Had an amazing day with MaxTour and Thomas as our guide! Highly recommend the all day Grand Canyon tour with stops at Hoover Dam, 7 Magic Mountains and the famous Las Vegas sign! Thomas was not only knowledgeable about our destinations but personable and so enjoyable! The small group size was perfect and the snacks and drinks included just made for a fabulous day! So appreciated Thomas helping take pictures to capture memories that will last a lifetime! He was attentive to all on our tour! A perfect day because of Thomas and MaxTour!

I took the tour last week with my family. I was not sure how it's going to be as you book tours by there reviews but still doubt is there, in my case it turned out to be gr88. We had Ian as our guide and had booked two days one night tour. Ian is gem of a person he took good care of us and we covered all the points as told. The Hotel provided to us was a also nice one. I would highly recommend it to book this tour with close eyes as what they promise they deliver more then that..😊

Recently went on The Grand Canyon small group tour with guide Thomas... He was a great guide... fun energetic and full of knowledge of the nuances along the ride.. plenty of stops, good a.c. in the van. Tunes & snack/drinks a plenty. I will happily recommend this wonderful locally-owned- operated tour to anyone traveling to Vegas.

At 62, it has been a lifetime dream to see the Grand Canyon. MaxTour made the experience more than I could dream of. Our Guide Brian Leeper was informative and safe. I feel like I have made a friend. The tour itself was perfect. adequate breaks and plenty of time at each location. I took the VIP Grand Canyon Tour so we got to see the Hoover Dam as well as the Canyon. Highly Recommend

On January 29 I took a MaxTour of the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Magic Mountains and other scenic sites. Our MaxTour operator/guide was Luis. Luis was an excellent guide and driver. He looked after our every need. He went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had an enjoyable day. He was very knowledgeable on all the sites and general Vegas trivia. I have very good memories and souvenirs of my first and hopefully not last trip to Vegas. Thank you so very much to Luis and my fellow travel mates.

My friends and I had such an amazing time! Brian was a great guide, driver, and creative director! He took us to a few different bonus spots along the way to the Grand Canyon for some great photo opportunities. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been able to experience all these sites. It's one thing to see photos in a textbook and online, but much like viewing works of art in person, there are no words to express being able to witness such things for yourself. Favorite part is seeing all the tourist attractions in person. Everything is surreal. Grand Canyon blew me away. The trip going to all the attraction sites were smooth and excellent. We had unlimited snacks and drinks. Thanks to our generous driver Bobby! He was an excellent driver and tour guide. He has a charming personality. Bobby took nice photos of us. He is such a great photographer as well! Would love to visit Arizona again sometime.

Our tour guide was Thomas and he was Outstanding! Very knowledgeable of every aspect of the tour. We seen the famous Las Vegas sign, Seven Magic Mountains, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Thomas gave us plenty of stops along the way with snacks and drinks. He also helped out in taking photos and making sure everyone was taking care of. My husband and I did the Hoover Dam Tour that included a photo op at the Vegas Sign and Seven Magic Mountain art installment. This tour by far was one of the best we have done in Vegas. Our tour guide Luis was amazing. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also very accommodating. He capture all of the instagramable worthy photos for us at each stop and ensured each guest remained hydrated with snacks and drinks. If you’re on the fence about what company to choose, I highly recommend Max Tour. They adequately communicated since I booked the tour. In addition, their vans seems well maintained and clean.

One word. ASTOUNDING!! If you're wanting to get a 5-star tour and support a small business, this is it. Thomas was our guide and he was just exceptional! The best tour guide we've ever had. He has a wealth of knowledge, is super friendly, energetic and has amazing energy! He parked so we could see the wild rams. He took the best photos of every place we went to and made just that more memorable. He is very accommodating, stopping every hour or so for bathroom/snack breaks. The van was clean and comfortable! Every place was toured with reasonable time without feeling rushed. This tour was worth every penny! We will use MaxTour again when we return to Vegas! Thank you Thomas and MaxTour!!

