coming into the Dam area. The tour guide was very good and the driver drove us safely. I would have given a 4.5 if I could. I will take a tour just to the Hoover Dam in the future when I visit.

The staff was so helpful while we were choosing our tour in explaining the details of each choice and also communicating well on the meeting location etc prior to the tour. The tour itself was fabulous and our guide, Jerry, was the best! He shared so much of his interesting knowledge of the area and kept us entertained. Hubby wanted to see Grand Canyon and he really enjoyed the tour!! We were the 1st pickup and we enjoyed seeing all the hotels. After picking up everyone we got on bus and was given a go breakfast with juice & water. The driver was very knowledgeable thru out the complete tour. Skywalk was very exciting for hubby. I enjoyed seeing it I'm not a height person but I really enjoyed my lunch and the view. Weather turned cold & driver was very apologetic but we really understood it wasn't his fault. The bud was great…clean, good temperature control and the driver was excellent. While the tour guide was fairly knowledgeable and had a bubbly personality, he was a little unprofessional with the language. That environment is not the venue in which to curse, especially with children on board. He also made an inappropriate comment to a female guest when she bent over in front of him at Grand Canyon. Additionally, there was a little too much fantasy story telling as well; if this guy had done all the things he claimed he’d done and been in all the places he said he’d been, he’d probably be about 110 years old! Also, while we all appreciated his effort to get us to the canyon on as quickly as possible, he seemed to be in a rush to get us back. I would have much rather had some extra time at the canyon and definitely at the Hoover Dam. Overall, we were pleased, but we eventually just had to tune him out!

It was a great tour and Melissa was exceptional. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were not picked up and they had to send another bus to get us and take us to our bus. Sweetours was very helpful every time I called with a question. Getting a person to speak with was quick and easy! A definite +++. I booked online and my hotel was not listed as a pickup spot so I picked the closest one. On the way back Melissa mentioned stopping at our hotel. I told her that’s where we were staying but it wasn’t listed as a pickup spot. Obviously she did drop us at our hotel. So I would suggest if you book Sweetours and your hotel is not a pickup spot, call them! I can’t say enough about how professional, courteous and friendly they are. My only other disappointment, that the company can’t control, is people not returning to the bus when instructed to! We had to wait 15+ minutes after Hoover Dam stop for one person and then an hour after Grand Canyon for a family. Although frustrating, there really isn’t anything the company can do to prevent that. Instructions are clearly given before we exit tour bus. If I return to Vegas I will definitely use Sweetours again. But now I know I can call them at anytime with questions.

The start of the day was excellent. The bus driver was awesome throughout the day as well as tour guide Jerry. He was an absolute blast to be hanging with all day. The helicopter ride was incredibly awesome and our pilot Jake was excellent to spend time with as well. The only reason it is not a five star was the end of the day we were all delivered back to our individual destinations and it was not no where near as efficient as the shuttle pickups that took place in the morning. There was a minor hiccup with two passengers that did not follow instructions as everyone else did and because of that they got left behind and the tour guide had to stay behind and try to find them but they caught a shuttle and everything worked. They were at fault not Jerry!!!

Great tour! It was more than I expected. Our guide Sharon was very upbeat and friendly. She interacted with us on and off the bus and made our experience fun. We even got to know the coolest driver, Patrick. What a fun duo! The information provided during the ride allowed me appreciate the sites and even the surrounding areas more and I learned a little history. Our bus was clean and they provided door to door service from our hotel. Highly recommended

Our tour guide was great! She was funny and knowledgeable. However, there should be a better policy in place for when a group doesn't come back to the bus at the correct time. Our entire group waited an extra hour and 45 minutes for two people to come back to the bus to go back to the hotel.

The west rim Grand Canyon tour was great! Wally did a great job narrating the drive, I learned a lot about Vegas history that I didn’t know! The bus was comfortable and safe. I loved the Guano point stop, don’t wait to hike all the way out to the old mine equipment. Thanks!