This tour is ABSOLUTELY worth every penny! Smaller group tours are the way to go. Our guide Phil was so much more than a driver. His passion for the history at each of our stops was incredible and made our experience so much more informative and memorable. I wish that Maxtour had more tours across the country because we enjoyed it so much. The extra stops and photo ops were great. Lots of bathroom breaks. Snacks and drinks provided. Brian was absolutely amazing from the minute he picked us up at our hotel. Max Tour Vegas is a great tour company with nice 14 seater vans that can take you where the big buses can not. It is a more personalized experience with breakfast, drinks and snacks provided. My tour guide, Phil was great! He was very knowledgeable about the Hoover Dam and how to navigate an unexpected road blockage. He kept to the time schedule, and gave ample time at each stop for pictures. We enjoyed the scenery on the way, Hoover Dam, magic mountain and even saw big horn sheep. It was all quiet comprehensive. I would recommend this tour!

My wife booked this tour and I was not looking forward to a long ride on a little van BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. @maxtourvegas pulled up in a brand new large high top van with very comfortable seats. I am a big guy and I was extremely comfortable even though the van was full of fellow customers. The driver Gary was AMAZING he picked us up on time right in front of our hotel, was friendly and chatted with us all when he picked each person up and at every stop. He was never in a rush but kept us all in schedule. Each stop on the tour was beautiful and informative and there was a muffins and fruit for breakfast at the first stop and drinks and snacks the entire day. What a great experience that I certainly would do again.

Bobby picked us up at our hotel, right on time with a big smile and a friendly, welcoming attitude. He answered all of our questions, and was clearly an expert on Las Vegas, the Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon, and everything in between. He took us to every place on the itinerary plus a few bonus sites. We always had enough time at each site. Bobby was extremely attentive and informative. If you’re going to Las Vegas, definitely book this tour and put in a special request for Bobby as your guide.

I usually don’t write reviews but after the experience I had with Bobby as my tour guide I had to! He made me extremely happy with how I spent my 21st birthday!! He made sure the whole group was always comfortable and never felt rushed! Bobby was telling funny jokes and kept even the bus ride interesting!! He offered to take pictures of my group which was much appreciated. If you decide to book this tour you must ride with Bobby!! He is amazing!

My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour. Our guide, Phil, was wonderful. At each stop along the way, he never rushed us, gave us lots of info about each location and took as many photos of us that we wanted. We were provided with plenty of bathroom breaks and snacks and drinks along the way. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel all within 12hrs. Would recommend this tour 10/10!!

Fantastic full day tour of Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon and additional bonus stops. Extremely well organised, punctual pick-up from hotel, right length of time for all the stops - never too short or long a time anywhere. Joe was very friendly, informative and helpful, really wanted us to enjoy the experience. He offered to take photos for everyone and forward them on to our personal emails, which he did very promptly so it was easy to get photos together as well as any we wanted to take. Plenty of snacks/drinks throughout the whole tour. Although we got tickets for the glass skywalk at the Grand Canyon before visiting, we were slightly disappointed by this experience and thought it wasn't necessary. However, at no time was there any pressure to buy these tickets either beforehand or on the day - it was entirely personal choice. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Max Tours, much better being in a small group on a minibus, especially at the Grand Canyon as we were allowed access to all sites on the minibus whereas larger tour groups had to disembark and use the Canyon's shuttle service.

Our guide Liz was lovely. She made the drive as enjoyable as possible, and was friendly. The tour was very generous, providing us with lots of snacks - muffins, coffee, bananas, peanuts, chips, Cheetos etc, and not to mention, a whole load of water supply that we weren’t able to finish. Thanks to the good weather, we were able to make different stops so it was good. Oh, and I really loved her Spotify playlist 🤩 it gave me a good US roadtrip feeling though I wasn’t driving myself. Wish I could have gotten the front seat tho so I could make more videos 😜 other than that, everything was great. Thank you Liz for the great hospitality!

When I was choosing MaxTour, I knew it was the best among Las Vegas touring companies but being part of the experience superseded my already high expectations. From the moment my family got picked up at the Venetian to the time of dropping us off back at the hotel, we had nothing but fun. Phil, our tour guide was terrific: very personal and fun to be around, knowledgeable (history major), set his goal to exceed our first expectations, and he indeed did. He showed us interesting extra points along the way, with many not well-known historical facts ready to surprise us. He was on time every time. This was my wife's second tour with MaxTour, and she concurs that service quality is their best part and something is not easy to forget. It is encouraging to share the excellent experience. One more note the skywalk on Grand Canyon is not worthy the money nor the view. Save it and spend more time (and you do need it ) at the primary viewing location. Trust me.

Amazing trip of the Grand and Antelope Canyon! Our guide was Liz and she was so thoughtful about our experience with the trip. Our first day was really cold and rainy so it was most likely that the Grand Canyon would be hidden with fog, but Liz helped us find so many spots where the fog cleared up. She was also willing to change our schedule(due to weather problems) to help us see everything before the end of the trip which was very reassuring. Had an amazing time!

He is so knowledgeable and very hospitable, he makes sure that before leaving to go to the next stop that we're hydrated and offers us snacks. It was very cold and windy too during our tour, Joseph made sure we're warm and offered us hot hands, he would always ask if we want our picture taken with every stops we're at. We had an amazing day trip to the Seven Magic Mountains, Hoover Dam and West Grand Canyon with Max tours. It's a great way to see the sights if you haven't rented a car. The tour of Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon was incredible. We had Bobby as our tour guide and he was exceptional! He was fun, helpful, engaging, knowledgeable and beyond friendly/nice. They had unlimited snacks and drinks for our long drive there and back, and an awesome chicken sandwich for lunch. Cliff was a knowledgeable guide, an amazing photographer, a skillful driver, and a very nice and fun person! The tour hit both canyons at the best hours and Cliff knows the best photo spots!!! Got so many great photos this trip. He cares about everyone and kept asking if we have any requests, like water and snacks. Also, his driving was so smooth that everyone fell asleep in-between , I usually get car sick easily but didn't feel uncomfortable at all during the entire trip!

Jerrod was an amazing guide!!! Really enjoyed the trip and all the guides he gave us. The best highlight of the entire trip was that Jerrod gave us pointers on best spots to walk to and just let the whole group explore on our own instead of walking single lined like most tours do. The reviews for this one do not! If you're visiting Vegas and are looking for a relatively affordable excursion, look no further than MaxTour! The day started with our guide, the phenomenal Phil, waiting for us outside our hotel. Along the way we stopped to see the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, the 7 magic mountains, and the Hoover Dam before reaching the west rim of the Grand Canyon. Drinks and snacks were plentiful, and breaks were well thought out. While at the Grand Canyon, you are given ample time to explore before piling back into the van to head back. One thing I really appreciated about the trip was how we not only saw the big destinations, but there was also time for the little things like stopping to take pictures with the Joshua trees. I also cannot give enough props to Phil. He was incredibly personable and informative and even helped us with setting up and taking pictures. Highly recommend booking this tour!

Amazing tour of the Antelope Canyon with our tour guide Bobby! He was really enthusiastic and gave us amazing recommendations about places to visit in Vegas. He was very friendly and always made sure to check if the ride was going well and made it a very fun one! It didn’t even feel like a long journey to get to the canyon! Once at the canyon and at horse shoe bend, he was very helpful in explaining the way the tour would proceed. Overall a 5 star tour and would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to go and visit the Antelope Canyon/Horse Shoe Bend and the overview on Lake Powell. He also took amazing photos of us!

We had a fantastic time on our 3-day tour (Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley and Grand Canyon). Our guide, Ruben, was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about all points on the tour and in between. Plus he's a very nice, warm and funny guy. The tour was very well-paced, and gave ample time to explore at each stop. One piece of advice: make sure to check the weather for Antelope Canyon before you book, because any significant rain will force a cancellation because of possible flash flooding, and you really don't want to miss it. We were just amazed at each location. I've never taken so many pictures on any previous trip in my life.