I had a great time. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We made Four stops, and had plenty of time at each one. They were able to secure the tickets for the Dam tour to go into the power plant part and that was very interesting. Mister G kept us entertained and informed the whole way.

Jackie was fabulous!! Great personality and tour guide. The only criticism I would give is to figure out a better system on what to do if passengers are late. 2 passengers held us back almost 2 hours by not abiding by the time restrictions set in place. Jackie did a great job at trying to find them and reassure everyone we would get moving as soon as possible. She rectified the situation perfectly to get everyone back asap.

The tour guide was funny and gave entertaining facts and stories throughout the trip. He even played a recently out movie for the trip back home to keep us entertained. We also stopped by a gas station for breaks. The tour guide went out of his way to make this experience great! He seems passionate and really enjoys his job. Although the bus ride was a bit shaky, it can be due to the rough terrain.

Excellent experience with breathtaking views. Guide rubbed me the wrong way at first after we boarded with her interactions with other passengers but won me over by the end. Sharon ran a tight ship with Patrick at the wheel. She kept everyone on schedule whiling allowing time for exploration. Plenty of jokes and stories throughout the tour were shared. Overall it was a memorable trip and highly recommended.

This tour was amazing. My boyfriend and I booked the tour through Viator and had never heard of Sweetours before. We chose the Grand Canyon west rim tour with skywalk, lunch, and a stop at the Hoover Dam. We were picked up directly from our hotel and then brought to a central meeting place to get on our actual tour bus. Both pick ups were prompt and on time. The bus was clean and very comfortable. AC kept the bus nice and cool. The seats had great features like recliners and foot stools (great for shorter people like myself). There was a restroom on the bus as well, but neither of us needed to use it. We were given breakfast first thing on the bus (OJ, muffins, breakfast cookies, and a banana). There was ice cold water for free on the bus all day. The lunch options were okay - nothing overly fabulous, but the curly fries were really good. The stops were amazing and pictures will never do it justice. If I was going to return to the Grand Canyon, I would book this tour again. You can take many different ways to get there, but the experience from our guide Sharon and driver Patrick was unforgettable. Sharon gave us SO MUCH amazing information! Ranging from her own personal experiences, history, and fun little tidbits about everything on the tour - Sharon had me entertained and laughing the entire trip. She made the ride go by so fast! Patrick was an awesome driver. He cracked lots of silly jokes and was always smiling whenever I saw him. 10/10!!

This is one of the greatest experiences I had during my trip in Vegas and in my entire life! It was very thrilling to experience the SkyWalk and the walk up to Guano Point! I liked seeing the Hoover Dam too! Our tour guide was very awesome! I would more likely do this Grand Canyon tour again if and when I have another chance!

The excursion on 12/3/22 was great! Lala’s driving was safe, and the tour guide’s knowledge was superb. He was very personable and never left any tourists, even those lagging behind. Those little touches get my attention when I’m spending my time away from being a nurse. The views at all stops were breath taking! The Hoover dam gift shop had decent prices. And they assisted me in a weird request. Four star review is due to the price of the combo meal at guano point. It was overpriced for the quality and amount. And no dining room for the cold temperature. The hot cocoa was delicious, though!

The Hoover Dam day trip is one of those not to miss items. This tour company is great with a modern van, on time, they make the experience easy and the bus driver and tour guide Bill is terrific!!! He should run all the tours because then everyone would always have the best time.

Ken was an awesome tour guide. He kept us in front and on schedule. He had a lot of great info that was very interesting as we traveled. He took pictures. He was so friendly. I would not have booked the skywalk had I known we couldn’t take pictures there. Other than that it was great and the food was good.