This was the best money I spent in Vegas. Our tour guide Brian was absolutely top notch. He was a wealth of information at practically everything on the trip from Vegas to the Grand Canyon. I so glad we took this trip with MaxTour and so lucky that Brian was the guide. Brian knew how to navigate the situation at Grand Canyon and helped us avoid the crowds and seemed to have us ahead at every step. It was great that MaxTour has a relationship with the Hualapai Tribe, so they drive right up to the attractions. We so enjoyed our Grand Canyon/ Hoover Dam tour today with Celeste. She so genuinely engaged with everyone in the van, laughing with us and treating us like friends. There were such great van mates today also from all over the US and even the UK. So glad I picked this tour! Brian was a great guide from the time he turned the corner to pick me up! An amazing two day, one night trip to Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. Unfortunately we could not do Antelope Canyon due to the weather however our tour guide took us to Glen Canyon Dam, Lake Powell and Zion National Park. I would unreservedly recommend our tour guide, Liz. She is so knowledgeable, patient and such fun in making the trip a success for all. She makes a plan, super accommodating and helpful. She goes the extra mile... Great views and good supply of refreshments on the trip. Great value for money.

I had very low expectations of this tour. My brother said it was from 7am-8pm. After a night of drinking in Las Vegas, I just pictured us sitting on a bus all day and probably just sleeping; I even brought a book. From the moment I met Bobby B, I knew it was going to be different! He was outside the bus and super welcoming and friendly. We had to stop at a few hotels to pick people up and I was fearful that I was going to need to use the bathroom before we got on the highway. Bobby reassured everyone that we were going to stop frequently for bathroom breaks. I was so relieved. He was extremely knowledgeable with the area, the history and everything going on currently. Every stop was short and sweet and right to the point. When Bobby said 15 minutes, we all complied and it made everything go so smoothly. The Hoover Dam was amazing and I was surprised at its size and all the work that has gone into it. Of course my favorite was going to the Grand Canyon Guano Point. You can do a bit of free climbing and wow the top is ridiculous! No picture can do this place justice! The skywalk was disappointing because it wasn’t clear straight down, but still something you can cross off your list. Bobby B stopped at the Grand Canyon sign, had the group come out & we took pictures. He ended up cropping them a bunch of times and emailing it us. I highly recommend this tour with Bobby B! Side note: Bobby B with have a trunk full of snacks and non alcoholic drinks. For the day, you only stop at gas stations and Subway for lunch. If you want something else to eat, I suggest you pack it.

First time to Vegas and I screwed up the car rental (husband brain, am I right) and we instead opted for this tour out to the Hoover Dam and more. I was in a bad mood being picked up at 7:10 am with the wife, from our hotel, but Phil didn't let it damper his attitude. By the time we had everyone in the vehicle and heading down the road (being promised if we were a cool tour group we will be getting to stop for coffee at Dunkin Donuts lol) and he got us all talking. Suddenly it was 8:30, then 10:30, then...... You get the point, Phil made me forget the terrible shoes I chose to wear for the amount to walking we'd get to enjoy, and really just made us relax / take in everything. He personally, made it worth every penny and I'd pay extra just to get a Las Vegas tour all day from his history rich brain lol honestly, save the rental car and take a small tour (idk any of the other tour guides but Phil is A+) and you will save money, have a better time, get free snacks, and thank yourself at the end. Highly recommend this tour company whole heartly.

My friend and I went on the overnight trip to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend. It was amazing! Jim was an excellent tour guide and took great care of us and our fellow tourists during the trip. He was very transparent about our plans, what to expect, when to be ready to keep everyone on schedule, and shared interesting facts about the sites. The van was spacious and comfortable, and the views on the drive were incredible! The overnight accomodations also far exceeded our expectations - the room was great and we had a delicious hot continental breakfast the next morning. The communication before the tour was great. I called before I booked and spoke to someone at the main office who answered all my questions. I booked via there website, which was actually cheaper than booking through Trip Advisory. The tour was amazing. Cliff was our guide and he was super informative, friendly, and took tons of pictures for us throughout the day. He also made a few bonus spots, which were fantastic. It was a great trip. Took a last minute trip to Hoover Dam which included stops at the Las Vegas welcome sign and 7 Magic Mountains. Was picked up at the hotel promptly by our guide, Brian. Bus was good for small groups and air conditioned. Brian had no problems taking photos for the group (great for me since I went solo). Brian had some good trivia for all the stops. We did the Seven Magic Mountains, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon day trip. Our guide was Joe and he was fantastic, entertaining, knowledgeable and funny! Pick up at the hotel was on time and we had a group of 13. The size of the group was great and manageable. We sat in the back of the bus and could hear Joe clearly though out the trip. Endless snacks and drinks and plenty of stops for rest breaks. Joe was happy to take pictures at all of our stops and was much appreciated. We never felt rushed and there was plenty of time at each stop to look around and take in the sites. Can’t say enough about the trip. Well worth the money and a great getaway from the strip. I joined the Hoover dam tour and Luis was our guide. I really enjoyed the tour. Luis shared a lot of interesting and cool facts about Las Vegas & Hoover dam. I can highly recommend Max Tours, having just completed the full day tour of Seven Magic Mountains, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon with Phil as our guide. Pros: small group giving a more personalised friendly vibe, comfortable vehicle (not a bus), wonderful friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable guide Phil, snacks and drinks galore, ideal amount of stops for food and toilet etc. Cons: the only con I can think of is having a few more healthy snack options; bananas and water were available as the healthy snacks. Conclusion: well worth the money spent on a ticket and the gratuity. I had an unforgettable experience. Thank you 🥰

Our family's day trip to the Grand Canyon was wonderful! Our van picked us up at our hotel. Our first stop was at Hoover Dam, and then 2 stops at the Grand Canyon, along the Western rim. We were able to explore Guano Point for about an hour, and then on to Eagle Point, for the Skywalk. We had drinks and snacks available throughout the day in the van. Our guide Ruben was great! He was very knowledgeable and witty. There was another family with us, and he was very accommodating, waiting for the families. We all had a great time! I would highly recommend this tour, not just for families, but any one! You will have a really memorable day, and the van is comfortable, spacious, and our tour only had 11 people, so it felt really specialized and tailored to what we wanted. It's no wonder it's the highest rated tour in LV!

My Sister booked the tour that included the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign, 7 magic mountains installation, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon - it was awesome. Thomas was our tour guide, he was early to collect and right where he said he would be. They’d sent a helpful picture of where they would be picking up from to alleviate any worries about being in the wrong place. He was welcoming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and had great energy. I was really cynical when it said that there was unlimited drinks - but there was. Water, cans of pop, sparking flavoured water, Starbucks iced coffee and more. Each stop Thomas would open the back and you could just help yourself. At each stop Thomas was committed to ensuring that each person got photos they wanted and the best part was that you didn’t have to ask. There was no hurrying people but helpful advice on what to do first at each stop to ensure the tour kept to time. There was a couple going to see a show on the night time and he was committed to getting them back on time but without rushing things. If you want to support a small, local awesome business get yourself booked onto a trip with max tours. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Thomas. WOOOOOO.

We went to the Hoover Dam and the two points in the west rim of the Grand Canyon. Reuben, like the sandwich but doesn't taste the same, was an amazing tour guide. He was hilarious and charming. He also patiently waited for us when were running late due to my wife's canyon-unfriendly long dress. To Max Tours, you did right by having Reuben on your team. Now just add the reuben sandwich to your list of unlimited snacks and drinks, and I will up my review stars to 7.3 out of 5.