One of the best experiences! If you go to Las Vegas you can not stop going to the Grand Canyon. Excellent experience with Sweetours. They have good organization, we had breakfast and lunch with them. The tour guide, Konoa was wonderful, great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. the driver Carlos was awesome, great driver. The only negative thing I would say about the trip is that I didn’t feel that the stop at the Hoover Dam is worth it. The view from the expressway was great, it allowed for great pictures and was better than the actual stop. Konoa did a nice job of telling all great history of Vegas. After the tour ended, the drop offs to all the hotels was brutal. The AC went out after we left the Hover Dam, and we spent the last two hours miserable.. Aside from that, the Grand Canyon tour was awesome..

The day started out rather disorganized and although the company was responsive via text, the miscommunication on our particular pick up at our hotel was a bit frustrating. My husband and I sat at our pickup location for over 45 minutes and had I not texted we would not have been picked up at all. A lot of money has been spent one the skywalk, which is great, but there could have been a lot more information on the canyon, surrounding area and people. Strongly recommend Sweetours. You will be bombarded with a million “Grand Canyon Tours” but this one was fantastic and worth the price. We did a trip to the Grand Canyon, and it was reasonable, but could have been so much better. The pickup & dropoff process could be much better managed, and an earlier departure time from Las Vegas would have enabled us to finish the Rim Walk at the Canyon before sunset.

Janet our the bus driver and tour guide was very helpful and a wealth of information. But it was a rough start. Mini bus pick us up late. Not @ 6:15 but 6:45. The bus was so cold running the fan. Then we were dropped off at another another hotel but before we waited for other passagers in a different hotel. Was dropped off at another hotel. Informing us a larger bus will arrive in a few minutes. With that the bus arrives 45 minutes later. We waited outside in the cold. Bad start. As we all boarded the bus to return three passagers didn't arrive at the 1:45 pick up time to return. They were almost 45 minutes late. Question to you why did she wait for them? 50 people put out over 3 ungrateful people who laughs at the situation. This gets us back to the hotel @ 6:30. We would have had a great time until all mayhaps from beginning to end. Think about it a tour that should have taken about 9 hours was 12 hour's not good. We were told to make sure to be at the bus stop on time is this one sided.

Today we had the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam tour. We are staying at Newyork Newyork and originally when purchasing tickets the closest pick up point was MGM. No drama - literally a 6min walk for us. When Wally emailed to confirm yesterday we said we were based at NYNY and he replied saying they would pick us up at the hotel at 6:40. Bang on 6:40am we got picked up. We were given breakfast and all moved on time. Wally gave alot of information on the trip and everything within his power went smooth. Unfortunately the weather was against us and 1/2 way through the tour fog and snow hit meaning one site was pointless - can't hold that against Wally as it's nature. We were returned back to hotel doorstop only slightly later than explained due to roadworks. Def advise using Sweetours if you want to go to the Grand Canyon!!! Thankyou for your time today

GC Tours and Sweetours offerred a very thorough purchase priocess through the website. Seats were secured with a down payment and directions to the pick up spot were texted to us proactively. Jerry was a very knowledgeable and jocular guide for the entire trip. He was quite descriptive and a great resource for Las Vegas history and Grand Canyon trivia. The route included stops at the gas station (hopefully they get a fee for this) stops at Eagle point, and Guano , then Hoover Dam for a brief photo stop. I must say that the entire day was well organized and safe. The vistas and majesty of Grand Canyon were truly amazing. I believe that the $110 USD each was well worth it. The only small critique is the bombastic Top Gun on the way back, assuming most folks was a quite time with their smartphones :). Dont forget to tip! -R

Breakfast & lunch & unlimited water was included. We had front row seats on the bus which was an added bonus seeing everything on the way. The stop at the Hoover Dam was short but Robert told us everything we needed to know & was cool to see. The best bit was seeing the Grand Canyon with my own eyes, pictures don't do it justice. The tour was magnificent and the Grand Canyon was breathtaking! Pictures and documentaries don’t do the GC justice, you have to see it for yourself. And when you decide to go, I recommend Sweetours. Leave the driving to them, professional. safe, comfortable. They picked us up and dropped us off at our Las Vegas hotel. We got to drive along the famous Route 66 and take picture. We also drove by the Hoover Dam as well (that’s another Tour they offer. All in all it was a wonderful experience. One recommendation is to bring your own snacks.