Our tour was on Monday Oct 3, 2022 I had booked 2 vans (24 seats) with the help from Matt through email…He was awesome! We were outside of California Hotel around 635a and the vans pulled up maybe 5min after. Our drivers were PHILL & RUEBEN. These guys were great! Friendly, knowledgeable and hilarious! First stop was the “Welcome to Las Vegas sign” Second was “7 Magic Mountains” Third stop “Hoover Dam” Last stop was the “Grand Canyon & sky walk” They do frequent restroom stops along the way & takes us to pick up lunch. Our tour came with a Light Breakfast (muffins) snacks (chips, nuts, bananas) & drinks (water, soda, iced coffe). These guys took awesome pictures too! They’ll keep telling you to stay hydrated, you should listen.

Ian started telling our group all about the Hoover Dam (in the shade or no shade). My family toured the generators, as an added experience. Hearing the smallest details, wants me to come back on vacation here, in the next year. The FDR exhibit is going to be new and the MSG IMAX Theater will ready. Brian was our tour guide and driver on this tour, and he was absolutely great, very informative, and our interactions were solid; he has a positive attitude. We had stops to stretch and use the bathroom. One small thing that bothered me was a lady on the bus who had an issue with her seat and had an attitude about it, so she contacted his supervisor, and honestly, that seems uncalled for; the bus is meant for transportation to our designated locations. There were maybe 13 of us on the bus, which was in fact clean and comfortable, and all seats had a window to view, so we decided to switch seats with them out of courtesy to Brian and the other passengers.

There were many stops for bathroom breaks, lunch, souvenirs etc. along the way. The sites we stopped at were well lighted and very clean. We ALWAYS FELT SAFE AND SECURE IN OUR TRAVELS. He provided a VERY COMPREHENSIVE LIST of great restaurants, entertainment centers and shopping areas in the Las Vegas region. All of this was very tastefully done and was very welcome information for someone who has not been to the Las Vegas area for some time. He took many photos for us, of my wife and myself at strategic sites which was great for me because I am not very good at taking selfies. He took photos of our whole group, edited them with special effects and then emailed them back within a day or two. I have often found in life that the anticipation for an event or experience is, unfortunately, more exciting than the event itself. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH BOBBY AND MAX TOURS!! THIS EXCURSION 100% EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS AND WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR TRIP TO THE LAS VEGAS AREA. SIGN UP WITH A TOUR WITH BOBBY!! We took the 2d1n Grand Canyon and antelope canyon tour and it was great. We had an amazing service from Michael and was insightful, always checking in on us and trying to adjust the journey to fit us. Had considered driving by ourselves but we either needed more days, had to drop some sights or had to endure long driving days. Michael’s driving was really smooth and he was always on hand to point out an interesting spot or find the best photo spots and helping to take great photos. Didn’t regret signing up for the tour and we mentioned so many times how we were lucky we took this tour rather than try to drive by ourselves. The hotel in Page was comfortable and breakfast in the hotel was good. Had snacks available throughout the entire trip and it was really comfortable. Best way to catch it within your Las Vegas itinerary.

We chose the 1/2 trip with MaxTour (Hoover Dam/Grand Canyon west and skywalk) and it was a perfect choice for us. My husband and I went to a show the night before, it was so nice to be able to sleep in a bit! We got picked up at 10:00 and returned home at 7:00. The amount of time at each stop was adequate. Our tour guide Phill recommended some great photo spots and told us all great views to check out at each spot. Ted was an amazing tour guide. He was very pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable. He really made our trip the BEST! The tour was a great sampling of the Canyon and surrounding area. The van was comfortable and clean and well stock with drinks and snacks. The photo opportunities were awesome. I have seen some very beautiful creations of God's over the years but that Antelope Canyon ranks right up at the top. It was AMAZING and a must see. I would suggest layering the clothing depending on the time of the year you make the trip. We went in February and I was grateful for the extra clothing and heavy jacket at times. Although I did wear comfortable shoes I should have taken my best pair of Brooks or hiking shoes. We really did a lot of walking and some climbing. I am 67 and good condition, other than my knees, so I made it through it all just fine, but just make sure you are aware of the requirements and then just enjoy the heck out of a wonderful tour. Great experience and time is well spent in the Grand Canyon. With 1 night stay, we are able to explore more attractions and took lots of photos. This is the best tour that I have in the west!

This is the first time I've used this company and it won't be the last time. I loved that it was a small tour group and that we got a chance to see multiple locations all while leaving and returning at a reasonable time. Ive never done a grand canyon tour and returned back by 7p. Our tour guide was Jerrod, he was new but EXCELLENT! He took pictures, was knowledgeable, professional, informative, friendly, entertaining, and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. In addition to the listed stops he also provided additional bonus stops and gave us a great tour along the way. I especially appreciated the stops along the way to stretch. My husband is very tall and my son doesn't always sit still for long, so having the chance to get out and stretch here and there while also viewing key spots & taking breaks was fantastic. Went on a tour with Chad, from the strip to the Las Vegas sign to seven magic mountains to hoover dam to Grand Canyon. I don’t think 5 stars is enough for Chad. He went above and beyond. When looking for a tour I looked through almost every possible tour. This was the only tour that offered everything in one tour. My only concern was that the bigger buses had toilets on it but this tour took enough bathroom breaks and there was sufficient water and snacks. Chad took our phones and took some of the best pictures you’ll see he knew all the best angles and the best spots. One of the many benefits of this tour was that the tour bus took us straight to Guano point and eagle point while other persons had to take the shuttle around. As someone who prefers to fly to far destinations rather than drive I can say without a doubt that the drive is one of the best parts of the trip you don’t even realise how far you’re actually going, Chad had some interesting points about everything and he knew everything about everything including the history, the people, the farms etc. Last but not least, Chad ensured that everyone was always included in everything that was happening and as he said at the beginning we were definitely family for the day.

This was our first time to Vegas. Wanted to see Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam, There are so many travel tours out there, and SO glad we choose this one. Our guide Thomas was awesome. From pickup time at MGM Grand to drop off, he was a bundle of energy. He took all of our pictures at each stop, with fun poses. ( GC, Hoover Dam, Vegas sign, and 7 magic mountains.) He was very knowledgeable. and funny. We stopped several times along the way, for restroom breaks/ and to pick up lunch to eat at the GC. There were also plenty of drinks water and snack at any given moment (included) He also had spare chargers so your phone would be at prime for all the awesome photos. (yes there are charge ports in the van) It was a long day, and we did not feel rushed at any of the stops. I highly recommend Max Tours (and hopefully you'll get Thomas) if you are planning on doing a tour of any type

The tour started on time and finished on time. Both the sites we visited were awesome and breathtaking. Coordination with Ken's tour in antelop canyon was good. This was my 4th tour from Las Vegas, therefore, I have now a good level of understanding of the tour companies. First I will summarize the pros of the tour company and then the cons we experienced. Pros : Many types of snacks and drinks were available in the car. They have been offered in each rest stops. Breakfast was good enough. Driving to the sites was hassle free and safe. Tour guide/driver was friendly and accommodating. Cons: 1. Seats were already assigned by the company, so even if you arrive early or book the tour early it does not mean you get a preferred seat of your own. We got the back seat of car which has smaller legroom and near the wheel the leg rest was uplifted which was very difficult seat for any adult person. They really need to think about the Ford car they are using and whether it make sense to let people sit on the back seats even if they arrive early. 2. Waste management was not that great. trash bins were provided under only few seats. Above all, they were not cleaned up during the journey. 3. Now the biggest issue I had, selection of lunch options. When I booked the tour I clearly opted for vegetarian meals. But when I asked for that the tour guide told me I have not selected my option. The guide did not clarify who were listed to have vegetarian meals. Somehow, I felt that he was saying it was my mistake not to clarify what meal I wanted. Here you need to improve guys, you need to make sure to take care of your guests/customers well. Eventually, the guide did so, he made sure that we get our preferred food. He went back to the restaurant to bring the foods for us which I really appreciate. But, the situation could have been avoided if you would have coordinated well earlier. Everything else is good and I am happy that I did this tour. The memories will be always with me.