This was a great tour of the West Rim Grand Canyon. Sharon, our host and Bernice, our business driver were the greatest! Sharon really knew how ger everyone involved and was keeping us laughing. This Grand Canyon toured was booked on blind faith and EVERYTHING was perfect. The shuttle from the hotel and the coach were both state of the art with working outlets to charge the cell phone. No worries about missed opportunities for pictures. Robert was the driver. He was funny, knowledgeable and safe. Sweetours is the way to go!!

Had an absolutely brilliant time on this tour. I don't know if it's possible to specifically request a driver & guide, but do everything you can to get on Joe & Ray's bus!! Hilarious comedian guide, but Joe & Ray have a brilliant system going to make sure you're ahead of the horde of other tourists, so you get more time to enjoy the tour. (Side note! Bring cash to tip your tour guide & driver! These guys deserve it!)

The tour to the Grand Canyon west was good. It was very hot in June and too early in the morning 6 am. I would prefer a sunset tour next time. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I didn't remember that he had introduced his name to us, maybe he did but I did not hear it. The bus was quite full. The map he showed us could be better if with instructions on it. The tour guide spaced out the time quite good. Lunch was good for the bus price, overall quite a good trip.

7 /2021...OMG they were great. We had Jackie as our driver. We went to the West side of the Canyon. Their breakfast snack was very nice BUT OMG.. the turkey sub we were given , for lunch, was REAL Pieces of Turkey, not processed. It was fantastic. Never on any tour have we had Fresh meat, not deli processed. This company from start to finish was amazing.

This is for a grand canyon west rim excursion. So first off, pickup was scheduled at 6:25. You know what time they showed up? 6:26. That's pretty impressive, if I'm being honest. Pickup driver was James. He picks you up in a pretty nice Ford 20-something seat bus with good AC, and stops at other places to pick others up. All the while he does a little spiel on the PA system talking about Vegas, the old strip, new strip, tips on where to find the best of things. Oh, and he was HILARIOUS. It was half informative tour, half standup. They take you to the main bus terminal, where you get coffee, and a small (but dense) cold breakfast. Unexpected, a little carb-heavy, but y'know, the gesture was still appreciated. There's a chance to use the bathroom, and it's coordinated so the next bus doesn't leave without you. You then board a larger touring bus, 52 seat. Bus was clean, reasonably comfortable, and has a bathroom. Our driver was Jackie (Jacqueline.) What a character! On the ride to the west rim, she ALSO had a spiel that was funny, informative, down-to-earth, and you can tell she's been doing this for quite a while. She shows a couple of videos, and she DOES make a few stops on the way so you can stretch your legs, use a real bathroom, grab some food. During her briefing, besides entertaining you with stories about being a local, she tells you about the various rules/laws of where you're stopping, including the minutiae so you can have fun without getting in trouble, and staying safe. She also tells you what's worth doing at the west rim, and what you can miss without regret. She stops at the Hoover dam overlook bridge so you can get about half an hour to check it out, and use the bathroom again. You get to West rim, she gives you a map and tickets for the shuttle around the area, and drops you off, tells you to set your pgone alarm ahead of time so you can be punctual in getting back to the bus. After you're done with the west rim experience itself, (that's a separate review,) you get back on the bus, head back to Vegas. She continues to regale you with stories and jokes, makes bathroom and food stops, and then puts on a film because most people are pretty tired at this point anyhow. The bus drops you off near (if not directly at) your hotel. This is done because it's a BIG bus which is harder to maneuver around to all the various dropoff locations, and it would take longer for everyone if she stopped for all of them individually. Jackie was a consummate professional, without being uptight about it, and her familiar candor made it feel like i was being driven around by an Auntie i never knew. Overall, great day! Cannot complain about a single thing.