Our tour guide was Patrick. He was amazing! No complains there. The van was nice too. Pretty clean and smooth. I think the tour could have been planned a little better. Day 1 We left from Vegas around 6 AM after picking up all passengers. First stop was Las Vegas famous sign. Then next stop was Hoover Dam. We got there so early that most of the dam part was closed. Honestly, didn't get to see much of Hoover Dam. Next stop was Arizona route 66 road and famous sign. Honestly, we could have spent less time here. Too much time was wasted here. Because of that we didn't get to Grand Canyon south rim till almost 3:15 PM. It was thanksgiving time so obviously there was some rush there. We travelled more than 10 hours for magnificent grand canyon and we got to spend maximum 40 minutes there. That included sunset time and everything and still we skipped one spot in the canyon otherwise we wouldn't have made it to the sunset spot. Day 2: I believe was planned better. However, we were rushed a bit at Horseshoe Bend. It is a spectacular place but we didn't get to embrace that beauty enough. We had max 45 minutes at that spot and that included walking to the spot and walking back, so at the actual spot we had only 15 minutes per se.

My friend & I had joined the grand canyon & antelope canyon 2 days 1 night tour. Kane & Julie were our tour guides and they were awesome! Our family had the best experience we could ever imagine visiting the Grand Canyon and the Antelope Canyon with MaxTour. As the tour size is small and could fit in a comfortable van, we are able to travel to the different spots that requires less walking. Thus, we are able to spend more time and we never feel rushed and the perfect amount of time is reserved for each spot. Michael is amazing tour guide. I will preface this by saying I am a coupon/Groupon/sale addict. This tour was worth ever penny spent. I called a few times before I booked as I was shopping around for Grand Canyon tour companies. ALL of my questions were answered and I was given a break down of the entire tour with time frames and everything. I even received a text message the day prior from the tour guide. The day of the tour, they picked us up in "Van"na White (lol) equipped with wifi (login early) and 4 rows (very small tour and covid friendly -everyone wore masks and hand sanitizer and wipes were provided). We had muffins, chips and drinks throughout the entire trip and there were plenty of bathroom breaks when we arrived at the destinations/got gas. We did the Vegas welcome sign, 7 magic mountains, saw animals in the park, had plenty of time to explore the grand canyon, and went to the Joshua Tree forest. I loved that Matthew took family pictures for everyone. I've gotten more family photos in that one day than I have in years and I loved it! Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was punctual with its pick up and Michael in particular, our tour guide, was especially gracious and friendly. He even speaks Chinese for a Caucasian and he was very very accommodating to our requests such as needing transfer luggages from hotel to hotel. He was safe on the roads and he ensured we get the best out of each tour spots too bringing the group to selected spots in Grand Canyon that provides for really good view and pictures. Their bus was spacious and comfortable too.

Loved every minute of our visit to the states but this trip was a high light. The tour was well planned, compact, informative and had the feel of a personal approach being a nice sized party of 12. We were a group of 4 friends traveling together and we had an amazing experience with MaxTour for the 2D/1N Grand Canyon + Horseshoe Bend + Antelope Canyon tour. We got picked up at the hotel in Las Vegas in the morning on Day 1, and then we drove to Hoover Dam. After that we went through several stops throughout the Historic Route 66. The afternoon was spent on a few amazing stops at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The hotel we stayed in the evening in Page was new and clean, and it was delightfully way beyond our expectations. The next day we went to Horseshoe Bend and after that to Lower Antelope Canyon, before finally driving back to Las Vegas. Michael our guide and driver was the best. Very friendly guy, and we felt very safe with his driving. He provided lots of snacks and drinks for the road. We can really recommend this amazing tour!
